Le petit déjeuner.

Pour un 5*luxe rien n'était à la hauteur. L'accueil n'était pas chaleureux. La musique d'ambiance ( même au petit déjeuner) en permanence et puissante n'était pas nécessaire. Bref plus l'impression de visiter un musée zen que de séjourner dans un hôtel.

Emplacement Aéroport/ Catane. La qualité de service du personnel.

Manque d'équipements dans la chambre (TV non connectée, pas de chaînes internationales), salle de bain vieillissante.

Struttura bellissima e curata. Arredata con stile e piena di servizi (parcheggio, giardini, piscina). Camere belle e spaziose. Personale premuroso e gentile, hanno accontentato ogni nostra richiesta.

Das Hotel liegt in einem großen Garten mit Pool. Auf der anderen Seite der Strandstrasse ist ein privater Strand, den man kostenlos (Liegen und Sonnenschirm) nutzen kann. Großer Frühstückssaal mit gutem Frühstück. Das ganze Hotel ist aufwendig und mit viel Platz und Kunst gestaltet. Der nahe Flughafen stört nicht.

Die Poolarea ist zu klein, man stolpert beim Herumgehen über die Füße der anderen. Etwas nervig die laute Musik am Pool.

Csodás helyen, Catania homokos partjától 5 perc sétára található a szálloda. Szép, rendezett kertje van, egy nagy medencével. A szobák csendesek, a klíma jól működött. Az ágy szuper kényelmes volt. Mindennap takarítottak. A reggeli választék nagy , van minden: sós, édes, meleg , hideg étel. A szállás biztosít a közeli fizetős strandon 2 ágyat és egy napernyőt.

A busz közlekedés kaotikus, de ezen nem is lepődtünk meg. A D jelű busszal lehet Catania belvárosába bejutni.

Føles oss lurt av at det sto at det var masse velvære å velge mellom, det var ingenting på hotellet. ATM var ikke i orden, måtte på et annet hotell å ta ut penger, dyr restaurant, sto at vi sku få balkong, det fikk vi ikke.

Séjour très décevant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. La chambre annoncée avec une vue sur les jardins donnait en réalité sur un conteneur à poubelles. Nous avons aussi eu plusieurs problèmes techniques : chasse d’eau défectueuse pendant plusieurs jours malgré nos signalements, puis absence d’eau chaude. Au moment du départ, des erreurs figuraient également sur la facture, avec une nuit de parking supplémentaire et des consommations de minibar qui n’étaient pas les nôtres. Le plus regrettable reste le manque de prise en charge : peu d’excuses, pas de réel suivi et aucun geste commercial malgré l’accumulation des problèmes. Pour un établissement de cette catégorie, nous attendions un tout autre niveau de service.

Hotelul este relativ aproape de centrul vechi al orasului si de aeroport. Exista o statie de autobus la aproximativ 200 m de hotel. Gradina hotelului este minunata, salteaua patului foarte confortabila iar faptul ca au un acord cu un beach club din apropierea hotelului astfel incat oaspetii hotelului pot utiliza sezlogurile si plaja este grozav. Personalul este amabil iar micul dejun elegant, cu bucate care pot satisface toate gusturile.

In baie exista o scurgere de apa, probabil o teava sparta in perete, se putea remarca peretele decojit din exteriorul camerei. De asemenea m-as fi asteptat ca plicurile de ceai si cafea din camera sa se suplimenteze daca se consuma.

Krásný hotel, skvělý bazén a lehátka u něj. Postele pohodlné, pokoje voňavé a čisté. Na pokoji rychlovarná konvice, káva, čaje a cukry. V koupelně hygienické potřeby.

Bylo by fajn udělat zásuvky u postele. Sice tam jedna je, ale jakmile si potřebujete nabít mobil, tak musíte vytáhnout lampičku a tím pádem v pokoji je strašně málo světla. Ale to je asi tak jediná připomínka.

