Отель удачно расположен в самом центре. До всего можно дойти пешком. Чистые номера, удобные кровати. Очень вкусно готовят в баре у бассейна. Возьмите креветки с чесночным хлебом, не пожалеете. Проапгрейдили нам номер до студии, хотя мы и не просили. Наличие бассейнов однозначно плюс после беготни по городу.

Неприветливо нас встретили на ресепшне. В номере студии ужасно воняло канализацией в туалете. Пришлось номер менять. Отель имеет хитрую конфигурацию, на балконы некоторых номеров можно попасть, просто перешагнув бортик. Очень неприятно.

Это была одна дополнительная ночь в этом отеле, которая возникла из-за переноса даты вылета. Мы с друзьями хотели продлить наши номера, но мест уже не было. Тогда забронировали студию на 4 человека. Отель проапгредил нам номер до двухэтажного, с двумя санузлами и кухней. Спасибо! Отель расположен в самом центре, до всего пешком. Очень чисто, удобные номера. Прекрасный бар у бассейна, очень вкусно готовят!

Хотелось бы улучшить обслуживание и отношение к гостям на ресепшн. Во внутренний бассейн нужны шапочки.

Super comfy and close to downtown. Staff super nice

La amabilidad del personal, las instalaciones y lo silenciosas que eran las habitaciones. No oímos nada durante toda la noche, como mucho el aire acondicionado. El desayuno genial, aunque todos los días igual, no había cambio, poca variedad, pero lo que tenían estaba todo rico. La ubicación es muy céntrica, cerca de todo. Nosotros encontramos siempre sitio para aparcar en la misma calle, aunque tuvimos mucha suerte porque no hay mucho sitio. Pero como plan B tenías su parking, a 0,5€ la hora (24h eran 12€) y solo pagabas el tiempo que lo tenías dentro.

La cama era demasiado dura, tras varios días quedas un poco dolorido. El cajón del baño, que era muy útil, hacía un ruido terrible al cerrarlo, y temíamos que se escuchase en otras habitaciones.

Gostei bastante da simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários da receção. Foram muito atenciosos, educados e prestáveis durante a nossa estadia, proporcionando um atendimento muito mais agradável.

A experiência neste hotel ficou bastante aquém das expectativas. O pequeno-almoço é muito fraco, com pouca variedade e, em várias ocasiões, alguns produtos esgotavam e não eram repostos, o que considero uma falha importante para um hotel. A simpatia e o atendimento dos funcionários, principalmente da equipa responsável pelo pequeno-almoço, também deixaram muito a desejar. A atitude transmitia muitas vezes a sensação de que estavam ali a fazer um favor aos hóspedes, em vez de demonstrar disponibilidade e cordialidade. A limpeza foi outro ponto negativo. Tanto a limpeza dos quartos como a limpeza das áreas do edifício pareceram insuficientes e abaixo do que seria expectável para um hotel. No geral, considero que existem vários aspetos que precisam de ser melhorados, sobretudo o atendimento, a limpeza e a qualidade e reposição dos produtos do pequeno-almoço.

Parkeerplaats bij het hotel is betaald, das jammer want die was daardoor ook nagenoeg leeg. 300 Meter verder gratis parkeren. Ontbijt eentonig. Douchen in bad mét een douchegordijn......dat is toch echt niet meer van deze tijd!

Heel goed ontbijt. Goede diversiteit. Lekker zwembad Mooie locatie, midden in het centrum. Maar geen lawaai.

Bedden zijn hard, maar dat is overal op de Azoren. Zelfde leverancier waarschijnlijk.

El hotel era muy agradable y muy buena ubicación. Las piscinas. Tanto la abierta como la cerrada eran una gozada. El servicio de desayuno. Muy bueno.

Puede comprobar un día que solo habían estirado las camas no estaban sacudidas o hechas correctamente

Location. Two pools and a spa. Also the bar for drinks and food if needed. Staff helpful and friendly. We didn’t mind wearing the swim hats in the indoor pool, unsure why this wasn’t the same for the outdoor pool.

