The view of the Tower Bridge was exceptional. Rooms were very clean, but dated. The food was good. The Concierge service was outstanding!

The view was amazing!!! And reasonably accessible to train station and buses.

Our room, while we’d booked a room with a view and it was fabulous, was very tired, I believe they are upgrading floor by floor, but on booking it, going by the pictures, we certainly did not get a modern room. Money wise that is a bit sad, especially when I’d booked it as the “superior” hotel to end our 4 weeks of UK travel!!! There was no power outlets or USB ports at all by the bed. Only over at the desk. The bathroom is the old bath with shower curtain , luckily there was grab rails to help get in and out. The breakfast room was chaotic, we did 2 mornings really early which wasn’t too bad, the cereal area didn’t have a great selection of cereal compared to all the other hotels we’ve been in the last 4 weeks and the food is a good… But too salty tasting.

Great location and a fair price for the area, but the room itself was disappointing. The furniture felt old and dated, the bathroom taps looked worn out, the shower hose was broken, and the bathtub — though clean — was chipped and clearly past its prime.

Väldigt mycket trafik i hissarna under viss tid under dagen. Mycket väntetid. Vi tog trapporna flera gånger som första gången inte var lätt att hitta trots skyltning. Vi stördes också av renovering. Borrning och bankande tidigt på morgonen. Vi hade ju ändå semester.

Wir hatten direkten Blick zur Tower Bride. Die U-Bahn Station ist auch in der Nähe. Frühstück ist sehr gut und man kann sich gut stärken Nach einem Tag in London, hat man das System im Griff.

Da man sehr viel mit dem Handy macht ( Lageplan, Fotos) wäre es für mich persönlich super, eine Steckdose neben dem Bett zu haben.

We started in a Standard Room for 2 nights. Love the fact that there was a bath. Room was oldish... We then stayed 5 nights in a King Room which were recently renovated. Loved the renovated room. Sad the bath was removed and no longer an issue.

When walking into the hotel, there is a smell hanging around. Most times it smelled like pee. Would be great once the whole hotel is renovated and done. Renovations took place during times we wanted to rest in the room.

There was nothing to like, given how disappointing the entire experience was.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had The photos do not reflect the reality of this hotel. The rooms are filthy: the toilet was disgusting, and the drains in both the bathtub and sink were rusty and full of hair. There were only three electrical sockets in the room, and just one worked—and even then, only if we held the plug in place with a finger to maintain contact. It was impossible to use an Apple MacBook charger because the space between the socket and the desk was too narrow. We had to go to the lobby simply to charge the laptop. There were also no sockets beside the bed. The carpet was dirty, stained, and covered in dust. For anyone with allergies or asthma, the conditions are unbearable—I had to use my inhaler almost constantly. We reported all these issues and were moved to another room, but the second room was just as bad. To make matters worse, staff responded sarcastically, implying that I was being overly particular and asking what I expected given that this was supposedly “the cheapest hotel in London with such a good location.” Regardless of the price, this hotel claims to be four-star accommodation, and the conditions and service fall far below that standard. I am still waiting for the compensation promised by the reception manager, who was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I would never stay here again. It was an enormous disappointment and, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The money I paid for 2 nights, the room it’s self was tired, with chipped furnishings. Missing bedside light. Having paid 500 I don’t think was value for morning.

Breakfast very good, location good, entrance gorgeous however once we got to our room we were very disappointed it was dirty outside and a terrible disgusting smell in the room which affected my eye & breathing. We went downstairs to complain & was told the unit that was in the room was aircon was in fact a sanitising unit! The difference between the entrance & rooms was unbelievable. We would never stay there again!

La localisation de l'hôtel est vraiment parfaite juste à côté du tower bridge. Le lit était vraiment confortable et nous avons passé une excellente nuit après avoir tant marché la journée pour être frais dès le matin ! Le fish ans chips au pied de l'hôtel pour dîner en regardant le pont était excellent aussi !

La vue était exceptionnelle et la literie très confortable. Bonne puissance du jet d'eau dans la salle de bain. Le personnel était très à l'écoute, et la conciergerie gratuite pour les bagages est un vrai plus !

Malgré que la chambre soit propre, j'ai tout de même noté certaines choses à rectifier pour l'avenir (une porte en bois cassée, la boite de mouchoirs encastrée dans le mur qui ne menace de se détacher...) mais cela ne nous a pas empêché d'apprécier notre séjour.

The view. However, the room was so filthy we could not stay and left immediately. This was after one recreation was cancelled and we were charged for a day before we even arrived. Then upon arrival, we waited in the lobby 5 hours for our room, and upon entering almost immediately left and we were charged another full day.

It was dirty and dingy and was more like a run down motel then the 4 star it claims to be

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location cannot be beat! You walk out the front door and it's the beautiful tower bridge in panoramic view. A bit of a trek to train station vs other hotels but lots of convenient food options near by. Grab a drink and some snacks, walk out the hotel front door and take a seat by the fountain waterside - there you have the best evening activity right there watching that beautiful bridge. The room size is quite good for the location!

