Well located beach near air conditionner top swimming pool ok

This is not a 4-star hotel. It’s well located, close to the beach, the AC works well, but we had a lot of problems. We found cockroaches at night in our room. They offered to move us. But in the second room, another cockroach was spotted. They had it disinfected by a professional. When the staff came to disinfect, they knocked and quickly opened the door without giving us time to open it ourselves. Very little privacy in this hotel. They offered us access to the private beach until the end of our stay as compensation. The rooms are not modern at all, the TVs are very old. The blanket is ridiculous. Very small for two people, and it’s very tiring to always have to ask for things at the reception. The food isn’t worth it, always the same, few Turkish specialties with meat. We often eat pasta. And the breakfast is terrible. Apart from the pancakes, nothing sweet. It feels like a nursing home. The coffee is really bad. Luckily, there are good coffee shops (Luna) and restaurants nearby. One day, when we returned to our room, we noticed that a 'do not disturb' sign had been put on our door. It wasn’t ours. So, the room wasn’t cleaned. And the staff and managers couldn’t tell who had put it there even after checking the security cameras. Maybe a bad joke. On another day, after a late excursion, we had requested a meal tray. The front desk staff asked us to wait in the room. Which we did. But the server came in without knocking… Luckily the keycard makes a noise when you use it. Anyway, the security is pretty average. Having tried another hotel for one night during our stay for the same price, I can tell you there’s much better. And finally, we came back sick.

В плюс отелю: 1. 200 м от приличного пляжа. 2. Персонал - как в ресторане, так и вообще - очень заботливый и дружелюбный. 3. Чистота везде идеальная. 4. В отличие от предыдущих отзывов, не заметил ни устаревшей сантехники, ни какого-то потрепанного состояния номеров, ни однообразия еды в ресторане, все нормально, соответствует звездам. Розеток достаточно. Сейф платный, стандартный. Чайник, чай. Бар заполняется водой и соком одноразово. Уборка идеальная каждый день.

В минус отелю, чего там нет, а хотелось бы, если он позиционирует себя как пляжный и на 4*: 1. Трансфер предлагается отелем по цене Uber - 60 евро. Аэропортовская мафия на выходе предлагает за 55, и можно сторговать до 50. Компании-перевозчики предлагают 40, но заранее. Про автобусы Havas, которые якобы приезжают к прибывающим рейсам: это местная легенда, они приезжают когда хотят, и у них явно договор с такси, чтоб такси сняли сливки с нетерпеливых, и тогда уже через час можно забрать оставшихся... 2. Это 1 линия только по расстоянию до пляжа. На самом деле на пляже свои отели первой линии, и до пляжа пересекаешь 3 перехода на оживленной трассе, где водители пропускать пешеходов не умеют; и грязный проход между этих отелей, которые на пляже. Сам пляж песочный, на 3 метра в воде песок, дальше камни, на глубине снова песок. Вода прозрачная, но кожа липковата после купания (конец августа). Если нет ветра, плавает мусор у берега. 3. На пляже все платно - зонтики, лежаки (отельным скидка 50 с 200), а бары вообще к отелю отношения не имеют. Туалет и WiFi бесплатные, хоть за это спасибо. Лежаки у бассейна с утра стандартно заняты полотенцами. 4. Стандартно для любых турецких отелей - курят все! На пляже, и окурки в песок, у бассейна от курильщиков дышать нечем, на балконах (и в номерах вокруг нужно срочно закрывать дверь на балкон). 5. Нет мороженого. Совсем, и это странно... Ресторан грешит переработкой не съеденного, на следующий день. На третий день пребывания свалился с диареей, но, возможно, причина не в еде. 6. Настольного тенниса нет, его и не обещали - но никому не нужный пул-бильярд в баре можно было бы легко заменить на стол с ограждением. Джакузи в закрытом бассейне, сам бассейн - для мелких детей. Тренажеры - в основном вело. 7. Телевизор в номере - антиквариат, входы - тюльпаны. USB ни на что не реагирует. 8. Просили 2 отдельные кровати, дали одну двойную. Не проблема, но полотенечного вида покрывало на двоих одно, и оно узкое.

