Le personnel était vraiment incroyable! Très à l’écoute et attentionnés. Malgré la charge de travail important qu’ils ont à la semaine ils gardent toujours le sourire même avec des clients désagréables et c’est très appréciable. La nourriture était variée chaque jour et en abondance, nous avons même pu goûter des plats locaux. La formule demi-pension est vraiment intéressante pour le prix. Nous avions demandé une chambre avec lit double malgré que l’hôtel affichait les lits doubles complets à cette saison donc remplacés par des lits jumeaux et notre demande a été respectée par le personnel. La salle de sport comporte du matériel ancien mais suffisant pour une petite séance de vacances. La piscine est grande avec divers espaces, en revanche la location de serviettes de piscine est un peu abusive. Les appartements sont spacieux et bien équipés: salle de bain avec produits d’hygiène, four, évier, vaisselle et frigo.

Manque de propreté dans les chambres, nous avons trouvé un cafard dans la salle de bain que nous avons tué (sûrement un cas isolé) mais après le passage de la personne responsable du ménage le cafard était poussé derrière les toilettes. Manque d’air conditionné: vraiment problématique pour dormir malgré l’ouverture des fenêtres la nuit et la fermeture des rideaux le jour. Sur les 7 jours il n’y a qu’une nuit où je ne me suis pas réveillée à cause de la chaleur et c’est désagréable en vacances de se réveiller fatigué. Malgré le règlement affiché, certains vacanciers réservent des transats tôt le matin voir la veille pour certains donc parfois c’est difficile de trouver une place à certaines heures de la journée alors que les gens n’y sont même pas. Les règles nécessiteraient d’être rappelées parfois.

Die Lage und der Pool, wie auch die Versorgung war sehr gut.

Nachts und morgens war es sehr laut, so dass ein erholsamer Schlaf kaum möglich war.

La ubicación es perfecta. La tranquilidad de la piscina y la atención del personal excelente. El minigolf les gustó mucho a los niños.

Me gustaría mayor variedad de frutas en el desayuno y cena y más variedad saludable para los niños. La calidad del buffet es mejorable.

El buffet deja mucho que desear (el personal se sirve la comida en mitad del servicio , los camareros metiendo las manos en las bandejas para coger comida mientras sirven, y encontramos pelos en varias ocasiones) en cuanto a variedad ….. muy poca y mucho frito

Son unos apartamentos perfectos para alojarte tanto con la familia como con la pareja. Amplios, luminosos y con terraza. La atención del personal es excelente, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y la ubicación es excepcional ya que está cerca de la playa y también cerca de la zona comercial. El buffet es muy variado y con opción a probar comida tradicional canaria que también es un puntazo. Tiene un gimnasio muy completo y la piscina es una gozada con servicio de terraza. ¡Me ha encantado la estancia!

Aunque sabido de antemano, el aparcamiento

The rooms are cleaned daily, the staff are vwry friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and have lots of storage space. TV's have Netflix Amazon, YouTube and local. Balconies are big and catch the sun. There is no air-conditioning but there are fans which were sufficient. Bathrooms have hair dryers, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner should you need them. The hotel is quiet and sunbeds are always available by the pool. The food is okay with enough selection and the staff were always friendly when serving. The fresh omelette in the morning was lovely. The gym facilities are very good but could use some smaller weights too - it is air conditioned which is a huge bonus and there is an excellext selection of machines. There is a games room with pool, air hockey, basketball and Mario with a children's play area and spaces for play/drawing and colouring in the shade. Mini golf is available for a 20 euro deposit and is lots of fun, especially when the main one by the beach costs and is equally as dated.

This is not a dislike but more of an observation after staying there in 2019 and again 2026- the hotel has signs of wear and tear and some sunbeds etc need updating - however, the price paid reflects this and the hotel is kept clean and comfortable. The pool could do with a refurbishment as a lot of the tiles look broken or dirty in certain areas despite it being clean. The Children's pool is heated which is lovely. With areas such as the pool and the showers in the rooms having a bit of an upgrade, the hotel could charge much more and would be even better.

La verdad es que en general todo super bien. El apartamento es amplio en todas sus habitaciones, con una buena terraza también. Nos daba un poco de miedo la comida por los comentarios pero no hubo queja. Los desayunos super completos y las cenas también. La ubicación es muy buena.

1. Que el agua no esté incluida. Puedo entender que cerveza/refrescos los cobren, pero el agua (aun por encima es de las filtradas por ellos) no lo entiendo. 2. No tiene parking en el hotel, aunque es cierto que hay aparcamientos gratuitos cerca, el hecho de llegar y buscar sitio para aparcar a veces es caótico, sobretodo si hay mercadillo. 3. Esto ya no es cosa del apartamento, sino de la gente. A pesar de que pone que no se pueden reservar las tumbonas, a las 8:30 de la mañana ya están todas ocupadas con toallas guardando el sitio.

