The lack of closet space or hangers for our clothes was inconvenient. Additionally, a loud, continuous ventilation noise and less-than-comfortable beds made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Hotel vieillot qui aurait pu être acceptable pour un très court séjour s'il ne se produisait pas un bruit très fort de tuyauterie au moins 2 à 3 fois par nuit.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Value for money. Loved the free coffee, muffin and fresh fruit in the morning.

The bed was not comfortable. It has dipped on the middle due to wear and tear.

Das Hotel war ok, etwas abgewohnt, es lag an der Durchzugsstraße, was auch okay war, und hat ein Restaurant dabei, das leider Frühstück erst ab 10 Uhr (!!!)n anbietet. Das Complementary Breakfast ab 6 oder 7 hatte nur Kaffe, Muffins und Obst. Das Zimmer selbst war groß und okay, aber: sobald einer der Nachbarn Wasser aufgedreht hat, haben in unserem Zimmer in der Wand die Rohre geklappert - ziemlich laut. Außerdem gab es zeitweilig furchbaren Gestank, der kam und wieder verging, keine Ahnung, woher er kam.

Sehr leckeres Essen in der Woodcutter Lounge, komfortables Badezimmer, bequeme Betten. Morgens das kostenlose Frühstück, Muffin Apfel Kaffee und Tee,hat uns ausgereicht.

Keine Ablagefläche,bzw die Möglichkeit Jacken aufzuhängen.

Alles abgewohnt und alt. Ganz fürchterlicher Geruch in der Lobby und im Treppenhaus. Laut, weil direkt an der Hauptstraße und schlechte Fenster und weiche durchgelegene Matratzen!

Nos sorprendió para bien respecto a las expectativas que teníamos por las fotos. Hotel antiguo, pero cómodo y agradable para nuestra estancia. Personal amable. Habitaciones amplias y con mobiliario en buen estado. Baño cuidado, con la ducha reformada. Limpieza correcta. Detalle de cortesía por la mañana: café, magdalenas y fruta. Buena ubicación para hacer ruta hacia Jasper. Zona con supermercados, restaurantes y gasolineras cerca.

Es un hotel antiguo y las instalaciones podrían actualizarse en algunos aspectos. La ubicación es en una zona tipo área de servicios, por lo que el entorno no tiene demasiado encanto.

Wir waren positiv überrascht, daß es morgens Muffins und Obst gab. Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt.

Room clean. We didn't expect the free fruit,muffins, coffee in the morning. It was just enough to start our drive to BC.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Tracy at reception was very nice, kind, and welcoming. They also had coffee, fresh fruit, and cakes for breakfast, which was really practical and a nice touch. Overall, it was a great stay and very good value for the price!

Close to the Beaver Boardwalk, very pleasant staff, clean and comfortable and we had a very good and large dinner at their lounge. A very convenient stay.

The room we were in for two nights had a very bad problem with banging water pipes when other rooms turned on their taps, spoke to reception and was told they would look at changing our room, DIDN'T HAPPEN DIDN'T EVEN HEAR BACK FROM THEM, abit hard sleeping when that noise is going on. First night dinner in restaurant was great, excellent food and service second night, not good, different server stuffed up order, disappointing.

Camera piccola ma accogliente. Doccia enorme senza però il doccino. letto enorme e super comodo. Aria condizionata. Abbastanza pulito. Ascensore per accedere ai piani alti.

Insetti volanti nella camera. Non c'era una lavatrice in comune nella struttura. Colazione inesistente (solo muffin e caffe e frutta). Moquette per terra e sedie tipo poltrone che occupavano mezza camera ed erano vecchie e sporche. Suggeriamo 2 sedie piccole lavabili da poter usare anche per fare colazione nel tavolino. Il frigo abbastanza grande, microonde, bollitore e macchina del caffè.

Security at the hotel is lacking. Both nights someone tried to steal from my truck. The worst part was the staff didn’t mention that they were renovating, the whole stay was ruined by roofers fixing the roof above us. Extremely noisy which made our stay awful.

The rooms are clean, have necessary amenities. The complementary coffee and snacks in the morning is a nice touch. The front desk attendants are super friendly. There are many great options for dining and its very close to Walmart and Safeway. It was a pleasant stay for our group. We felt it was better to stay in Hinton than Jasper, especially during this busy summer!

La cama era cómoda y tenia espacio, tenias aparcamiento. Y estaba bien situado. Lo usamos solo para una noche. Pero era justo lo que necesitábamos.

Bode här bara en natt påväg upp mot Edmonton- Helt okay boende även om vi hade något störigt missljud från från vattenledningarna. Förutom slammrigt ljud från vattenledning var rummen var helt okay, rena och stora. Fanns någon pub eller liknade i anslutning till hotellet men vi var inte där för dom tillät inte barn.

Very nice and comfortable inn, worth staying more than one night. The room was spacious, the beds were really good and it was very clean. We were offered a mini breakfast too. Great place for exploring Jasper. Many dining options in the area.

Struttura pulita e con tutto quello che serve per una notte.

Terribile rumore proveniente da qualche tubo nel muro. Ci ha svegliato la mattina alle 6.30 e ha continuato fino a quando non ci siamo alzati definitivamente.

La cama era muy cómoda y el pub que tienen al lado es lo más. Se come genial y muy bien de precio. Por la mañana tienes muffins, fruta y café en recepción totalmente gratis que va muy bien antes de iniciar la vuelta a Jasper.

