Struttura comodissima perché ha l’entrata direttamente dalla stazione centrale, quindi per muoversi è in una posizione ottima. L’hotel è molto bello, curato, pulito, ed offre tantissime cose sia a livello di servizi ( palestra, spa, piscina) sia a livello di cibo ( ci sono molti ristoranti interni con differenti cucine). La nostra camera era spaziosa, luminosa, con letto comodissimo! Il personale si è sempre mostrato gentile e disponibile. Che dire, nulla di negativo! Consigliatissimo

The timing of our visit. During our visit, there were a huge number of foreign visitors from one country. The hotel prepared the breakfast menu to cater to the foreign visitors.

Truly the best food. The room service was superbb. We had search for best breakfast buffet to try, and Holton was most voted and we were not disappointed. The best so far i have tasted. I love the bed so comfy.

Everything was great! The pool was kids-friendly, the hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only downside was that the toilet didn’t have a bidet. Other than that, everything was superb! 👍🏻✨

The Hilton KL lied to booking.com about my checkout date and cost me $500. Criminal.

We had not been back to Hilton Kuala Lumpur in months. Today we came back. We were greeted by Omar at the front desk. He remembered us and knew exactly what we liked. As it was a long weekend in Kuala Lumpur, the front desk check-in process moved without a hitch even though the check in counter was partially closed for some upgrading work. And the executive lounge is never a disappointment. Even with the haze we managed to catch the sun showing off it's setting blaze. Halilah and Rizal..the awesome folks there just made our evening complete. This is one of the reasons this hotel gets all the awards.. it the people like Omar ,Halilah and Rizal that make a REAL DIFFERENCE.

浴室熱水不太熱，雖然有浴缸，但泡起來很冷；相較於早餐人員房務人員，櫃檯人員就比較冷漠；房內設備的部分可能因為營業久了，所以看起來比較老舊。

I had an excellent stay at Hilton Kuala Lumpur and would thoroughly recommend the hotel, particularly for anyone travelling for business. What really stood out was the level of service and hospitality from the team. A special thank you to Patwin Singh, the Operations Manager, as well as Sharon, Nadia and Azad, who were incredibly helpful, supportive and attentive throughout my stay. They genuinely went above and beyond to make everything easy and comfortable, and somehow managed to make the hotel feel almost like home despite me being in Kuala Lumpur for strict business. Great location, great hotel, but most importantly a fantastic team. I’ll definitely be staying again on future trips to KL.

Dear Hilton Kuala Lumpur Yet again, I had another dreamy stay during 21st July-22nd July. Checked-in with amazing front desk service, and received a celebratory surprise when I went to the room! To which I didn’t even realised that it was my tenth stay at Hilton KL. (Thank you to house keeping for the little surprise and I personally appreciate the little flower arrangement on the side table, really makes a difference of coziness!) My warm regards to the Executive Lounge Manager (which I always forgetting her name, forgive me), greeted me with the warmest smile in the highest standards! Always made me feel welcomed there. Breakfast, as usual was an indulgence (Vasco, lobby), I personally enjoyed the wines and bubbles at the exec lounge. Overall, I felt appreciated and acknowledged as a Diamond member, even for a night of stay, the attention to details really made it worth. Thank you and will see you again soon!

I always enjoy the authentic Japanese food and attentive services from the team at Iketeru. It is my favorite spot to dine in Hilton KL. I had a delicious grilled Chilean sea bass with miso. It is a classic dish and the sea bass is fresh and tasty. I have to say thank you to the good services from Anie, Vani and Joe. The same old faces whenever I walk into Iketeru. The service team always ready to take good care of you and recommend the good dishes and ensure you have an enjoyable meal. 👍👍👍

We stayed in a Junior Suite with access to the Executive Lounge. Firstly I want to thank the Executive Lounge staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Staff greet you like family - such a beautiful warm welcome. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Special mentions go to Halilah and Rizal - thank you for all the hard work you do and for making it all look so effortless. Always with a smile and always with a kind word. Nana, who is always busy knows all the guests so well. Always ready to offer the usual pot of tea and always done with great kindness and a warm smile. I should also mention Kalimah and Sarah - always welcoming and very attentive.

Great location. it was easy to get from KLIA airport to Hilton KL. Nice clean room with great deco and amenities. Getting to town (TRX, Pavilion, etc) for shopping was pleasant and easy too. Shout out to Asst Front Office Manager Patvin Singh, Nana and Rizal! Thank you for your hospitality.

Il modo in cui trattano i clienti è di un altro pianeta rispetto ad altri hotel. Il buffet Vasco clamoroso per ricchezza e varietà (cena costa 36 euro, pochissimo per quello che offre). Il bagno è dotato di washlet (bagno giapponese con tasti per il bidet).

