La proximité avec le haram mais si c’était une petite pente Je tiens néanmoins à souligner que ZAHID HOSSON et Nuru Amine ont été gentils et agréables malgré les problèmes rencontrés.

Très déçue de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Honnêtement, je trouve que l’établissement n’est pas au niveau d’un hôtel 3 étoiles. La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer : il y avait de la poussière partout, les tapis étaient tachés et l’état général de la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos présentées lors de la réservation, ce qui m’a énormément déçue et m’a fait regretter mon séjour. Pour notre dernier jour on nous a offert le petit déjeuner, mais il n’y avait plus rien dans le buffet… Malheureusement, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et je n’y retournerais pas.

It was walking distance to the haram. We can use a Jim hotel as a shaded, air conditioned short cut. Mr Yahya was very friendly and even offered us a complementary buffet breakfast. They were flexible with the check out time and did not charge us.

The service was great, the staff were all friendly. It’s close to the haram. The beds were very clean. I can’t complain.

The staff was lovely, Jamal was a 10/10, and the reception team was very understanding when I was a bit late for checkout. They even helped me get a taxi and negotiated the price for me. I really appreciated their kindness and help! The location was also great, very close to the Haram. Just don’t rely too much on Google Maps—there’s actually a shortcut to get there that makes it much easier and faster.

The sanitary facilities were a bit smelly.

Muhammad Alam on 8th floor was great housekeeper and wellspoken.

Nice and clean hotel , friendly staff. Particularly Nurul Amin , he was very friendly and helpful and made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to help me and I was very happy about this. Takes realistically upto 10 mins to get to the haram if you take a shortcut through Anjum hotel. However the side of the haram is gate 100 and gates like 79,89 etc and clock tower can take up to another 10 5-10 mins to reach depending on how busy it is and barriers.

Fiyat/performans açısından son derece memnun kaldığımız bir otel oldu. Konumu harika, odalar ve genel alanlar tertemizdi. Çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlüydü ve her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Asansörler hızlı ve çamaşırhane hizmeti oldukça kullanışlıydı; oda klimaları da gayet yeterliydi. Otelden çıktıktan sonra çok kısa bir yokuş çıkıp Anjum Otel’in içerisinden geçerek Harem’e oldukça rahat ulaştık. Zemzem Towers veya Gazze Garajı tarafındaki yoğun insan trafiğine girmeden, sakin bir rotadan gidip gelmek büyük avantaj sağladı. Ayrıca Uber ve Hungerstation gibi uygulamaları kullanırken de hiçbir zorluk yaşamadık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Not my first stay and definitely will come many times again.. Everything in this place is really great.. Especially the staff from the receptionist and Yehia in the cafeteria.. Room service is always responding, making sure everyone is happy

It’s close to the haram and also its decent hotel

Very convenient location to reach Haram and pray with Iqama. It’s at easy walking distance from Haram. Staff was welcoming and supportive. I would like to specifically mention Hussain, one of the housekeeping staff member who took care of us and asked multiple times if any support/assistance was required. Also worth mentioning the welcoming and supportive behavior of food and beverages manager, Yahya, who offered us a complimentary breakfast on the last day of our stay.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Mokhtar Hassan and Amin for being helpful and kind during our stay. The distance from Masjid al Haram was also very close.

Streets/pedestrian roads are currently under works and looking forward to my next visit where the roads will be safer to navigate.

The room was clean and the facilities were good including the service provided by Mr Arfat Nur Shahin and Mr Alamin .I am really satisfied by their service.Their professionalism and behavior and quality is of service really impressed me .Room -610

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel doesn’t include parking service and the reception service was so terrible as i had to wait 2 hours after traveling for about 13 hours ,for reception lady to arrive who apparently was not available at the reception and went to chill or something..This was not acceptable.I would give a better review but that reception lady ruined everything the reception lady does not care about customer services whatsoever the wait was unbearable...Take care of this service next time -Room 610-

I had a wonderful stay at Hibatullah Hotel Makkah. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I had accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong dates, but they handled the situation with great understanding and changed my reservation quickly and without any hassle. Their excellent customer service made a great first impression.The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walk from Masjid al Haram, which made our stay much more comfortable. Another big advantage is the underground parking, which is a huge benefit for anyone traveling by their own car. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The combination of helpful staff, excellent location, and convenient parking makes this hotel a great choice for anyone visiting Makkah. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The accommodation was good and the service was excellent, especially from the reception staff, cleaning staff, and other employees. I would like to specifically mention Othman Fellati from Burkina Faso.

The location in Mecca was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable throughout our 4-night stay. Special thanks to Amin from room service, who was attentive and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Mr. Mohamed Barakat was also incredibly helpful and made our stay much more pleasant with his hospitality.

لم يعجبني شيء مكان الفندق غير مناسب

الطاقم الإداري استجابته بطيئة جدا وأحيانا لا يتم الرد على الاتصال موقع الفندق سيء على قارعة طريق سريع لا يناسب العوائل مطلقا بعده عن الحرم المكي بسبب الجسور وتعرجات الطريق معظم النزلاء من جنسيات غير عربية لذلك تجد بعض السلوكيات الخاطئة مثل التدخين على باب الفندق يوجد في الفندق مطعمان الأول خاصة بشركة معينة وهذا مخصص لنزلاء معينين وأما المطعم الثاني لنزلاء الفندق ولكنةليس ضمن بكج الحجز وسعره مرتفع جدا غرفة صغيرة جدا ودورات المياه كذلك صغيرة جدا في الغرف لا يوجد في الفندق استراحة خاصة بالنزلاء لا يوجد مقهى في الفندق مفتوح على مدار الساعة

I had a great stay at Hibatullah Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and everything was well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I especially want to thank Ahmed Al Ali for his outstanding customer service. He was professional and his hospitality truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
