How faking strict it was

The grounds were really pretty and well maintained. The pool area was really nice. Good breakfast on offer daily with lots of choice.

The room was a bit tired with various things not working. The kitchen area was very basic/limited but OK. I would have thought just some bottles water in the room on arrival would have been nice. Lots of people (including us!) got stomach bugs which is apparently an annual problem all over the island (so not the hotel’s fault!) but that does seem to be an issue and obviously affected our stay! Ixia isn’t a great resort but it is convenient for getting into Rhodes old town etc. The other side of the island is better for calmer waters and nicer beaches.

Sve ne bilo odlicno. Od mogucnosti ranijeg chek-ina do ljubaznosti osoblja do cistoce hotela i blizine plaze. Nazalost neznam im imena,ali dvije djelatnice sa recepcije jedna sa smedjom kosom i druga sa plavom su nadmasile sva moja ocekivanja! Gospodin Roland za Souvlaki Kioskom takoder jako ljubazan! Nas sin Alex se osjecao kao glavna faca tokom gostovanja u hotelu jer su svi bili toliko prijateljski nastrojeni prema njemu da on uopce nije htio ici nazad kuci!🙈 imali smo nezaboravno iskustvo i bilo nam je prekrasno! Hvala Hotel Dionysos na svemu ❤️ nas prvi posjet Grckoj i otoku Rodosu ste stvano uljepsali.

I really enjoyed my stay at Dionysos Hotel in Rhodes. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and our room was always clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day, which was a great plus. The restaurant was also a highlight, with delicious and varied food.

The breakfast was the main thing I didn’t enjoy. The selection was the same every morning, so I would have preferred more variety and different options throughout the stay. I was also disappointed that the hotel did not have a fitness center. Having a gym or fitness facility would have been a great addition, especially for guests who like to exercise while on holiday.

I really liked the huge pool and i also really liked the overall design of the hotel.

I think the location is not the best of the best and theres no designated beach area of the hotel. So it's 10€ per person if you want to get a lounger.

A reggeli tökéletes volt. Tetszett a szép zöldövezet a hotel körül, valamint a medence, és a hatalmas szállodai előtér.

A csapvíz valószínűleg nem iható - ami nem volt sehol sem kiírva. Ugyanis pár pohárral ittam belőle, (nem volt időm palackos vizet vásárolni) és egy 2 napos gyomorrontás lett az eredménye :(

The whole stay was wonderful. Very clean hotel, nice staff, good food. The pool areas were kept tidy, I appreciated the staff removing towels of people who were not present but wanted to claim sunbeds early in the morning. The water in the pool was sometimes too cold for my liking but since it comes from the sea I know there is not much to do with that. Still it was perfectly enjoyable. And it is a plus that you don't have to go out to the public beach to actually swim in the sea.

Walls are thin. Our room had a door to the next room which was locked obviously but you could open it and find the same door that belongs to the other side. On the final day of our vacation some young women came to stay there. At night when we were sleeping we heard them trying to enter our room through that door. I get it, curiosity gets the best of everyone but that was a bit annoying. Also they were pretty loud, singing and laughing the whole evening. I woke up at 4 am because I still heard them talking through the wall. Fortunately it was just a brief time at the end and the rest of our stay was good.

Świetny, niezwykle pomocny personel Recepcji, z jakim nigdy się nie spotkałam. Balijski masaż w wykonaniu Pani Theodory lepszy niż na Bali-gorąco polecam! I ceny bardzo dobre. Bardzo fajne, czyste baseny, różnorodne bary, wystarczająco spokojnie by dobrze się wyspać na wygodnych łóżkach. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja-blisko morza, promenady (wielu biegaczy), sklepów, dobrych restauracji. Takie rozwiązania jak shower room (dla odświeżenia przed odlotem) sprawiają, że turysta czuje się wyjątkowo zaopiekowany.

