Very close to the Seine and all of its nightlife. Clean and modern with superb staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. Off street parking as well.

Il bagno ha delle luci un po’ tristi. Siccome c’è la vasca-doccia ed è carino dopo una lunga giornata stare nell’acqua calda, una luce del bagno un po’ più calda e accogliente non guasta. Quella che c’è è troppo bianco e da ufficio.

Esta bien ubicado para llegar en coche, tiene parking y no es muy caro. El centro queda a unos 10 minutos y el rio esta al lado para dar un paseo. El desayuno esta bien pero hay mucha gente ya que el hotel es grande. El cafe está regular y no hay mucha variedad.

La habitación era enana. Si es verdad que hay opciones de habitaciones mas grandes pero aún asi es muy pequeña. La cama es enorme para lo que es la habitación. En el baño faltan estanterías. Y lo peor de todo fue el ruido, muchisimo ruido del pasillo y las habitaciones contiguas se escuchan como si estuvieras con ellos.

Secure parking worth the extra 12 euro . Great mattress, minimalist room but contained everything required. Great location for City walking. Great check in check out.

Asked to leave the bar at 22.00 as the barman wanted to clean up asked to sit in reception a little bizarre. Breakfast was at best shambolic. No staff present, no welcome, no name taken, no table allocated. Most not refrigerated, cold! Milk had gone off. Tracked down a member of staff asked for fresh . When fresh milk was received the lady concerned was grumpy and off hand. A real shame as the rest of the Hotel was very good indeed.

De krappe kamer, donkere gedateerde badkamer, niet grondig gereinigde lakens, vuil klein raam, beschadiging aan deurklink kamerdeur, verroeste deurlijst badkamer, klemmende badkamerdeur, geen water op de kamer.

Ce grand hôtel est très bien placé pour aller à pied au Centre-ville. Nous n'avions pas pris la chambre de base pour avoir plus de place. Donc c'était confortable pour un assez bon rapport qualité-prix. Mais pas d'équipement exceptionnel. Personnel aimable et possibilité de manger très correctement dans l'hôtel. Très bon petit-déj. Parking directement relié à l'hôtel.

Parking payant (14€) mais vu l'emplacement c'est normal.

La taille des chambres pour un 4 étoiles !Le manque d’éclairage dans la salle de bains . Les plats au restaurant faisant très surgelés réchauffés. L’accès au garage catastrophique.

Man hat sehr viel gehört in der Nacht. Die anderen Zimmer und es gab ein Geräusch, dass an eine Bohrmaschiene erinnert.

Chambre très petite . Obliger de bouger un peu le lit pour que les 2 personnes puissent bouger . Sdb petite avec traces de peintures mal nettoyé sur les murs, ainsi que dans la baignoire. Porte également sale. Le reste du ménage était très bien et le ménage entre deux nuitée était fait . Pas de poubelle dans la piece. La prise de la sdb fonctionne que quand il y a lumière. La salke de sport est moyenne. Les tapis ne fonctionnaient pas et pas de nettoyage des machines.

We sliepen aan de weg kant en hebben geen oog dicht gedaan vanwege het lawaai Booking com deed of we een geweldige kamer hadden met wel 60 euro korting maar tot nu toe de slechtste ervaring voor die prijs

Wij waren hier maar 1 nacht op doorreis, daarvoor was het een prima hotel!

Die Lage am Seineufer, die Nähe zum Zentrum und die gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Pkw haben sich als besonders günstig für einen Kurzbesuch der Stadt Rouen ergeben. Das Parken in der Hoteleigenen Garage ist auch für Pkw mit Heckfahrradträger möglich.

Zeer aardig personeel. Denkt helemaal met de gast mee, neemt alle tijd voor je. Hotel is makkelijk te bereiken.

De kamers zijn klein, maar voorzien van het nodige. Het bad had verfvlekken die niet te verwijderen waren. Dat zag er niet zo hygiënisch uit.