La atención en el restaurante.

No tiene aire acondicionado y apenas ventilaba, por lo que no se podía descansar muy bien.

Wir hatten Deckenventilatoren anstelle von Klimaanlagen. Wir mussten die Balkontüren offen lassen. Draußen lief ein Elektrogerät ähnlich einer Wärmepumpe. Das war sehr laut. Durch die offenen Türen hört man auch laute Gäste oder Reisende nachts ungeschützt. Zudem kann man den Vorhang nicht zuziehen und es bleibt sehr hell im Zimmer aufgrund der vielfältgen Hotelbeleuchtungen. Das Buffet war mit viel Convenience-Produkten: ok, aber nach einigen Tagen hat man genug.

Struttura molto accogliente, soprattutto per famiglie. Appartamento confortevole e vivibile, ideale per una vacanza. Consiglio vivamente la formula in mezza pensione, cibo abbondante e ottimo, ma il vero punto di forza è tutto il personale, in particolare quello della ristorazione, educato, cortese e sempre disponibile. Un saluto ad Álvaro e tutti i suoi colleghi. Consigliato!!! In reception è possibile acquistare biglietti per tutte le attività: parchi, escursioni, gite.

Unica pecca l’assenza in hotel di un parcheggio ma nelle vicinanze ci sono parcheggi in strada e con pochi euro si può parcheggiare all’interno dello shopping center San Miguel, a pochi metri dalla struttura.

Personal nicht immer so freundlich.Man wurde manchmal schnell abgefertigt. Man hat sich nicht so wertgeschätzt gefühlt.

Apartamento muy grande, confortable y luminoso. Las camas son cómodas y el ambiente general es tranquilo y agradable, ideal para descansar. Zona piscina muy agradable. Queremos destacar especialmente al personal del comedor, excelente en todo momento: muy amable, atento y profesional. En general, hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia y nos hemos sentido muy cómodos en Apartamentos Parque del Sol. Una muy buena opción para alojarse en Costa Adeje.

La cena podría ser un poco más variada, pero todo de muy buena calidad.

Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, la piscina climatizada a temperatura perfecta, las comidas correctas siempre con opciones para los niños, la localización con centros comerciales y supermercados alrededor y parkings de tierra cercanos para aparcar, pero a destacar la amabilidad y cercanía de todo el personal del hotel, te hacen sentir en casa :-)

Calidad de la comida, baja. Rellenan las botellas de agua para beber y la venden a precio de Oro. Personal del bufete, agradable menos el segundo Maitre que daba comentarios inapropiados. Socorrista, excelente, una gran persona y muy amable. Recepción, suficiente.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, à 3 minutes a pied de la plage Fañabé, 1 minute d’un petit magasin alimentaire et de tous les commerces. L’appartement est sympa et le personnel de l’hôtel VRAIMENT GÉNIAL !! L’attention qu’ils portent tous aux enfants est particulièrement appréciable.

L'emplacement + le service su personnel, notamment au buffet + le buffet (nous avons séjourné en demi-pension et c'était varié et bon).

La chambre gardait la chaleur alors que nous l'aérions très régulièrement + la paroi de la douche qui fuyait.

L’aspetto che ci ha deluso maggiormente è stata la cena. La qualità del cibo non era particolarmente buona, alcune pietanze sembravano poco fresche e la scelta risultava piuttosto ripetitiva, con proposte molto simili ogni sera. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato poco piacevole che anche l’acqua, un bene essenziale durante i pasti, fosse a pagamento: una bottiglia da mezzo litro costava quasi 3 euro. Per una famiglia di quattro persone erano necessarie almeno quattro bottiglie a cena, con una spesa di circa 10 euro ogni sera solo per l’acqua. Considerando il costo complessivo del soggiorno, sarebbe stato sicuramente apprezzabile includere almeno l’acqua durante la cena.

A személyzet nagy része kedves volt, az ételek nagyon finomak voltak, az éttermi személyzet kíválló volt, nagyon figyelmesek. A szálloda elhelyezkedése nagyon jó.

A személyzet közül akad nagyon kedves, de sajnos akad olyan is akinek a stílusa nem megfelelő. Gondolok itt legfőképp a szálloda vezető személyzetre. Minden este találtunk csótányt az apartmanban, ami elég kellemetlen volt.

La localización y la amabilidad del personal.