They said that the hotel is kids freindly and they are not , nothing is allowed for children They don't allowed you to sit on the tables on the pool without ordering something and it is the only place to sit in the hotel. I paid to stay and sit in the hotel and it is not nice to force you to buy something just to sit on tables that you already paid for your stay at the hotel . You cannot use your own alcohol

The pool

No space to chill or hangout, no grass to play ball nor chairs to sit without order food. No activities for kids and very impatient staff. This hotel looks good over pics but not in reality

Obiekt nie ma nic co by mi się podobało. Fatalna atmosfera już od pierwszego dnia....

To stary hotel, gdzie przeprowadzane są tylko doraźne remonty, stare wyposażenie pokoju, stara łazienka, mikroskopijne windy z ustalonym limitem trzy osoby max, z bagażem nie wejdziesz, z wózkiem zabronione, bardzo ubogie monotonne śniadania, ochydna jajecznica, płytki basen i karaluchy biegające po korytarzach. Ten hotel nie powinien mieć 4 gwiazdek, co najwyżej 3, a i to za dużo, bo inny 3gwizdkowy hotel był lepszy niż ten. Na tle innych hoteli w okolicy prezentuje się jak ubogi krewny. Fatalna, nieprzyjemna pani manager, która pierwszego dnia przy zameldowaniu zmusiła nas do dopłaty prawie 1000 zł za rzekomo źle dokonaną rezerwację na bookingu. Rezerwacja oczywiście była zrobiona w 100% poprawnie -wszystko wyjaśnione z bookingiem i otrzymany pełen zwrot środków wyłudzonych przez hotel. Czy polecam? No oczywiście, że nie, stanowczo odradzam, omijajcie szerokim łukiem.

Μας αρεσε η ησυχία που είχε το ξενοδοχειο, το εστιατόριο μεσογειακή κουζίνα, πάρα πολύ καλό, το πρωινό αρκετά καλό, οι κήποι του πολύ ωραίοι και περιποιημένοι, το προσωπικό Χαρούμενο και ευγενικό.

Τα δωμάτια ήταν αρκετά παλιά αν και μεγάλα και ευρύχωρα με ωραία θέα αλλά θέλουν ανακαίνιση και το κρεβάτι των παιδιών με σκληρά στρώματα.

C'est pas un 4 étoiles ou bien c'est pas les mêmes standard partout. Même pas une bouteille d'eau en guise de bienvenue. Petit déjeuner médiocre, que du surgelé et de l'industriel. Nous avons dîné et déjeuné dans le restaurant de l'hôtel : la nourriture n'était pas terrible. Les animations proposées le soir sont nulles

Μείναμε 6 μέρες στο κατάλυμα , σαν πρώτες διακοπές με το παιδί μας. Ενας χώρος πολύ καθαρός και φιλόξενος , σε κερδίζει κατευθείαν η ρεσεψιόν με το που μπαίνεις. Η Χριστίνα ήταν υπέροχη , εξυπηρετικότατη και πάντα ευγενική, όπως και τα άλλα παιδιά . Υπέροχες πισίνες καθώς και ο χώρος έξω , το φαγητό απίστευτο και στο pool bar. Ενα must είναι το μασάζ στο sultan hamam spa! Η απόλυτη χαλάρωση! Συνολικά μια πολύ όμορφη εμπειρία, με φιλόξενους ανθρώπους και ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα!

Ένας νεαρός παρκαδόρος (όνομα δεν γνωρίζω) καλύτερα ας μάθει να μην βρίζει και να κάνει την δουλειά του σωστά.

Les grandes piscines, le bar ouvert jusqu’à tard, réception ouvert 24/7 Le personnel est très gentil, architecture magnifique, mobilier bon l’hôtel est spacieux et agréable.

Les soirées sont à revoir, très peu de monde se lève pour danser par exemple, lors des soirées disco. Pensez à ramener un DJ un peu plus performant pour les autres soirées car les transitions sont à revoir et l’ambiance également.

