No hay variedad de comidas y las que hay suelen estar insípidas, el todo incluído prácticamente no incluye nada, la playa no tiene espacio para sentarte a tomar el sol o hacer castillos de arena, especifiqué el grupo de personas que quería alojar y me dividieron en 2 habitaciones; se esperaría que estas se ubiquen continúas pero no, me querían dar una en el 5° piso y la otra en el 8°, al final me dieron ambas en el 8° pero súper separadas, me andaban haciendo perdediso un anillo, en fin, lo único rescatable son las camas y la atención de los porteros con las personas de la 3° edad

Que hubiera actividades en la alberca para niños y adultos. Que se preste para atenciones para los niños en su área de juego y actividades por la tarde 🙂 fomentando la interacción con otras cosas y no electrónicas.

Que el servicio de limpieza en la habitación era lento, me imagino que era una chica para todo el piso. Pero dejaba muy bien nuestra habitación

La habitaciones son de primera calidad, así como las instalaciones en general muy bien

La variedad de alimentos. No recomendaría el todo incluido. Es un solo restaurante tipo buffet para las 3 comidas diarias. Hacen noche de especialidad pero quisimos reservar a las 8 de la mañana y segun ya estaba lleno, y es dentro del mismo restaurante del buffet

La realidad queda a deber solo el cofee bar esta decente

Baños de bar o alberca super sucios meseros no atienden bien solo están al pendiente de propinas restaurante muy pobre culinaria y equipo , ni siquiera la cerveza sabía a aoriginal los tequilas y demás son clones. Pésimo servicio del bar. No hay playa mienten en sus fotos de publicidad

Que la comida,casi no tenía sabor, y para ser un lugar de mar la comida es muy mexicana y no varían sus platillos siempre lo mismo También como un extra las habitaciones deberían de tener un refrigerador de esos pequeños ya que no hay donde guardar ni una soda

The location of the hotel was great for going to the beach and eating at nearby restaurants. The hotel was responsive to our requests for a refrigerator and an extra chair. A maintenance man came up immediately to fix a problem with the toilet. Carlos was very helpful at the front desk The pools were beautiful and well maintained. The A/C ran very cold.

I would have like a regular coffee machine. They only had an expresso machine in the room. I would have liked longer pool hours. Not many staff could speak English.

El hotel es muy seguro y limpio. Recomendado para llevar a los niños por la piscina y ambiente familiar.

Las habitaciones son lo mejor de este lugar, excelentes!!!! pero al ser un resort todo incluído en playa, lo que más debería gustar serían las áreas de playa obviamente, pero son muy reducidas, al llegar de forma muy tajante te explican el reglamento y por la mañana al salir a la playa TODOS!!!! Los camastros tienen toallas, chanclas, ropa, etc ESTAN APARTADOS!!!! lo cual no es justo. Los snacks tambien son un acierto y son muy variados !!!!! El café también es limitado pero muy rico y con mucha disposición a atenderte. El personal en general te atiende de lo mejor y se esfuerzan por qué tú estancia sea excelente.

No me gustó la barra de comidas, no es régimen todo incluído, es algunas bebidas y algunas comidas incluidas, en el bufette solo hay zanahorias y calabazas en todas sus presentaciones, falta proteína y comidas regionales, no hay mariscos, solo a la carta, no sé si no informan bien o en qué consiste pero hay muchísimas categorías a juzgar por los colores de los brazaletes. Algo que tampoco me gustó es que las comidas las reciclan, un día hay verduras al vapor en la cena y al siguiente están empanizadas, igual con las papas y las pastas son recicladas del día o de la comida anterior. Había cucarachas en la habitación.

ME TOCÓ VER POR PRIMERA VEZ LA LLEGADA DE TURISTA NACIONAL QUE LLEGA POR CAMIONES Y CREO QUE AHI SI DEBEN CUIDAR ESE SEGMENTO, LO ENTIENDO POR LA BAJA OCUPACIÓN HOTELERA QUE NOTE EN TODO MAZATLÁN.

Todo 100% recomiendo, es mi 3ra vez que me quedó ai ....

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas con acabamos modernos y todo muy limpio.

Lo único que hay que mejorar un poco son los alimentos en sabor y variedad del bufet.

El servicio de todo el personal fue excelente, en especial de la hostess del restaurante. Nos agradó mucho que se molestara en caminar hacia nosotros para despedirnos. El sabor de los alimentos también nos agradó mucho.

El ruido de las bandas musicales en la playa y la poca variedad en el bufete.

Excellent food at the hotel and surrounding restaurants. Lovely beach and fairly good location. Lovely pool area and surroundings.

No microwave or fridge in the room. Very inconvenient since we weren’t doing all inclusive. Would have gone adult only if I’d known there was going to be an influx of local people for the weekend celebrating spring. It was very noisy music wise and they pretty much took over the facilities for our last four days. Other than that, it was enjoyable.

Some of the waiters at the pool totally ignored paying customers if they were working for me they will be terminated on the spot.remember only because some of us don’t have all inclusive that makes no difference we pay for the service the same or better.

La alberca estaba muy bien, muy limpia.

