Omelet station was the best. Good coffee and great tea selections.

The blinds in my room were broken. I could not have a completely blacked out room. The lights from the hotel were shinning into my room. The door in my room was very heavy and hard to open and almost slammed my fingers with the door

Sitting area, couch was full of bedbugs. When spouse and I completed a movie we stood and notice bedbugs on our shirts. Have bitten our arm.

Location was great across the street of the Convention center and 10-15 Min walk across the street from the mall. Power was spotty in some of the lamp outlets. WiFi reconnecting everyday was annoying. Elevator was being serviced one of the days and was still slow afterwards. Whole hotel/block Lost Power in the morning of 8/8. Housekeeping only serviced on the LAST day only after someone to personally asked a a housekeeper. This was After I was told Hsk was not offered at ALL on Sunday Via Chat. (Conflicting info) Furthermore housekeeping was not every day or even every other day. Seems this property only had “as needed/requested” and Service was missed on days I personally went to desk.

Great place for an extended stay! The house service is so helpful, and the front desk is so accommodating! The overall experience was amaizng the area is great too!

Very nice hotel for families. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The rooms was spacious for three people. The breakfast was delicious.

The carpets in the halls were dirty and stained. There were loud families yelling in the halls, rooms and I could hear them when in my room. You pay to rest, so that was very frustrating.

One of the worst experience at Hyatt. We are Globalist and Hyatt is only hotel we choose but this place needs some major training from Hyatt. We were given a room (#211) with 4 huge vents right outside of our window, the noise was extreme that we couldn't talk to each other nor try sleeping there. They should just close off that room and not assign to any guests. Avoid this room at all cost!! We were able to change a room that night to avoid the noise but it was smaller room (not a Suite we were in), next morning, we were promised to be moved to a new Suite, we get the key from front and walked into a room that were not cleaned from the previous guest, had to come back in the afternoon to a clean room. At the check-in, associate asked if we want the room to be cleaned daily, we said yes. This was never done for 5 nights that we stayed, we had to call the staff every day to have it cleaned and bring new towels. Assistant General manager David was very stiff about the situation, rather than sincere apology, he tried to brush it off with bonus points, which he promised but we never actually received. This place needs major training on operations as well as staff to have sympathy/empathy towards hotel guest.

Best location for a Texas Tailgaters or Texas Roughriders ballgame. Completely safe to walk to ball park from. Food was great. Staff was helpful and polite. Rooms were clean. I'm sensitive to smells. Yet this pet friendly hotel did not throw my allergies. Pool was indoors and great. We will return!

Check-in was at 3. Our room wasn’t ready until after 6. Check out was at 12. They came banging on our door for a good solid 2 minutes trying to clean it at 9:30.

I had booked a week-long stay at this Hyatt House but ended up checking out after just one night due to two issues. First, I couldn't get the in-room Wi-Fi to connect — I tried troubleshooting myself and also got help from the front desk, but it couldn't be resolved. Since I needed reliable internet for work, this was a real problem. Second, I was told the hotel would have a scheduled 5-hour power outage overnight the following day. Between the connectivity issue and the upcoming outage, I decided to check out early and find alternate accommodation. To their credit, the front desk only charged me for the one night I actually stayed, which I appreciated, they were prompt to help in their capacity. A couple of minor suggestions: since this is a Hyatt House (typically used for extended stays), and indoor pool was a big plus, a wider range of gym equipment would be a nice addition, and more vegetarian options at breakfast would also help. Overall, the property and staff were courteous, but the Wi-Fi and power outage issues meant this didn't work out for my needs on this trip.

We had a power outage at home, booked my reservation same day on the app, checked in 20 minutes later. Staff was professional, the property was clean.

I stayed at this property for an extended stay and, unfortunately, basic expectations were not met. My card was charged prematurely, before the stay was complete and without clear communication. Housekeeping was inconsistent throughout—several days passed without service despite requests. Most disappointing was the response from management. Daniel F. assured me repeatedly that the issues would be addressed after I raised them on multiple occasions, but those assurances never translated into action. Promises were made and not kept. As a Globalist, I expect a baseline of reliability and follow-through, and this stay fell well short on both. I wanted to share my experience candidly so the property can do better for future guests.

The location

I booked and paid in advance, but when I got there our room wasn't ready. Still had to wait another hour before the room was ready. I called 2 hours in advance and was told we were on track and the room would be ready. When I got there although it was paid in advance I was told it was a first come first serve. I was very disappointed for this room to be a suite. No accommodations for them taking responsibility for their mistake. Took an extra 75.00 hold for something not mentioned. And the beds were hard and uncomfortable. This room was not what I expected from the hype of advertising. It's just in a great location to have access to everything in that location.

Close to convention center show/event we were visiting for. Easy check in/out. Comfortable bed & nice sized TV.

Housekeeping walked into our room TWICE w/out knocking the morning we were checking out, around 10-11 am. Literally just scanned their card & started walking in while we were showering & getting dressed! Checkout was 12:00 pm, we checked & double-checked. Mentioned it to the front desk on our way out. Parking was supposed to be included, it wasn't. A 5-6" microwave pizza, 2 sodas & candy bar from concierge was $35! (ridiculous) Didn't want/request a conjoined room/door to our room. Overall for $235/night we should've stayed somewhere else near there .. Drury, Hilton, etc.

