overall, we had a very good stay. The hotel building, rooms, and furniture are all brand new, modern, and exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the complimentary room amenities were high quality. Location-wise, it was fine and convenient enough for exploring. The real highlight was the breakfast, they serve what is easily the best pistachio cornetto in all of Catania!

The price was slightly on the high side compared to average rates in Catania, which is the main reason for an 8 rather than a higher score.

Location, room, breakfast was amazing, the staff was wonderful and welcoming and knowledgeable. The housekeeper was terrific.

カターニアは2回目の訪問ですがシチリア第二の都市にあって、こじんまりしたとても落ち着いたいいホテルと思います。着いてみて何より驚いたのは、カターニアの中心である大聖堂まで徒歩10分もかからないほどの便利な場所に位置することです。フィッシュマーケットやレストラン、その他の著名な観光地などの多くは徒歩圏内です。いかに便利な場所にあるかですし、それでいて周囲はとても静かな環境で、私たち60代の夫婦には丁度良い感じでした。また朝食はとても美味しく、従業員の方々も親切で、心地よく過ごすことができました。有り難うございました。

シチリアのホテルに多いのですが、あのヘアドライヤーは変えて欲しいです。先ずコードが短く、そのせいもあり時々コンセントから抜けます。また風を出すボタンを放すと風が出なくなるのも面倒です。今どき、もっと軽くてイオンが出るなど性能がいいドライヤーはあるのではないでしょうか。 あとシャワー室が広いのはいいのですが、床面が滑りやすく危ないなと思いました。床面素材を変更するか、壁面に手摺りを付けてはどうでしょうか？高齢者の方もいらっしゃると思いますので、安全対策をするに超したことはないと思います。

为了第二天的返程长途飞机特意在选择在这里多度过一晚，缓解整趟路程的疲惫，这个酒店很好的实现了这个计划。同时，酒店能很便捷地抵达商业区和景区。酒店设施齐全，餐厅的食物可口，没有像整体西西里的食物口味偏咸（对于中国人来说）。

We booked a Suite with City View room, which exceeded our expectations. The room was very big with a separate sitting area. Each area had a tv. The beds were super comfortable, very clean and a huge shower. A gift box was on our bed when we arrived, which was a very nice gesture. The breakfast had everything you might want. The hotel was centrally located and everyone who worked there were very kind and helpful, answering any questions we might have. If ever I return to Catania, I would definitely stay here again.

I would have to say that there was nothing I didn't like. The price was a bit high but compare to other hotels I stayed throughout Sicily, this seemed to be the range.

We traveled all over Sicily and stayed in some nice hotels but this one was by far the best. The room was large and very comfortable, The pricing was great and staff attentive.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo Sangiorgio. We found the staff and the hotel amenities to be to be exceptional. The location was very convenient and within walking distance to both the historic area as well as to a Michelin stared restaurant (Sapio) that we wanted to visit. We booked a couples massage in their spa and thoroughly enjoyed it. I would highly recommend staying here.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, alles frisch und schön präsentiert, kann man herrlich morgens im Innenhof geniessen. Die Mitarbeiter waren extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ein tolles Hotel im Herzen von Catania, vieles fußläufig erreichbar. Hatten ein Mietauto, das Hotel offeriert ein Parkservice gegen eine Gebühr. Sowie wir das Auto brauchten, war es innerhalb weniger Minuten vor dem Hoteleingang. Zimmer zur Straße, aber da ein ruhiger Platz war, keinerlei Lärm-Themen. Wir werden wieder kommen.

It was the end of our 3 week trip and I booked what I hoped would be a lovely treat at the end and we were not disappointed. The service is spot on and the room was of the highest quality, it’s beautifully presented. They also had some treats in the room including a lovely bottle of bubbles on ice. We had room service for dinner and the food was also very nice and good quality. It’s a 2 or 3 minute walk to the main area with the Cathedral and the breakfast which was included had a wide variety of choice. Very, very nice stay. If you’re looking for a bit of luxury in the area, look no further!

