Good location.

Beds were hard the floor was more comfortable. The sinks didn’t drain and the shower never stopped dripping.

Breakfast was amazing. The selections and options were good and unexpected. Great seating areas to be able to sit and relax. The front desk personal was very professional and polite.

The Bathrooms were clean but, the repairs the have done make it look old and out dated, The sofa in the entry room smelled very bad. I sat there once to put my shoes on and immediately got up due to the smell. The worst part to me and my son were the beds. The mattress was so uncomfortable. We woke up both mornings with our backs hurting.

Stacia worked the bar area like a pro. She was the highlight of the visit. She was amazing.

The snacks were terrible at turn down. The floor in that area was sticky the entire visit. The omelet bar was closed on Sunday morning. The photos online were outdated and there is no jacuzzi. They were conducting a remodel on our floor. It smelt like paint. Our door would not close correctly and kids ran around the hotel 24 hours a day.

I don’t write reviews like this, but after what my family has experienced, I would feel guilty if I didn’t warn other travelers. We booked an Embassy Suites by Hilton because we expected the level of quality and reliability that comes with the Hilton name. Instead, we’ve spent our stay wondering which basic necessity would stop working next. We are now going on day three without air conditioning. The hotel’s solution was to place a box fan in our room. When we asked to be moved, we were told the hotel was completely full, so our family of five was expected to simply live with it. Then we lost running water. Think about that for a moment. No showers. No sink. No way to brush your teeth. No way to wash your hands. No reliable way to use the bathroom. These aren’t luxury amenities—they are the most basic services a hotel is expected to provide. Yet we were still expected to stay in the room as though this was a minor inconvenience. To add to the experience, the televisions barely function. They’re so glitchy and unresponsive that they’re practically unusable, leaving our children with one less distraction while we sat in a hot room without running water. What troubles me most is not that something broke. Mechanical failures happen. It’s the apparent willingness to continue renting rooms that cannot provide the most fundamental necessities guests are paying for. It feels as though the burden of those failures was simply shifted onto the guests. From my perspective, my family upheld our side of the agreement—we paid for a hotel room that met the basic standards any reasonable traveler would expect. This property did not uphold its side. A room without air conditioning for days, followed by no running water, is not the product we paid for. My wife and our three children deserved a vacation. Instead, we’ve spent it dealing with conditions that no guest should have to accept under a brand like Embassy Suites by Hilton. If this review causes you to reconsider booking here, then it has served its purpose. There are plenty of hotels in Frisco. Based on our experience, I would choose any of them before choosing this one again.

The room smelled of smoke and there was mold growing in the shower. We reported it & was informed they would send maintenance to look at it & if it was "bad" they would change to room. Well nobody ever came to check & when I asked about switching rooms because I was concerned for my health (due to being immunocompromised) I was informed that I would need to provide proof as to how it effect me. After the initial shock of such a request I politely walked away before I said something inappropriate. Additionally, upon checking when asked if we wanted the room serviced daily, we said yes. However, they did not come.

Convenient location for North Dallas businesses, venues, shops, facilities. Large rooms. Room cost was reasonable.

Hidden cost - parking on property costs $22 a day / night (!) - most hotels in the area offer free parking. Most days we were out of room all day, returning at 5 PM only to find room had not been serviced. Breakfast is mostly low cost carbs. Rooms are in need of refurbishment.

The breakfast was very good.

We had a water leak in out room and they put a blower fan in out room for the entire stay (4 days) and we had to hear the noise from the fan all day and night. This was very inconvenient. We were not given anything for having to stay at your hotel in these conditions. That is not what we booked your room for. We endured because we were 800 miles from home but I doubt if I will stay with you again because you guys did not try or attempt to make it right.

I had a very nice day at the hotel but the best part of it was meeting your employee Lawanda, who was extremely nice. Explain everything, andI really enjoyed it.

It was as close to the ball field as we could get!! We were in town for a Chili Peppers baseball game with my son and husband.

It was phenomenal! I would love for the food places to be open a little longer or have alternative options. We were hungry after the game and it was a bit late. There weren’t many options.

I always try to stay at Embassy Suites when I travel. The rooms are always top notch and the amenities are excellent. Rooms are always spotless and the beds and pillows are the best.

This was one of the most absolutely awful experiences of ever being in a hotel. The rooms are very outdated and most of them have a smell. I only stayed for one night and I had to move three different times because of the rooms being either musty-mold smelling, floor soaking wet and the last time that we moved into a room, the room was without air, and the refrigerator was broken. The front desk tried to accommodate as much as possible with all the issues. The breakfast was so pretty rough as well. This is not the Hilton standard at all. If you need somewhere to stay, this is not the place to go.

It was close to the rough riders field so we could walk.

The room was very dirty, didn’t look cleaned at all. Old food was left in the room. It was also hot and very stuffy.

Una misma mancha en el piso pasó durante toda mi estadía. Asimismo dos cucarachas durante la estadía en diferentes lugares dentro de las instalaciones

Property is in a great location near stores and restaurants. The parking garage makes it easy to get in and out.

Elevators are too STILL too slow for the amount of people at this hotel. I’ve stayed at this hotel many many times for homeschool prom events. The room we had (401) had a WEIRD smell! So much in fact I went and bought air freshener to help it. It wasn’t a mold smell. It wasn’t a sewer smell. It wasn’t a cigarette smell. It was a stale smell but with a hint of something I couldn’t pinpoint. I had a friend on the 5th floor that said her room didn’t smell great either. I didn’t ask for a room change as I knew the hotel was probably pretty full with prom families.