Super obsługa, bardzo fajny i czysty basen. Uśmiechnięta obsługa. Typowy Sycylijski klimat. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Piękny wystrój. Muałem przez moment problem z prądem w gniazdkach, po zgłoszeniu bardzo szybka reakcja. Wieczorki umilane muzyką na żywo. Myślę, że każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Właściwie nie ma takich rzeczy które mi się nie podobały, jedynie brak informacji, że strefa fitnes jest w remoncie ale i tak nie byłem nastawiony na ćwiczenia. Trochę słaba komunikacja w kierunku centrum Katanii, ale znaleźliśmy z synem rozwiązanie tej sytuacji w postaci korzystania z hulajnóg, natomiast tutaj trzeba się nauczyć jeździć po Włosku, ale jest to niezła frajda.

El Romano Luxury Hotel es un hermoso " dibujo" arquitectónico con un parque espectacular por fuera y parcialmente otro por dentro aunque las sorpresas vienen despues. Se encuentra también un restaurante tipo internacional con empleados acordes al mismo

Esta es la pregunta en la que por respeto a Booking y los años que me ha acompañado exitosamente debo serle fiel. No me gustó para nada la recepción que hemos recibido mi esposa y yo, dejó muchísimo que desear comparado a los años anteriores que por Booking allí pasamos momentos inolvidables. Una recepción de agria,algo grosera donde donde manifiestan Booking=Una Clásica y nos trasladan a una cueva con el N°210, la antítesis de las Standsr normalmente entregadas en oportunidades. En pocas palabras (si quería algo mejor,arregla con nosotros) Discusión v Discusión viene hemos logrado algo mejor(235)

Hotel o wysokim standardzie, codziennie dokładnie sprzątane, bardzo smaczne śniadania w formie bufetu (zarówno na słodko jak i na słono), super basen wraz z wygodnymi miejscami obok do opalania. Ogromnym plusem hotelu jest bliskość do plaży, a także możliwość korzystania ze sprzętu plażowego na prywatnej plaży. Bardzo miła obsługa i profesjonalna opieka przez cały pobyt. Część wyjazdu spędziłyśmy w hotelu, a część poświęciłyśmy na zwiedzanie Sycylii. Świetny wypoczynek, poleciłabym każdemu!

Jedyna rzecz na minus to brak sklepu spożywczego w pobliżu (najbliżej Lidl 1 km od hotelu)- ale nie jest to rzecz zależna od hotelu.

Działająca klimatyzacja w pokoju, w kontakcie wtyczka przeciw komarom.Codziennie sprzątany pokój i świeże ręczniki.Kosmetyki w łazience.Nie mam pojęcia skąd negatywne komentarze.Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Bazen u hotelu je bio super kao i sam ulaz u hotel. Dorucak u hoteluu je bio dobar ali po mom misljenju ne na nivou hotela sa pet zvjezdica.

Prilikom ulaska u sobu osjetili smo neprijatan miris kao da soba nije provjetravana dugo. Kuvalo za vodu u sobi je bilo prljavooo unutra je ostalo vode od prethodnog kuvanja koju niko nije ocistio. Kupatilo je malo.

Very helpful staff. Pool was great. Dinner in the evening was in a lovely area of hotel grounds snd although pricey it was delicious. Beautiful grounds. Great to get free passes for beach loungers and umbrellas and the beach is just across the road .

Lunch at poolside was overpriced and nothing special. Our large group of friends and family usually went across the road to the beach bars to get lunch. The hotel is losing customers as they are voting with their feet and going out for lunch - they would stay at the poolside for lunch if a better selection and lower prices were offered and ultimately the hotel would profit from it. Two of my friends rooms had a damp smell which wasn’t pleasant.

Das Zimmer war ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, massive Kalkablagerungen überall im Bad, das Zimmer war sehr dunkel und völlig ausgekühlt. Keine Steckdosen am Bett, Terrasse vom Zimmer ungepflegt.

Room - very basic and in need of refurb, but it was cleanish. Bathroom was also in need or refurb, but clean. Bedroom wardrobes felt sticky and worn. Breakfast was good, sadly on the last morning we had to go at 7am opening time and not all the food such as salami was out so we had limited breakfast on the last day. The pool looks nice, but it's quite small so we went to the beach which is across the dual carriageway and isn't exclusive to this hotel. The pool food menu was very expensive and was too fancy for us as a family some of the items I had never heard of. It is hard to say what we liked as we were quite disappointed.

