Hotel CC

Le personnel a été très accueillant, les checkin et checkout rapides et efficaces. L'hôtel est facile d'accès, très pratique pour Amsterdam. La chambre était de même très confortable.

La chambre était au rez-de-chaussée avec une vue sur le restaurant voisin mais c'est aussi ça qui fait le charme du centre d'Amsterdam

It was close to the central station

The front desk people spoke very fast and some of the things like the light did not work, and the bed was cramped into a corner so that only one side was accessible. The windows would not close completely, so you smelled the cannabis from the outside street during the night.

The little room would feel lighter and bigger if painted white rather than gray.

Dårlig lys på rom og bad. Hårføner som knapt funket. Vannlekasje i tak i dusjen. Fikk beskjed det skulle fikses neste dag,og at gjester på rommet over hadde fått beskjed om å ikke dusje,for å unngå det ble lekasje ned til oss. Veldig ekkelt!og var fortsatt lekkasje neste dag.

Location was excellent, very central. Beds and pillows were so comfy….do not ever change this. Very clean Very helpful and friendly staff.

No coffee sachets , only tea in the room but I know you can ask for a coffee from the machine at reception but I like a coffee first thing in the morning in my bed and don’t drink tea do was just a little disappointed.

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Direkt im Zentrum gelegen. keine 5 minuten zu vielen Bars, Restaurants und dem rotlicht Viertel.

Das Hotel ist leider total verbaut und der Aufzug, der zumindest bis zur 3. Die versprochene Etage war nicht benutzbar, da jede Etage mehrere Zwischenetagen mit Treppen hatte. Das Gepäck in die zweite Etage zu bringen war ein Kraftakt, den man älteren Gästen absolut nicht zumuten kann. Das Zimmer war so klein, dass man nicht einmal den Koffer aufklappen konnte. Das Badezimmer war total schimmelig und nach dem Duschen für den rest des Tages so feucht, dass ich mit der Klimaanlage des Zimmers versucht habe die Luftfeuchtigkeit zu reduzieren, ohne viel erfolg. Die Klimaanlage selber war direkt auf das Bett gerichtet, was kaum auszuhalten war.

Location, location, location. In the center of Amsterdam.

The room was in the rooftop and was hard to get there with many stairs and no staff helped to bring our luggages. We were lucky that it was days not too warm because the AC in the room is not working well. We had to open the window to get ventilation.

De locatie was top, de medewerkers duidelijk en gepast zichtbaar. De kamer was gewoon comfortabel en stil. Het ontbijt was ook biven verwachting.

De ontvangst was zéér vriendelijk en correct, ik kon al op mijn kamer, ondanks dat ik er wat vroeger was. De instructies waren duidelijk. Ik had gevraagd om een rustige kamer, niet aan de straatzijde, waaraan keurig was voldaan. De kamer was supernetjes, net als de badkamer: klein maar efficiënt! Ontbijt was in de zaak ernaast en daar had je de keuze tussen vier verschillende standaard ontbijtjes. Prima! Het hotel ligt in één van de drukste straten van toeristisch Amsterdam, maar daar was binnen niets van te merken.

The staff were very helpul. The room was clean and comfortable.

There we a few stairs that had to be navigated with my luggage but the staff offered to assist so they were no problem.

L'emplacement géographique était incroyable. Les lits étaient très confortables. La salle de bain propre avec des serviettes, du gel douche et du shampoing à notre disposition. Il y avait des prises au niveau du lit.

Quand on est arrivées, il y avait presque plus de papier toilette, on a du en demander. De plus, la chasse des toilettes parfois ne marchait pas.

Breakfast was very good - you had to go next door but was included. The canal view from my room was delightful. The foyer/ entrance area could be a bit more uplifting. Problem with getting a taxi right outside hotel - you had to go around the block. Position of hotel was excellent.

Convenient location close to the train station. Lovely neighborhood to walk around and explore. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice room on the canal view side, with a good sized shower.

Excellent location, only a few minutes walk from Centraal station, in a quaint old street filled with cafés and shops and yet my room was extremely quiet. The staff all spoke excellent English, made me feel very welcome, the room was impeccably clean and had everything I needed (including a small safe to store important belongings) and more drinks were available at reception. Would definitely stay again.

Accessibility may be a problem if you have mobility issues - it's an old traditional Dutch canalside building so some of the stairs are very steep. There's a lift to the third floor. Staff will accommodate your needs if they possibly can.

