This hotel was not as expensive as getting closer to Jasper (our destination). It is not "fancy". But it is very clean, shockingly quiet - even the early birds rolling suitcases down the hall were muffled. Plus, a lot of healthy and filling options for breakfast which is included. We slept great.

There is not enough seating. We had to sit on the sofa and use the coffee table in reception to eat breakfast both mornings. The dining area and the reception area are inadequate for the number of guests. There were lineups for the food and all tables were taken both days.

The mattresses are creaky when you change positions. I'm a light sleeper so this was an issue every time my husband turned over or got up to go to the bathroom. There were people talking loudly in the hallway at 1 am that lasted for a while. The AC unit made a rattling noise at times when running.

The lift was a bit slow and did not work like normal lift although I manage to use it

Exceedingly clean, easy free parking, friendly/helpful staff and a great breakfast included.

There was a bad smell in the room, and the washroom was not clean. The garbage basket in the washroom still contained used tissues from the previous guest and had not been emptied. Overall, the room was not properly cleaned or prepared before our arrival.

První den byl výpadek elektřiny až do ranních hodin. Sice to nebyla chyba hotelu (šlo o havárii vzdálené rozvodny), ale teprve večer se odhodlali nás ubytovat, nebyli připraveni situaci řešit, celé odpoledne jsme strávili na parkovišti. Sami jsme se museli informovat o situaci, hotel nás neinformoval.

Très belle chambre vaste. Petit déjeuner très bien.

Las habitaciones e instalaciones están bien. El desayuno bastante bien, aunque la sala un poco pequeña para el tamaño del hotel. Bien comunicado con la autopista para ir a los parques nacionales. Restaurantes y otro servicios no muy lejos en coche.

No encontramos nada negativo.

The Hinton Lodge was excellent - clean, efficient staff and an excellent breakfast (although there wasn't room in the dining room for us to sit down).

The coffee in the dining room was not very good. To say the location was ideal would not be true. I only went for a hotel in Hinton because they were cheaper than in Jasper. It was value for money but it took us an extra hour to get there and the same to return to Jasper.

I am very satisfied with the staff and the hotel here. The breakfast was excellent, the parking lot was spacious, and everything was clean. Only the location is a bit far from Jasper National Park, but I think the hotel prices are reasonable for this distance.

The location was alright

The bed was absolutely terrible and the pillows were even worse. That and the extreme amount of talking all hours down the hallways. Got maybe 2 hours of sleep total.

Dirty and ripped carpeting, elevator was dirty, beds quite uncomfortable (good thing we were very tired), back entrance did not feel safe for 2 women alone.

Gute Ausstattung in dem Zimmer, bequeme Betten!

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste renoviert werden (Teppichböden im Flur, Risse in den Polstermöbeln, etc.). Frühstücksraum ist zu klein für die vielen Leute, man muss anstehen und kann nicht in Ruhe frühstücken. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis viel zu hoch. Lage in Hinton an einer Hauptstraße mit Fastfoodketten, Jasper und weitere touristischen Ziele sind mindestens 45 Minuten entfernt. Überall im Hotel hängen Regeln aus, die bei Nichteinhaltung mit Geldstrafen geahndet werden (das gibt es noch nicht einmal in einer Jugendherberge!).

The room was excellent — clean from the bedsheets to the towels — and we had sound sleep across both nights. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a great variety including bread, cereal, yogurt, pancakes, and scrambled eggs.

The TV was older, not a smart TV, so we couldn’t stream Netflix, and with no manual available, it took time to even figure out the regular channel controls. More significantly, we felt unwell one night and called the front desk multiple times for an extra blanket, but were left on hold for long periods with no follow-up — frustrating given the property advertises 24/7 reception. We ended up using the room heater instead, which left us overheating through the night. Separately, a pre-check-in message we sent wasn’t answered until the day after we’d already checked in.

The facility was great and the staff polite and pleasant. It was nice to be greeted by name by the desk attendant because we were the last room that was open. The facility was clean and neat. Beds were great. The room was a disabled accommodating one and the shower had an incorrect floor slope and the water leaked a little onto the floor and made the tile very slippery. Towel on floor fixed, no sweat. Breakfast was great.

the front desk they dont even say hi they just look us say something thats is not approachable to us the thing tourist even dont put how much people stay at the room is not a big deal cause we come late jsut to sleep and wake up early to leave so apparently we jsut sleep and paid for it we just sleep its much we paid we suppose treat with frinedly smile so we come back

Even though some of the hotel is tired, the place is SO WELL taken care of. It’s clean, it’s neat, and everything is well… taken care of! The breakfast was constantly refreshed and very yummy. The beds were really comfy too. Would definitely stay here again.

