⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Hofquartier Apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. A special thank you to Christian Moser for his excellent hospitality. He was very friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to our messages. Everyone around the apartment was also very friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! ❤️🇨🇭

Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Very central, easy to walk to everywhere. Nice eating places and supermarkets nearby. The host was very prompt and answered all our questions within 5-10 mins, excellent service.

The apartment is on the ground floor and there is a lot of noise from the lobby area where people open and close the door to go in and out. Also, it was really hot in Lucerne and not having an AC did impact us but atleast there was a fan.

Huge roomy apartment, well equipped kitchen, super clean and very comfortable beds. Location is excellent, very central but on a quiet side street. Walk to train station in 10 mins. Couldn't fault the place, we loved our stay there.

Très bon accueil de la part de Christian, Appartement très bien équipé et situé à deux pas du lac de Lucerne et du départ des excursions telles que la fameuse boucle d'or du Pilatus. L'appartement était peu exposé au soleil, ce qui était appréciable par les fortes chaleurs de cet été 2026 !

The apartment inside was really beautiful and the atmosphere was very special because of combination of old and modern style, nothing was missing. Although we payed for 1 bedroom aparment, we got 2-bedrooms apartment which was absolutely fantastic, huge, fully equipped. There was also a big bathroom and a great advantage were two ventilators both in the bedroom and in the living room which were really good during the hot days. The place was very guiet and really short walking distance from the city centre and the Railway station. The bus stop was less than 1 minute of walk. The owner Christian was so amazing and kind man who provided us with really useful informations before our arrival, was interested in us and able to help everytime. We would highly reccommend this accommodation and we would love to return back one day.

The building from outside looked really old and a bit depressive.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Studio. Es war alles für eine Selbstversorgung vorhanden. Um die Hitze ertraeglich zu machen hat der ueberaus nette Vermieter einen Ventilator im Studio und auch im Treppenhaeus aufgestellt. Eine duennere Bettdecke waere wuenschenswert gewesen. Ich habe die Bettdecke abgezogen und nur den Bezug zum zudecken genommen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Hervorheben möchte ich nochmal die nette und freundliche Art des Vermieters, Herrn Moser.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Such a great location! Everything was clean and comfortable, had everything you needed. We were able to do washing after hours in the building. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, we’d highly recommend to stay here!

For Switzerland, and for Luzern, these apartments are very good value. I could find nothing else so central or as pleasant. They are spotless, comfortable, a 3 minute walk to the waterfront and probably less than 10 to the old town and train station. Lovely bed and good shower. The kitchen is well equipped with a full size oven and hob, as well as a pod coffee machine. The good quality fan made it fine even in a heatwave. We bumped into Christian a few times and he was always polite, friendly and very helpful. If we return to Luzern we will seek to stay here again.

Great location. Excellent correspondence from Christian, the host. Buses, restaurants, bars, ferry, supermarket etc all close by. Free laundry facilities a bonus. Clean apartment with everything you need, and if you need anything else ask the host. Loved our stay in Luzern.

De ligging was perfect. Compleet aanbod TV zenders.

Geen airco, geen mogelijkheid de temperatuur te regelen. Zeer beperkt servies en bestek. Geen braadpan in de keuken. Geen handgrepen om je na het douchen aan vast te houden. WC bril die steeds loskwam en geen ventilatie in de badkamer, die bleef dus steeds warm en vochtig.

Her şey harikaydı! 😊 Tesis daha rezervasyon aşamasından itibaren bizimle çok iyi iletişim kurdu. Sorduğumuz tüm sorulara hızlıca ve sabırla cevap verdiler, her konuda yardımcı oldular. Otoparkın olması bizim için büyük bir avantajdı. Konumu da gayet iyi. Önemli noktalara ve old towna yürüme mesafesinde. Oda iki kişi için gayet yeterli büyüklükteydi, temiz ve konforluydu. Odaya ilk girdiğimizde masanın üzerine bırakılan çikolatalar ise çok hoş bir sürprizdi. 🫠 Bu ince düşünülmüş jest bizi gerçekten mutlu etti. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. 🤍

The location was excellent, close to the lake and old town. Supermarkets close by and train station a 10 minute walk. The host provided access to a free laundry which was very much appreciated.

