Le service petit déjeuner n’a pas été signalé réservé au groupe et de ce fait nous nous étions retrouvés au mauvais endroit ce qui nous a été reproché par le service

Breakfast was just okay. Hot food was cold. Boiled egg needed to be in for more than 3 minutes. Sausages disappointing.

El hotel no corresponde en absoluto a la categoría anunciada. En nuestra opinión, como máximo podría considerarse un hotel de 3 estrellas, y aun así resulta difícil entender en qué se basa esta clasificación. Además, varios de los servicios e instalaciones anunciados en la descripción no se corresponden con la realidad.

L'emplacement est vraiment très proche du sanctuaire,la vue de la piscine, le magasin dans l'hôtel la dame du magasin très très accueillante, le petit déjeuner très bien et le personnel du petit déjeuner et au top

There two restaurants. One , a la carte , at ground level. The other, a buffet , at the basement overlooking the river. Both were very good. However the reception staff failed to give us details about opening hours and particularly they failed to inform us about the availability of the buffet While Lourdes had some fine restaurants, However the best restaurant was under or doorstep in the buffet, however we only discovered it's availability on the final night as we didn't realize it was there. The staff should really have Informed us about the buffet downstairs

Amazing location! Really close to the Basilica and next to an excellent restaurant RivieraSol which overlooks the river.

No shampoo, conditioner and when the toilet was flushed, the shower became scalding hot

La vétusté, les joints de douche moisis, la baignoire de 90cm/45cm, la ventilation qui faisait beaucoup de bruit rendant le sommeil impossible, un parking souterrain pour des voitures taille clio, la piscine non fonctionnelle sans que cela soit annoncé. Les prestations ne sont pas dignes d’un quatre étoiles! Établissement à éviter

L'emplacement et le personnel de restauration

Bonjour, Nous souhaitons vous faire part de notre déception concernant notre séjour. Tout d’abord, l’entrée et la place de parking sont extrêmement étroites, ce qui ne nous avait jamais été signalé malgré plusieurs échanges écrits et oraux. À notre arrivée, après 14 heures de route, nous avons indiqué au réceptionniste que nous « mourions de faim ». Il ne nous a pourtant pas prévenus qu’exceptionnellement tout fermait à 21h ce soir-là. Après nous être installés, nous sommes redescendus pour manger et avons alors appris que tout était fermé. Le monsieur présent à l’entrée a même semblé trouver la situation amusante, ce que nous avons particulièrement peu apprécié. Le lendemain, autre surprise : les deux personnes à la réception ne parlaient pas français, rendant toute communication difficile. Heureusement, nous tenons à souligner la gentillesse du personnel de restauration ainsi que le très bel emplacement, qui restent les deux points positifs de notre séjour. una struttura enorme posizionata molto bene rispetto al Santuario, con garage e servizi. parlano molto bene anche l'italiano. Molto accoglienti!

avevamo un'amica celiaca. nonostante ogni assicurazione, la struttura non ha fornito il necessario supporto. molti ospiti non hanno poi consentito di fornire un servizio completo, nonostante sia un 4 stelle.

Hotel was located at the heart of Lourdes making everything incredible accessible. Rooms were simple but lovely and the breakfast was very good as well.

Instalaciones obsoletas y falta de relación entre el estado del hotel y sus estrellas. La puerta de la habitación tenía roto el muelle y las puertas del cuarto de baño y del inodoro no cerraban. Espacio minúsculo para una habitación triple.

Swimming pool was great with a lovely view. Nice lobby and bar. Rooms were grand and food was average. Location was good and it was relatively quiet

Świetny hotel dla pielgrzymów. Bardzo miły personel i wyjątkowo wygodne łóżka.

Obiekt formalnie pozwala na przyjazd samochodów osobowych, ale jest to wybitnie utrudnione. Hotel powinien zdecydowanie odradzać przyjazd samochodem do nich.

Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très bien choisi. Accueillant et avenant . Problème au niveau du parking. Les plots qui se dressent à 9h du matin sont un problème.

La limpieza de la zonas no muy visibles era deficiente, bajo la cama y una tela de araña en una esquina del techo junto a la ventana. Además al entrar a hacer la habitación entraron sin llamar y estaba yo en el interior.

Bonjour, Nous avons trouvé le parking de l’hôtel vraiment très petit et difficile d’accès. Il y a très peu d’espace entre les sorties, et avec notre voiture, c’est très compliqué de manœuvrer et de sortir du parking. Nous avons eu beaucoup de difficultés à nous garer et à sortir. Merci de votre compréhension.