The location is 1.8 miles outside Catania which we thought would be ok as we would get a bus or taxi, but reception staff told us conflicting info that the buses came every 15 mins or they never came and as the weather was so hot we didn't want to wait in the sun for the bus so we used taxis. They are standard 20 euros each way and extra is stuck in traffic. We had to go into Catania every night for evening meal because the restaurant at the hotel was so fancy and expensive. It was not possible for us or most holiday makers to be able to afford or want to eat there. There wasn't any shops nearby so we stocked up with small items at the beach or bought items back from Catania. Young holiday makers had deliveries of pizza delivered to the hotel for their meals and they seemed to walk to Lidl approx a mile at night when it was cooler as they came back with Lidl bags at night. We saw this when we had a drink in the bar in the evenings when we got back from Catania. The room was in need of refurb, cupboards were worn, the shower leaked, the fan in the bathroom didn't work. It felt like the room accessories were done on the cheap. We got 2 coffee sachets with the kettle in the room and that was all we had for the 5 nights, we got one complimentary bottle of water on arrival and then we had to either buy more at the bar or when we were out to bring back. The shower gel provided was very runny and felt cheap. We just felt like the shine of this holiday was taken off because of the facilities, the efforts and costs we had to make to have our usual type of holiday. Reception staff were variable, some were helpful, others weren't and they didn't give much information unless you asked. You get a voucher for the beach which you have to show when you get there for free sunbeds and umbrella. That was nice, but the cafe, pay area for the beach was hot, humid and not very friendly.

We were especially impressed by the friendly recepionists and the breakfast staff, who treated us like family. A warm thank you to Giovanna, Denise, and the rest of the refectory crew, and also to Paige, the beautiful white dove displaying her magnificent tail feathers every morning. Copious amounts of prosecco and banana splits (frozen yogurt on tap) helped smoothen any slight imperfections. Perhaps the music at the pool could be less loud?

Pool side was nice, beach was really close to the hotel, staff was really nice and always helped with every single specific requirement we had - especially Giulia that could always help with every problem we had, besides work she was funny as hell and always positive, you should definitely give her a raise, one of the key persons in the team. Also shout out to Suji, he is quiet and shy but in reality he is a really nice person, you should talk with him more haha

You can tell that the hotel was once a beautiful 5-star property, presumably at its opening. Unfortunately, the buildings are not well maintained and the overall look is outdated. You can still enjoy the different amenities - Pool, nearby beach, breakfast buffet... The absolute worst aspect of the stay, an aspect that is inexcusable for a "luxury" hotel is its staff. With the exception of the manager, a very kind and solution-oriented man, the team is incredibly rude. After drilling for days above our room, the smoke alarm started dripping water at 1AM, and when we reported it to the reception, we were accused of smoking in the room - Not only are we not smokers, but it would have caused a different reaction in the device itself. We were finally offered a replacement room, which was a whole grade below what we had paid for. When checking out, we were asked to pay for other guests' bills, as they input the wrong room number from the invoice into their system, and didn't let us go to sleep for more than one hour until they realized they indeed made a mistake. As someone who worked in the Luxury industry, I strongly advise the manager to reconsider Roberta at the reception, who yelled at me and my mother for telling her we are not paying someone else's bills, and talked trash about us to other staff members (not realizing I speak Italian and can understand exactly what she is saying). If that is the image of the hotel, it is no surprise that the rating on Booking is continuously going down...

Eine schöne grüne Anlage mit leckerem Frühstück. Der dazugehörige Strand war auch perfekt für einen Strandtag. Kostenlose liegen und ein Sonnenschirm stehen als Hotelgast zur Verfügung. Mit einem E Scooter ist man dank der E-Bike Lane super schnell in der Innenstadt. Zu Fuß benötigt man circa 45min in das Stadtzentrum. Ein Supermarkt ist per Fuß in circa 15min erreichbar

Das Personal war eher durchwachsen. Wir hatten Kontakt mit netten Mitarbeitern, hatten jedoch auch einen sehr unfreundlichen Kontakt mit einem Herren an der Poolbar. Am Pool waren leider 50% der Liegen mit Handtüchern belegt von den Gästen jedoch keine Spur auch über Stunden hinweg nicht. Hier würden wir uns eine Lösung wünschen wie es bereits in mehreren Hotels gelebt wird.