Nice hotel in a very gritty city. Staff was helpful and room a good size. Only pet peeve, no bathroom counters. The sink is like a bowl that sits on a cabinet up to my knees. If I had to go back to Catania, I would stay here again

This hotel is the best! I loved everything about it - service, room, location, etc. If you are looking for a place to stay in Catania this is it! The breakfast is wonderful. The staff helped us make arrangements for our excursions and all went smoothly. We cannot recommend it highly enough. We will definitely be back!

Mi permetto solo un'osservazione (non un appunto !) che mi è sfuggita al momento della partenza : generalmente (sottolineo "generalmente") negli hotel 5 stelle (per di più "lusso") la camera viene riassettata (letto fatto e biancheria bagno pulita) anche per la notte, perciò nel tardo pomeriggio : qui no. Comunque nessun problema.

Me encanto la decoración y el tamaño de las habitaciones, la cama es super comoda y el baño es precioso, grande y moderno. Tambien esta muy bien ambientado el lobby, el patio exterior y el roof top. Muy buen desayuno y muy buena la atención en general.

Hommikusöök oli suurepärane, valik oli väga hea. Asukoht oli super, kõik vaatamisväärsused ja söögikohad lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Eriti meeldis katusekorrusel asuv päikeseterrass mullivanni ja lamamistoolidega. Hotell oli mõnusalt privaatne, vaikne, uus ja väga ilusa kujundusega. Jõudsime hotelli varem, kui check-in aeg, aga hotell võttis meid kohe sõbralikult vastu. Nautisime enda külastust väga.

Hotel is pretty much brand new and everything is clean, not even any dirt in-between the tiles !! Very modern room with all the latest technology. Balcony was refreshing too. Staff were friendly and gave us a welcome drink. Had valet parking. Breakfast options were limited but tasty.

The location is perfect! Very short walk to the main square. The propery is beautiful and the staff are some of the best people I've encountered. Very attentive and kind.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Palazzo Sangiorgio in Catania is an absolute gem! The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t be more convenient for exploring the city. The staff go above and beyond—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a wonderful spread including delicious Sicilian pastries that were impossible to resist. The hotel’s own restaurant is not to be missed—truly some of the best food we had in Catania. Can’t wait to return!

Es war alles super! Zimmer wunderbar, Frühstück (bis auf die Eier, die man in der Küche jedoch individuell zubereiten lassen kann) ausgezeichnet und die Bar am Dach samt Whirlpool einfach spitze. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Die Preise sind schon sehr hoch, aber man befindet sich auch in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Wir kommen gerne wieder, sollte es uns nochmals auf Sizilien verschlagen.

The hotel is a couples retreat with a fabulous private spa experience available complete with 2 jacuzzis, sauna, steam room and your own bottle of Prosecco and fruit! The breakfast in the courtyard was charming with a tremendous assortment to choose from! The valet parking is rare for a city hotel so getting in and out is very easy! The bathroom is our room was a modern artistic wonder! Easily the best I have seen in Sicily at this price! The staff look after every need with great pride and attention. The Duomo is 3 blocks aways with over 100 hundred food and beverage options! This is easily the best couple's romantic retreat at this price on Sicily. A small boutique hotel who is going to turn heads! I highly recommend this property!

Amazing room facilities and beautiful courtyard for breakfast. Very polite and informative reception staff. The complementary olive oil and biscuits were a nice touch. We loved the jacuzzi in the room and the amenities with it. Bathroom was very modern and well equipped.

This hotel was outstanding. Early check-in, beautiful rooms, central to the city, and friendly and helpful staff. Honestly, easily the best place we stayed during our Sicilian trip. We needed to check-out early for a 6am flight and they even prepared breakfast takeaway bags for each person in the family! Highly recommend.

Очень удобная локация- до центра города пешком 5 минут. Персонал дружелюбный и помогающий, посоветуют где поесть и организуют комфортный трансфер (Jennifer! Grazie mille!). Welcome drink при заезде, бармен супер! веселый и улыбчивый! Завтраки разнообразные, вкусные, всё с душой и от сердца! Спасибо за эти 2 дня и 2 ночи!
