Drury Inn & Suites Dallas Frisco

Safe

Breakfast and dinner were both very good. Our room was great! Everything was really clean.

All was good so I can't answer this question.

I loved the beds, it was so comfortable! The staff were also so friendly and welcoming!!

The only thing I would change was the kick back food.. it was seriously lacking flavor

Nice property. Very friendly staff! 5:30 thing was nice.

The pool was very cloudy, you could not see the bottom so did not swim.

The hot, free breakfast and the dinner-time snacks were excellent. The staff were the most welcoming I've experienced in a long time. The location was perfect for the event at the Frisco conference center. Parking is free.

There are several restaurants in walking distance even in July, but you will need a car or ride-share for longer stays.

From entering to exiting this wonderful hotel, our experience was over and beyond! A most friendly and accommodating staff took care of us, our Suite room was amazing, the entire facility was spotless, a wonderful dinner included and free Happy Hour provided, and much more. Bravo!

Absolutely nothing!

The location was perfect, so many things within minutes. It was clean the staff was polite and helpful.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Outstanding value and the staff we amazing

It was so nice and I loved the kickback

The pool was indoor

Our stay was Amazing! Breakfast and evening drinks were just icing on the cake. The property was beautiful and the service was just as amazing. THANK YOU!!

Very cleans and very much affordable.

No tooth brushes and toothpaste

Loved it all. Very good! There was a small lady who was very kind and heated up my food for me but there was a lady with glasses who was rude to me and asked me to move when I was standing waiting in the long line for waffles.

Loved it! Staff was so kind and loved the room it was absolutely wonderful. The 9th floor was so beautiful I loved sitting on the terrace. Food was good too.

Location

Pool was below standards water was cloudy. Food service standards fair, I have stayed at other of your locations much better service

I loved the hotel everything was so nice. I was upgraded to a suite which was so nice. The breakfast and dinner was wonderful saved me so much money. The pool and spa was really nice too.

Ac couldn't keep up with the heat... had to borrow a fan.

The staff were amazing!!!

Staff was so friendly and very accommodating!

Parking was a little tight, but again staff was very accommodating to help us get a parking spot for our cargo trailer.

Excellent property with a wonderful staff

The food and the free drinks

The whole crew at Drury are some of the best! They are ALL very kind, friendly and will make sure you are taken care of. Drury is a very clean establishment and customer service is the best!

Not one to write reviews - however, I felt compelled to highly recommend this Drury Inn location after multiple stays this year. Great location, great value, staff is very friendly and were genuinely interested in providing excellent service.

The staff was very helpful and friendly

Evening meals need more variety

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very warm.

By far the best hotel experience we have ever had. The amenities are outstanding, food, service, quality of the rooms are exactly what we all need when we’re away from home. Highest recommendation

The location of the hotel and nice staff.

During the kick back and breakfast it was hard to find seating. The food also wasn't refilled when we arrived, due to the worker working both the drinks and food line. The rooms were a little dated, especially the television.

I'm a local and I stayed here for one night with my husband and teenage son. We had a 2-queen suite. There is no natural light in the sitting area - the only window is in the bedroom. The bed was not comfortable, and the pillows were small and firm. The hotel is next to a major tollway and we could hear the traffic. The room was large and appeared clean. I did not have the complimentary breakfast or dinner snacks.

Everything was absolutely great, everyone was extremely nice and ready to help with everything!! Perfect stay!!

The location The meals included The staff

The price was very high that visit

Our experience was wonderful. During our visit to Frisco for the Universal Kids Resort, we stayed in a clean and comfortable suite, ideal for recharging after a long day at the park. The front desk staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options suitable for everyone. Overall, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We always like the amenities and good breakfast. We always appreciate that it’s dog friendly. Comfortable bed.

Our room was not cleaned well. Some spots on the carpet, wrappers left on floor and cushions on couch not put back. BUT I did mention this to staff and the hotel did right by us.

The rooms hotel an service

Nothing it was all cool

Everything appeared perfect until we retired for the night.

We pulled down the covers of one of the beds and the sheets were dirty. There was black "stuff " all on the sheets.

We had an excellent experience. Everybody was very friendly and they care about you. Cleaning and safety were excellent

It was wonderful.

Friendly staff!

Breakfast

We wanted to visit the Dallas area for our anniversary, but since our dates were during the FIFA games, we chose to stay a little further out. This Drury in Frisco came up in the search and we have always had good experiences with their other properties, so we booked it. The hotel is either newer or newly renovated. The grounds were nice, the lobby was open & airy, front desk staff was impeccable. They gave us a complimentary gift basket with snacks and wine for our anniversary, which was sweet. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We chose not to have housekeeping services during our stay and they honored that. Very quiet. Our room faced the interstate but there was very minimum noise, we never noticed it. The breakfast was hot and fresh with plenty to choose from and their kickback evening hot foods were a hit also. The area feels very safe but it is not walkable. There was no problem getting ride share services and there are so many cool things to do and see close by. Book a stay here, you won’t regret it. We will definitely be back!