Schön war, dass man vor den Apartments noch draussen sitzen konnte, leider waren die Stühle aber recht unbequem. Das Haus war schön dekoriert mit Kunst, auch in den Zimmern.

Es war gerade nachts doch recht laut, die Busse fahren häufig. Im Nachbarhaus war viel Geschrei, Babys mitten in der Nacht, Leute vor dem Haus. Kann aber auch an der Hitze gelegen haben, dass man sich auf der Strasse versammeln wollte.

房间朝西不通风没有空调7月份房问下午非常热虽有电扇但没啥降温效果，小厨房就在床边上，使用厨房房间更热并且排烟机，排烟在房间所以小厨房形同虚设，使用率不高。洗衣房刚刚入住洗了两晚，第三天就上锁不能使用，不知道洗衣房具体可用时间

提前告知洗衣房的使用时间和房间不是每天打扫，告知入住几天后会来打扫房间

​Otel konum olarak merkeze yürüyerek sadece 10 dakika uzaklıkta, çok rahat bir noktadaydı. Odada ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz tüm ekipmanlar mevcuttu ve her yer tertemizdi. Malzemelerin yeni, banyonun ise pırıl pırıl olması bizi çok memnun etti. ​Özellikle ev sahibinin/otelin iletişimi ve hızı inanılmazdı. Ne zaman bir şeye ihtiyaç duysak mesaj attık ve en geç 5 dakika içinde dönüş yapıp sorunumuzu anında çözdüler. Örneğin ütüyle ilgili bir sıkıntı yaşadığımızı belirttiğimizde, sadece 10 dakika sonra odamıza kutusunda, sıfır bir ütü getirildi. ​Müşteri memnuniyetine bu kadar değer veren bir işletmede kalmak harikaydı. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih ederiz ve herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz!

We had an excellent stay at the appartment for 5 nights. The place is clean and very well located. The building is covered by the trees and it helped a lot with the heatwave. We slept well despite high temperature outside. The host was in touch with us all the time helping out with small, but necessary items (invoice, adapter, luggage storage etc). It made a stay seemless.

Es un gran lugar con una gran ubicacion para lo turistico y la central de trenes, me gusto mucho la atencion de la anfitriona, nos ayudo mucho que fuera flexible con cuidarnos las maletas para ir a ver la ciudad

Perfect location in a quiet area of Lucerne. The station was just 15 minutes walk away and there was a bus if needed. The lake was close by, the old town about 10 minutes walk and a supermarket within 5 minutes. The studio was exceptionally clean & well equipped for breakfast and to cook simple meals. A bonus was the use of a washing machines and tumble dryer in the evening.

Building work next door meant we were woken sometimes but this was not a major problem as we wanted to get up and out early.

Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng. Nach dem Einparken kommt man kaum noch raus.

Great location - walkable to everything, but nice and quiet. The apartment had most everything you would need, including a lovely shower. Fantastic staff and service with great communications.

Be aware that there is some building work next door (June 2026), but it's only during usual working hours. We were there during an unusual heatwave, and some aircon would have been a nice-to-have.

Para os padrões da Suíça em que tudo é caríssimo, ter a oportunidade de ficar num pequeno apartamento aconchegante, com uma excelente localização foi uma experiência única. Me senti como uma moradora de Lucerna. Pude fazer mercado, tomar cafe e cozinhar pois ha uma mini cozinha com todos utensílios necessários Tive a oportunidade de encontrar o anfitrião Sr Moser, uma pessoa muito gentil e solícita. Ele me deu todo suporte e orientações necessárias.