Lokatie is dichtbij het historisch centrum ( op loopafstand veel restaurants)

Parkeergarage inkomen en uitgaan met een grote SUV is een uitdaging

Man må være oppmerksom på at parkering koster €12 ekstra. Det sto ikke i på Booking.com sine sider. Det er brukt mye air freshener på rommet og i gangene, resepsjonen etc så dette er problem hvis du er allergisk og reagerer på dette

Il letto era grande e comodissimo ma la camera aveva spazi estremamente risicati, come anche il bagno dove nn c'era nemmeno una minuscola mensola dove appoggiare qlcs. Persino l'asciugacapelli, che nn aveva un suo supporto a parete, nn si sapeva dove appoggiarlo.

The location was perfect and the staff were exceptional.

Nous avons utilisé le parking Securisé et privé de l’hôtel moyennant une somme de 12 €, nickel. La chambre donnait sur la rue, mais l’isolation phonique était parfaite. Rien à redire, même les deux jeunes femmes qui ont assuré le service au bar le soir, étaient adorables. Après avoir déposé la voiture, nous avons visité le centre ville qui est juste à côté à pied.

De locatie, tegenover de Seine waar op de boulevard leuke restaurantjes te vinden zijn. Aan de rand van het centrum, dus met 10mi uitjes lopen sta je in het centrum Ontbijt was goed alhoewel ze wel scherper moeten zijn op bijvullen.

Kleine kamer. Aan één zijde van het bed amper ruimte aan de andere zijde van het bed iets meer zodat de badkamerdeur voldoende open kon maar ook niet helemaal.

Personeel was top, prima kamer, goeie airco!

Het ziet eruit als een boutique hotel op de fotos, maar het is gewoon een gerenoveerd oud hotel, kamers zijn erg klein en niet zo classy als verwacht.

La stanza non ha tutti i confort di un 4 stelle ma conuque l rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo.

La camera era troppo piccola, non ideale per un letto matrimoniale, poi eravamo sulla strada ed era rumorosa dalle 5 del mattino fino alle 24.

Staff were great. Close to town but still 10-15 minute walk to the centre. Rooms were ok, bathroom decent size. Decent sheets and towels.

Hotel was a bit soulless, not much character, bland really. The breakfast was expensive and not particularly exciting. Rooms were sort of clean but not great, for example dust and hair obviously just swept and got stuck into corners, and mildew around the bath/shower. Room was noisy as the hotel is located right on a main large noisy road. View of the river out of the window, but this road was between the river and the hotel so ruined it somewhat!

Situated on a busy road, with an even busier flyover right at the side of the hotel(at room level) with constant traffic all night making sleep very difficult.

Booked 2 rooms next to earch other for our family of 4. Really comfy, clean rooms. We drove and used the hotel's parking facilities, and the reception employee was so helpful: we had a roofbox which meant we couldn't fit in the car park but she allowed us to store our roof rack in one of their rooms so the car would fit.

All was great.

Wir haben das Hotel wegen der guten Lage ausgewählt, es war super leicht, die Altstadt und die carthedrale zu erreichen. Wir konnten etwas eher einchecken und hatten auch einen super parkplatz im Parkhaus. Der sehr nette junge Mann von der Rezeption hat uns direkt ins Parkhaus begleitet und hat beim Einparken sehr gut geholfen, danke dafür. (Bus + Fahrräder) Preis/ Leistung: tip top Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen

The hotel was beautiful. The room was simple but very comfortable. The location was a walk to the old town.

The parking was full which required us to park approx 7mins walk from the hotel.

Parking exigu et difficile d'accès pour le prix. Beaucoup de bruits de circulation (4ème étage). Pas d'endroit dans la salle de bain où déposer ses effets (trousses, lunettes, ...) si ce n'est derrière le seul endroit où poser la serviette mains. Manque de patères pour les draps de bain. Un petit frigo dans la chambre serait bien.

