Es un hotel con una ubicación inmejorable, agradecemos a Genaro por su amabilidad y atención al detalle en todo momento, la habitación muy completa la verdad y muy limpia gracias alas que limpiaban nuestra habitación, la cama muy comoda , el desayuno muy variado y esta muy bien comunicado , sin duda si volveremos a napoles reservaremos en el hotel .

I like the appartment.

Communication was not easy at all and also no help to go around the Napoli. And also the breakfast was not good at all. The staffs were not helpful.

Good communication. We were met on site. Shown to room and had everything explained. 2 trays of sweets and treats for us to use if needed. Follow up communication next day to see if all going ok. Location was good for us. Train within 5 mins. Air con worked well.

Walls must be a bit thin. I listened to a lady next door at 2am having a conversation with someone. And she wasn't even yelling. And people moving furniture upstairs at strange hours???

Nu am avut asigurat micul dejun. Insa la 5 m mai jos, am avut un supermarket, unde gaseai de toate! Internet gratuit. Prosoape si lenjerie de pat impecabile, albe, curate si parfumate. Gel de dus cu ulei de masline. Bucataria echipata si utilata complet (pahare, cratite, farfurii, ceainic, plita electrica, tacamuri). Ar conditionat in intreg apartamentul (in living/ panou de control, dormitorul mare/ panou de control). 2bai cu dus, WC si bideu in fiecare baie, inlcusiv feon in fiecare baie (1 baie pe hol, 1 baie in dormitorul principal). Geamurile sunt foarte bune, nu se aude zgomot din exterior. Nu se aude zgomot nici de la vecini. In apartament miroase a curat.

Nu exista ceva care sa nu-mi fi placut. Fac exceptie: aglomeratia si curatenia de pe strazile orasului.

Superbe appartement et superbe chambre. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Naples. Très propre, bel accueil de notre hôte et plein de bons plans partagés. Nous n’avons pas été déçus des adresses pour manger . Les personnes au nettoyage sont prévenantes. Petit plus pour le service de bagagerie avec départ autonome.

We really enjoyed our stay here and were very happy with the accommodation. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea, and everything was spotlessly clean. The room was cleaned every day and we always had fresh towels, which was great. The breakfast was quite simple. There were packaged croissants and other sweet pastries, toast, Nutella and jam, but honestly, it was more than enough for us. We usually had lunch later somewhere in the city anyway, so it worked perfectly for us. The location was absolutely amazing. We had everything we needed within walking distance. Since we often took boats to explore the surrounding area, it was especially convenient to have the port so close. The Alibus stop, which we used to get to the airport, was also very close to the accommodation. There was a supermarket right downstairs, and the Quartieri Spagnoli was just a short walk away. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay. Everything suited us perfectly, and considering the location, we thought the price was really great as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Honestly, there wasn’t really anything we didn’t like about the accommodation. If I had to mention one small negative, it would be the amount of rubbish sometimes visible in the streets and around the area. However, this is more of a general thing in Naples and not really something related to the accommodation itself. Other than that, we really have nothing to complain about. Everything was great for us and we had a very pleasant stay.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and modern. The host is very nice and helpful and the location is very good.

Only one small issue is that the doors to the room have no sound isolation, so if you get loud neighbours in the room next to you like we did, it is difficult to sleep as you can hear everything

Fantastic place! The location is perfect – everything is within easy reach, and the apartment is very clean and comfortable. The host is absolutely wonderful – incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we had any questions. We also received a great list of recommended restaurants, both nearby and a little further away, which we really appreciated and happily used during our stay. We had a wonderful time here. If we ever come back to this city, this is definitely the only place we’ll stay! Highly recommended!

Locație excelentă, curățenie impecabilă și o priveliște superbă de la fereastră/balcon. Camera a fost foarte confortabilă, spațioasă și bine echipată cu tot ce este necesar.