Привітний персонал, харчування якісне, також зручне розташування, близько від пляжу. Є де погуляти, легко добратися до місць для прогулянки.

Низька комунікація персоналу з клієнтами. Якщо перший раз потрапляєш не орієнтуєшся які послуги доступні, скільки коштують, а які вже входять в оплачену вартість.

De kamers waren niet hygiënisch. De kasten zaten vol met stoffen. De deuren waren erg vies. Er werd twee dagen lang geen schoonmaak beurt gehouden. Ik heb dit aangegeven maar is niet van pas gekomen. Ook heb ik om handdoek gevraagd om 11:00 uur ochtend en tot 21:00 uur moest ik nog steeds wachten. Er werd mij verteld dat je maar 1 handdoek krijgt heel je verblijf. Er was een personeel die stond tosti’s te maken en ik had haar verteld dat de tosti’s niet goed waren en de kaas niet gesmolten was toen reageerde ze er op met: ja dat kan als je het wilt eet je het zo en als het je niet bevalt dan niet.

Pyszne tureckie jedzenie, genialna obsługa. Mały, kameralny hotel, w którym jestem już n-ty raz i zawsze wracam. Fajny, mały hammam, występy raz w tygodniu. Czysto, często sprzątane. Doskonała lokalizacja - niecałe 5 minut do plaży.

The food was not good and redundant! I asked for a refund of the “all inclusive and was refused”. If they didn’t feed the entire police force and the employees with what we pay for the food then they might be able to provide better quality food!

Понравилось практически всё. Очень вежливый персонал, хорошая уборка. Отличные наборы для гигиены в номере, достаточно приятный вид из окна.

Hotel nie zasługuje na 4* . Co najwyższej na3*.Jedzenie bardzo monotonne. Brak wieczornych animacji czy chociażby muzyki przy której goscie hotelowi mogli się pobawić. Niby opcja all inclusive a za bilard czy kawę po turecku dodatkowa opłata. Pobyt konic lutego.

The location is great: Alanya Castle, the Red Tower, and Damlataş Cave are all within walking distance.

The hotel is in need of renovation – old plumbing, broken shower, and even a patched toilet tank. On the beach, everything costs extra.

Заселили быстро как и бронировали. Завтрак однообразный, мало свежей выпечки. Зелени, овощей и фруктов достаточно, хотелось, чтобы на завтраке были пирожные тоже. Напитки приличные, вместо супа на завтраке нужна каша. Обеды и ужины хорошие, суп, овощное или мясное рагу, пирожные и сладости, всегда много фруктов бананы, яблоки, мандарины, дыня, арбуза уже не было. Была жаренная печень, красная рыба- гриль, говяжий стейк, гриль курица. Всё вкусно, повара молодцы старались. Персонал в столовой все очень внимательные и приветливые, быстро работают, всегда предлагали напитки, Отель старенький, но чистый, тётушки убирали хорошо, делали фигуры из полотенца, полы мыли каждый день. На ресепшне работают хорошо выполняют все просьбы. Есть крытый бассейн с подогревом 25-28*С.

Номера маленькие, двоим места мало. в ванной комнате места мало, хотелось бы, что бы была полочка для личных вещей для кремов, бутылочек, баночек и т. д. Телевизор, сейф, вешалок много, полок мало, тапки. У нас в номере вай- фай ловил плохо, только возле входной двери. Номер на 3 эт. 312, окна выходят на хозяйский двор, там шумно постоянно что- то возят, грузят, чистят, режут. Ночью постоянно слышался гул, как будто рядом гудит 100 радиаторов, очень напрягало, ночью спать невозможно. Подушки дурацкие как и во всех отелях. Сауна или баня платная даже, если берёшь курс массажа в баню не пустят, только, когда оплатишь хамам. Не понятно для кого она там.

Ruoka oli erinomaista ja ruokalinjasto oli siisti. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Huone oli siisti. Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen. Hotellin Hamam oli loistava.

Ainoa miinus oli huoneen pieni wc, jossa skandinaavien pituus oli liikaa, jotta olisi voinut istua pöntöllä.