La cortesia dello Staff, la posizione centrale ed il parcheggio moto interno a 11 euro, ne vale la pena. Molto buona la colazione

Parking voiture très cher et très étroit. Il manquait des serviettes dans la chambre, 2 lots alors que nous étions 3. Le serveur du bar nous a fait attendre très longtemps pour prendre notre commande, il nous a regardé et nous a répondu qu'il devait aller faire se qu'il avait à faire avant de prendre notre commande....Pas très accueillant.

La situation

La piscine est petite et ne correspond pas aux photos prises en grand angle/ trop de monde et impossible de se baigner / l eau ne paraissait pas propre La fenêtre de la chambre de notre fille ne fonctionnait pas (436) Enfin le savon qui est de la mousse ne lave pas et dans la chambre 436 il n y en avait plus . Cet hotel n est pas à la hauteur d un 4 étoiles. Les salles de bain méritent un rafraîchissement. Et sur le site est indiqué un acces au spa via l hotel gallia, il serait bon d iniquer le prix du supplément. Aussi le parking privé est saturé et il serait judiciaire de demander à l avance au client s il a besoin d une place. Nous avons reçu la demande le jour même et bien sûr c était plein. J espère que ces feedbacks pourront leur permettre demande s améliorer.

Very well located near Lourdes site. Bustling hotel full of pilgrims, dinner options were relatively simple - aimed at families - but very welcome after a long drive.

The rooms (bathroom) were modern and clean but felt a little budget. Ok for an overnighter but would have wanted to upgrade if there for another night

Really enjoyed our stay at La Solitude. Staff were all friendly and helpful from reception to housekeeping staff. Rooms comfortable air con very welcome.

Check out at 10 was slightly early. Had to rush back from breakfast to make sure our bags were packed and we could check out.

L’accueil à la réception était chaleureux, et le personnel de chambre et de table était incroyablement qualifié et accueillant. J’ai bien apprécié la propreté de la chambre.Un grand merci à Nathalie pour son accueil si chaleureux. La vue était magnifique, à deux pas du sanctuaire.

Déco des chambres pas au goût du jour et la taille des chambres et la salle bain trop étroite pour trois personnes manque d’équipements pour la chambre ( Tv connectée ,Netflix, YouTube).La Piscine trop petite et étroite pour mettre plus de cinq personnes .

Location is excellent. The foyer and reception area is very nice. The bar prices to bye coffees changed on a daily basis depending who served you. The male staff were not friendly. The rooms are ok, but not enough towels, pillows tea bags or milk. The restaurant downstairs is buffet service and when we were there it was often chaotic. The female staff did their best to serve the food speedily but the whole process is poorly thought out. Food was ok, but nothing special. The coffee machine was always switched off for meals. This felt quite mean considering the cost was fully inclusive. Overall, if you are looking for a central hotel, this hotel will meet that requirement. If you want a real 4 star, then this hotel is not for you.

Location was fab, food was just ok. Food in nearby locations is much more affordable and good .

Not a 4* hotel. Wrong classification. Only the reception. Rooms were very unpersonal without charm. We had a “25m2” room. But only a small bed and no place for 3 suitcases. That can’t be 25m2. Pool very small with many screaming and jumping kids. Not for adults.

Il bagno con la vasca è scomodo per le persone anziane. Mancano appendini per teli ed asciugamani. Piscina e relativi lettini sul roof top sottodimensionati per una hotel con così tante camere. C'è la corsa ad accaparrarsi la posizione.

Hotel vraiment fantastique situé a 5mn du sanctuaire les chambres tres propre avec une superbe vue sur le château et la ville je tiens a remercier le personnel pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse ainsi que le personnel du bar un petit bonjouri au barman pour son super pinacolada une équipe de jour comme de nuit toujours au top avec le sourire je recommande fortement cette hotel a bientôt Sonia

Die Türen von Nachbarnzimmer waren total laut und wir mussten fast in Deckung gehen, da es hörte wie eine Exsplosion aus. Und das um 7 Uhr am morgen!

I am shocked by the 3.9 average stars. We ended up leaving the hotel and not staying the night because: our car could not fit in the alley to get to their parking (which they charged $50 for), the wifi was poor, and overall, this is without a doubt not a 4-star hotel. The room quality is 1-2 stars. The staff were nice but also refused to refund us even in part or just for the parking, even though we paid for 2 nights and didn't stay there at all! That is not the service of a 4-star hotel...