Zeer mooi, prachtig ingericht appartement, de badkamer heeft een zeer luxueuze uitstraling en een grote doucheruimte. De naast gelegen parkeergarage is een pluspunt alsook de beveiligde entree en lift. Een aanrader voor wie Napoli bezoekt. De locatie van het appartement is ook zeer goed voor uitstappen daar je direct aan de haven bent om de ferry te nemen.

Carrying luggage up to the lobby was exhausting because of the stairs. Thank goodness I was traveling with my husband. Even though the host kindly offered to help, it felt very uncomfortable to have her carrying our heavy luggage, and of course my husband would never allow that. Then there was the elevator, which became the biggest frustration of our stay. It only allows three people at a time, so with a family and luggage, someone always had to wait and make multiple trips. To make matters worse, the elevator works with a key between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., and even then the key often failed, leaving us trying several times before it would work. During our stay, we spent two nights in two different apartments—one on the 6th floor and another on the 11th floor. At first, I occasionally used the stairs for the 6th floor, but it quickly became exhausting. Eventually, it got to the point where we thought twice about leaving the apartment because we knew we would have to deal with the stairs and the elevator all over again. Even our kids felt the inconvenience. This setup simply wasn't for us. In fact, we met another couple who had also stayed there, and while we were waiting in line at the airport, we ended up talking about how frustrating the elevator situation had been. That confirmed we weren't the only ones who felt this way. Also, the free breakfast is not an actually a breakfast, it is a voucher for a croissant and 1 espresso or 1 cappuccino.

Somente pontos positivos, Gennaro foi um excelente anfitrião, disponível praticamente 24 horas para atender eventuais necessidades.

Bardzo cienkie sciany takze między piętrami, wszystko słychac i od rana tłuczenie się. Moznaby minimalnym kosztem wyposażyc kuchnię-sól,oliwa.Kiedy jest się w podróży kupowanie w kazdym miejscy tych rzeczy i zostawianie nie ma sensu…

We liked everything, especialy location, which was perfect, just 3 minutes from the main street Toledo, 7 minutes walking from the port from where goes boats and 10 minutes walking to historic center and the same to beautiful boardwalk

A family member of the Property Owner met us upon arrival, gave us instructions on how to access the unit, and gave us a walkthrough of the amenities. She also provided us with plenty of recommendations for places in the area to eat and explore. We were within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, and many of the major attractions. It was an excellent home base for our family, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We'd definitely stay here again when visiting Naples!

A recepção do Genaro foi maravilhosa, muito atencioso deu algumas dicas da cidade. A localização é excelente perto do centro e do Porto, não poderíamos ter escolhi melhor!

Allotjament excel·lent. Està molt cèntric, és molt net i està decorat amb molt de gust. Ens hi hem sentit molt còmodes durant tota l’estada. També volem destacar el tracte i l’atenció de Gennaro, que ha estat molt amable, atent i disponible en tot moment. Sens dubte, és un allotjament que recomanem i on tornaríem a allotjar-nos.

We had a great stay at the Napoli City Center Apartments. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped, with plenty of space for our family. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport, restaurants and attractions. The check-in process was straightforward, Gennaro was there to meet us with keys, and the communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. It was the perfect base for discovering Naples and we would happily stay here again on a future visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in a convenient central location.

La struttura è ben curata e uguale alle fotografie, pulita e con rifacimento letto e riordino tutte le mattine. Siamo state accolte in anticipo all’orario che avevamo stimato x lasciare gli zaini. Molto cortese la ragazza che ci ha accolto e consigliato su cosa vedere ecc.

Sicuramente la posizione strategica xche’ vicino al porto, alla stazione e al centro ma comunque molto tranquilla

Apartment is clean and comfortable , 2 x balcony with very nice view of Napoli landmarks. We got almost everything we need in the kitchen, so we could enjoy fresh fruits and drinks what we bought every day at the supermarket Sole 365 downstairs. The whole gallery where the apartment located is also very clean and we feel safe here. The location is top, just in the middle between port and via Toledo and old city, perfect! Easy to walk to everywhere! The host is also very friendly and helpful! We also used the luggage storage locker after checking out, it is very convenient! We will surly stay here again when we are back in Napoli!

