Location and the room size and look are a plus ! The services need to be improved majorly. Rooms king size are very nice and cool but unfortunately the services are poor.

The breakfast is the worst ever had. They do room service but the quality and quantity is embarrassing and questionable!! The price they charge in total n breakfast does not match up at all! Don’t waste money

The images on their website of the rooms are misleading. The room in reality is not anything like they show you.

If you go as a solo female traveler (like me) I recommend you this hotel, it is quite, good area and staff is nice

La literie était correcte, ce qui a permis de bien dormir, et le petit déjeuner était satisfaisant.

Cet hôtel ne vaut clairement pas son prix, surtout lorsqu’on le compare à d’autres établissements du séjour. C’est le pire hôtel que j’ai fait en Inde, alors même qu’il n’était qu’à 265 roupies de moins que l’hôtel Mercure en pension complète bien supérieur. Il ne faut surtout pas se fier aux photos présentes sur le site, qui ne reflètent pas la réalité. L’accueil n’était pas à la hauteur, et l’établissement manquait clairement de propreté. La chambre ne disposait pas de frigo, ce qui est pourtant un minimum attendu. De plus, la douche ne possédait même pas de pommeau, ce qui est très peu pratique.

Overpriced and needs a good maintenance

Not a lot really. The only good thing is the hotel is in a nice residential area, away from Delhi's traffic and pollution.

Basic hotel, not worthy of 3* rating as shown on Booking.com site. Very expensive for the facilities. Staff failed and dodged booking the complimentary airport taxi, and I had to find my own way to the hotel. Checked out a day early, and was told that the system would only check me out and generate invoice after the initial check-out date - means, I was not officially checked out of the hotel and could be liable for anything happened in the room after my exit. Will never stay there again. There are better choices out there.

The door to our room got jammed & couldn’t be opened with the key card. The staff had to tamper with the lock & finally they opened with a key. They wouldn’t give us another room. I booked with ‘breakfast included’ though when we got to the hotel we opted out of breakfast.Our bill finally included the breakfast cost too. I paid 36,000/- for 3 nights. But the tax invoice they emailed me showed only 33,000/- Somehow didn’t feel the staff were honest. Also the room did not look anything like the images shown

Not as well kept, airy or spacious as appears in photos. Couldn’t get the TV to work - no one came to assist despite asking twice.

Really happy with our stay at Bloom Boutique! The room looked like the photos, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff were incredibly kind — they helped with drivers, early breakfast, and even turned off the corridor music right away. The area felt safe and it was easy to reach everything we wanted to see. Some small details could be improved (leaking shower, sound isolation), but overall it was a very pleasant and reliable place to stay in Delhi.

The shower fittings were broken and water splashed everywhere. There wasnt even new tissue roll in the loo. the floor felt dirty. the hotel was part of a building and overall felt seedy.

Ok room, wifi and breakfast

i stayed in a suite for first 4 nights, room was nice and big, 1 night i stayed in a normal room, shower was very small, it needs a proper screen, water kept coming out in the bath room.

Was given a room with a broken AC thermostat. They didn't even check the room before giving it to their guests. The room was boiling hot. After fixing it once, the thermostat gave out again in the middle of the night switching to heating mode! Had to get it fixed again in the morning after spending the night in intolerable heat. To make things worse, the fridge in the room was extremely old, noisy, emitting so much heat when in operation making the room hotter than it already was. The receptionist was not experienced in customer service at all. That is the most basic thing that hotels should be looking at to provide a welcoming experience. Will not book again.

Llegue muy temprano a delhi (7am) y aún asi avisando de que me dejarán hacer el check in más temprano se negaron por lo que tuve q estar con mi maleta hasta las 2 pm que pude hacer el check in; la habitación estaba bien pero creo que el precio es exagerado.

Struttura perfetta per chi non ama il caos ed i rumori a cui delhi abitua quotidianamente, zona moderna con servizi (metro vicino,tuktuk e taxi passano con frequenza).

Property is worst They charge 7000 per night which the property doesn’t deserve. According to property the price must be 2000 I stated in the property on 12 August 2025 . Food is not good No service Worst hygiene Very next day i booked Crowne plaza okhla in 7000 and it was the best in Ambience food and hospitality Would never visit bloom again and request others not to visit

The room reeked of sewage, there was no running water, the staff were completely irresponsible, and the in-room phones didn’t even work. To make matters worse, there was loud construction right outside our room throughout our stay. Overall, a horrible experience.

Staff were very friendly and most helpful. Location was perfect for our group.

Nature of Shanawaz and his team both the boys of morning and evening shift were simply too good with their behaviour

Service was excellent, and the staff were all lovely. Our room was very comfortable, with the little kitchenette being a wonderful surprise. Great choices for breakfast too.

The shower was a little blocked and didn't work too well.

Staff was very unpleasant. Hotel is not at all the way it looked in the pictures. There were mosquitoes in the room. They don’t even serve cold water.

The breakfast was basic. However, it served my purpose there were fruits, cereals, egg preparations, canned juice, tea & coffee and a few hot dishes. The staff and service was excellent. Their chat system really makes ordering things in room and getting any help from house keeping very easy and smooth. Overall a very good stay.

Could have added a few more live counter items in buffet breakfast. The Room service menu had limited choices and the food preparation was just about okay. Not that great taste wise.

The hotel was in a nice quiet area, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was modern and clean.

The breakfast was slightly different each day and there was always ample amount. The staff were super friendly and courteous.

The bathroom wasn't great, too small and the shower splashed water everywhere making it very difficult to move around.
