Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Hotel geschlossen wegen Umbau. Wir wurden in ein anderes Haus umgebucht, es hat jedoch niemand darüber informiert, so dass wir unsere Unterkunft suchen mussten. Dieses Haus ist ebenfalls renovierungsbedürftig, Atmosphäre jedoch einladend.

Reviewed May 14, 2026The check in/out process was simple. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We used the parking and hot tub facilities, which were fine. The location is central to Tremblant village and pricing was fair.
At the time of our visit, La Tour des Voyageurs II was under construction and we were moved to the Plaza (below RC level) at La Tour des Voyageurs I with no notice. The room had minimal lighting and natural light as a result. The parking fee was increased the weekend of our stay, and we were only informed right before checking in.

The building is old and the maintenance was in a poor situation. The elevator wasn't working for 2 days. The last night the ceiling of the corridor was leaking for a day and the 3rd floor was flooded over the midnight and all the guests had to evacuated the building and we were waiting for an hour to be relocated to other hotels. The beds was so uncomfortable and the mattresses were so bad.

The only issue was the elevator made this noise every time it was in use and you could hear it in your room - quite loud.

Il n’y avait pas de chauffage dans notre chambre (382) à notre arrivée dans la Tour 2. Un technicien a finalement confirmé cela et on nous a offert un très beau studio dans la Tour 1. Le seul ennui c’est qu’il a fallu déménager nos bagages, notre nourriture et nos skis nous-mêmes via le stationnement du sous-sol. Un peu pénible en fin de journée!

The noise at night is insufferable. There is a lot of parties in the rooms and the is no isolation between the rooms. Also, they start vacuuming the hallways at 7:30pm on Sunday while we were trying to sleep. And they didn’t do our room the first night.

Le fait que la carte pour entrer dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas et ont à dus retourner deux fois. La chambre était dans la Tour2 des voyageurs alors que la réception se trouve dans la tour 1 ont à perdu une heure et le personnel me faisait attendre pour les clés. La troisième fois les clés ont fonctionnés enfin.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025You ski right to the front door of this hotel's building (Tower II), something that you can't do if you're staying at the main building. The location is very convenient, we really enjoyed our stay.
There are two buildings/towers in this hotel. This building (La Tour des Voyageurs II) doesn't have a lobby. When you book this one, they send you the address of this (second) building, and zero information about the check-in process that requires you to go to the main building because that's where the front desk is at. It took me a lot of walking around in the cold night to figure out how to check in. Fortunately there was a call button at the entrance that allowed to speak with the person from the main building, he instructed me to go to the main building.

No hacen los cuartos , no reponen el cafe ni el azucar, hay que estar llamando para que hagan las camas y los que hacen los cuartos no hablan ingles y no hay forma de poder comunicarse con ellos. El hotel no es barato, en la misma cuadra se ve hay cadenas internacionales con mejor presentación.

Meu quarto não foi limpo, achei muito esquisito pois fiquei 5 diárias. Teve um dia que encontrei um camareiro e precisei pedir para que limpassem meu quarto, mas depois não foi limpo mais.

Personnel manquant d’empathie pas professionnel du tout J’ai appelé l’accueil plusieurs fois et j’ai attendu environ 1h en me disant de patienter plusieurs fois. Je suis déçu car j’ai pour habitude de venir régulièrement dans votre établissement depuis 2 ans mais je ne reviendrais plus. Cette dernière expérience n’était vraiment pas bonne.

Le micro-ondes ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons contacté la réception et cela a pris 1 heure avant qu’un monsieur de la maintenance vienne. Aussi, il a fallu que je demande une douillette pour mon fils, pourtant je l’avais mentionné lors de la réservation.