Sofa beds aren’t very comfortable. The extractor fan in the kitchen area didn’t work. Be careful when leaving the hotel as the pavements can be narrow (you get use to this).

Strange layout. A bit impersonal.

- Lage ist gut – mit eigenen Parkplätzen (alles etwas eng, aber das ist überall so). Man kann zu Fuss bis zur Promenade laufen. - Das Frühstück fanden wir super – der Kaffee ist sehr gut und die Kids fanden die Pfannkuchenmaschine super =) - Das Zimmer war sehr aufgeräumt und die Betten sehr komfortabel. - Das absolute Highlight ist aber der Pool in Kombination mit der Bar =) Echt zum Geniessen. Und wenn es draussen etwas stürmt, kann man drinnen im Jacuzzi relaxen.

- Finde den Preis vom Parking etwas teuer - aber es ist verständlich da es so wenig Parkmöglichkeiten gibt in der Umgebung - Leider hat die Klimaanlage bei einen Zimmer nicht funktioniert - Wir haben aber ein Ventilator bekommen. Hat eigentlich gut funktioniert (sind nicht wirklich sehr negative sachen)

Bliskość hotelu do centrum ponta delgady. W hotelu basen odkryty i kryty, siłownia. Pokój sprzątany codziennie. Śniadania ok, jest co zjeść. Balkon z widokiem na ocean to cudowny dodatek. Na balkonie leżak, mogłyby być dwa dla pokoju dwuosobowego.

Płatne miejsca parkingowe. Panie sprzątające zapominały uzupełniać ręczniki w łazience jak je zabierały. Trochę mało miejsca na walizki przy dłuższym pobycie.

Das Frühstück sollte verbessert werden (Kaffee, Auswahl und leere Tabletts müssten schneller aufgefüllt werden). Nach der 4. Nacht war unser Zimmer erstmalig sauber wie man es erwarten kann. Der Safe mite einem Schloss zum einsetzen ist sehr umständlich und veraltet, wie die gesamte Ausstattung. Mit der Buchung eines Taxis zum Flughafen lief etwas schief. An drei von fünf Tagen waren Leute mit lautem Gerät unterwegs, um den Rasen zu mähen.

Excelente localização, boas acomodações e bem mantido, pequeno almoço muito bom, funcionários simpáticos, prestáveis e atenciosos.

La insonorización era excelente, y la oscuridad para dormir completa, por lo que para descansar a mí me pareció comodísimo, con un pequeño vestidor antes del dormitorio, y una zona de estar con sofá y cocina con todo lo necesario, unos sobres de café y té y unas pastitas de cortesía, que agradeci mucho, el desayuno muy bien , el spa genial, la cafeteria al lado de la piscina estupenda y con buen precio, y el trato del personal fantástico.

Es verdad que hay que coger 2 ascensores y atravesar un largo pasillo para llegar a la habitación y que el acceso al hotel es por un pequeño túnel, pero a mi no me importó gran cosa la verdad

This was my second stay here. I was so happy we had all four of our rooms very close to one another. We were in the 8th floor which required two different elevators. The views were outstanding from our balcony. The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. Paid Parking is available, it’s a little tight getting in and out of.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Ich hatte alles was ich brauchte. Das Frühstück könnte vielleicht etwas früher beginnen, war aber sonst gut. Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Stadtzentrum von Ponta Delgada war leicht fußläufig zu erreichen. Gut fand ich auch, dass es nicht an der Hauptstraße ist, sondern eher abseits in der Altstadt. Besser kein großes Auto mieten ;-) Man kommt damit zwar auch durch die Einfahrt auf den hoteleigenen Parkplatz(hab da größere Autos gesehen), aber spaß macht das vielleicht weniger. Vor allem, wenn direkt vor der Ein- und Ausfahrt Autos geparkt sind.