Only the lift of the building , too small and very hot inside. But it is not part of the apartment.

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder! Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem Apartment! Das Personal war durchweg toll, super nett und unglaublich zuvorkommend – uns wurde bei jeder Frage sofort weitergeholfen. Auch der Reinigungsservice war top und sehr flexibel, da Termine ganz individuell vereinbart werden konnten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Host: Wir konnten uns rund um die Uhr per WhatsApp verständigen, was uns ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gab. Wir haben sogar tolle Restaurant-Tipps direkt bei der Ankunft erhalten, was bei der riesigen Auswahl in der Umgebung Gold wert war. Das Zimmer selbst war modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: Die Fußgängerzone ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

L'host Gennaro è stato disponibilissimo e gentile fin dal primo contatto telefonico: ci ha accolti all'arrivo per mostrarci l'appartamento che si trova all'ottavo piano ed è servito da un ascensore, una rarità a Napoli. La struttura è moderna, pulita e dotata di ogni confort, materassi comodissimi, cuscini in memory, asciugamani morbidissimi, tapparelle automatiche, aria condizionata e con cucina super accessoriata. La posizione è situata in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo strategica, vicino al centro storico e metropolitana. Ottima anche la colazione inclusa al Bar proprio sotto l'appartamento. E' davvero tutto a portata di mano, supermercato, Bar, ristoranti, farmacia e un garage a pagamento (non della struttura). Complimenti a Gennaro per la sua ospitalità e tutti i consigli preziosi e di averci suggerito i ristoranti più autentici e buoni di Napoli. Stracconsigliato!

Gennaro the host was wonderful and very effective. All our requests were dealt kindly and professionally. The room was cleaned and the bed was made every day. Great location, close to everything. breakfast is a coffee and a pastry at a nearby caffe, which was also very nice and welcoming.

Quite conveniently located near the city center

The room was booked specifically because the description stated that it had a view of volcano, and there were even photos showing that view. In reality, the view was completely different — overlooking a rooftop with air conditioning units and only a partial view of the port. The manager did try to improve the situation by offering a room on a higher floor and even a refund if we decided to leave, but that was 100% unreal - everything else had already been booked, it was already evening, and we were travelling with two small children.. We didn’t go to visit the volcano itself, but at least we had hoped to enjoy looking at it from our window. It felt misleading. Also, the wallpaper in the rooms smelled absolutely awful — as if plastic were decomposing.

Die Lage ist ideal – nur wenige Gehminuten von vielen Sehenwürdigkeiten entfernt und perfekt, um Neapel sowie die Umgebung zu erkunden. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber jederzeit freundlich und schnell. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Sauberkeit. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine praktische und komfortable Unterkunft in Neapel suchen. 😊

The location is outstanding. We had a balcony with beautiful views of the port, Castel Nuovo, and the surrounding hills. There are several lovely terraces nearby offering excellent food and a wonderful atmosphere. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, featuring excellent pastries, great coffee, and a variety of quality options. Genaro was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always responding to messages quickly and making us feel welcome. Most of the major attractions are within a short walking distance, which made exploring the city very convenient. We loved the charming surroundings, the cozy and spotless room, and the excellent service throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples.

Nagyon jó helyen van az apartman, közel a kikötőhöz és a belvároshoz, Könnyenl megközelíthető a repülőtértől is. A szoba szép, modern, de a legszebb, ami mindent visz a kilátás a szobából.

Napoli City Center BnB was a great option for a 3-night stay. I wanted to be close to the port and this place was a 10 minute walk away, very easy. The apartment was centrally located in general, being close to a subway stop and easily walk-able to main attractions in 10-20 minutes. The room itself was clean and had all we needed for a short stay - with a strong AC which we needed in that heat. They provided vouchers for breakfast at the bar next door, which was fine for us since we aren't big breakfast people and it's Italy!

