​I had a wonderful 2-night stay at The Neem B&B! The location is fantastic peaceful, quiet, and a welcome escape from the usual Delhi chaos. The property is exceptionally neat and clean. ​A special thanks to Abdul, the property caretaker, for his warm hospitality and excellent service. Do not miss out on the food here! I highly recommend ordering lunch or dinner prepared by Abdul’s wife—it is absolutely delicious, authentic, and easily one of the highlights of the stay. I guarantee you’ll love it. I would definitely stay here again!

A lovely guesthouse with kind owner and staff. Charming decor and exceptionally clean. The bedroom was very comfortable and good size and we had access to a sitting area, terrace and kitchen shared with one other room. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. My daughter was unwell while we were staying here and I could not choose a better place to rest and recover. I felt supported by the owner and staff. This is a wealthy quiet part of Delhi and I would definitely prefer to stay here than in Connaught Place if returning. A much more restful introduction to India. Seems they get a lot of repeat guests.

The Neem is an amazing place! Abdul runs a great operation there - from the food, service, the cleanliness, the WiFi, everything was incredible. Very easy to communicate, very easy to find, walkable to lots of things.

Very well maintained and extremely clean. Very cordial, friendly and helpful staff. Special mention of Mr. Abdul, Mr. Rajesh Kumar and the lady who assisted Mr. Rajesh- very courteous and good at their work.

La ubicación, zona tranquila y vigilada. El dueño muy atento a nuestras necesidades

La struttura era situata in un quartiere residenziale, non sembrava nemmeno di essere a Deli ma in qualsiasi tranquilli quartiere di una città europea. In generale è stata era abbastanza pulita e lo staff disponibile anche se hanno voluto che saldassimo il pagamento prima ancora di vedere la camera.

Di tutte le prese solo due risultavano funzionanti, una nel bagno e una vicino al letto ma il cellulare ha impiegato ore a ricaricarsi. Il bagno si allagava a causa del orte getto d'acqua poco regolabile e la mancanza di una protezione più ampia. L'ho trovato costoso rispetto a quanti ci è stato offerto.

This place is so calm and beautiful, my favorite to stay in Delhi, when I can afford it, depending in the years. I think it is by far the most comfortable and beautifum place I have stayed in Delhi. It feels like home!

We liked almost everything about The Neem - the location, the facilities, the at-home feeling, the nice breakfast and food that we ordered, friendly staff members.

Perhaps a lift would have helped. But then that would be structurally difficult to accommodate.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt. Die Gegend ist gehoben und nur wenige Minuten vom N- und M-Block entfernt. Das Hotel ist dank des Managers, Herrn Abdul, der unseren Aufenthalt angenehmer gestaltet hat, sehr gut organisiert. Die Kommunikation war klasse. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Il b&b si trova in un quartiere molto tranquillo, lontano dal caos cittadino. La notte si dorme magnificamente, il materasso della mia camera era comodissimo. Tutto era perfettamente pulito e ordinato. Ho mangiato entrambe le sere in cui ho soggiornato la buona cena preparata dalla moglie di Abdul. Mi sono trovata veramente benissimo!

We had a very nice stay at The Neem Hotel. The location is perfect, safe area in Delhi with restaurant around. The room was very big, very clean and with all what we needed: good shower, ac, fridge, comfortable bed, unlimited filtered water… The wifi worked perfectly fine! I worked from the room and did video calls, didnt find any issue with connection. The breakfast was amazing and very complete: eggs, toasts with butter and jam, fruits, cereals and some indian food (very tasty!) And finally, the staff were very nice and ready to help with anything we needed. If you’re looking for a place in GK1 area, can’t recomend anything better!

Горячая вода есть, питьевую воду дают, в номере холодильник, фен, чайник и чайные принадлежности. Очень понравились развешанные фото хозяев отеля - очень семейная и теплая история. Управляющий отеля мистер Абдул помогал мне во всем, и даже любезно поговорил с курьером, доставляющим продукты, потому что я не говорю на хинди, а курьер не говорил на английском. Отдельно хочу отметить потрясающую алу паратха на завтрак! Это самая лучшая алу паратха из тех, что я ела. Обычный выбор блюд на завтрак тоже есть, и заварной кофе. Обязательно вернусь в этот отель, если еще раз буду лететь через Дели. Трансферы с жд вокзалов и аэропорта они тоже предоставляют.

The host and staff were excellent - lovely people who went out of their way for the customers. Clean, comfy bed, delicious home made breakfasts. The shared spaces and garden areas were great.

The standard room is dark - there is no natural lighting as the window opens to the main stairwell so if you open the curtain you do not have privacy. The bedroom lighting was harsh . Having said that we used the shared areas which were lovely.

The Manager Abdul and his Team were very very nice. They fulfilled every wish we had. The breakfast was wonderful. The atmosphere was relaxed. The Neem is situated in a quiet area. So we had no noise in our rooms and could use the terrace in the evening.

The B&B is located in a nice area in Delhi, with any restaurants and shops nearby (M Block market is around the corner). The rooms are very spacious, there are multiple areas outside of the room where you can relax, both inside and outside. Breakfast and lunch are very delicious. Abdul and his team definitely went the extra mile for us. Thank you so much!

Nothing to dislike! Perhaps a tip would be to provide front-door keys or work with a night guard. Now it was the case that if we would come back to the B&B after 10 pm, we would need to call Abdul to open the door for us. We just felt a bit guilty about that..

Lovely guesthouse with very helpful and friendly staff. Bed was comfy, WiFi was good, shower was great. And the breakfast was a nice bonus!

It is in a really nice neighborhood with shopping and a park close by.