We had a lovely roomy suite, with mini kitchen and dining area. Everything was immaculately clean, all the linen and towels were good quality. The beds were extremely comfortable. A large balcony looked out onto a little garden. We were on a bed and breakfast basis, unfortunately the breakfast offerings were a little hit and miss as not everything was available a lot of the time. This hotel was a bit off the beaten track for us and the surrounding area appears a little run down, but there is some renovation going on. There were no shops, bars etc in the vicinity (that we could find) so self catering would be difficult. You would have to rely on a delivery service for goods. The hotel has no restaurant, but the bar does do snacks. We had a burger and a Caesar salad which was lovely but the chips advertised were crisps. The bar area and pool was pleasant and the staff lovely. There is a covered walkway to the hotel with cobbles, difficult to drag your case over, but some cab drivers took you into the hotel entrance via a side alley!! We wouldn't stay there again,just because of the location and mobility issues.

WiFi a bit hit and miss in the room but strong in communal areas.

Both swimming pools are nice and the room was absolutely clean and tidy. Location is very convenient for the city center and the port area.

You need to pay on top for everything, even the swim caps we had to buy, despite some people didn’t wear them, and so the billiard cues and balls. It’s not possible to have a flat price for parking, if you come and go you need to pay every time. We did not use pre-paid breakfasts as my son was at the hospital for several days with my wife, and when we extended the stay because of that reason, that was not considered and we had to pay for additional breakfast (fine with the rules, but not nice).

Die Lage ist zentral. Wenn auch zuerst schwierig zu finden (Eingang für Autos in einer Straße, Fußgängereingang in einer anderen) und beide führen in 2. Reihe auf den Hoteleingang zu. Uberfahrer fanden sich nicht. Das Zimmer war groß, bietet etwas Stauraum, wenn auch nicht genug um zwei Koffer auszupacken. Also kannst du schon aber kannst es nicht verstauen. Die Küche ist minimalistisch eingerichtet und funktioniert. In der 3. Etsge konnten wir das Meer sehen, die Aussicht ist top. Der Außenpool sieht aus, als könnte man gut schwimmen. Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Betten waren bequem. Es gibt ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Durch den Hoteleingang und den Parkplatz war es in unserem Zimmer leider taghell. Und die Lüftung oder irgendwas anderes dröhnt beinahe rund um die Uhr, sodass schlafen mit offenem Fenster unmöglich war. Poolhandtücher benötigen 10 Euro Deposit genauso wie die Safenutzung. Eigentlich ist es wohl ein Nichtraucherhotel aber auf den Balkonen darf geraucht werden. Der Spabereich ist leider nicht ernst zu nehmen und lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Abgesehen davon, dass man entspannt auf den Parkplatz schaut, ist er ungemütlich, kühl und zugig. Der Pool wird in eine Richtung so flach, dass Bahnen schwimmen schwierig ist. Man sollte duschen vorab und Badekappe tragen, Personal war aber nicht vorhanden, um das mal zu prüfen. Der Whirlpool ist kaum lauwarm und blubbert auf Sparflamme, unnötig da drin rumzusitzen. Am Pool sind die Toiletten. Türen schön weit offen, für die gute Aussicht. Sauna und Dampfbad sind eingebaute recht kleine Anlagen. Sitzt du in der Sauna, hörst du die Gäste im Dampfbad reden, oben drüber den Fitnesbereich. Sauna hatte konstant 54 Grad. Wer's mag... In der Sauna fehlt die Sanduhr. Ist bekannt aber naja, ja is halt so, sagt man. Ansonsten latschen auch Gäste in Straßenklamotten mal durch zum Gucken. Sind ohnehin die einzigen Toiletten im Erdgeschoss. Dafür geht man dann in Badesachen durch die Bar im 1. OG, wenn man in den Außenpool will und schwimmt vorm Frühstücksrestaurant.

Aamiainen oli erinomainen. Hotellin sijainti todella hyvä. Asiakkaita oli vähän, joten hotelli oli varsin hiljainen, mikä ei minua haitannut. Palvelu oli ystävällistä. Span saunaa koskien annoin hotellille kehittämisideoita, mm. lauteet olivat kunnostuksen tarpeessa. Hieronta spassa oli hyvä, henkilökunta oikein ystävällistä.