It was clean and the pool was nice and indoors as it was raining during my trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Not being able to use my booking.com reservation as planned. Systems were down. Also having to pay $25 for parking was ridiculous and I usually don’t book where it has paid parking or valet.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was a perfect size. The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was so good.

The staff was great! They made some errors as we were checking in but they were very polite and helpful.

After the errors were made they said we wouldn’t have to pay for parking but then charged us anyways.

The location and overall quality of the hotel

Everything was great

We stayed at the Hyatt because of a homeschool prom event at the Embassy. The hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel stood out. I received my late check out perk for being a Discoverist. We also received our daily water bottles Breakfast was great! I wish we had time to check out the indoor pool. We will definitely be back!

Water pressure on the 6th floor was too low and there was no hot water in the shower. Reported twice, but no action was taken.

Disappointing! Our room had drywall patches that had not been painted. The bedding was worn and the lighted bathroom mirror would only light up partially. Basic things like hand cream or makeup wipes were not provided. The omelets for breakfast were good but otherwise the options were sparse.

Nice location and overall the property is nice, with a good breakfast. Cleanliness of the shower could be improved, visible mold on the door. Asked if I wanted housekeeping service, I said yes, and then I was asked the frequency, said daily, and did not receive daily housekeeping. Least favorite was the ten dollar a day parking fee, which I was not aware of. Nearby hotels of a similar quality have complimentary parking. I have looked on the Hyatt website before posting this review and I cannot find a disclosure of this parking fee.

The hotel was great. Great location and the staff was amazing. The breakfast selection was prefect. Needs some updates. The bathroom door would not stay closed until it was locked and it was tough to lock. Also wish that the dresser in the living area did actually open and could use it for storage. Overall a great experience.

Great stay at Hyatt House Dallas/Frisco. The service was consistently warm and attentive, and the overall experience felt very well managed. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the omelette bar. Miguel at the omelette station is outstanding. The omelette was fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly to order. It is not easy to find this level of quality at most hotels. Would definitely stay again.

The last three times that I have stayed there the girl that bulldoze you through the check-in process and doesn’t allow you to speak has obviously put in my information incorrectly and I have received three parking tickets. She can’t stop long enough to hear anybody because she needs you out of her face.

The hotel is ok. The room quality could be improved though. When my family and I checked into our room, there were red stains on the sheets and pillows. I let the front desk know about this on the way out, and they pretty much just shrugged it off and would let housekeeping know. Hopefully, they actually do actually do that so other customers don’t have to deal with something like this.

Place feels run down - only one elevator working- nothing really inviting or cozy about the place. Do yourself a favor and consider the Hyatt Regency close by. Beds feel worn and pillows just as uncomfortable.

My stay at the Hyatt house in Frisco was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel in all my life and I don’t think I’m that old. The hotel was unable to fulfill the basic amenities that they claims to provide during the reservation. Upon checking in the initial room, it with was a very rough condition and there was damages all over the space. I’ve have images for reference. The second room I was given was still significantly subpar, with damages still persisting throughout the suite. Overall it is evident that this property is extremely under maintained. It appears that they only have 1 maintenance technician as well, I’d assume he’s overworked with the hotel being in such poor condition. In addition to that, the toilet did not flush and we had to wait for that to get fixed too. These delays and mishaps take away from the time we have allocated to go out on excursions and enjoy what Frisco has to offer. I wish I could express that is all we faced, though that is the case. We were also unable to take a shower because the water would not get hot, only cold could be produced. When we addressed this to the front desk associate, we were met with a rude and dismissive response. She acted as if we were being unreasonable for wanting to take a hot shower and she had no information on when a maintenance technician would be available to fix this, truly unacceptable. This means we couldn’t even go to the gym nor pool because we were not provided with the proper means to clean ourselves. Thank God we are local, so we went to my partner’s house to take an ideal shower. That also took away from us being able to fully enjoy ourselves because we had to commute all the way to Dallas in order to have hot water. When the maintenance man came he expressed that we need to turn on both of the faucets (kitchen and lavatory) in the suite in order to get the hot water.

Good location

shower was leaking and so was the kitchen sink every time we used them. We had to keep asking for towels that we took up just to keep the water from flooding out the bathroom floor. BTW, this had been our third room switch from when we first checked in. The first room was still under construction the second room was too small and warm. we settled for the third room with the leaky shower, because it was bigger and gotten cooler a lot faster. and we did not know that their would be no room service for two days out of the four that we were staying.

The TV didn’t have Netflix, I have some unexplained transactions from this hotel - I tried to ask about this twice and looks to have been charged for some else’s stay. Hopefully the lift will work soon for others, this was hard to wait each time when coming and going.

The cleaning staff dont come everyday, only changed towels twice during 6 days only when we asked for it. the room floor and surfaces were not cleaned at all. plus the main elevator was out of service the whole time, customers have to use the backup elevator and share it with cleaning staff with big cleaning carts, and long wait.

Location is good, and the hotel was very clean. Unfortunately, there was only one working elevator for seven floors full of people and only one stairwell in the hotel goes to an area accessible to patrons. The other issue was breakfast being a struggle. Food was plentiful and tasted fine, but there were not nearly enough tables for the number of guests at breakfast.