The only issue for me was the check-in process, although not a big issue either. We arrived on a Sunday and had to follow a series of instructions on how to get in. It's something I've done countless times in other places but for some reason, these instructions were a bit more complicated. As it was Sunday, the gate to the building was also closed when we arrived and had to figure it out. It was a little bit of a puzzle to get in, but once you do it's totally fine. If you don't have data on your phone, it could be harder. It was the same type of puzzle check-in for another stay we had in Naples later that week too, so I think it's just the norm of these BnBs that are in large apartments.

Great location- close to port to use ferries which was good for our plans. Lovely bars and restaurants around. Gennaro was a brilliant host- had lots of recommendations and was prompt with replying via whats app.

Room was nice and clean. Location was good. Gennaro, who regulatly communicated with us and received us on arrival, was very helpful in every way. As was the "guardian" who minded the lift.

The access to the building and the room was a bit problematic but resolved with Gennaro's help. The "included breakfast" was a misnomer, as it entitled each of us to one croissant and one tea or coffee only. Exactly that, one croissant and one tea/ coffee per person. Period.

Locatia este foarte bine amplasata si iti ofera un sentiment de siguranta daorita accesului exclusiv al rezidentilor! Aproape de port, de galeriile Umberto, multe restaurante, magazine, acces usor la mijloacele de transport in comun!

Localisation parfaite pour visiter Naples à pied, bel appartement propre, confortable et bien équipé, dans un immeuble sécurisé. Petite supérette à proximité. Excellent accueil de Gennaro, toujours disponible, à l'écoute et soucieux pour ses hôtes, ce qui a rendu ce séjour encore plus agréable, il nous a même conseillé de bonnes adresses pour manger Possibilité de laisser les valises dans un lieu sur après avoir quitté le logement. Petit déjeuner à prendre dans un café juste en bas de l'immeuble, simple et bon Je le recommande et nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour. Et encore un grand merci à Gennaro !

Extrémně pofidérní kvalita provedení, všechno bylo slyšet. Dnes nás v 6 ráno vzbudil hluk přede dveřmi. Velmi malá postel pro 2 lidi.

Emplacement idéal, à deux pas du quartier espagnol et des métros mais très calme. L’accueil excellent! Je ne peux que recommander.

La ubicación perfecta, junto al barrio español. Apartamento cómodo con todo el menaje de calidad. Buena limpieza y cambio de toallas cuando lo deseas.

La televisión podría tener acceso a enviar contenido de plataformas desde el móvil.

Genaro es muy pero muy buena onda. Nos recibió para mostrarnos el departamento, mostrarnos funcionamiento y nos dio recomendaciones para comer en muy buenos lugares.

Sentral beliggenhet og hjelpsomt personale da vi kjente sterk kloakklukt i bad og soverom. Etter å ha kontaktet booking fikk vi nytt, mindre rom og refundert prisdifferanse mellom leilighet og rom da vi etterlyste det.

Merkelig ‘resepsjon’/inngangsparti og treg heis. Og ‘frokosten’ nødvendiggjorde å gå ut og til nærliggende cafe med lang kø for å få en kaffekopp samt en liten kake. Mao ingen vanlig frokost.

Super lokalita, čisté ,výborné vybavenie, blízko pešej zóny a prístavu

Struttura pulita, accoglienza favolosa, host super disponibile. Appartamento silenzioso. Posizione comodissima, 30 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni, 15 minuti dal lungo mare, 5 dai quartieri spagnoli ( forse meno)