Ho soggiornato una sola notte quindi non ho usufruito di tutti i servizi. Posizione ottima, vicina all'aeroporto (15 min ), piscina bella. L'unico difetto, la colazione. Costo 16 € ma fanno pagare extra le omelette ... mah ! in qualsiasi hotel ma soprattutto in un 5 stelle non esiste che ci siano degli extra.

Our flight was cancelled and I booked this hotel for location to airport and its access to the beach. We did eat at the restaurant and enjoyed it very much - service and food were excellent.

The hotel is charming, but in need of renovation. Ground floor rooms were musty and damp. The breakfast should come with room reservations.

This is not a 5 star hotel. The shower didn’t drain properly, the air conditioner making too much noise, the staff were disrespectful, music too loud till midnight

Hotel is beautiful and it suited us for our Honeymoon, pool is a great size and the pool bar has beautiful food, the rooms are airy and the beds and pillows are so comfortable and it had a lovely balcony.Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately it’s about €25 each way into the city centre, that’s the only fault ,but not the hotels fault.

I really liked the place. It was spacious, well-organized, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is lovely all kind of good food for your good start the day.

Everything went very smoothly from the moment we arrived - reception gave us a great room adjacent to the pool . The connected Lido and restaurant across the road.were superb -ice cream - was very good - the cocktail bar and barman had a five star ring and the hotel s arrangements with transport to the airport worked well.

Najmocniejszą stroną hotelu jest jego piękne otoczenie- duży ogród pełen doskonale utrzymanych i zadbanych roślin, piękna zielona trawa, palmy, kwiaty. Przyjemna zielona oaza. W hotelu panuje spokój i relaksująca atmosfera. Wygodne łóżka, fajne patio przy pokoju. Miła obsługa w recepcji i super kierowca, który nas przywiózł z lotniska. Plus za możliwość wstępu na plażę z leżakami i parasolami. W hotelu prawie nie ma dzieci, więc jest spokojnie i cicho.

Śniadania- to najsłabszy punkt.może w 3 gwiazdkowym hotelu byłyby ok, ale napewno nie zasługują na 5 gwiazdek. Monotonne, ciągle czegoś brakowało, obsługa powolna i chyba niezbyt lubiąca swoją pracę. Za podstawowe rzeczy jak jajko sadzone czy naleśniki trzeba dopłacić, co jest dla mnie niezrozumiałe, bo to są śniadaniowe podstawy. Jajecznica okropna. Pokoje średnio sprzątane, nie uzupełniane herbaty przez cały pobyt, szafki śmierdzą stęchlizną, mocno słychać sąsiadów, bardzo brudna kratka od klimatyzacji (aż strach się bać co z tego leci). Brak jakiejkolwiek suszarki do wysuszenia mokrych rzeczy po basenie czy plaży. Poradziliśmy sobie kupując sznurek na pranie (w 5 gwiazdkowym hotelu). Stare drzwi do pokoju, nadające się do wymiany. To samo klimatyzacja, która chyba pamięta lata 80te. Lokalizacja może być dla niektórych kłopotliwa, ale ja wybrałam ją celowo, bo bardziej niż na bliskości miasta zależało mi na bliskości plaży. I to się sprawdziło. Spaceru do centrum jednak nie polecam, bo trasa jest nieprzyjemna i bardzo ruchliwa.

Good location, decent breakfast and lovely pool area and food was good, although pricey.

Rooms are terrible - clogged shower drain, water pressure good but temperature kept playing between super hot or freezing cold. A/C couldn’t be regulated from the room, had to contact reception to change temperature or switch on/off. Spotted easily 20+ mosquitos in the room over a 2 night stay. Some staff were helpful like cleaning staff, but others were arrogant or unwilling to help. The hotel driver scammed us into paying for taxi shuttle that was pre-booked by other hotel guests. Definitely not value for money, not 5 star worthy and not luxury as the name suggests.

