Habitació àmplia i neta. El llit molt còmode.

L'esmorzar és molt bàsic i cada dia el mateix. No hi ha fruita. Ens va sorprendre que els plats i els coberts fossin de plàstic, ja que l'hotel diu que mira pel medi ambient.

Breakfast room is like a staff room afterthought! There is no space to move. The hotel hosts a lots of tour buses and all the tour guests took up all the tables in the area and spoke loudly across the small room to each other. There was no room for other travellers. Breakfast itself was very average too!

The front desk greeted us with a smile and ready to check us in. They recognized my booking as I gave my name & instantly pulled up my booking. The hotel was clean from the front foyer all the way to & including our room. The beds were extremely comfortable. Full shower / tub bathroom. Excellent lighting and wall plugs. Staff replaced our towels and coffee without having to request it. The 'continental' breakfast was delicious. Omelettes with real cheddar cheese. So many items to choose from. The pancake maker was a hit. Just push a button and it made 2 crepe like pancakes without a mess. Tables were cleaned up right away and food replenished immediately. All staff were friendly and quick to help at all times. Free parking available. Elevator was quick although I enjoyed the walk from the 3rd floor just for the exercise. Conveniently located across from the shopping centre. Would definitely book there again.

Ruime kamer met fijne bedden. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Het naastgelegen restaurant en bar Woodcutter zijn zeer aan te bevelen. Hele goede uitvalsbasis voor Jasper National Park.

There was no electric or water for the first 8 hours, not their fault but they were a little vague. Staff we good about it and understanding however didnt tell us about it until we paid the deposit. Bit of a safety hazard as no fire lighting in the hall ways. We were told we could ask for a torch. Bedding wasnt 100% clean, no towels and we didnt bothering stopping for breakfast.

Les chambres ne sont pas isolées. On entend le réveil de la chambre d'à côté, les pas de celui de la chambre au-dessus, les gens dans le couloir.

The property was clean and comfortable, the beds were super. Breakfast was basic but good. Ideal location for a cheaper stay for Jasper. The staff were super friendly and very helpful and accommodating. Parking was good.

It was single use plastics, paper plates and plastic cutlery which were not great. The WiFi was not secure.

Sehr grosses Zimmer, wohl alles renoviert. Liegt zentral in der Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht.

Im Hotel gibt es ein Restaurant, das war gut. Das Personal war nett und kann nichts für die Ausstattung oder den Zustand des Hotels.

Die Zimmer waren alle richtig hellhörig. Die Eismaschine auf dem Flur mega laut. Man hat jeden Schritt im Zimmer über dem eigenen gehört. Das Frühstück war maximal einfach gehalten. In Summe leider enttäuschend für den hohen Preis.

The property was more run down than compared to the pictures online.

When I checked it, they provided me the keys, only then to stop me from going to my room. At first they said they had an “incident on the 2nd floor” but then I found out a can of bear spray had been prayed on the floor. When I was finally allowed to my room, I immediately could feel it, and started coughing. I wasn’t offered a room on another floor, or another hotel. And the staff were very chaotic and short tempered.

Very nice location. The breakfast was awesome. Some people were complaining that they don’t have things like croissants and over the top things like that. Not required what they had was awesome.

Nothing that stands out in my mind. Very nice place to stay.

A bit expensive for the town and the offerings. Only one washing machine and dryer for guests.

We had a jacuzzi suite. The tubs were not clean, especially the tub/shower. There was that dingy ring around the base of the tub that comes when you don't clean regularly. It came off with a little elbow grease on a facecloth, which I took downstairs to show the front desk. They called housekeeping to come take care of it. The lady tried to excuse the lack of cleaning by saying that that's how it always is. I told her that I rubbed it off and it left a brown spot on the face cloth. There was communication difficulties because I'm certain English was her 2nd language and I'm not bilingual, so it was tricky to get my meaning across, but I did appreciate the immediate effort to rectify my concerns, even though it still didn't meet my expectations. It just comes down to their housekeeping needs to use a lot of elbow grease and scrubbing to get the ring gone and then consistent wiping down with at least a medium pressure every time the tubs are cleaned, to stay on top of it.

The breakfast was wonderful. However, the kitchen was dirty. The tables and chairs looked like they hadn't been wiped down ever.

The room was gross! There was yellow dripping down the walls of the bathroom like someone sat in there smoking in the shower. We had to make a makeshift bad for the child by my bed with the chairs - pulling that chair away from the wall, revealed the gross mess behind it which the air circulation vent was spewing out from within. I was so afraid to turn on the air conditioning for fear of what that it was and did not want flying around the room with us, breathing it in. I tried to open the window, but it was broken and wouldn't stay up. VERY disappointed and second to think that that's how much money that room cost. And that's what we got! That room should have been a $99 special at best. I will never use booking.com again if that's the kind of rooms you get for us!! The entire hotel looked like it was falling into disarray. Furniture blocking hallways... Felt like an old dirty hotel from the 1980s. Paint online and it was too much to walk away from, so we were forced to stay there. It won't ever happen again...

Bathroom smelled either musty or like urine. Bathroom was not that clean. I do appreciate that it’s high season and they are quite busy.

The continental breakfast filled all our needs. Very busy early morning but that's to be expected. Staff on hand was also refilling, cleaning and fill anyone's requests

There was no one at the front desk when I checked out because the employee has to work the breakfast because the staff didn’t show up. So I just left. Plus there was no breakfast, again because people didn’t show up for work. I feel like I over paid and I didn’t get any breakfast.

Check in at the front desk was quick and the staff were so friendly, and our room was very clean and smelled really fresh when we walked in. The air conditioning was a bit strong so I had to turn it down but honestly no big deal at all lol. Breakfast was fantastic and my husband was absolutely obsessed with the pancake machine, he must have made like three of them. We had a dog friendly room which was perfect for us and there was a really good area right outside for our pup to go potty. The whole stay felt very relaxing and the location was great too. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area, such a lovely spot and everything was extremely perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend this place to anyone travelling with pets.

Good day. Firstly allow me to say that my observations are made on the experience of "over 40 years in the F&B & Hotel industries" and as such I was not impressed with our stay especially when the price we paid was so high and not warranted.

The Bathroom in our room was terribly small (no need as there was plenty of room in the bedroom side that could easily accommodate a Bathroom expansion. Also the bathroom & toilet were so very small. I am very disappointed with the lack of "Enviromental approach" in the serving of Breakfast - Plastic drink cups (for water, juice etc. and ONLY "Single use" Plastic cutlery; very, very poor "Enviroment Stewardship".

Included breakfast. Rest of things are normal. They have level-1 charging for EVs. I was expecting level-2. Level-1 is quite slow but useful than nothing. Staff was cooperative.

The facility looks a little older than I expected. I found a carpet bug on my bed but was not have enough time to inform the staff or ask for some alternatives as was quite tired during the stay. Although I did a quick check but was not found anything else wrong or any additional bug. The facility was a little pricy than the expectation and the quality.

Las habitación era muy amplia y las camas cómodas. El precio incluía el desayuno, que no estaba mal. Tiene parking. Hay un restaurante coreano en el propio hotel, con buen precio y comida muy rica. El personal es amable y eficiente.

El aire acondicionado es un poco antiguo, la ventana no abría bien. No me gustó mucho la moqueta.
