Breakfast was a continental type but there was a good choice.

Hotel is a little tired and could do with a refresh but is clean and offers good value.

We have stayed at a number of Wyndom properties as we have traveled across country, this place was not up to the standards we expected. It appears to be an old hotel that needs some tender loving care. The location is not the best. It looked like we overlooked a junk or scrap yard across the street. Not at all what we expected.

Staff was great, receptionist was professional and very helpful. Room was clean but needs some updating. The bathroom was just remodeled ands looks brand new,. The rest of the room needs some love, but the beds were comfortable.

Lobby and breakfast area very small and does not accommodate the number of persons staying at the inn.

The Tv in the room is older and we could not cast to it or log into our streaming services; so we were stuck with whatever was on local cable to watch.

Bon emplacement proche de l'aéroport, navette gratuite proposée par l'hôtel. Proche du métro pour rejoindre le centre de Vancouver et l'aéroport. Hôtel confortable , propre et très pratique pour passer une nuit ou deux.

Location and to see that the hotel was doing renovations. I also liked the communication of the renovations.

I didn’t like that I requested a cot and was given a room that was too small for the cot. Staff didn’t offer to switch the room until after I have checked in and moved my things into the room. When we call down for an extra blanket, the staff told us that they were only providing one extra blanket per room. We are paying a lot of money to stay in a hotel that should be equipped to handle this request , one or two extra blankets to a guest that asks for one. And when I asked for an extra blanket, I was given the fifth- degree it felt like, as to why I needed the extra blanket.

Very close to the airport and a quick 5 min walk to the SkyTrain station. We got there early and they let us leave our car in the parking lot while we took the train to Vancouver. Breakfast was much more than what I expected. Yogurt, bread, waffles, fruit, juice and cereal. It also started at 5:30am. Beds were comfortable and bathroom renovated.

The location is good, but the area can seem a bit daunting. We walked from the SkyTrain at night and it seemed ok, but not sure if I would walk it alone. Parts of the hotel are a bit outdated, but appreciate the updates that have already happened.

I liked how clean it was.

The layout of the breakfast could use a rethink. We couldn’t access the toasters because there was a big line of people waiting for the ‘make your own waffle’ station that were blocking almost the entire breakfast counter. I had to reach through people and it was awkward. Very minor thing really.

The weather was sunny and mild. The best part of the hotel is its location to the Canada Line. I like the free shuttle. The breakfast was okay, but the eggs need to be on the menu every day. The hotel staff was both professional and very helpful. The room was sizeable and clean and suprisingly quiet considering its nearness to the airport.

The neighbourhood was run-down; the Capstan neighbourhood nearby was much nicer. The hotel itself needs some refurbishing; however, it is only a four-minute walk from the Canada Line station. Sorry Vancouver, but your hotel prices are insane.

We have an early morning fight but their airport shuttle is full. We had to get up at :430am and get to airport half an hour early. This may not a big deal but consider we checked in at 0:30am and wake up at 4:30am, this is not good. They should have a big shuttle for morning peak time.

Ottimo il servizio navetta gratuito, personale gentile, letti comodi, l'unico problema era il rumore dei generatori (presumo del condizionatore) che si sentiva tantissimo di notte. Colazione inclusa un bel plus per poi andare in aereoporto già sazi :)

Breakfast was basic except for having a made to order waffle maker. Room was better condition than rest of common areas. Great bed, plenty of pillows,bathroom very clean. Area close to dining. SkyTrain an easy 5 minute walk away. Only 20 minutes away from downtown Vancouver. Area was very safe to walk at night.10 minutes by free shuttle to YVR.

It wasn’t located to many shops or restaurants. It was close to the train if you needed to go somewhere.

La limpieza de la habitacion. Camas muy cómodas Wi-fi bueno La ubicacion muy cerca del transporte público que te lleva en 20 ' al centro de Vancouver. Desayuno correcto. El personal amable y chick-in rápido. Tuvimos una estancia perfecta.

Breakfast was great.. the picture from the website wasnt how the location looks i thought it was more updated n its not. But the location was good n close to everything. But we just stayed 1 night n the beds were comfortable n cleaned.

We liked the make-your-own-waffles station they had at the breakfast. The food was good. Check in and check out was easy, with friendly staff. The airport shuttle service was great.

Was able to check in early, close to Skytrain station, lovely clean room with super comfortable bed.

The shuttle is really quick even it was 11:30pm. The shuttle is clean and comfort, smooth ride from airport to the hotel. Breakfast has no meat.

Great value for a stopover near Vancouver airport. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast. Great location - 1 block away from a major street so much quieter than other nearby hotels. Only 10 minute shuttle to airport (every 30 min.) and only a 5 min. walk from Bridgeport station/ skytrain. It's an older building but well maintained.

Overall was better than sleeping in the car or on the street. The staff during checking in seemed very uninterested, friendly but just the job for them. Once up in the room we were greeted with a musty smell. Towels were raffled, at least they did smell clean. Windows looked moldy and the curtains felt sticky and not clean. Wall paper and baseboards looked like they had their best day about 10 years ago. There was a sizeable gap underneath the door that lead quite a lot of light through. The next day breakfast was very very basic. It will do the job to have some breakfast but it was really lagging in options. Overall we wanted just a basic night in a hotel but even for basic standards it was poor. Felt like a waste of money.

Outdated, the breakfast was horrible, no protein, just breads and cereals, waffles , the addition of maybe some boiled eggs or some cheese would have been nice. And there was another client that screamed all night to the point of waking up most of the floor. We got no explanation, no apologies or compensation from the hotel.

We stayed twice - at the beginning and at the end of our time in Vancouver. We had a spacious room with 2 comfortable queen beds, a fridge & a microwave at a good price, compared with most hotels in/around Vancouver during the FIFA World Cup. It's located a short walk from The Story restaurant which we can recommend, a liquor store and the Bridgeport Canada Line skytrain station, which had regular trains to Downtown Vancouver. The breakfast was not extensive but there were cereal options, plus bread for toast, bagels and a waffle maker plus apples/bananas and occasionally scrambled egg pates. The complimentary airport shuttle worked well & the staff at reception were all friendly & helpful, especially Taran.