La tranquilidad. Es un complejo muy familiar, estupendo para descansar. El personal es maravilloso, destacar al personal del restaurante/buffet, son todos maravillosos, personas muy cercanas, cariñosas y atentas especialmente con los niños. El socorrista Daniel una persona muy cercana también.

Hacía mucho calor en la habitación, sería necesario tener aire acondicionado porque era bastante insoportable el calor. La cama no era muy confortable, especialmente las almohadas.

La posizione centrale nella zona più curata della costa: hotel, spiagge vicine e tanti negozi, bar e ristoranti. Il tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Strade pulite, belle e vegetazione molto curata (piante e fiori).

La pulizia delle parti comuni (piscina, hall, ecc) è buona ma quella delle camere è molto superficiale. Le parti comuni sono più nuove e curate, le camere sono datate e alcune cose rotte. La porta del bagno ad esempio era apribile solo dall'esterno, le maniglie degli infissi quasi tutte rotte, non ci sono condizionatori ma solo ventilatori, nelle mattonelle della doccia c'era la muffa. Ma la cosa più grave è la presenza delle blatte, di varie dimensioni, sia in camera che nelle parti comuni (una blatta morta è rimasta per 5 giorni davanti all'ascensore). Ricordavo che a Tenerife c'è questa problematica ma a maggior ragione dovrebbero effettuare disinfestazioni ricorrenti. Un'ultima cosa, anche se scritta nelle condizioni della mezza pensione, è l'acqua a pagamento a cena. Ho soggiornato in tante strutture negli anni in diversi paesi del mondo, mai vista una cosa del genere. L'acqua naturale dovrebbe essere sempre inclusa ai pasti e non venduta ai clienti, tra l'altro con un costo molto alto. Il cibo è poco vario e di qualità mediocre.

Pobyt w apartamentos Parque del Sol uważam za bardzo udany. Wynajęliśmy dwa apartamenty z widokiem na miasto. Apartamenty były przestronne, czyste i komfortowe. Każdego dnia podczas naszej nieobecności pokoje były sprzątane, wymieniano ręczniki oraz pościel, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Basen jest podgrzewany oraz siłownia na plus. Śniadania i kolacje były bardzo smaczne oraz urozmaicone. Każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje obsługa hotelu i restauracji. Wszyscy pracownicy byli niezwykle uprzejmi, uśmiechnięci i zawsze chętni do pomocy. Hotel znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Cały pobyt spełnił nasze oczekiwania i z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy tam ponownie.

Jedynym drobnym minusem był dość skromny wybór świeżych owoców – brakowało takich owoców jak mango, a część owoców była podawana z puszek.

The pool was heated and we could stay and enjoy it until a little bit later than in other hotels. I also liked the various food, the cleaning service.

Het avondeten was echt super! Wij boekten eigenlijk enkel voor de accommodatie omdat we ervan uitgingen dat halfpension voor deze prijs niet de moeite ging zijn maar gingen de eerste avond toch eens uittesten. Het eten beviel ons enorm en het buffet was elke dag anders! Hiervan zouden wij zeker terugkomen.

De appartementen zijn wat verouderd maar wel goed onderhouden. Enkel de poetsvrouwen deden in mijn ogen niet echt goed hun werk.

Sicuramente la posizione è l’unica cosa positiva della struttura.

Pulizia e camere fatiscenti con blatte! Inoltre la cosa più scandalosa è che l’acqua a cena fosse a pagamento!

The first Apartment was a bit noisy in the early morning hours, we contacted the Reception and the very nice man changed the room for us immediately, other than that everything was good.

Lo que más nos ha gustado es el trato del personal y la piscina, hemos estado muy a gusto.

Lo que menos nos ha gustado son los colchones y almohadas, hay que mejorar su calidad para que el descanso sea mejor.

Schody na antresolę to drabina o bardzo wąskich stopniach. Naprawdę każde zejście i wejście musiałam zaplanować i przemyśleć. Wejście do kamienicy i klatka schodowa niestety bardzo nieprzyjemna… i jednej nocy było bardzo głośno, ktoś obok słuchał muzyki chyba nie tak głośno i było wszystko słychać. Ale druga noc już była ok, więc różnie można trafić. Niestety nie wróciłabym…

Er waren kakkerlakken op het balkon die de kamer in konden door de kier onder de deur.

Somos 2 personas con discapacidad visual que íbamos con un perro-guía. Queríamos destacar muy especialmente la amabilidad de todo el personal, puesto que nos facilitaron mucho las cosas: nos reservaron un sitio fijo en el comedor y fuimos atendidos de forma exquisita por los encargados y los camareros que nos traían el desayuno / cena (puesto que era de autoservicio y nosotros no nos podíamos apañar). Las instalaciones están muy bien, con muchas zonas ajardinadas, piscina, bar al aire libre, etc. Así mismo, nos limpiaban todos los días la habitación (salvo uno por descanso del personal). En resumen, sólo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento por la buena acogida que hemos tenido.