Самое большое преимущество- большой бассейн, места для плавания хватит всем, даже при большом количестве людей. Большая зелёная красивая территория отеля. Площадка для детей с батутом, качелями и горкой. Площадка для мини гольфа. Место с игровыми автоматоми, теннисным и бильярдным столом. Вкусные завтраки. Ежедневная уборка номеров. На территории отеля три ресторана с разной кухней. Магазин на территории отеля. Море в 5 минутах. Рядом много кафе, ресторанов, а также прокаты автомобилей.

Администратор на ресепшене при заезде показался несколько незаинтересованным. Нам выдали только ключ от номера и сказали куда идти. В последствии по каждому вопросу приходилось ходить на ресепшн то за ключом от сейфа, то за карточкой для полотенец возле бассейна. Хотя в дальнейшем мы наблюдали, как другие администраторы сразу все выдавали и разъясняли. В номере нет ёршика (!!!) может для кого-то это и нормально, но нам было не приятно. Есть посуда, но помыть её нечем. Нет халатов и тапочек в отеле за такую стоимость проживания. В большом бассейне солёная вода, что для нас оказалось большим минусом, так как играть с ребёнком в бассейне с такой водой несколько неприятно, потому что она постоянно попадает в глаза.

Дуже затишний готель. Велика зелена територія, басейни, просторі номери, наявність ресторанів на території готелю та смачні сніданки. До моря приблизно 5 хвилин. Готель чистий, персонал привітний.

המיקום מעולה 20 דקות משדה התעופה ברכב המקום נקי ברמה נדירה. הבריכות והמסעדות שבמקום מעולות עם שרות מעל ומעבר. זה מלון יחסית ישן אבל הכל מבריק מניקיון וצוות מעולה. וגם אחלה ארוחת בוקר. ויש חוף קרוב וכ10 דקות נסיעה מרודום העתיקה וגם החדשה.

The most impressive part is the pool and the garden! Huge and very clean! Really nice restaurants and the staff was very friendly! Also the breakfast was really nice with plenty of choices.

The pool was open only from 10 until 6.

The staff - The cleaning of the room is spotless. They are very efficient.

Not really dislike but we had initially few misunderstandings in regards to the room bookings.

The location is fairly reasonable — neither too far nor too close. Friendly and helpful staff.

There was an issue with the distance between the rooms, and there was no iron available in the rooms. Instead, we had to give our clothes to the hotel staff to be ironed, and this service required an additional payment. I believe that a respectable hotel should not charge guests for a basic ironing service, especially when there is no iron provided in the rooms. We are already paying a significant amount for the rooms, so I believe this service should be provided free of charge.

Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση προσωπικού. Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία. Πολύ καλή καθαριότητα σε όλους τους χώρους Λογική τιμή δωματίου και όλων των χώρων εστίασης.

Δεν μου άρεσε μια βραδιά oriental που δεν είχε ούτε ένα πραγματικό oriental κομμάτι,αλλά άσχετα κομμάτια.Ας την ονόμαζαν βραδιά μπαλέτου και όχι oriental.

The location is fantastic—close to the beach (just note they don't have a private one, so you'll need to rent a sunbed and umbrella, ~25€) and the bus stop, with the Ialysos center only about a 20-minute walk away. The hotel itself is gorgeous and gives you a real dopamine boost. Its unique style, vibrant colors, and stunning pool area are exceptional; way better than those standard, minimalist white hotels 😅 The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming; they truly made our vacation better. Throw in a good breakfast, three on-site restaurants, and friendly resident cats, and this is a place I’d highly recommend!

The walls are a bit thin, so you hear your neighbours well, and the bathroom and kitchenette facilities are slightly outdated, but trust me, you won’t even mind!

Staff were lovely, the pool was very large, great locations right by a stunning stretch of beach that wasn't crowded at all. Only a 15 minute bus into the old town and a 30 minute drive from the airport. Breakfast was pretty decent with a good selection of food and they also had English Breakfast Tea!

The pool closed at 6pm and everyone had to be removed; it would have been nice if we could relax by the water and many other hotels leave the pool open later. The Tennis court was pretty run down and the balls and bats as well. It wasn't an expectation, but as they advertised the tennis on their boards, I expected more.