Были в 2023. Несмотря на кризис Alaiye очень сильно развилась и улучшилась. Заметна четкая системная работа по улучшению!!!

To much loud music on the terrasse every day in 2 weeks even when some guests complained about it. The food in the snackbar is always the same every day every year. The pool needs to be cleaned a lot more. The service is supreme.

Trochu mne překvapila menší velikost pokoje. Očekávala jsem na základě publikovaných fotografií větší prostor.

I thought it was a great hotel staff brilliant and food not too bad. Pool bar good and snacks good. Rooms were cleaned every other day and housemaids were lovely

went for 3 weeks the hotel was lovely staff were great and very hard workers , food was ok always something to eat , maybe could have had a bit more entertainment , would definitely go back as I was made to feel like family , made a lot of friends. you must try the massage at mehmets spa and sauna, also the hairdresser does a good job and a great pedicure , theres a great barman that looks a lot like Cristiano Ronaldo

Had a great time. Close to the beach and had an amazing buffet. Enjoyed the indoor jacuzzi and outdoor pool. Very good service and staff were friendly

The hospitality and great service is unmatched. I was very delighted to stay at this hotel with all the stores and beautiful Kleopatra beach nearby. So a very good spot for the hotel. Can’t forget the many entertainments provided and the indoor and outdoor pools.

Everything was perfect n close to all the shops restaurants n coffee shops n 10 min walk to the park nand 2 mins from the beach, staff were really friendly n always helpful, cleaner was so kind and always cleaned our room so nicely

La propreté de l’hôtel, il n’y a rien à dire. Le personnelle très très très agréable, accueillant, souriant, fait de leurs mieux pour satisfaire les clients. Une cuisine goûteux mais malheureusement pas variable.

La cuisine n’étais pas variable, il y avait beaucoup de choix mais c’était régulièrement les même choses qui sortait au buffet. L’animation est zéro, les 3 jours que nous avons eu l’animation c’était vraiment nul, personne c’est amusée sauf quand il y a eu les spectacles de danse (pas très professionnel). Le personnelle de la plage, il n’étais pas agréable car il fessait du favoritisme entre les clients. Je ne trouve pas que l’hôtel mérite réellement les 4 étoiles. Le fait de payer les transats de la plage puis ne pas avoir des essuies de plage fait que l’hôtel perd beaucoup de sa qualité. Un point négative aussi, les vêtements du personnelles n’ai vraiment pas adapté à la saison, ils sont en pantalon ou jeans avec une chaleur de 36 degrés sous le soleil se n’est pas humain pour eux.

Friendly staff really helpful especially we travelled as a large sports group. Food was great had a good variety. Rooms were great and clean.

Stayed here with extended large family. If I had my way I wouldn’t of stayed here but compromised to accommodate other people’s budgets Good Points (not many): - Decent room aircon. - Never seemed over crowded which was nice. -Staff friendly (blonde girl at the pool bar was nice but very distracted with her phone all the time or flirting with a male colleague, had to always get her attention to get a drink, no customer focus but everyone else great) - Bed comfy enough - Pool nice and big enough and swim up bar always nice. - Fairly clean Bad points (lots) - first of all not a 4 star hotel, should be 2 star ⭐ ⭐ - poor selection of drinks and cocktails, no cocktail list and drinks very limited what you can get. White wine, beer, whisky, vodka. Not a great deal more. - Worst food I have ever had at an all inclusive, selection poor, quality below average and repetitive. - ice pops locked up and added to your bill at the end. WTF!! Always complimentary ice lolly’s for the children every other holiday. Racked up a fortune on these! - entertainment on evenings poor, every other night and wasn’t great - no day time activities or entertainment - charge for a towel around the pool

The rooms were really nice especially the bathroom. The pool was also really good. Overall the food was good however, sometimes it was a bit weird.

Can I just say to the management of this Hotel, I have stayed in a lot of places around the world some more expensive and some cheaper but this hotel is as good as any for the money .. Credit to all your staff from the bottom to the top they are very hard working and also very polite and look after the guests properly, every where is lovely and clean. The staff who I had more to do with was the people in the restaurant, snack bar and drinks bars, all very nice, the food was brilliant way better than a lot of all inclusives ive been to. Food is excellent, staff helpful and polite, lovely clean and inviting. Had my hair done whilst there and the young lady did an excellent job, just like it looks at home. She also gave me an excellent about cutting and shaping. I'll remember to tell my hairdresser when I get home. Beach guys were also brilliant. All in all a great holiday.