The first step of the hot tub is tilted down and smaller than the other steps. I was not expecting it to be THAT slippery, and thankfully was hanging onto the railing, so only bruised my shin, and my ego. The tub itself is in great shape, but the non slip strips on the steps are warn smooth and need replaced preventing another slip.

Booked a family suite for one night, but did not enjoy the stay. The beds were very squeaky and wobbly. When one person turned, the whole bed shook.. The AC was too loud. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The carpet was very old and ripped, and the ripped carpet outside the room was almost a tripping hazard. Breakfast was okay, but the dining area was small and overcrowded.

A good clean room with comfortable beds was exactly what I needed for a one night stop during a road trip... and a free breakfast was a huge bonus.

Die Größe des Frühstücksraumes, der ca. 30 Sitzplätze bietet, ist etwas zu klein für die Größe der Unterkunft. Wartezeiten fürs Frühstück sind damit vorprogrammiert. Die einzige Ausweichmöglichkeit ist, das Frühstück aufs Zimmer mit zu nehmen.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Lodge. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. A special mention to Felly at reception, who was extremely polite, warm, and helpful during check-in.

The only disappointment was the breakfast seating. As the hotel was fully booked, the breakfast area was far too small, and we had to wait for a table while many guests were eating in the lobby/foyer area. The receptionist at that time did not help much. Although the breakfast choices were good, the experience was uncomfortable, with people waiting and hovering around tables to see when they would become available. It made it difficult to relax and enjoy breakfast. I understand that the hotel was very busy, but perhaps during peak occupancy, an additional room or space could be opened for breakfast seating, as I have experienced at other hotels. Apart from this, we really enjoyed our stay and found the hotel very pleasant and comfortable

The towels were soft and clean. The breakfast was very good and the only reason I gave a higher score.

We booked a king room with a fireplace. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke so asked if another comparable room was available. We were downgraded to a queen room. No response from staff as to refunding the difference, siting business and would look into it. Mentioned it the next morning to another lady. She kept saying today’s rate is 400 a night. I told her I don’t care what today’s rate was. I was asking to adjust the previous night stay. I would never stay there again. The rates were super inflated and the place is not great overall.

The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Very spacious room. Very clean and washroom amenities were great.

Good place on a way back or towards mountains. Easy access in and out and few malls around if you need to resupply.

Frühstück ließ stark zu wünschen übrig für Leute die europäischen Standard gewöhnt sind. Preis könnte etwas günstiger sein aber ist noch im Rahmen für die Gegend.

Nothing. Everything was great.

The room & bathroom was clean, breakfast was good and there are loads of options around the hotel for lunch and dinner.

The bed was not comfortable, at least the bed in the room we stayed, we all woke up with headache and body pains due to poor mattress. It wasn’t comfortable at all. We were really looking forward to leaving the hotel.

La extremada limpieza. Estamos recorriendo alojamientos de todo tipo mas caros, menos, y nos sorprendió gratamente la limpieza hasta lo mas mínimo.

El desayuno es mas bien malo, pero bueno, para comenzar la mañana con un café y algo mas, no está mal. El comedor, muy pequeño para tanta gente. Ahora bien, para mi el tema de la limpieza en la habitación es fundamental y solo eso ya me compensó lo del desayuno.

We were disappointed with our recent stay. After a long and exhausting travel day, all we wanted was a quiet, peaceful place to rest. Unfortunately, we were unable to do so due to loud noise from other guests in the hallway throughout the evening. ​While we understand that the property cannot control guest behavior directly, we expect management to handle disturbance complaints responsibly. We called reception twice to request assistance in asking the nearby guests to be mindful of the noise. Regrettably, no action was taken, and the disturbance continued. ​A basic standard of hospitality is ensuring guests can get a restful night's sleep, or at least making a genuine effort to address reasonable requests. The lack of follow-through from the front desk turned what should have been a relaxing stay into a very frustrating experience for both my wife and me.

Rooms are not good, the carpet looks very old and needs deep cleaning. Breakfast was below average, and need to add some more items. nowadays even the smaller hotels have more options. Breakfast service was super slow. Ac in room was making terrible noise, extremely disturbing sleep due to the noise Beds was making noise when you take side.