The hotel itself was quite mediocre, but I would like to tell you about an incident that ruined my holiday even before it had begun. I booked a room at the Dionysos Hotel through Booking.com for two adults and one child. However, the room category was listed as double occupancy, so on the very same day I made the booking, I contacted the hotel staff to clarify whether my child could stay in the same room with us. The hotel representative replied that this information had been noted. Two months later, when the time for our holiday arrived, I decided to contact the hotel again to clarify some details, and I was informed that I would have to pay an additional €250 for my child. When I asked why I had not been informed about this the first time, when I had explicitly stated that the child would be staying with us, the hotel representative was unable to provide any explanation. Booking’s customer support has also failed to respond to my messages.

Hôtel mal insonorisé on entend les gens ce n’est pas reposant quand on a des voisins bruyants. On entend les portes et les chaises grincer.. . L’hôtel est vieillissant les studios ont une salle de bain qui nest pas moderne. Pas assez de transat pour tout le monde c’est dommage

1. The receptionist are very welcoming and nice. They upgraded our room because we are with a baby and the stroller doesnt fit into the standard rooms and for safety protocols they dont allow strollers on standard rooms. 2. The restaurants and snack booths are very good and fair priced. 3. The room was very big and nice.

1. You can not eat anywhere on the hotel food that is not from the hotel restarants and snacks bar. If u do want u must eat it in your room. 2. They wont let wolt or deliveries inside the reception hall. U must walk 200m and back from the reception to the gate of the hotel in order to get your food delivery or whatever. 3. Very bad attitude by one of the day lobby bar employee we didnt know u cannot eat food in the hotel on the first day and we havent got our rooms yet and we sat on the lobby bar and eating there he immediately stated we cannot eat there so i asked where can we eat our food he said near the pool so i have asked very precisely if we can eat tables here and there and he just brushed me off and answered very rudely that we cannot eat on this tables and to go look for another place to eat and he was just unpleasant to speak with and very rude. He didn’t provide us any solution and wasn’t nice. Later he was just picking up on us i think he just don’t like Israelis because for other groups he didn’t act like this i wish for him the best. The hotel must be hospital and provide solutions to problems of the guest not brush them off. 4. There are not enough beds by the pool so if u got up late u may not have anywhere to sit by the pool.

A lovely hotel. We were surrounded by charming people. Special thanks to the staff at the poolside restaurant, especially Alexis. He created an extraordinary atmosphere of homey comfort and warmth every evening. Thank you!!

Tesiste 3 gece konakladık. Otelde havuz dışında hiç bir aktivite yok. Havuz görevlisi şezlonga konulan eşyaları kafasına göre topluyor, saat 09.15de şezlonga bıraktığım eşyaları tamamen keyfi olarak 2 farklı günde kendi odasına götürüyor, istediği kişilerin eşyalarını bırakıyor bunu defalarca gördüm. Bu durumla ilgili konuşmak istediğimde resepsiyonla konuşun şikayet edin diyerek çözümcül davranmıyor. Resepsiyon görevlileri de bu konuda yardımcı olmuyor

I like the pool is very big and well design I like the location very close to the beach I like the design and the cleanes of the hotel .many garden and trees like living in a pastoral village I liked the staff service and relations

breakfast is not tasty (my famly opinion) some areas in the hotel are not air condioned , like the lobby and kitchen was very hot in August

Amenities are ideal for families, the Mediterranean restaurant has reasonable prices and a fantastic staff guided by Alexandros. The amazing gardens are the highlight of the complex.

It’s unacceptable for a 4-star hotel to have its so-called superior studios equipped with a sofa and a rollaway bed for sleep.

Il n'y a rien à dire sur la propreté de l'hôtel, c'était parfait. Le personnel hyper souriant et agréable également, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la diversité des restaurants.

Les chambres sont un peu vieilles... nous ne nous attendions pas à ça vu les photos. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas correct dû à cette raison. L'insonorisation est vraiment à revoir, il y a plusieurs nuit pendant lesquelles nous nous sommes révéillés à cause des voisins. Parfois pas assez de place à la piscine.