Can't fault this hotel. Very central. Staff cannot do enough to help, very pleasant and helpful. Food variable and hot, something for everyone's taste. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Would definitely stay here again and recommend highly.

Great location to the beach clean, food hit and miss but usually always something nice . Service excellent.. Pool small but clean very sheltered so gets hot. Not many sunbeds . But there are some designated for the hotel with a small charge. Hotel .did lean towards the german and russian a little with entertainment . Very disappointed with TUI though. Absolutely no guide in hotel for locations to visit, local bus info etc infact no rep ! ....... you have to use the Tui app. Although a great location , it's a fair distance to site seeing places ...... good value though.

The staff were always cheerful and friendly – we felt truly welcome from the start. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. A special mention goes to the hotel’s hairdresser: very professional, super friendly, and perfectly understood all my wishes. I was really impressed with the result! Overall, an amazing experience. We stayed at Alaiye Kleopatra Hotel & Apart for three nights to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had a warm and memorable experience overall. From the moment we arrived, Kader at the front desk made us feel truly welcome. She kindly upgraded our room, possibly due to our stay being for a special occasion, and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. I have a nut allergy, and Kader personally took me to the kitchen to speak directly with the chef—something I really appreciated. Her genuine care and positive energy made a lasting impression. She was always smiling, approachable, and even took the time to chat with us about herself, adding a lovely personal touch to our stay. The food exceeded our expectations. Although I had read some mixed reviews beforehand, we found the breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack bar to offer a good variety, especially the fresh fruit. There was always something I could eat, which was reassuring given my allergy. That said, we did choose to dine out a few times, just to mix things up and explore local options. One downside, unfortunately, was the constant pressure from Mehmet at the spa. He persistently tried to sell us a hammam massage, and his pricing was quite high compared to other places we found nearby. It got to the point where we felt a bit harassed. On our final day, he ignored us completely, which gave the impression that his friendliness was only motivated by sales—not the best note to end on. Despite that, the hotel itself was clean, well-located, and run by some genuinely caring staff like Kader. Her hospitality stood out and made our stay feel special.

We have stayed in Alaiye this year and we have to say most of staff is lovely and helpful , the hotel is clean and if you want it will be cleaned everyday of your stay with fresh towels and a washed floor . It is close to almost everything you might want and the rental of beach sunbeds and parasols is not too expensive and if you leave your towel on the sunbed and come back later you can do so . The only reasons we didn’t give it a 5 star is that the buffet upstairs was not to our liking ( but then again you can’t make everyone happy) however the downstairs snack bar which is open from 11:30 to 4 was great , the other thing is the member of staff working in the spa would make rounds everyday to try to get you to have a massage and therefore we just felt hounded a bit and started to avoid him .

Just got back from 10 nights at this hotel,been to Turkey many many times but not to this resort.It seemed like a good deal when we booked it last year,but we got what we paid for. We checked in and requested a safety deposit,we couldn't lock it so reported it to reception,a member of staff came to see if he could solve the problem but he couldn't he told us we would have to wait till the next day for the maintenance to come.He came the next day,put our valuables in but the same thing happened again,so back to reception to report it,told us we would have to wait for the maintenance man to come again..finally after 2 days it was sorted,the man on reception told us we wouldn't be charged for the 2 days that we couldn't use the safe.When we checked out they tried to bill us the full amount,when I told the woman on reception we were owed 2 days she said there was no record of the safe being broken and that I should have reported it..obviously if the maintenance man had been to it I had reported it,she said it was to late to ammend the payment because we were checking out, anyway finally she refunded the 2 days. The hotel is nice and clean but I don't think they cater for the"British"clientele,there wasn't many Brits there,mainly Turkish,Russians,Polish,Germans.We thought the food was terrible..who has soup and chips for breakfast?I know we were in Turkey but they need to cater for every nationality that stay there. The staff were lovely,especially Talas the barman,he really looked after us,always made sure we had our drinks topped up,very polite and chatty and always with a smile. We met some nice people who we will keep in touch with..would we return to this hotel...no definitely not.