The rooms are very dated. There's mold on shower walls and ceiling, which I guess cannot be helped given the hotel infrastructure seems outdated unless they renovate.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely return. The room was clean, tidy, and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The bathroom could do with a bit of an update, but it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay. A special thank you to the hotel for the thoughtful cake and wine that were left for my mum's birthday – it was such a lovely surprise and made her day extra special. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

The bathroom could be doing with an update

Die Lage war top. Wir hatten direkten Blick auf die Tower Bridge. Außerdem war zur Begrüßung anlässlich eines Jubiläums eine Flasche Wein am Zimmer. Die Pflegeprodukte waren angenehm, die Betten bequem und das Zimmer ausreichend groß für einen Städtetrip. Alle Personen, die dort gearbeitet haben, waren durchwegs freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Windows were very dirty (had been raining heavily few days before) but when The view is the reason for the stay, a little disappointing. We did self checkin which was quick and efficient but then didn't know where to go, no signs and had to wait for concierge to be free to direct us to the lift and floor number needed.

The fact that I’d paid for an upgrade but I was given the wrong room and I was told I had to leave that room before 12 and return by 3 and I did but I was told that my room was not ready and had to wait even longer dispite they had all afternoon to make sure it was ready I had to wait until 3.45 before I could get in and when I did get in the room was rather small the extraction unit in the bathroom wasn’t working dispite telling the staff that it never got sorted plus we couldn’t. Sehr nettes Personal und wirklich schöne Zimmer. Es ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das hat mich nicht gestört da alles sauber war und funktioniert hat.

Leider waren umbauten in dem Zeitraum in einigen Zimmer. Es wurde zwar darauf hingewiesen in Fahrstuhl das einige Zimmer erneuert werden trotzdem blöd wenn ab halb 9 die Bohrmaschine angeht

My family and I stayed in the suite, and we honestly didn’t know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. It was a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a separate lounge area and a lovely balcony. The view from the balcony was beautiful, overlooking the marina and the surrounding buildings. It was especially stunning at night when everything was lit up. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

I think the kitchen could be better equipped with more utensils, particularly forks, knives, and proper kitchen knives. We weren’t able to prepare any meals because there were no kitchen knives available. The stove was also quite difficult to operate, so it would be helpful to have instructions provided for guests. I eventually had to use YouTube to figure out how to use it. The balcony chairs were damaged, so unfortunately we couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the balcony, and the lounge chairs could also use a good cleaning. Apart from these few issues, everything else was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location. We have stayed at the Tower a few times as we really like the location.

There were very, very loud renovations happening in adjacent rooms that started around 9am on the 3 mornings we were there. We were not advised in advance of this. When we complained they offered to change our room, which begs the question, why were people booked into rooms affected by ear splitting noise. We were given a discount after discussion with a reluctant manager.

Unfortunately the UK isn’t prepared for hot weather. Consequently the room was hot. Luckily we are Australian and were able to cope with the heat in the room.

The rooms were tiny and very outdated. I had to ask to change rooms as the air conditioning vent was filthy and i was worried about catching something. The rooms need a thorough clean. Mould and dirty grout in the bathroom.

Perfect spot with views of the Tower Bridge. Close to Tower of London and easy access to the tube. Breakfast was included in our room rate and this was a great way to start the day.

Ours had; - Chipped paint on walls - Black mould in bathroom - Room furniture outdated 80-90s decor - Furniture scuffed and grubby The price per night is far more than I would generally pay for a room of such poor quality. It’s a bit rich that they charge full price for such tired, grubby rooms.

Traumhafte Aussicht. Top Lage. Umfangreiches Frühstück. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Obwohl die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen sind, sind diese sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen wahrscheinlich wieder - trotz der Mängel.

Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, nicht geputzt und nicht konsequent instand gehalten (bspw. Beschädigtes Kopfteil vom Bett, Toiletten Spültaste funktioniert nicht mehr korrekt). Das ist sehr schade, da die Zimmer trotz Alter geschmackvoll eingerichtet sind. Im Bad stinkt es furchtbar aus dem zentralen Abfluss. Ablauf der Wanne wurde nicht gereinigt, sodass das Wasser extrem schlecht abläuft. Staub lange nicht weg gewischt. Dadurch wirken die Möbel zusätzlich ungepflegt. Bspw. viel Staub und Dreck unter den Glasplatten der Möbel. Spritzer von Getränk auf Wand, die man eigentlich schnell entfernen könnte. Die Box für die Nespresso Maschine war ohne Kapseln für Gäste. Dafür gab es Instant Kaffee zum aufgießen. Der Blick auf die Towerbridge entschädigt alles. Trotz der Mängel haben wir es sehr genossen.

There was an unpleasant smell on some of the floors and we had trouble checking in, which seemed to take forever to resolve. We paid for an upgrade to a larger and better room with a tower view and didn’t get it