No tienen la culpa, pero volvería si no fuera por la hora que hay desde Jasper. La diferencia de precio era abismal y no tuvimos más remedio que venir hasta Hinton para no arruinarnos. Pero el hotel está muy bien!

Chunks of drywall missing from the walls by the door and all around the a/c.. very much a dive but paying high prices cause your in the mountains.

Hinton ist gut geeignet um den Jasper National Park zu erkunden. Das Motel ist normaler Durchschnitt mit sauberen Zimmern und bequemen Betten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Obwohl bei der Buchung ohne Frühstück stand, wurden morgens Kaffee, Tee und Muffins angeboten.

Coffee was very good. Muffins were surprisingly tasty. Needed to supply juice to round out the breakfast. If I were travelling with children it would have been disappointing.

Se trata de un hotel normal de carretera ya es algo antiguo pero se conserva. Al contrario que en otros la relación calidad precio mejora. Ademas te ofrecen un desayuno de cortesia gratis con cafe y mufins. Muy pintoresco y con un bar en el que puedes disfrutar de una experiencia inmersiva en el modo de vida local.

Necesita ponerse un poco al dia.

Die Unterkunft gleicht einem gut ausgestatteten Motel. Wir hatten ein relativ großes Zimmer nach hinten raus; dort war es sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren außerordentlich bequem und die Dusche super (Wasserdruck, Temperatur und Größe). Allerdings kommt das Wasser nur von oben; es gibt keine Handbrause. Das Waschbecken war vor dem Badezimmer im Vorraum, was wir super fanden. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Kühlschrank (leise!) und eine Mikrowelle. Es war absolut sauber! Obwohl eigentlich kein Frühstück inkludiert war, gab es jeden Morgen Kaffee, Tee, Muffins und frische Früchte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich; es lief alles reibungslos. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung.

Obwohl die Unterkunft ja nichts dafür kann, liegt sie relativ weit (eine Stunde) von den Nationalparks entfernt. Hinton selbst ist ein reiner Ort für Zwischenstopp, Essen und Einkaufen - ohne Flair. Die Unterkunft liegt fast direkt an der Hauptstraße, was auch nicht so charmant ist. Die Einrichtung ist schon schwer in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise beschädigt.

The room was very clean and compared to the outrageous prices in or closer to Jasper it was a decent value for money. Also the area is convenient with several shops and restaurants nearby.

Great Bar and Restaurant. Prices wre reasonable for Food and Non Alcoholic Beer.. The service was great in the Bar and Restaurant. The staff in the Bar and Restaurant were friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. House Keeping was good.

Der var en vedvarende høj lyd fra badeværelset hele ugen. Receptionisten fortalte, at det nok var fra varmesystemet. Da værelserne i forvejen er meget lydfølsomme, er det helt klart noget der skal løses. Vil aldrig anbefale dette hotel, før lyden er fjernet.

Was a good distance from Jasper so we could drive in and do the hikes of the national park! Helpful staff, went above and beyond gave us plastic utensils and takeout boxes the time we asked! Clean and fair sized room!

Prima kamer aan de doorgaande weg naar Jasper. Vriendelijk personeel. In de ochtend lag er koffie/ thee, fruit en een muffin om mee te nemen voor onderweg. De kamers zijn basic, maar we hebben prima geslapen. Dagelijkse handdoek verwissel. Winkels en restaurants in de buurt.

Waterdruk van de douche had sterker gemogen.

Es como el típico motel americano. Por fuera, la verdad por el exterior parece menos de lo que es. Una vez en el interior es muy acogedor, está todo muy limpio y el personal es muy amable. Y aunque no sirvan desayunos, te ofrecen gratis; café o té, magdalenas y fruta, todo un detalle.

Como en todo Canadá la iluminación es un poco pobre y amarillenta.

The location was the highlight of our stay.

Although we did not experience any major issues and the hotel appeared to be clean, the property felt quite dated and the room was not very well maintained. There was also a lot of noise early in the morning from both staff and other guests.

Complimentary breakfast snacks were so-so. Very noisy clanging pipes every time room above used water. Noisy air conditioner so had window open. Off property neighbour had dog outside all night and it was barking constantly. Humane society needs to be notified

Abbiamo soggiornato qui come opzione più economica per visitare Jasper. L'hotel è a 30 minuti da Miette Springs e 90 minuti da Maligne lake. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Pulito, letto king size, bagno spazioso, parcheggio gratuito. Caffè, frutta e muffin a disposizione per la colazione. Posizionato davanti a supermarket, liquor store, ristoranti e gas station.

La struttura è un po' datata e l'aria condizionata non si regola bene. Comunque consigliamo l'hotel per chi cerca un'opzione economica per Jasper.

We liked that there was a breakfast room as well as the restaurant in this motel

It was very loud. This included kids running the halls, loud adults shouting in the late evening and something going on with the construction (?) that created very loud rolling noises from the ceiling. The worst part, however, was that my air conditioning wouldn't work and my room was very very hot. I asked to be moved, but they didn't have any other rooms and they tried to get somebody to come and look at it repair it but their repair person was out of town for a few days. I was offered a partial credit/refund, but it has yet to appear on my credit card card so now I have to deal with that 🙁

Wish there was a proper breakfast

The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The modern bathroom with a nice shower was a great bonus. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which included coffee, tea, a muffin, and fruit. The accommodation offered excellent value for money, and we were pleasantly surprised.
