I liked it all. Buffet breakfast, Spa treatments and other activities such as high tea. Room and bed were also awesome. Keen to go again.

Some services could be cheaper or free such as laundry or access to a laundromat in close proximity.

The room is spacious though we only take the King Deluxe room. Staff are friendly & helpful, always smile despite of many guest arrived on that date.

Love the English vibe. Location is close to Dataran Merdeka by walking for Ambang Merdeka Celebration and Taman Botani Perdana for briskwalk and playground for my kids. Various menu during breakfast including barista.

I love how the management team tried their best to cater to my special request upon check in. The room is also so spacious and comfortable!

The toilet floor didnt dried up so it can be so wet.

I have requested before check in i want room 1105 but i get 1106 i pay for view . I just waste my money for sleep with train sound.

Spacious, with a beautiful view of the city and excellent amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, which really enhanced the overall experience. Room was big, and comfy. They even prepared the room for our honeymoon as I had requested in advance.

Room and Breakfast was excellent. Bed very comfortable. Rooms need a little work to be carried out. Overall, was a good hotel to stay at.

Location was not central to shops etc. However a shuttle bus was provide to take you there.

My room was upgraded to junior suite FOC (thanks Majestic!), spacious room, cleanliness on top and not to mentioned varieties selection for breakfast. Oh we opt for dinner buffet too which i really love food spread (their salmon sashimi cut are tick and bottomless hehe)

Had a wonderful stay at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. Everything felt elegant and well taken care of. Definitely enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again! 🤍

Ottima l’accoglienza e la disponibilità dello staff. Le camere sono spaziose e accoglienti, nonostante qualche piccola trascuratezza. Purtroppo gli infissi non impedivano al rumore della strada molto trafficata di farsi sentire! Ottima la possibilità del check out alle 12:00. Il punto di forza però è la colazione: davvero speciale, ricca, con ingredienti ottimi e caffè e cappuccino perfetto! Lo spazio esterno è fantastico ed è un vero peccato che non venga sfruttato completamente la zona dietro la piscina che permetterebbe di godere anche di un tramonto formidabile e di prendere il sole durante la giornata.

We went with our young family and it is a perfect hotel to stay. The breakfast is excellent, never seen before. Before we went to the airport, we had lunch. The buffet is also very good. The price-quality is top.

The gym has not the good temp. The pool is a bot boring for kids

L'emplacement de l’hôtel, près du quartier chinois, du parc et de extraordinaire musée des arts islamiques. La qualité des chambres, du petit déjeuner et la grande gentillesse du personnel.

Tout était bien. Un conseil d'amélioration - mais c'est vraiment pour trouver quelque chose - un peu plus de professionnalisme hôtelier au Café oriental mais nous avons énormément apprécié les musiciens qui s'y produisent.

Food!, in room dinning food was dry. However, there's a big breakfast buffet was available. Lots of choices offered, but I ended up getting sick once. Wifi was also slower than expected.

Great location, friendly staff, and a very clean and well-maintained property. The cleaning staff were especially helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back again.

We tried contacting the property several times before arriving in Malaysia to ask whether they could assist with airport pick-up and drop-off, particularly as we were travelling with a young child. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response to our messages. It would have been greatly appreciated if the hotel had responded, even if the service was unavailable.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights and checked out today. The accommodation and service throughout our stay were exceptional, and all of the staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. We would especially like to recognise Win, who went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Win was always there to help, whether assisting us during our stay or welcoming us at the front desk with his wonderful smile. He consistently made sure that we were well looked after and had everything we needed. Win is a credit to the hotel, and his exceptional customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to Win and the entire team for making our four-night stay such a wonderful experience. We will certainly remember the excellent service and would be very happy to stay here again.

Super, old world hotel, we were in the old part of the hotel which was quieter and really lovely. Breakfast was super, really good buffet, the staff were wonderful and the meal we had was super. It’s really close to the Botanic Gardens which is great for a morning walk and Chinatown, the Central Market and train station were also a short walk away

We enjoyed a very comfortable room with adjoining room for our kids. The large bath to soak in was great after a big day out. The pool was great and we enjoyed the variety of options for our breakfast. The hotel also arranged a late check out for us (50% of room cost) which was very helpful for our travel plans. We walked out to the Botanical Gardens from the hotel (why we selected this location).