Decor was stunning, staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the two girls on reception. Nice pool area. Food in the restaurant was good.

Absolutely dreadful experience – avoid at all costs Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We were part of a large group attending a wedding in Sicily, and this hotel was one of the selected accommodations for guests, with transport arrangements organised through the hotel. The hotel itself was far from the standard advertised. The rooms and common areas felt dirty and poorly maintained, and the staff were consistently rude, unfriendly, and appeared annoyed whenever guests needed assistance. Any request seemed to be met with hostility rather than hospitality. The worst part of our stay was what can only be described as a scam involving transport. We had transport booked for 3:30pm, and around 25 wedding guests were waiting outside the hotel. At approximately 3:40pm, a man arrived and asked for the first eight people. Naturally, we assumed this was part of the transport arranged for our group. Upon arriving at our destination, we were shocked to be presented with a bill for €250. We later discovered that the hotel had actually booked a taxi for other guests at 4:20pm, and somehow we had been directed into that vehicle instead. Given the circumstances, it is difficult to believe the hotel was unaware of what was happening. To make matters worse, when I raised the issue with reception, I was met with an abrupt, arrogant response and was simply told that it was "my problem." There was no attempt to investigate, assist, or show any concern whatsoever. Breakfast was also nowhere near what you would expect from a supposedly 5-star hotel. The quality and selection were very disappointing. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Dirty facilities, rude staff, poor service, and a transport situation that left us feeling completely taken advantage of. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and certainly would not stay here again.

I was very disappointed with my stay, especially considering this is advertised as a 5-star hotel. The biggest issues were several room-related issues. During our stay, at least three groups of friends had to request room changes—one because of a strong unpleasant smell, another because a couple was given a twin room instead of a double, and another after finding dirt and even toenail clippings in their room. In my own room, I stepped on a piece of broken glass immediately after entering. Fortunately, I wasn't injured, so I didn't bother reporting it, but it certainly shouldn't happen in a hotel of this standard. The pool, although clean, for a hotel of this size and capacity, there are simply not enough sunbeds or space to accommodate guests. Unless you arrive very early, it's almost impossible to find somewhere to relax by the pool. Another disappointment was the daily parking charge. Given the already high room rates, along with the expensive food and drinks, charging guests extra for parking feels excessive and not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. Throughout our stay, we also noticed many other guests expressing similar frustrations. Unfortunately, the attitude and hostility shown by some members of staff when dealing with complaints only made the experience more disappointing. Overall, this hotel falls well short of the standards expected from a 5-star property. While the hotel may look impressive, the service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience did not justify the premium price.

- WiFi werkte niet, heel slecht - Dure prijzen bij de poolbar - Weinig ligplekken bij zo’n groot zwembad - Aparte geur in de kamer Prima hotel maar geen vijf sterren waardig.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und ein sehr guter und gepflegter Außenbereich (inkl. Pool).

Undichte Dusche (Silikondichtungen undicht/ bröckelig), alter Duschschlauch ist geplatzt und die Zimmertür ließ sich einfach aufdrücken ( unsicher). Die 5*L Einstufung ist sicherlich zu hoch gegriffen. Ein Hotel wie eine alternde Diva. Immer noch ein sehr gutes Hotel, das aber beim näherkommen seine "Falten" zeigt.

BARDZO UPRZEJMA OBSŁUGA! Wygodne łóżka, pokoje sprzątane codziennie, spory taras przynależny do pokoju. Śniadania w formie bufetu różnorodne i smaczne. Dobra lokalizacja, pieszo lub autobusem można dostać się do centrum, po drugiej stronie ulicy plaża z leżakami i parasolami - w cenie pobytu, na plaży bar i ratownicy. Parking na obiekcie płatny, ale można też parkować na ulicy. Obejście obiektu bardzo zadbane. Generalnie i widać i czuć wysoką jakość obiektu i obsługi.