Solo que no puedes de disfrutar de bebidas y alimentos cercas, tiene que ser afuera. La comida no me gustó casi, hay poca variedad. Las reservaciones para restaurante de noche, son en el unico restaurante que tiene el hotel, t ubican donde mismo y de los platillos esperaba algo especial, m desepciono solo fue un pedazo de carne, acompañado de unas calabazas y un pedazo de brocoli.

The noise outside our oceanfront terrace was constant and very annoying. Between the endless bad mariachi music to the woman screaming on a microphone to play childrens' games, i found the noise level terrible,

Calidad servicio

Staff were very helpful and nice and the rooms were lovely and spacious - with lovely oceon views. The hotel is modern and there are plenty of options with regards to drinks. The Banda bands on the beach are a something to experience as sometime you will have three in close proximity of each other - each playing a different song along with the music from the sound sytem around the hotel pool. It did make us laugh out loud as the experience is unique!

Firstly there are far too many guests and not enough capacity within the facilities. Securing a sun bed by the pool or on the beach meant getting up at 7am - laying your towel or items to secure your bed in the hope that nobody tries to move them. If not successful then a day by the pool or on the beach is really out of the question as there is no room - and we had to resort to the room balcony or we were lucky to have arranged a few days out. Similarly if you wish to reserve some seats for the theme food nights then again you need to book at 7am as they are booked up fast - we didn't manage to book one as by 7.15am they were fully booked. We gave up! Lots of queuing for food as there is not enough seats and tables for everyone. We did forewarn the hotel that we were vegetarians but this was not really considered and we lived on a diet of steamed vegetables, occassional pasta and salad (however the food was not labelled so we had to look very carefully - with some trial and error). The toilet in our room did not work properly which we reported when we first arrived in the room. Luckily we did manage to work out the problem which we had to fix everytime we wanted to flush. It wasn't fixed whilst we were there.

A good hotel with a coffee shop, pool side snack bar, restaurant and buffet. Comfortable rooms, great staff, good food (off the menu). Pool area can get overcrowded and chaotic — not so good for those looking to relax, great for families/kids. A good stretch of sandy beach. Lots of beach activities. In a busy location of the golden zone for exploring.

Don't waste your money! The food wasn't good, you aren't allowed to bring it to your room, pool is poorly designed and there's very little seating area around the pool, the kids water slide bucket pours often and splashes over the main walkway connecting the 2 sides of the pool, no adult waterslides, diving boards, swim up bar, no mini fridge or canned drinks in your room (2 waters and 2 coffees were offered), buffet restaurant was small and cramped- often closed due to being full... The cafe- very limited included food and drinks. In the morning we'd go to get breakfast before our preplanned adventures...the included buffet would be full and have a long wait list before 8:30 am. Food in the cafe was limited... On more than 1 occasion 4 people shared 2 ham and cheese sandwiches on stale bread because that's all they had available for the all inclusive price and we didn't have 30+ minutes to wait for the buffet. The buffet - closes at least 3 times a day, often has a wait and there's only 1 in the building for all guests. Service is slow and it's extremely difficult to find staff that speak English. The salads were by far the best part!! Even the fountain pops were watered down and not good. The advertised tours- substantially more expensive than all websites.... Compair prices before commiting! Outdoor Drinks and food require you to stand in multiple lines - 1 to order, 1 to pick up drinks and another to get your food. The buns are terrible & dry, fries were often old and the hot dogs.... Just say even my kids didn't eat them. The menu is limited and the a la carte you need to pay extra for... Something as basic as a bag of chips is an extra cost. My 3 kids (oldest is 9) complained about the crappy food- including dry pan cakes, watery scrambled eggs, no toast, pop was flat & watered down, desserts were dry, the hot dogs were over cooked, buns were dry, fries were cold.... We ate at near by restaurants more than we did at the all inclusive - totally a waste of money!! Kids club is 10-6 however there are structured activities at set times of day (such as 11am, 1pm and 4pm) they will watch your kids outside of the set activities however they are in a room with infant toys... Mega blocks, foam blocks, etc. No craft supplies, Lego, board games etc. Even my 5 yr old was bored. The planned activities are fun but last less than an hour. We ended up purchasing entertainment for the kids to bring to the club. The location is in the golden zone so luckily there's lots to walk to, see, do and eat near by!The hotel itself was clean, elevators were fast, beds were comfortable and it's right at the beach... Sadly that's the only positives 7 of us can think of Riu was substantially better and hands down worth the price difference!!

First this was the most unfriendly hotel I have stayed at in Mazatlan I did not feel comfortable here If you are a American do not stay here. This is not a 5 star hotel more like a 2, My room had no face towels the coffee machine did not work, no cups, etc. Every morning I had to go down to buy coffee at their coffee shop. The workers were rude and never smiled or said good morning. etc. Also the restaurant we sat down and nobody waited on us for over 10 min. i could see them talking in the corner and they saw us. So we just got up and left. The maid was great. Some of the front desk guys were great but the ladies just looked at us and never spoke or smiled. I have stayed at many hotels on this strip that were great. but Viaggio was not friendly. Looking now at some reviews this problem has been going on over a year...unreal.!!!