Breakfast was very busy at the time we went down (8.30am). It would have been ideal to have a metro station a bit closer, but Grab taxis worked out well.

I was not expecting that my room would be intruded by any staff after I had checked in for my stay (I did not put any sign for housekeeping). I went out for dinner and returned to my room to only find traces of items being moved. But fortunately, my items and possessions were not stolen.

The room was clean and spacious - lots of soft fluffy pillows and extra short bolsters. We were able to top up for water and coffee capsules although we skipped house keeping the next day. Appreciate that.

My iphone was not able to connect to the wifi connection but it was ok for my husband on android. Will be good if the team can look into it. We had dinner at the restaurant near the orchid tea rooms and unfortunately some menu was out of stock. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Nostalgic environment to colonial times, excellent service from registration to high tea & turn down service. Surprise room upgrade!

I’m always like to stay in Majestic Hotel since 2018 until now but this time i’m a bit upset..during check in the front desk told me that im not yet paying,but actually its paid since 2 days ago via booking.com -the breakfast it not good like before..some of the food cold,the chickem berempah for nasi lemak so hard,cold,the staff also some not really attended when customer call

the staff(not all the front desk the one who check me in-he even give me the room card but when i went to the room unable to open,its was 11th floor (1107) rhe food

The historic building is exceptionally well-maintained. The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer a beautiful view from the window. The staff is highly professional and friendly.

There are no shops or commercial facilities next to the hotel, making it impossible to buy food or drinks. While the night market is within walking distance, the surrounding roads are difficult to navigate.

Exactly what you would expect from a 5-star hotel: clean, spacious rooms, very professional and helpful staff, gigantic and delicious breakfast. We were upgraded to a suite and the room was amazing. There is also a swimming pool and a gym.

You can’t really walk anywhere as there is a very busy road just outside the hotel, so we had to taxi everywhere.

Good location. Nice lobby and restaurant. Room well sized. Well priced and varied buffet meal.

Unable to adjust air conditioning - too cold and needed to turn off at times during night. Breakfast too expensive. Also wifi connection not great.

Gorgeous hotel. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The breakfast was superb. We are vegans so sometimes it’s a bit difficult but it’s a huge buffet with plenty for us. There was a piano player a small band in the evening. Very classy we loved it

The hotel is amazing. I booked deluxe king for 3 nights and 2 days, but ive gotten a free upgrade to suite. The room was very spacious and beautiful. All the staffs were friendly, definitely worth my money. The breakfast was delightful, so many varieties to choose from. I definitely would come back again and I strongly recommend everyone to give it a try. Thank you to all the staffs, see you guys soon.

The Majestic by name, and by nature. from the moment you walk in until you leave, the staff, and this superbly appointed hotel, will care for you professionally and efficiently. A delightful throwback to colonial styling, I found it ideally positioned to get around - accepting the usual traffic snarl ups in rush hour. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with special mention to the fabulous roti station. The entire staff (with special mention to the door staff) were unflappable and friendly. It was a genuine pleasure to come back to the hotel and I don't think my stay in KL would have been half as good without such a great base to go from. Old school charm and manners, and modern facilities. Stay here.

Ok, the roof garden and the pool were a *little* bit tired and the outdoor shower was out of service. But the water was cool and refreshing and there were plenty of loungers and towels.

Loved the overall luxury, the room size (we had deluxe king rooms) and the view from one of the rooms. The breakfast was amazing - so many choices! The pool was lovely too.

Location. It is close to the city so if you are happy to always travel by car or Grab it is great, but due to the position next to busy highways it was difficult to walk to places. There were no places to eat or pick up groceries close by. This was the only negative though.

Everything was above and beyond my expectations. The staff greet us politely, the room was clean and nice smelling, the variety of breakfast spread and the location of the hotel.

Unfortunately parking for guest is not free. It would be great if they can change their policy and provide free parking for hotel guests.

I liked the location as it was midway between the city centre and Bangsar. I also liked the prompt service from the staff.

I didn’t like that there was no shopping mall within walking distance from the hotel. But this is just a minor dislike.

Staff was not friendly, they looked kinda moody. Specially indian guy worked at the reception who handled us during check out process. His face very grumpy and he threw the room card at his desk after he cheked us out. Maybe the hotel need to train the staff how to manage stress.