A very pleasant front of house team - I had a footwear problem at the Grand Prix and blistered - the lovely gentleman helped me with a few plasters - small touch of help but remembered thanks - upper stairs a bit of loud - creaks but definitely not a major issue - thanks again Mark

Una tomadura de pelo , la habitación es minúscula, no se podía abrir la maleta. Armario mínimo. Un verdadero desastre. Me siento realmente estafado por está gente. Una verdadera amargura

Las habitaciones quedan subiendo unas escaleras diminutas jalando tu maleta o en el sótano todo cerrado, nos dieron una habitación que para llegar había que caminar por pasillo, muy cerrado, si ocurre algo no sales, el personal de la recepción nada amable, excepto un joven que nos habló en español, ofrece desayuno, pero tienes que salir del hotel para tomarlo, deberían indicarlo a la hora de la reserva.

El lugar es comercial y hay muchos bares, cuando salimos por mañana la calle tenía basura por todos lados, las instalaciones no me gustaron y menos el trato de las personas en la recepción, no volvería.

Location was perfect for our 2 day stay! We were given a room on the 2nd floor facing the street but we weren’t disturbed by any sound/ noise. We requested for early check-in & the room was ready when we got there. Thank you. Will definitely stay here again.

it is not clean - there was a lot of hair and dust on the floor; the air conditioning was blowing air smelling of mildew and its air intake was covered in a thick layer of dust the breakfast is underwhelming - it is not a buffet where you can mix and match whatever you want (which is standard for “breakfast included” options); instead you get vouchers to a nearby cafe that has a fixed set of 5 breakfasts; for someone doing a considerable amount of walking each day, the amount of food included in the voucher menu is not really enough, so you might end up buying more; the quality is not great either, and that applies to both voucher menu items, and also their regular menu items; it is quite noisy, due to the ventilation that makes strange sounds and random times, even when it is turned off it is not comfortable, albeit this should not come as a surprise - the hotel is located in an old building, so the rooms are both small (in surface) and short (in height)

Airconditioning is right above the bed (partly our fault to keep it blasting all night at a very low temperature). Bathroom lighting hard for doing hair, but good lighting at the desk. Rocky road to the hotel, but that's just Amsterdam roads. (Receptie sprak geen Nederlands, wel degelijk Engels.)

The hotel staff was really helpful and always there for whatever we needed. Everything was clean

We had three rooms. Two were good but small, but the third one was so small the person sleeping on the window side had to duck in order to get to that side without hitting the tv on the wall. We knew the rooms were on the small side but there was nowhere to put the luggage and if you opened the suitcases in the floor moving around the room would be impossible. Also, the bathroom lights were turned on by a movement sensor. The problem was that the sensor didn’t work on the shower, so the lights would turn off a couple of times while we took a bath.

Notre chambre double était très mal pensée. Un lit minuscule collé au mur. Les pieds de mon compagnon dépassaient du lit, il était obligé de me réveiller pour réussir à sortir du lit pouvoir aller aux toilettes. Une lampe sur le bureau pas de prise pour la brancher. Les lumières sur le miroir dans la salle de bain très aveuglante.

Ubicación excelente, a pocas cuadras de la Estación Central, rodeado de locales para desayunar o cenar, me manejé a todas partes caminando, el entorno me resultó muy seguro y animado. Me alojé en una habitación individual con vista al canal, por lo que no se oía nada desde la calle, hermosa experiencia dormir y despertar viendo el agua. La habitación es muy pequeña, pero no difiere de otras en las que me alojado en Amsterdam, incluso fue mas grande que las de otros hoteles similares. El edificio es antiguo, una construcción histórica, sencillo, con varias escaleras tipo laberinto (típico de hoteles históricos) pero las habitaciones son modernas, la cama muy cómoda, había varias almohadas, el baño pequeño pero impecable limpieza y todo funcionaba bien. Me alojé 1 noche en mi viaje de ida y 1 noche al regresar. En ambas oportunidades el personal aceptó guardar mi equipaje hasta la hora de mi vuelo, todos muy atentos. En el lobby tienen una máquina de café (aunque el segundo día se rompió así que no lo pude aprovechar), y una heladera con bebidas (lo cual resulta muy práctico si te dan ganas de una cerveza y no querés salir del hotel). También hay una mesa comunitaria, que me permitió trabajar un rato más cuando ya había hecho el checkout. Te piden una especie de "reserva" de 100 euros que te informan antes, es similar a la reserva que te hacen cuando alquilas un auto. Al dejar el hotel, si no rompiste ni robaste nada, te la devuelven inmediatamente. En mi opinión un hotel super recomendable, buena relación precio-calidad. Volveré!

Perfect location in the heart of Amsterdam, and so close to Centraal Station. Aircon was good. Bathroom was nice.

The area wasn’t the friendliest at night and the streets were full of rubbish and smelly in the morning. Unfortunately, this seems to be a general problem in Amsterdam.

Die Lage war absolut genial. In mitten von kleinen Cafés,Restaurants und in der Nähe vom Stadtzentrum. Der Hauptbahnhof ist auf 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Hotel entfernt. Auch gibt es direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof di Möglichkeit Bootstouren zu mieten.