We were very happy with the hotel overall. The location is one of the best in Costa Adeje: two beaches within walking distance, one of which holds the prestigious Blue Flag, with shops and bus stops nearby — everything you need is at hand. The pool is simply stunning — one of the highlights of the hotel. Our room faced the pool on one side and the courtyard on the other, so it was quiet and comfortable. We recommend clarifying the room location when booking — it makes a big difference, ideally without any extra charge. The staff — housekeeping and restaurant team — were very friendly and attentive. Cleanliness was standard for a hotel of this category. Breakfasts were a pleasant surprise — a buffet with a good variety: salmon was often on offer, along with a selection of fruits including papaya (though unfortunately lacking in flavour — probably not the season). Tea, coffee and soft drinks were complimentary. A nice touch — sparkling Cava was frequently served in the mornings ) Dinners were filling and tasty. Starters were modest — mainly fresh vegetables. Hot dishes included grilled and braised meat, grilled and braised fish, with seafood making occasional but welcome appearances. Paella with seafood and seafood pasta appeared regularly. A few times they organised themed Asian evenings with sushi and noodles — the effort was appreciated, though it wasn't quite authentic Asian cuisine ) A lovely finishing touch — ice cream was available every evening. Evening drinks are paid, but prices are very reasonable. The kitchen was well equipped — toaster, coffee machine, plenty of utensils and several dishes suitable for oven cooking. However, there was no frying pan or saucepan, so cooking on the stovetop was completely impossible. Worth keeping in mind if you plan to self-cater) Wi-Fi occasionally dropped in some parts of the apartments. The TV had a limited selection of channels, mostly foreign. The radio however set a lovely atmosphere.

Superbe hôtel avec une très belle végétation. Le personnel de l'accueil, de la restauration et du ménage est très agréable. La piscine est bien chauffée. L'emplacement est idéal pour accéder à la plage et aux commerces. Le buffet est varié et le petit déjeuner est excellent. Nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir !

Nous ne sommes habitués en France à payer de l'eau du robinet...

La ubicación fue buena, es cierto que el aparcamiento depende de la hora del día costaba trabajo aparcar. El desayuno en general bueno, pero muy mejorable, la máquina de café, zumo y agua todo por donde mismo. Destacar a Álvaro su relación y trato con los niños en el bufet, es el 2º metrex.

No me gustó el horario de la cena hasta las 21:30, siempre todo enfocado a los extranjeros. Poca variedad en cena.

Odlicen miren resort, 3 minute hoje do glavne promenade. Kljub skrbi za parking smo ineli sreco in vsak dan brez tezav nasli parking.

Destacar la amabilidad del personal. Sobre todo la amabilidad de Gloria, y buen trabajo de Manuel, además de la simpatía y buen trabajo de Javier, el socorrista.

El tema de que en un pequeño yacuzzi no pudiéramos disfrutar con nuestro hijos por qué tenían prohibido el acceso…. Me parece un poco feo además de que limitan a los papás que tienen niños pequeños y no pueden dejarlos solos , por lo demás todo correcto calidad precio

Personal muy agradable y atento, habitaciones limpias y grandes, instalaciones en muy buen estado.

Que cobren las bebidas en la cena y desayuno

La comida, muy buena. J. Francisco, uno de los recepcionistas, muy bien. El resto van de enterados y graciosos fatal. El metre responsable del comedor fenomenal, muy amable.

Cuidado que hay cucarachas. Las fotos son un gancho ya que los apartamentos no son así. Es una pequeña estafa.

La résidence est bien située, bien arborée et la piscine est agréable.

La résidence est infestée de cafards : dans les appartements, dans les allées et parfois même au buffet. La propreté de l’appartement laisse à désirer ! Et selon sur qui vous tombez à l’accueil, vous êtes bien mal reçus.

Az apartman nagyon közel van az óceánhoz, a környék legjobb strandjához, minden amire szükség lehet, a közelben van. A medencéjük fűtött, egész kellemes hőmérsékletű. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész, az ételek is finomak és változatosak, indulásnál reggel kaptunk útravaló csomagot.

Olyat nem tapasztaltunk.

Personnel très aimable, souriant, réactif. Bien situé à 300m de la plage Fanabé, des bars restos et commerces. Appartement bien spacieux et propre. Merci nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.

Appartamento enorme con una vista super sulla costa Adele, cena grande e abbondante internazionale.

La pulizia delle camere è superficie e non tutti i giorni.