The relaxing jacuzzi

I didn’t get to physically be at the property as much as I would have liked to be.

Clean..staff very friendly...love the breakfast and hot spot

Nothing

Location and room

The area was a little loud, highway noise, etc.

I like that the staff was friendly I like that you can park under the hotel and food was great

Kick Back is alwaysa a winner. The proximity to everything we enjoy is near perfect! Access in and out of the facilty is very good considering how congested this area can be a various times of the day.

There should be a few more choices for dinner and the hours for Kick back could be at least a half longer on week days and weekends. I couple of traffic jams and detours and we missed one of the 7:00pm cutoffs.

Friendly clean orderly

Nothing not to like

Location

Beautiful and clean

Clean

Everything was fantastic, the rooms, breakfast, service desk, etc. I've stayed in many many hotels and this was probably my favorite. Oh and the bed is extremely comfortable.

Evening Happy Hour was unexpected but very nice. Though there was a variety of food options available, we had already dined off site. We did enjoy the coctails and wine.

My only complaint was the pillows - they were small and square and not particularily comfortable.

Staff was very responsive to the leak in my bathroom ceiling...having another room ready within 5 min and giving a discount for the night, since I had to move rooms.

My only issue with cleanliness was since the walls in my rooms were matte/flat finish greasy and dirty hand prints were visible and not something that can easily be cleaned. Would make sense to have a washable gloss paint.

Property was clean and bright. Person behind the front desk ‘Sade’ was super friendly.

Plenty of good spots around the property and the location was convenient.

Everything! Excellent

Friendliest staff I have ever encountered! Caroline, Renee and Aja literally made our stay SO enjoyable! It was also impeccably clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Family atmosphere

Wonderful hotel. I’ve stayed here so many time. Accommodations and prices never disappoint!

I liked the fact that I didn't have to move my car the whole weekend. I was right outside the baseball stadium. I also liked the dinners every night.

Drury in Morrow had baked potatoes every night. They also had grits

The staff were all very friendly and helpful! Hotel was very clean. Overall this was a great place to stay!

Nothing comes to mind.

Excellent experience. Care and attentiveness by staff and even the manger of the hotel. Comfortable, clean room. Good food at breakfast and Kickbacks.

The perks

Size of jacuzzi

Kickback, snacks, free breakfast

Could use some touch ups, but overall great place.

So clean, so spacious, staff was exceptionally kind, warm and inviting. I will return again for sure.

Nothing. I was so pleased with this property!

Parking, Easy Checkin and out

Food, Food Store, Water is costly

Complimentary dinner and breakfast

Loved, loved Chef Ashley! The food she presented was amazing. We were planning to go out to eat until we learned we could eat in the hotel. The salad, pasta and grilled chicken were all so delicious! She came to check and make sure we had everything we needed or wanted. She is a wonderful person and a great addition to your staff! I highly recommend your hotel and the bed was so comfortable! We felt like we were home! ❤️

Nothing everything and everyone was so friendly!

Never stayed in a beautiful hotel like this before. Located close to hospital.

Everything. Comfortable, beautiful, friendly.

On the highway to much noise

Whenever I am in the Dallas area I always make a point of staying here. It is worth the drive even if it is not exactly in the part of town I am in. Great value for the money. My family and I had a flat tire and did not feel like making the drive home to Houston on Sat night Mothers Day weekend. About 8 pm I booked the Drury in Frisco, good price compared to others in Denton area. Got checked in with no issue. Comfy bed and wonderful breakfast as usual. This is my go-to in Dallas.

This was our second stay at this property and for very good reason(s). The value for the price paid cannot be beat. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Included in the room charge are dinnertime snacks (which can easily suffice as dinner) and drinks in addition to breakfast. We chose this location for its proximity to Riders Field, which is within an easy 2 short blocks walking distance. Another thing worth mentioning is the hospitality rendered at this hotel. Smiles and great attitudes all around! Shout out to Caroline (manager) who seems to have a knack for hiring all the right people! We'll be back!

The Hotel met the expectation

WIFI was not that strong

Great location and amenities!

VERY CLEAN AND BREAKFAST INCLUDED. MY DAUGHTERS AND I LOVE THE HOT TUB

Very accommodating. Even provided free breakfast and dinner. Along with complimentary drinks

our sheets and some of the room were dirty upon arrival

Loved the 5:30 snacks. Good breakfast.

The breakfast and the kickback dinner were amazing! The bed was comfortable and the pool and spa were nice.

The spa was a little dirty and the ceiling had some mold and cracks. Otherwise it was amazing

Nice hotel, friendly staff, and walking distance to Riders baseball field.