Ok breakfast, not amazing, but good range of options! And for food, there was a constant snack bar inbetween meals with options of pasta, salad, sandwiches etc so you didn't need to worry about being hungry.

The dinner options could have been better and the room could have been slightly bigger but for this price this was actually really great value!

Clean friendly hotel, really helpful and accommodating. Relaxed vibes with entertainment which included all nationalities. Lovely stay. Realised after arriving we actually stayed here the first time we visited Turkey in 2011! Nice to return.

Very helpful and friendly staff, they did everything to make our stay delightful be it at the reception by the bar, by the pool in the restaurant or throughout the hotel they were always there for usl. Especially the spa wellness, Hamam, massage it was a really nice experience top marks to boss Salih, information Wehmet, and the excellent masseur Ibo great team very professional and friendly with friendly chats before and after the treatments and willing to make special deals with us. We will be back for sure. We requested two rooms connected 1 for my wife and one for our 18 year old and they opened the doors between so it worked really well for us. The bread and pancakes were really nice.

Both bathrooms had bad drainage smells the cleaners sprayed a couple of times during our stay but it persisted. They could do with a plumber visit to clean through the whole system. The food was the same and same again and not the best of quality either. The coffee machine didn't always work properly and no matter whether you chose cappuccino, latte, coffee with milk it all had a similar taste of hot chocolate.The cakes and desserts were likewise very synthetic and swimming in synthetic creams and syrups. No real cheese all artificial. except the portion cheese.

Spa was great, bar staff and restaurant staff were so nice and friendly.

Where do I start, we both contracted Covid while here my partner also contracted a nasty infection. Lots of coughing around while we were there. So we booked 14 days had approx 10 where we felt ok. We were perhaps unlucky, reception were spot on organised a doctor then the local hospital was really good, so if you do need help it’s there. Nicole is really quite lovely. No bottled water they want to charge you, my gripe is we don’t drink beer we have perhaps one two drinks max but all inclusive should offer bottled water. Good salads are plentiful, fruit on a morning is hit and miss. Please do t fry all your eggs in a rush then leave them Sat it’s much better to offer fresh eggs. No omelet option. I’d definitely say this is not a four star hotel decor is very early 80’s and tired. The great bits are the location just a short walk on your on the beach, the su. Sets are amazing. Smak offers great brunch options if you cannot face the all inclusive and I’d say we ate there every day a couple of lovely restaurants too for evening meals when you fancy real meat.

It was a wonderful stay. The people are great .The service was spotless. The hammam is amazing and the massages are surprisingly relaxing. I felt like in heaven after the massages. The waiters are nice, attentive, handsome and well-mannered. The food was also very good although I mostly focused on drinking Raki. The drinks were very tasty and rich in alcohol. The rooms are clean.The swimming pool is small but it was enough for me. It is a quiet place close to many attractions.I am going to visit this place once more in close future. I enjoyed myself very much.

Supposed to be disabled friendly! 9 steps from the street to reception, once inside there is a ramp to the bar,lift and pool areas but there are 3 steps down to pool area and several steps into the pool with a knee high hand rail. Food is dreadful.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. It's only 5 minutes on foot to the the beach. The place is surrounded by tons of restaurants and shops. Also if you go towards the mountain you can find living area and see more local culture.

WiFi works fine only on the ground floor. In our room it was very slow and unstable. Food is not so bad but from a 4 starts hotel I expect much more. Vegetables were always kind of "tired", juice is very bad - just water with sugar and flavor. No grain coffee, only instant one. The hotel feels very old. Doors, windows, furniture in the room everything looked so used. Right under the windows there is a restaurant which closes at 1 a.m. Since the rooms don't have nice sound isolation you will hear all the noises from outside (music, people speaking etc).

Debris in swimming pool along drain.....including old/used plasters.....pool needs the tiles cleaning and regrouting very dirty around swim up bar