Hotel ultra fonctionnel et propre, bien situé et chambres spacieuses, équipements Hammam et piscine en bon état.

Établissement froid et sans âme, éclairage et ambiance blafard, personnel assez peu aimable. Rien de digitalisé, donc besoin de récupérer des coupons pour le petit déjeuner, de laisser un deposit cash pour chaque serviette de piscine, room service à 8 euros de supplément etc... Manque d'hospitalité et de service au client.

Un bel hôtel non loin de la marina. Le personnel était très gentil et a l’écoute.

Great location, just a short walk from the marina and downtown. Breakfast was okay. Cleanliness was okay; the indoor pool is a comfortable temperature. Plenty of private parking spaces (for an extra fee).

There is an occasional sewer smell around the hotel and on the balcony, but that’s just part of the island experience. The hotel charges a lot of small fees and deposits for everyday items (they’ve probably had bad experiences in the past—for example, with towel rentals).

We spent 10 days in a one-bedroom apartment with 2 kids here and everybody was really happy. The apartment is a little tight for 4 but given we were only sleeping there, that was totally enough. The mini-kitchen was functional and actually allows you to save on restaurants when you are not that hungry -- a very useful feature for stays with kids. The internet was very fast and reliable -- and you don't need to reconnect every 24h as in many other hotels. We didn't use the outdoor pool due to rains but the indoor pool gives a perfect opportunity to relax after a long day. And there's also a steam room there! Breakfasts are not super-fancy but provide a nice variety of good food including honeycomb, nice coffee and pancakes from a pancake machine!

Not that we didn't like that, rather a note. The hotel is not brand new; there is some tear and wear. You can note it from squeaking doors, some extra silicone in bacthoomes, etc. But unlike many other hotels, it is actually taken care of. Everything works and nothing is falling apart. This makes it probably the best value for money in the area!

The room was spacious with a lounge and cooking facilities.

Ambiente pesado na receção, devido á luigação com a piscina. Pequeno almoço com produtos de gama média.

Fuimos a prisa porque nos cancelaron un vyelo y no podía ampliar estancia en el hotel en que me alojaba que era más económico. El desayuno estaba bien aunque no tenía gran variedad respecto a otro hotel más económico de la zona.

Para ser 4 estrellas la zona de piscina y spa deja mucho que desear, y dado que me habían cancelado el vuelo por el clima era el motivo principal por el que cogí este hotel. Casi no funcionaba ninguna de las instalaciones. Las habitaciones sin más, camas que te venden como grandes pero son de 1,35.

O pequeno almoço poderia ser melhorado

O interior do apartamento era perfeito (cómodo, aconchegante, bem equipado). A piscina interior era aquecida (ainda que no inverno a água a 27° pareça fria). O jacuzzi era grande e agradável. Os funcionários eram impecáveis (sempre disponíveis, educados, prestáveis). O serviço de bar serviu-nos, mesmo a horas tardias. Tem áreas diversificadas, de apoio aos clientes (sala de leitura, sala de brincadeira para as crianças, sala de jogos e lazer, piscina interior e exterior, estacionamento, restaurante, bar).

O estacionamento no hotel é pago (até 12€ por dia) e nas proximidades não há alternativas gratuitas. Essa informação apenas foi fornecida depois da reserva estar concluída (não reembolsável). A sauna apenas abre a partir das 15h. O pequeno-almoço é muito caro (14€ por adulto/dia). O ginásio e o spa são explorados por privados, pelo que quem quisesse usufruir destes serviços teria de pagar. Apesar de ser época baixa (inverno), e provavelmente com um número limitado de hóspedes, num hotel com 8 pisos, ficamos alojados no último andar (8), numa extensão do hotel original, pelo que era necessário subir até ao 5° andar, percorrer corredores longos, com correntes de ar e sem climatização, apanhar outro elevador e subir mais 3 andares. Era destrajoso pois todas as vezes que tínhamos de sair e voltar demorava, apanhávamos frio. O inconveniente foi ainda maior porque éramos 1 família com apenas 1 adulto a acompanhar 3 crianças.