Μείναμε στο δωμάτιο Vesuvio, ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και ακόμα καλυτερο. Ηταν πάρα πολύ όμορφο, άνετο, καθαρό,καινουριο, με φανταστική θέα.. είχε εξοπλισμό για να μείνει κάποιος άνετα αρκετές μέρες.. Πρεπει σίγουρα να αναφερθεί η ασφάλεια που νιώθαμε στο κτίριο που βρίσκεται το δωμάτιο, όπου υπήρχε και θυρωρός, επισης, είχαμε κλειδί για να μπούμε στη στοά όπου βρίσκεται η είσοδος το κτιριου. Όλα όμορφα προσεγμένα καθαρά και φωτεινα..Βρίσκεται σε ιδανική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά σε όλα με τα πόδια ή με συγκοινωνια. Όσον αφορά το πρωινό, παρείχε κουπόνι για καφέ και ένα γλυκό ή αλμυρό σνακ σε καφέ δίπλα ακριβώς, το οποίο ήταν μια χαρά.. και ακριβώς από κάτω είχε μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ για να ψωνίσεις οτιδήποτε θέλεις ώστε να απολαύσεις το πρωινό σου στο δωμάτιο.. ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενεστατος και εξυπηρετικός σε οτιδήποτε χρειάστηκε.. Συνιστούμε να μείνετε στο δωμάτιο, θα μείνετε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι

Όσον αφορά το δωμάτιο ήταν όλα υπέροχα. Δεν έχουμε να αναφέρουμε τίποτα αρνητικό.. Η Νάπολη πολύ όμορφη, αλλά δυστυχώς η κουλτούρα που έχουν σχετικά με τη καθαριότητα στην πόλη είναι απογοητευτική. Κρίμα να επισκιάζουν τα σκουπίδια την ομορφιά της πόλης..

Location was very good in relation to the metro as well as Toledo Street. Taxis to go to the airport were positioned quite close to the building.

Posizione eccezionale! Dal nostro terrazzino all’undicesimo piano si vedeva una gran parte di Napoli ! Colazione nel bar appena di lato con sfogliatelle appena sfornate….per me divine! Credo sarà il mio alloggio ogni volta che tornerò a Napoli. Grazie! Siete stati davvero gentilissimi

Tobula lokacija, apartamentai su geru vaizdu per langą. Visi reikalingi patogumai, ramu ir saugu. Įskaičiuotiems pusryčiams priklauso tik kava + bandelė gretimoje kavinėje, bet čia ne bėda. Visa kita buvo puiku!

Nagyon meg voltunk elégedve a szállással. Kiváló volt az elhelyezkedése, közel volt mindenhez, látnivalók, szolgáltatás,  kikötő. A szállás nagyon tiszta, új, kényelmes és jól felszerelt volt, a két erkélyről fantasztikus kilátás nyílt a tengerre és a városra! Külön élmény volt ott kávézni, miközben élveztük a gyönyörű panorámát. Csomagmegőrzésre is volt lehetőség, ami nagyon megkönnyítette az utolsó napunkat, mert késő este indult csak a gépünk. A reggelit pedig a közeli kávézóban fogyaszthattuk el. Bármilyen kérdésünk vagy kérésünk volt, Gennaro azonnal reagált, és mindenben nagyon segítőkész volt. Szívesen visszatérnénk máskor is.🩵

Ero a Napoli per lavoro. I proprietari di sono dimostrati subito gentili, attenti e disponibili. La camera è molto bella, pulitissima e accogliente. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente.

Posizione splendida, ad un passo da tutto quello che si vuole visitare, struttura nuova, pulita e accogliente e uno staff che ha prontamente risposto ad ogni esigenza di una famiglia con bambini piccoli.. Grazie a tutti

Dept is in great condition, and was sparkling clean. The size of the place was excellent and you don’t feel cramped at all. We were met by Gennaro who was very quick to respond to any questions, very friendly and helpful. There is also a taxi stand about 20 yards from the building.

La posizione è strategica: a due passi da dalle principali attrazioni ma in una zona tranquilla. L'appartamento è nuovo e immacolato, spazioso e curato nei minimi dettagli.

It was located close to the center to reach everything within minutes and not too close to the very populated center. The perfect balance.

The breakfast is taken in a coffee shop nearby, not o the premises. Nonetheless, the coffee and criossants served there are tasty and the service prompt.