השירות במלון נפלא! מההגעה בקבלה (צוות מקסים ואדיב!), הבל בוי, החדרניות החייכניות, צוות הבריכה. הבריכות והשהות בהם כיפיות ומזמינות כל כך והאוכל סביב הבריכה (בר שייקים בתוך הבריכה, ודוכני מתוקים וסופלקי) היה נהדר! החדרים נקיים! והנוף מהחדר היה חלום!

הריהוט והחדרים מיושנים. חדר האוכל פתוח עד 10:00 ולא מאפשר ישיבה מעבר (בחופשה נעים שיש יותר זמן לארוחת הבוקר), ארוחת הבוקר בסיסית.

No air conditioning anywhere in the hotel except in the apartments/rooms which was disappointing. Evening entertainment was severely lacking and only from 9-10 at night which is far too late for younger children. Mini golf onsite but only 3 clubs so as a family of four one had to sit out all the time. The only other things to do were play air hockey and pool at a price. There was a playground for small children onsite. Very disappointed there wasn’t more for kids to do in the hotel or even at the pool during the day by way of pool games or entertainment. Both kids 6 & 15 found the hotel very boring with not much for them to do.

Plānas sienas - kaimiņus un cilvēku staigāšanu varēja dzirdēt ļoti labi. Brokastis varēja būt daudzveidīgākas. Nebija pietiekami daudz sauļošanās krēslu - bija reizes, kad mums nepietika.

Nagy és tiszta medence,kedves személyzet és tiszta szoba fogadott minket minden nap.

Nagyon rossz a szobák hangszigeteltsége. Mi egyszer szobacserét is kértünk, de sajnos 7 napból 5-öt nem aludtunk,mert valamelyik szomszéd mindig hangoskodott.

Trevligt hotell, Bra restauranger med god mat och dryck. Fint poolområde, rummen va bra även om det va lite slitet. Hjälpsam personal. Nära till stranden, där fanns några restauranger och små butiker men dom låg vid en trafikerad väg. Ca 10 minuter med taxi till Gamla stan.

Stor men grund pool, fick varken hoppa eller dyka i och hade bara öppet 10-18 och dom höll strikt på tiderna. Liten och trång hiss.

La gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel. L'hôtel est propre et les chambres sont impeccablement nettoyées tous les jours. La qualité du petit déjeuner La qualité de la literie. L'hotel n'est pas trop loin du centre-ville mais il faut quand même prendre le bus à l'arrêt situé à 300 mètres. Le rapport qualité/prix de la nourriture dans les restaurants de l'hôtel. C'est même parfois un peu moins cher qu'en ville. Les boissons quant à elles sont chères.

La piscine qui ferme à 18h ! Tout le monde est gentillement foutu dehors et on ne peut même pas rester sur les transats situés autour de l'espace piscine. Je trouve qu'ils devraient attendre 19h-19h30 avant de fermer. Si on va faire une excursion la journée, on ne peut pas se délasser un petit peu dans l'eau, c'est trop tard. Je trouve que les boissons sont un peu chères également. Il est conseillé d'aller faire les courses et de les ranger dans le petit frigo de la chambre parce que cela grimpe excessivement vite sur le séjour. Ne vous attendez pas à avoir la moindre bouteille d'eau fournie par l'hôtel, vous ne l'aurez pas. Nous savons que ce n'est pas un All In, mais petite bouteille d'eau aurait été la bienvenue. La salle de bain est un petit peu "vieillotte", il n'y a qu'une baignoire avec un rideau, mais nous le savions lors de réservation. Cela dit, nous avons passé excellent séjour.

The lady at the front desk was terrific at check in, super friendly and welcoming. The staff at breakfast were very kind. The cleaners were always smiling and greeting us. Theo who helped us with our bags when we arrived was very kind and helpful. The gyro and souvlaki shack is good, food was delicious from there but it closes at 4pm or 5pm.