Room stunk like must- most outdated Hilton property I have ever experienced. Iron was crusted with something nasty, lamp shade cracked, light was out, luggage rack was from the 1800’s. Table clothes in the conference rooms looked like they were wadded up on the floor before they were put on the tables. Every. Single. Table. Complete lack of care everywhere on this property. Don’t book here. Ever.

I stayed here for two nights last week. Woke up early to shower and head to meetings but found that there was no Shampoo, Conditioner or Body wash in the dispensers in the shower. All of them were empty. I had to wash my hair with the bar soap meant for the sink. I replied to the "how is your stay going" text to let them know. I was told that they are very sorry and the dispensers would be filled. They offered some points for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, I understand. Fast forward to the next morning...I woke up early to shower and head to the airport. I realize that they never filled the dispensers as promised. I messaged the hotel and asked that the general manager call me when he or she gets in. I never heard from the GM. The next day, I asked again for the GM to call me. It's now been 4 days and no call from the GM. Also, no points or money have been credited for the inconvenience. My stay was over $200 per night. With taxes and fees, it came to $469 for the two night stay. Like I said above, mistakes happen and I can understand the oversight of the dispensers not being filled before check in. However, there is no excuse for the lack of follow through to fill them the next day when it was reported. Also, the GM not calling me back after I asked two days in a row to speak to him or her is ridiculous. I certainly hope Hilton ownership takes note and addresses the horrible service.

The sofa bed was very poor quality my 6 year old daughter had to sleep with us on the bed.

The room we got stank of smoke. I call the front desk the answer was that the hotel is smoke free l!! I asked them to change the room. 2nd room was dirty and one cushion on the sofa has a very large disgusting stained. The towels we asked the housekeeping to bring for our daughter were damp. The bed sheets and pillows cases smelled horrible!! No complementary water in the room instead there was a bottle that had a label saying if you drink it you will be charged $8 !!. Lastly, even though we had a suite it had zero cutlery no plates or mugs. I don’t understand how this hotel is even allowed to have 1 star never mind 4!!! Lastly the breakfast was absolutely horrible.. there were so many things wrong with it that it can’t be asked to explain!!!!

I booked my room online through this hotels website not a third party site. I had my reservation email with me for 2 nights and it matched the one the gentleman at the desk had. After he wrote dates on the drink coupons and started to pull keys to program. Then he says, "Oh my. I have never had this happen. We don't have any rooms!" It was late and I was exhausted from the traffic and my over 3 hour drive there. He did actually look in shock. I was so tired I didn't lose my cool. I just questioned how something like this could even happen. I left in my car got down the road and the desk called me. He said to come back and then sent me with 1 night free to the local comfort suites for a free night. Needless to say this place was atrocious. The AC blew black stuff on me and my belongings. The elevator didn't work. It was a zero on a scale of 1-10 except for the kindness of the desk lady. It took me around an hour to get to and check in. I had to of course pay for the other night because at this point i didn't was to move again. I contacted Hilton and they really didn't do anything to reconcile the situation. They gave me 20,000 points. That won't even book the same accommodations I had paid for. Yes and I forgot the gentleman at then embassy desk did run my card for over $400 for incidentals. I was reimbursed after several days. So I believe this was a malicious deceptive trade practice deployed by management of the hotel. Someone came in and paid more for the room than my prepaid online booking and I hadn't yet arrived. So my question is what happened if I hadn't made it to the hotel at all. They would have ran my card like they had the room available no matter that they didn't have a room or had given my reservation away. If Hilton and hotel management had given me enough points to book 2 nights at a similar Hilton property in the future then I would have let bygones be bygones. When I called Hilton the gentlemen was scripted and apologetic. I was sent an email response that they would get back with me on this matter in a maximum of 72 hours at stated on the phone and the automatic response from Hilton. After 13 days I had to email them back. All in all this was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. The owner, GM and all of Hiltons customer service team should be appalled they let this happen and they deemed 20000 points was the price my future business was worth. I am a Platinum Marriot member for life. I have never had an issue like this with them. I thought the Hilton and Marriot were a similar value in my head. I guess I was way, way wrong.

Marcus was the most amazing host. He was so helpful. His hotel has always been very accommodating whenever we come. My daughter has come to multiple competitions here and have no complaints at all. Thank you so much Embassy Frisco.

The rooms were not as clean as I would like. The first room was really hot. The staff changed our room and we were more comfortable.

I picked this hotel for my wedding night and I regret it heavily. I picked this hotel because of the location and brand. This was a full disappointment. My bride, in full wedding gown, had to carry luggage down from the 3th floor of the parking area because the parking garage elevator was broken, no valet parking service and no staff to help with bags. The room had poor lighting and stains of blood or some type of wine splash were on the walls. When I tried to call the front desk there was no answer and the automated system said that they would call back, it never happened. The gentleman handling the omelet station during breakfast was rude with the people if they were to leave the line. I understand it can be frustrating, but being rude towards someone will not resolve anything. Also, through out our stay, there was a very strong smell of Marijuana. I understand it is not the staff fault but we looked for this brand to stay away from this atmosphere and we ended with a bad experience.

Air conditioning did not work. Warm weather. We would wake up during the night from the heat. Woke up sweaty. Reported problem to front desk. Maintenance man came by. Problem not fixed Social hour - bartender rude acted like we were a nuisance social hour snacks - not worth the effort. Two little plastic drinks w watered down beverage n a few peanuts - served by a bartender who did not want to be there- terrible atmosphere.

Everything was clean. Martavius was great! He gave the best customer service!

We were there for the Cheerleading 📣 competition. This location/ hotel is one of the best I ever saw/ visited. I was very positive surprised!