The location is really close to everything but in a street really close to the red district. So full of bars, shops and kind of crowded.

Location is excellent right in the thick of things in the bustling centre. It was my first visit to Amsterdam and everything in the city is easily walkable from the hotel. Just a short walk to/from the Central Station, too, which means that transport connections further afield are excellent and close by. Trains from Schiphol airport are frequent and the journey takes only about 15-20 mins. Hotel staff were polite and helpful....24 hr reception desk. My room was very small but clean and generally well equipped - I would be happy to stay here again for another short break. Numerous restaurants and food outlets on the doorstep with plenty of choice. You won't go hungry!

I had a single room which was very small...even by single room standards. This small room was expensive (£287 for just two nights)...but you are paying for the excellent location rather than the size of the room but it's perfectly fine as a crash pad for a short stay.

Muy cerca de la estación central y cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas. El hotel está muy limpio y la cama es súper cómoda. El desayuno se sirve en el bar de al lado, tiene 6 menús para elegir, tanto dulce como salado. De las mejores tortitas que he probado nunca!!

la habitacion amplia y muy comoda, el baño escelente y buena presion y temperatura del agua, aunq lateral se podia ver cerca el canal y la ventana se podia abrir para recibir aire fresco, tb tenia aire acondicionado que andaba perfecto el personal muy amable habia en recepcion un dispenser de agua fria a disposicion todo el tiemppo para recargar nuestras botellas caminamos una 6 o 8 cuadras desde estacion terminal de trenes, el camino agradable aunqeu con un poco de empedrado, pero no tan complicado nos aseosoraron muy bien en cuanto a lugares donde comer y actividades para hacer y transporte muy recomendable

Banheiros totalmente apertados. Nem dava pra se lavar direito. Teto baixo, inclinado e altura do chuveiro ruim. Pisos em declive, até pra dormir era ruim. Acordava caindo pra algum lado. Engraçdo porém trágico. Camas estavam como de casal e não pedimos assim. Ao separa-las, encontramos muita sujeira embaixo delas. Vaso sanitário extremamente alto. Ar condicionado suficiente porém fraco. Muito barulho refletido de outros quarto, acima e ao lado.

The location was great.

Terrible experience. The room was in the attic with such a low ceiling that we literally had to bend down while walking in parts of the room. The floors creaked constantly, and there was no elevator. Carrying our luggage upstairs through an extremely narrow space, barely wide enough for one person, was very difficult. The whole stay was uncomfortable and disappointing. I would absolutely not recommend this place.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική στην καρδιά του ιστορικού Άμστερνταμ και σε κοντινή απόσταση από τον κεντρικό σταθμό τρένων. Το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό, ευδιάθετο και εξυπηρετικό σε ότι ζητήσαμε! Επίσης προσφέρουν δωρεάν καφέ όλη την ημέρα στη ρεσεψιόν!

Μικρό δωμάτιο και πάρα πολύ μπάνιο. Το παράθυρο έβλεπε σε ενα μικρό ακάλυπτο χώρο οπότε το δωμάτιο ήταν σκοτεινό. Θεωρώ επίσης ότι χρήζει ανακαίνισης και η καθαριότητα σε αρκετά σημεία του δωματίου πασχίζει. Για την τιμή που το κλείσαμε έπρεπε να ήταν σε ανώτερη ποιότητα. Τέλος περιμέναμε να έχει τουλάχιστον νερό εμφιαλωμένο για την πρώτη μερα.

Would have preferred an in room coffee machine rather than the instant coffee. There is a full coffee machine behind the front desk where the front desk staff will make it for you, but it would be better if it was self-serve.

Location was great, next to Ramblas and also University. Room was spacious and had nice bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful. Roof terrace was lovely.

Breakfast room reminded me of my work cafe - a bit plain. So much red it could do with some more softer tones. They can’t make you a fried egg though.

Goede fatsoenlijke kamer met prima bed en voldoende grote badkamer met inloopdouche, kamer 04 op het gelijkvloers. Het ontbijt was in de pancakezaak vlak naast het hotel waar je een prima keuzemenu krijgt aan tafel gebracht. Allemaal vriendelijke medewerkers, zowel hotel als ontbijt. Het hotel is gelegen vlakbij het Red Light District en de Dam. Je kan steeds vrij koffie krijgen aan de receptie.

Uitzicht van de kamer was op de binnenkoer waar verschillende lawaaierige airco's staan. Er is wel dubbele beglazing maar zou oud, dun glas dat dit niet helpt. Oordopjes voor het slapen zijn dan ook nodig.

Goed centraal gelegen, bagage stockeren buiten check in/uit tijden, zeer verzorgd, behulpzaam personeel