The amount of rules that this hotel has for such a mediocre hotel is a bit crazy. They have a majorly complicated towel issue that they obsess about as if it is the most important thing in the hotel. You aren't allowed to take a coffee to go when you leave breakfast. A guy stands at the door making sure nothing leaves the breakfast hall. The breakfast hall gets so busy that people stand in a line outside waiting to be allowed to be seated. The breakfast in general was not good at all. The food and options were very weak. The guys working at the bar near the lobby are terribly rude. Like extremely rude. 5 consecutive days in a row, bad attitudes and very unwelcoming, very sarcastic with no clue in hospitality. Not sure why they are there. The pool opens from 10am to 6pm. So people sit around the pool with their kids waiting for 10am to arrive so they can just jump in the pool. The rooms are hot, the bathrooms are beyond small. The towel guy was super rude. It was really disappointing. You just felt unwelcome. The gyro shack guy is also rude but at least made a good sandwich.

Πολύ λίγες ξαπλώστρες σύμφωνα με τους πελάτες του ξενοδοχείου. Το room servise ήταν μέχρι της 21:30 Το δωμάτιο μοίραζε μούχλα Και για να λειτουργική το aircondition η μπαλκονόπορτα έπρεπε να ήταν κλειδωμένη,όχι κλειστή..κλειδωμένη

Uima-allas oli iso mutta täynnä porukkaa klo 9-16 välillä. Aamupala oli myös ihan hyvä.

Todella vanhanaikaiset huoneet ja täten äänieristys erittäin huono. Minigolfrata oli äärimmäisen surkea ja tenniksen aikarajoitukset kolmeen tunnin mittaiseen mahdollisuuteen päivässä oli kyllä erikoista. Hissi oli erittäin pieni ja usein varattu.

Labai gražus viešbutis, daug augalų, patogi lokacija, arti jūra, prie baseino visada būdavo laisvų gultų, paslaugus, draugiškas personalas, labai švaru ir tvarkinga, skanūs angliški pusryčiai. Kambarys didelis su dideliu balkonu. Patiko vakaro programos: mago pasirodymas ir pilvo šokiai, taip pat buvo galimybė stebėti futbolo čempionatą. Viešbutyje yra trys restoranai, kur galima skaniai pavalgyti, baruose geri kokteiliai. Patogu, jog tik išėjus iš viešbučio buvo parduotuvėlė. Netoli autobusų stotelė. Taip pat viešbutis turi didelį parkingą.

Vienintėlis minusas, jog antras korpusas netoli gatvės ir naktį girdisi triukšmas nuo gatvės.

Мы вернулись сюда второй раз через 4 года , потому,что в предыдущий раз понравилось. Персонал, территория, бассейн, еда, СПА! Из улучшений- появились полотенца для бассейна. В прошлый раз не было и мы вынуждены были бежать покупать! И ещё получили шикарный комплимент от отеля- бутылку вина и плату фруктов

Another wonderful stay! We returned in June, and once again everything was perfect. The room was spotless, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The whole hotel has such a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that it feels like a home away from home. We were especially touched that they gave us the same room we had during our previous stay at no extra charge. They also welcomed us with a lovely fruit platter and a handwritten note saying, “Thank you for returning.” It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel truly appreciated as returning guests. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back again. A special thank you to Necataria and Eleni for their kindness, warmth, and exceptional hospitality. You made our stay even more memorable!

Honestly, this is a difficult question to answer because everything was perfect! We couldn’t find anything to complain about. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t change a thing.

Роскошная территория,бассейны большие разной глубины,все продумано для удобства.Много зелени,ощущение,что живешь в парке с водоемами.Офигенная подсветка,много ресторанов на самой территории отеля,вкусных и разных с адекватными ценами.Номер у нас был студия,с небольшой кухней и большим балконом.Было видно море и красивые закаты.Завтраки нормальные.Очень чисто,уборка и замена белья каждый день!!!

Хотелось бы,чтобы бассейны работали хотя бы до 20.00.И еще более внимательного персонала в отношении посетителей.У меня был день рождения ,никто даже не поздравил.Это странно,считаю,что такие вещи важны.