The hotel, facilities, food, location were all very good, overall the property is comfortable and well appointed. Where this place excels however, is in its staff, they are all super nice and professional. Particular thanks to the group of staff who came to help jump start my car AFTER I had checked out (girl in the white Skoda, special shout out)

Tutto sommato il prezzo è adeguato.

Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro nella camera 325 (una quadrupla), ma gli spazi sono decisamente troppo ridotti per questa capienza, rendendo quasi impossibile sistemare e organizzare i bagagli. Sebbene la stanza fosse pulita, i servizi igienici presentavano diverse criticità: i filtri della ventola di aspirazione erano completamente ostruiti dalla polvere e la tavoletta del water, non essendo del modello adatto alla tazza, risultava molto scomoda. Inoltre, l'accesso al Wi-Fi richiede una registrazione obbligatoria con dati personali. Nel complesso, la cura della struttura non è all'altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle, come dimostrano la vasca da bagno scheggiata, le piastrelle scollate e il cartongesso aperto nel corridoio.

Hôtel bien situé et propre. Personnel accueillant. Le parking privé est un énorme avantage. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et très complet. La possibilité d'avoir un restaurant est un atout certain.

À proximité du centre historique, personnel sympathique et bon petit déjeuner.

Les chambres sont minuscules (lit de 1,40m) et manquent d’équipements (lumières, poubelle, étagères dans la SDB).

La stanza è piccola, ma si sapeva. Abbastanza comodo per la stazione e per quella degli autobus se si usano solo i mezzi pubblici. Bene l'aria condizionata, altrimenti il caldo sarebbe stato intenso (e anche il rumore). Cuscini e materasso abbastanza comodi.

La pulizia potrebbe essere migliore (per esempio la grata del condizionatore non era molto accettabile, i pavimenti della camera non perfettamente puliti, il bagno), ma nel complesso sufficiente. Qualche mensola in bagno non sarebbe inutile. Un attaccapanni per gli abiti alla parete non guasterebbe. Non ho usato la colazione quindi non saprei dirne la qualità o ricchezza. La zona non è tra le migliori dal punto di vista estetico e anche l'accesso alla struttura (nel lato non principale, vicino al parcheggio) lascia un po' a desiderare, ma nulla di drammatico. L'hotel dà sulla strada e quindi con le finestre aperte (ma anche chiuse un po') i rumori del traffico si sentono.

The hotel was located near the cathedral which we wanted to see. It was a 15min walk. There was parking available for €12. It was underground & perhaps a little tight for manoeuvring so bear that in mind. You can park in a small outside area to remove luggage to save carrying up stairs from car park. The river Seine was near by for a walk. The hotel was comfortable & the staff very approachable & friendly. The food in the restaurant had a reasonable variety on offer & priced accordingly. We enjoyed what we had. The buffet breakfast was lovely, plenty of options to choose from. We would stay here again.

Nothing greatly noted

We really liked the hotel’s location, which was very convenient for exploring the area. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious considering the relatively small size of the room. The common areas were nicely designed and pleasant. The reception staff were excellent and very welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The air conditioning worked well.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue and, in our opinion, unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The bathtub and tiles in the bathroom were visibly dirty and had clearly not been cleaned properly before our arrival. The filter in the air-con was full of dust and disgusting. The cleanliness of the hotel overall was simply not acceptable. The room was also extremely small. It was barely possible to walk around with a closed suitcase, let alone open and unpack a medium-sized suitcase. We believe even a small-sized suitcase would be difficult to use comfortably in this room. The breakfast was barely average: some of the dishes were dirty, the scrambled eggs were unpleasant, the overall selection was rather poor, and there was no fresh vegetables. The staff working at breakfast were also not particularly attentive or welcoming. The parking was another disappointment. Parking was a condition of our reservation, but we were ultimately directed to a public car park in the city centre, about a five-minute brisk walk from the hotel. While this may not sound far, it takes considerably longer when carrying luggage. Overall, the combination of the very small room and, above all, the lack of cleanliness significantly affected our stay.