Apartamento, à chegada com cheiro a humidade. Sendo um hotel de 4 estrelas, podia ter mais um "mimo" de boas vindas aos hóspedes, para além de chá preto e verde.

Let’s face it when it comes to hotels the only thing that matters is a comfortable bed. This one was not comfortable. It felt like you were sleeping on box springs without a mattress. The only thing that could be said for.the beds is they were off the floor. The room itself reminded me of a college dorm..functional but not comfortable. The layout was slightly weird requiring two elevators with a long hall in between understandable for the crowded city space but inconvenient if you are a senior lady carrying luggage. The rooms were clean but did show some wear.

This hotel is definitely not 4 star, 2 maybe 3. The staff are very unpleasant and dismissive the first impression of hotel is neglect, garbage can in parking area overflowing, the glass windows are dirty everywhere, the elevator doors are dirty. The rooms are dated, they did upgrade us and put us in a large apartment style room which is spacious but from the ‚80‘s the bathroom is cramped and lacking extras, no outlets no storage. The biggest is charging 14.00 euros per person for breakfast that is the most underwhelming and overpriced breakfast, the staff barely made eye contact! All in all there are many faults so in general do NOT book

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Restaurants und Strandpromenade gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage kostet allerdings extra. Zum außerhalb parken muss man allerdings Parkplätze suchen.

STAY ELSEWHERE!! Unfriendly staff literally rolled his eyes when I asked where the restaurant was. Ridiculous layout. There is a surcharge for everything. Rock hard beds and pillows make rest impossible. I don understand how they dare rate themselves 4 stars.

DasZimmer hatte eine schöne Größe. Bett war bequem. Kissenauswahl zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war gut. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden aber kostenpflichtig. Zum fitnessraum kann ich nichts sagen, als ich hin wollte war es zu/Restaurant war auch belegt mit einer goldenen Hochzeitsfeier aber Essen im poolbereich war gut und viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Twee-kamer appartement was ruim. De bedden en hoofdkussens waren erg goed. Badkamer OK. Ruim balkon met zicht op zee (4e etage). Locatie prima (10 minuten lopen naar boulevard). Stil, maar de hanen beginnen al vroeg (en urenlang) te kraaien... (maar je went er aan). Parkeren.

Kluisje moest nog apart worden gehuurd. De droge sauna was buiten gebruik. Tot op dag van vertrek nog niet gerepareerd., dat was erg jammer.... De gym is niet groot en wordt ook door mensen van buiten (met personal trainer) gebruikt, moet je vooraf reserveren....

Great hotel. Centrally located with parking (for a fee). Rooms are very quiet. Staff is excellent! Only complaint is mattress and pillows are uncomfortable.

This is a very convenient hotel downtown, walkable to lots of stuff. The staff is very helpful, the parking is convenient (although not free), the room was clean and nice. I especially enjoyed the balcony on lovely evenings. To be honest I was out enough I didn't partake in the pool or gym much but I did have breakfast two mornings which was pretty decent. No complaints at all.

Great family hotel with friendly staff. We had an apartment which was just great, clean and spacious with a full bathtub.

The hotel was very nice with both indoor and outdoor pool. The Bar personal are very nice and you can both eat and drink by the pool.

For the indoor pool it is mandatory to buy/use a bathing cap, but no one is interested in enforcing it afterwards.

Location wasn’t as easy as I thought to walk - side streets and narrow sidewalks to get to the main areas. Pillows were hard and the parking is weird to get a ticket and pay every time you take the car out. Had to take 2 elevator ms to get to 6 fl room and 3 times the lights went out in the lift and good thing I had my phone light! No place to hang towels in the bathroom and no shelf or place for bath items in the shower.