Гарний басейн, хоч і з соленою водою. Персонал привітний, за вийнятком деяких осіб.

Сніданки досить одноманітні. Дуууже мало овочів. Хотілось аби огірки, помідори та листя салату були одночасно, а не чергувались. Розміщення готелю дуже не зручне, пляж жахливий, у морі не можливо купатись, так як дуже сильні хвилі і страшенний вітер. Окрім того у номері ми побачили таргана, але на рецепції мені вперто доводили що це комахи які літають і вони просто залетіли з саду( на 5 поверх), і ще дуже здивувались моїй реакції, мовляв це звична ситуація для готелю. (Фото знахідки додаю). Ніхто навіть не вибачився, а просто сказали, що можуть відправити когось прибрати ще раз, але що це мені дасть.

Stanza molto comoda e accogliente, hall ampissima, giardino esterno delizioso, e piscina molto bella. Anche bar e gli altri servizi ottimi, personale estremamente gentile.

Consiglio: lascerei aperta la piscina almeno fino alle 19 in estate (chiude alle 18)

Na terenie hotelu jest mnóstwo zieleni. Baseny są duże i czyste. Ręczniki w pokojach codziennie wymieniane podczas sprzątania. Największe wrażenie robią restaurację, a w szczególności obsługa, jakość jedzenia oraz ceny. Produkty najwyższej jakości. Ceny jak w innych tawernach, a potrawy zdecydowanie lepsze. Kelnerzy bardzo przyjaźni, otwarci, uśmiechnięci i pracowici. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel😊

Nice staff. Hotel is tired and needs a major refurbishment. I wouldn’t get in the pool. Bathrooms very tired.

They said they upgraded us but put us in awful room as by the lift and couldn’t sleep due to the noise of it. They did move us to a quieter room upon request. They must get other complaints from that room.

Garden, pool and personnel

The hotel is located just off the main road, only a few minutes walk from the sea (about 10 EUR by taxi to the old town). This part of the island is windier than the beach near the Old Town, making it particularly well suited to those who enjoy water sports. The reception staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel features beautiful, spacious swimming pools that never felt overcrowded. Breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh and delicious options. The pizza restaurant by the pool served outstanding food of exceptional quality. For lunch, the Souvlaki Kebab corner was a perfect choice, while the Crêperie & Ice Cream Kiosk was ideal for a sweet treat afterwards. Even after check-out, the hotel provided convenient luggage storage with secure lockers, and guests could book a shower room (free of charge) before departing. The spa facilities, including the hammam and massage services, were excellent. The massage in the spa was relaxing and professionall however the organizing needs to be improved. Wifi was reliable throughout the resort, including around the pool area.

The hotel was originally built in 70s. Rooms and lobby areas are fine but the staircase could do with a freshing up. Our double room with a balcony was spacious and included a sofa bed (double room with partial sea view). The lobby and other common areas are not air-conditioned, which was not the coolest daytime. One point to note is that the pool closes at 6:00 pm (in July), and guests are not permitted to swim or even sunbathe by the pool after that time. The cocktails served at the Aquarius Swim-Up Bar were disappointing and lacked quality. No crushed ice available for Daiquiris. Our dinner at the Mexican restaurant was rather bland and lacking in flavour.

המלון קצת מרוחק מהעיר, אני אהבתי, זה טוב למי שרוצה שקט. ניתן להתנייד משם לכל מקום בנסיעה של 10 דקות. הבריכה מהממת ומזמינה. יש מסעדות מסביב לבריכה ובערב יש לפעמים זמר. רמת הניקיון מעולה. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטובה. הצוות אדיב ונחמד, רמת שרות גבוה. יש סופר ממש בכניסה למלון. רמת הניקיון מעולה. החדרים קצת מיושנים לעומת הכניסה והלובי, החדר נקי ומתוחזק להפליא. יש חוף במרחק הליכה של 7 דקות, המים באזור הזה של האי יותר רגועים מהחופים באזור העיר.