It is extremely clean and comfortable with common spaces that are very inviting. This would be a great place to stay with friends. But there's also nice outdoor spaces – the neighborhood is busy and not especially quiet, but the room was very very quiet. I will stay here again in a heartbeat when I come to Delhi.

the Neem is a small hotel located in the peaceful neighborhood of Greater Kailash. the hotel is sparkly clean, very well maintained, designed beautifully, with a very good breakfast and dinner. Above all there is Abdul, the manager of the hotel. Abdul will do everything he can (and even more..) so that the visitors in the hotel feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. Starting with their preferences in breakfast, advising about trips or travels, and helping with any other thing needed. we booked for 2 nights, bur after our flight was cancelled, we booked for 4 more nights, and it was worth it. Highly recommended.

This B&B is set in a lovely and very welcoming house in an exceptional location. The neighborhood is excellent, situated in one of the best areas of the city. The staff were extremely attentive and kind, and the room was very comfortable, with a good bed and a great shower.

The breakfast is simple but perfectly met our needs.

Sehr, sehr nettes Personal, das alle Wünsche erfüllt. Sehr gutes Frühstück! Sehr gutes Abendessen! Das Haus ist sehr schön dekoriert und auch das Zimmer ist sehr gut. Alles ist außerordentlich sauber.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Beim Frühstück dauert die Kaffeezubereitung sehr lange, weil die Kaffeemaschine anscheinend sehr umständlich zu bedienen ist. Eine neue Kaffeemaschine wäre auch für das Personal eine große Erleichterung.

Abdul was so helpful and so kind throughout the stay. My daughter was not feeling well and he even brought us a home made meal and would not take money for it. He helped us book train tickets and was overall incredibly helpful. Also - for first time India travelers - I thought the location was really nice and felt safe.

I was really happy to find Neem B&B as a place to stay in Delhi. We've spent there 10 mights as we were invited for a wedding. Abdul who is the Host of the B&B has been very helpful since the very beginning until the very last day of our stay. Available at any time of day and night. Breakfasts are mainly with Indian food but you could also have eggs or omelette. The traditional Indian home made dinners were very tasty. I would really like to thank again Abdul and all the people working in this place for creating comfortable and safe place to stay in New Delhi. Facilities are clean, internet is working well.

Это один из 3-4 реальных отелей в Дели среди кучи фейков/скама. Если не в курсе, то Гугл и Реддит в помощь. Это реальный отель с фото без Фотошопа, с отличным, отзывчивым персоналом. Находится не в самом тихом, но безопасном и чистом районе. Особая благодарность Абдулле за готовность помочь гостям с решением любой проблемы. Для тех, кого смущает стоимость: все варианты дешевле 100$ за ночь в Дели - НЕ НАСТОЯЩИЕ. Вас отправят в другое место (дыра в Махипалпуре и так далее), где потребуют в разы больше денег.

Сырость и прохлада в зимний сезон, но с этим вы не сделаете ничего - здесь нет отопления. Неплохо было бы добавить на завтрак хоть минимальный объем мяса ( Вегетарианство - это круто, но не для всех. Еще было бы здорово перед прибытием гостей в зимний сезон заранее включать обогреватель в номере, чтобы белье успело стать сухим.

Sehr ruhig, sehr sauber, großzügige Zimmer, top Matratzen, neue Badezimmern, zusätzliche schöne, helle Wohnzimmer, ein leckeres sauberes Frühstück, zusätzlich Lunch und Diner verfügbar. Man kann sehr gut Shoppen im nahe gelegenen N-und M- Market. Mr. Singh ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, integer und zuverlässig. GK1 ein gehobener Stadtteil. Unbedingt Buchen, ein top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

This B&B would actually be a 10 if it weren't for the limited supply of warm water for showering. This should be fixed somehow. Otherwise, very good.

Abdul was very hospitable and helpful, we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very nice and stylish and is located in a beautiful neighborhood. The room was very clean and spacious and we enjoyed some quiet time on the outside terrace.

We absolutely loved staying here. It’s super quiet, spacious and has fantastic staff. Abdul the host is kind, professional and most helpful. The neighborhood is relaxing with a range of restaurants and shops 5 min walk away. Highly recommended

The breakfasts were delicious. Everyday there was a different home cooked feast of a buffet breakfast. Fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order, continental options as well as a scrumptious warm Indian option (like idli, parantha, poha, chole/bhatura). The bedrooms were clean, comfortable and spacious and there were also several nice communal spaces, both indoor and outdoor to spread out into. We were traveling as a family and had booked 3 rooms. It worked perfectly for our needs. Location was perfect for sightseeing in south Delhi. Manager, Abdul is a very kind individual. He and his staff did a wonderful job of making sure we had everything we needed. (Pickup from the airport, sandwiches upon arrival, filtered water in our rooms everyday, laundry services). Communication was excellent. We have very fond memories of our visit , and would definitely stay there again if we have the good fortune to come back to Delhi.

The Neem is in a nice, safe and quiet area. Hosted by a lovely family, it's immaculately clean and well maintained. The food prepared onsite is beautiful, we had breakfast daily and a dinner. There are local markets close and tourist attractions are not far by car. Rooms are large and very clean. Security is excellent. I would stay here again without hesitation.

If your someone who prefers to walk to attractions it's a little far from Old Delhi, Red Fort etc but local transport is so cheap it's worth it for the peace and quiet of this location.

A suggestion, in Delhi winters, hotels need to start providing an air purifier in the room. Waking up coughing and congested will discourage people from visiting Delhi.

Staff was weird, it felt like a jail, after 11pm gate gets locked u cant go out and if u expect a family member late in the evening the staff complaints about who meets at this time, like what the hell. I paid for it. That was honestly a very horrible experience. Never again. I stay in Greater Kailash every year but never had such a bad experience. Very loud and noisy and no peace of mind. Beds are hard and now I have debeloped a back problem.
