No breakfast, parking was not free, we were given a connecting room,but the connecting room was not soundproof at all.We could hear the noise and conversations from the neibouring room throughout our stay. The aircon is old and very noisy, The bed mattress was not comfortable. Over all not a good value hotel for the money

The apartment was very dark since trees are blocking the windows.

Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a dormire perché dei bambini hanno urlato e corso in stanza e nel corridoio fin dalle 5 del mattino, dando l’impressione che non ci fosse alcuna insonorizzazione. Per quanto l’albergo possa fare poco sui genitori incivili, non posso che dare un basso voto non avendo dormito quasi per nulla.

Upon check out the staff at front desk allowed is to keep pur luggages at their storage for at leadt 2 hrs which enabled us to have our breakfast outside and enjoyed a nit around during our last day. I do recommend highly Lodge De La Montagne. The location is perfect.

スタッフの対応が少し気になりました。乗り物好きの小さい息子がいるので山やゴンドラの見える部屋にしてほしいと頼んだらそんな部屋はないと言われて駐車場ビューでした、ホテルのすぐ裏にケーブルカーが見えるのに対応が冷たいと感じました。 チェックアウト後、車を夕方6時まで停めていてもいいと言われたのに当日になると15時と言われて予定が狂いました。

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich. Es erinnert an eine Almhütte. Im Zimmer ist ein Kamin und eine toll ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage am „Pedestrian Village“ ist sehr zentral und viele Wanderrouten gehen quasi vor der Haustür weg.
Das Personal war unfreundlich. Weder das Reinigungspersonal noch das Abend-Rezeptionspersonal grüßten. Die Sauna war leider kaputt. Gerade an dem Regentag, den wir überbrücken wollten, wäre dies toll gewesen. Sonst hätte es uns wahrscheinlich nicht gestört.

Quand le ménage a été fait dans ma chambre, la toilette n’a pas été nettoyée et si ce n’est pas dans les tâches des préposés à l’entretien, j’aurais aimé avoir du nettoyant et une brosse pour pouvoir le faire moi-même.

Heure de départ pourrait être différent plutôt que toute la même. Achalandage intense et attente pour l'accès à l'ascenseur. Par contre tous les gens très gentil et belles rencontres dans ces moments d'attente.

The unpleasant odour in the room when you walked in, the mattress was very uncomfortable, the room is outdated and dingy, no side tables or outlets beside the bed, the room is not cleaned for every night’s stay, there was hardly any toilet paper when we arrived. Very disappointed for the price we paid. Will never return or recommend this place to anyone!

L’odeur dans la chambre était atroce. Le bruit de la climatisation est très dérangeant. Les oreillers ne sont pas confortables du tout. Très désuet comme décor. La dame à l’accueil à notre départ, venait clairement de se réveiller. Elle était décoiffée et aurait eu besoin d’un bon café pour partir sa journée. Ça nous a laissé amer de notre visite.

L'Attitude de Marie-France, préposée à l'accueil, lors de notre arrivée. Nous a fait sentir comme des incultes avec nos questions. Aussi, l'eau de la piscine beaucoup trop chaude.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Very friendly staff, we were able to check in earlier. They had upgraded our room very clean and everything was in good working order. Full kitchen. Enjoyed the hit tub and sauna. Great location! Casino shuttle pickup very close by.
Only complaint I would have and it's a small one...pillows are too bulky. Nice to have a selection of different pillows.

Le lit avait un creux au centre. On finissait les deux au centre du lit. Il n'y a pas de lumiere à toute les sorties, c'est dangereux.

Reviewed May 23, 2026I was expecting ground floor room but surprisingly got 1st floor room with a nice balcony, full kitchen and dining table. Cable car is just 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel and all other services are also very close.
Only parking option is paid and it’s $25+ tax per night. There are sauna and hot tub but no swimming pool.

Le matelas à mousse mémoire a été un vrai coup de coeur! Il y a un Spa extérieur, une table de billard, un gym avec les essentiels, navette pour le Casino tout près! Et le personne est très accueillant et courtois!
