1. muy mala limpieza en el cuarto. 2. las reglas muy estrictas. cuando sabían que no se podía ingresar a la playa. la alberca la abrían hasta las 9 sin excepción. como si el gerente no gestiona la problemática y no realiza un plan de acción para abrir un poco mas temprano la picina. 3. me dañaron mi camioneta porque la usaron sin mi permiso. y cuando les probé los hechos. el jefe de vigilancia me atendió y dijo que iba a ver las cámaras y nuca volvió. solicite la presencia del gerente y me comentan que llega a las 10 de la mañana. ese día dieron las 12 y tuve que cerrar mi cuenta por reglas del hotel. si el gerente o facilitador responsable no atiende las desviaciones y llega mas de 2 horas tarde de su entrada. pues ahí esta la desviación y la orden de mande y responsabilidad de arriba a bajo se pierde y nadie se ocupa de estos detalles.

No probamos el buffet, pero creo que pueden mejorar el sazón en los platillos del menú. Y no nos gustó la insistencia de la señora del escritorio que da información y vende paseos, tours, etc.

La insistencia de la persona que nos quería vender tiempo compartido para hospedarnos en otros resorts. Fué demasiado insistente y como no aceptamos agarrar la membresía, se enojó.

habitación se miraba vieja percudida, personal cuando llegue ala habitación alos minutos de ingreso, entro sin tocar ala habitación solo gritando si había alguien ala habitación y se metió lo bueno que no me había cambiado si no me mira desnudo.... la habitación nunca el internet sirvió hablé a recepción me dijeron que siguiera los pasos Pero ni así... refrigerador estaba descompuesto nunca prendió, sin contactos para cargar el celular ala mano de las camas, el aire acondicionado un escándalo estando prendido, la tv más vieja habitación nada que ver para las estrellas 💫 que según tiene.... las de recepción muy bien atentas ...

podrian poner una hora mas por la noche para estar en la alberca que fuera hasta las 10 pm, porque a mis hijas les encanto la alberca.

Los precios del desayuno un poco elevados, las personas que ofrecen los paseos y tiempos compartido, hostigan mucho y es molesto (las señoritas que se encuentran fuera del elevador)

Most days, at least 3 marriachi, bands played simultaneously, on the facility's beach, starting around 3 pm. Nightclubs across the street blasted away between nine and twelve every night. Vive el Mexico! Ole!

It was very loud, partly due to the architect design of the building, and that its sort of in party central.

No me gustó la atención de los meseros, pésimo, se enfocan mucho en los huéspedes gringos, no me gustó que tenemos qie consumir ahí si no no nos dejan comer o beber en el área y la verdad la comida que venden ahí es muy mala. Le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel esta muy deteriorado, la habitación que nos dieron no servía nada!!