Every time I walk into the lobby of Hilton Kuala Lumpur, I can immediately feel that the hotel is alive. From the concierge and reception team to the staff welcoming guests on the ground floor, there is a genuine sense of passion, energy and hospitality. As a regular guest, I especially appreciate something that cannot be created by beautiful design alone — recognition. The staff remember and recognise returning guests, making each stay feel more personal and welcoming. As a Hilton Diamond member, I also appreciate the recognition and room upgrades I regularly receive during my stays. There may always be newer hotels opening in Kuala Lumpur, but great hospitality is not measured by the age of a building. Facilities give a hotel its appearance, but people give a hotel its soul. That is what continues to make Hilton Kuala Lumpur special to me. Once again, I would fully recommend Hilton Kuala Lumpur as one of the best hotels for service and hospitality in the city. It will definitely continue to be one of my first choices whenever I return to Kuala Lumpur for business. A beautiful hotel may impress you once. Tv가 스마트 tv가 아니어서 유튜브가 지원 안되고 채널도 몇개 안되고 tv모니터 화질이 안 좋아요. 휴지 케이스도 욕실에 하나 밖에 없어서 아쉬웠습니다.

It was a lovely hotel with a definite 5-star feel. The room and views were lovely. The breakfast buffet was superb.

There were sensible signs with rules for the jacuzzis. The pool one said, 'no children' and the spa one said, 'appropriate swimwear'. In both cases other customers completely ignored the signs. The rules should be overseen by hotel staff members. Also, there were some guests routinely raising voices in the corridor late at night. Signage around respecting other guests' rest time would have been appropriate.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the location is excellent. A special thanks to Kavi for the quick and smooth check-in process, which made our arrival very easy. We'd also like to thank Dino for taking the time to explain how to reach the train station and for sharing other helpful information about the area. He was very friendly and informative. Overall, all the staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable

The only issue we experienced was that the air conditioner in our room wasn't cooling properly at first. However, after we contacted the front desk, the maintenance team responded very quickly and fixed the problem right away. We really appreciated the prompt service.

Hotel location and cleanliness

Very busy at the reception at the time of check-in, but the staff was doing all they could to get us checked-in. Bathrooms should have a hand spray near the toilet seat.

Location, location, location. Very convenient as most of the time we fly to KL, hence the location is very convenient via KLIA Express at KL Sentral.

Unser Zimmer war geräumig. Ich hatte das Hotel für eine Hochzeit gebucht. Da ich seit langem bei Booking.com angemeldet bin, habe ich ein besseres Angebot über Booking.com bekommen als über das Hochzeitspensum. Unser Zimmer war auch angemessen geräumig. Frühstück war klasse und hatte auch indische Gerichte, die frisch gekocht wurden.

Leider wurde uns ein Zweitbettzimmer zur Verfügung gestellt . Wir wurden per Whatsapp vorher gefragt, ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Wir haben per whatsapp informiert, dass wir ein Doppelbett benötigen, weil wir zu Dritt sind und unser Kind auch im gleichen Bett schläft. Aber bei der Ankunft waren es zwei getrennte Betten.

Great location, right next to NU Sentral and the KLIA Express, making it incredibly convenient for travel to and from the airport. There are also plenty of restaurants and dining options nearby. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and eager to help. I will definitely stay here again on future business trips.

Swimming pool- water little bit salty

Very well situated right near the station from the airport, completely covered walkway straight from the station to the hotel. Room was very spacious with a great view over the botanic gardens and comfortable room.

The room was a little bit pricey for what you get and the restaurants on site were very expensive.

The location at KL Sentral was perfect, so easy to get to and from the airport and also very easy to get around KL. Every staff member we encountered were all so lovely and welcoming. The rooms were big, airy, spotless and well appointed. The pool area was great. The food was all very good.

The toilet facilities by the pool were being renovated I believe and it was a maze through the gym and spa to find alternative ones.

Our stay from 21st June to 23rd June at Hilton Kuala Lumpur was made incredibly memorable by the exceptional hospitality of the team, especially during breakfast and at the Executive Lounge. Exemplary Care at Breakfast • Assistant Chef Mr. Thinesh (Indian Cuisine): On our first morning, we asked about the daily menu rotation and mentioned that Pongal and Puri are our favorites. Even though they were not on the schedule for the following days, Mr. Thinesh promised to make them for us. He kept his word and served these delicious dishes today, showcasing rare and heartwarming hospitality.Ferra (Trainee): For two consecutive days, she showed genuine care by visiting our table to check on our meals and drinks. She actively sought feedback for improvements. Despite being a trainee, her professional and proactive attitude was highly impressive.Outstanding Executive Lounge Team (Evening of 21st June) The entire lounge staff was professional, friendly, and approachable. A special shout-out to the gentleman in charge of the evening aperitifs on 21st June (whose name we unfortunately missed). My wife is vegetarian, and options were limited that evening. He proactively noticed this, offered to cook special vegetarian dishes for her, and served them freshly made. This level of personalized care and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. We truly felt at home and look forward to staying at Hilton Kuala Lumpur again!