Não tem ar condicionado, em um dia quente de verão pode ser incômodo mas isso parece ser comum na Suíça. A cama parece ser aquela de juntar e separar então eu sentia um vão no meio do colchão. Mas suportável.

Von dieser Unterkunft aus stehst du in weniger als 10 Gehminuten am Ufer des Vierwaldstättersees und in ca. nochmal 10 Minuten stehst du am Schiffsanleger und somit auch direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof Luzern.Wer nicht laufen mag oder kann, der kann dank der Gästekarte die man Tourist erhält kostenlos die Busse bis Zone 10 nutzen. In der Unterkunft ist alles so in den Räumen zu finden wie in der Beschreibung geschrieben steht.

Natürlich gibt es immer etwas , was man sich wünscht oder auch aus anderen Unterkünften gewohnt ist. Hier aber hat alles gepasst !!! Wenn ihr mal selbst kochen wollt… es gibt in nur Minuten Fußweg ein Center, worin u.a.auch Lidl ist . Und ganz wichtig : Jeden Morgen frische Brötchen kein Problem. Unzählig viele Konditoreien, Backshops und Kioske sind immer schnell erreicht.

The only thing that would’ve made our stay a little better would have been if there was a microwave. not having a microwave was only just a slight inconvenience, nothing major at all. We have travelled the world and Switzerland is one of the most beautiful countries. The only downfall is a high prices for everything. Example an ice cream was AU$21.

La propreté, le calme, la qualité de l'appartement étaient au rendez-vous. Le soucis du détail était également de mise : les serviettes en double, un classeur avec des suggestion de visites pour touristes et des tablettes de chocolats offertes pour nous accueillir ! L'appartement est très bien positionné (nous avions vue sur les montagnes) et il est facile d'accès. Je recommande !

Un matelas que j'ai trouvé trop mou à mon goût, mais c'est une question de préférence. Quelques condiments en plus pour la cuisine auraient été les bienvenus.

The apartment was lovely with great views of the Hofkirche and the area was lovely with lots of trees. I loved cooking in the kitchen nook and wish we had more time there.

Me and my partner really enjoyed staying here. It has exactly what you need for a stay in Luzerne and is very close to the train station, multiple bus stops and a coop (and other shops) for getting supplies. The fact you could use the washing machine/drier in the basement was especially convenient and a great bonus. We also really appreciated the quick responses to queries from our hosts.

The only difficulty we had, which is more of a weather issue, is that it was quite hot in the apartment. However, a good fan was already there which made a massive difference.

It was a lovely apartment close to the central area of town. Nice little kitchen served our needs.

This is our third time staying in these apartments. We like everything here: the cleanliness, the furniture, the kitchen equipment, and the Wi-Fi. The apartments are in a great location, close to everything. There is a bus stop nearby. We especially appreciate the caring attitude of Christian and Michèle.

The email with instructions was detailed and easy to follow. We were greeted by the host, who was fantastic. Friendly, polite and accommodating. He was a great host who offered to help in any way. The apartment was a great size and very clean. Its not 5 star but it has everything and is really well catered for. Very practical. 10min walk to the train station and very good location for sites. We would stay here again for sure and that's my best recommendation. Thanks Christian and family for the great place.

It's the same as everywhere in Switzerland. It's hard to charge multiple devices with 1 adaptor. If there was 1 usb charge outlet, that would be a bonus, but as I said, this is the same problem we found through most of Switzerland. No real negatives otherwise

Gostei de tudo. Ótimo apartamento, bem equipado, a uma pequena distância da estação de trem. Local silencioso e agradável perto de mercado e algumas atrações. O anfitrião Christian é muito simpático e atencioso. Check-in e check-out fáceis de fazer. Voltaria novamente com certeza.

A delightful apartment really close to the city centre. Spacious, and extremely well appointed, with lovely furniture and a great kitchen with all appliances. The shower worked super well, hot water really quickly. Excellent communication too. I recommend this apartment very highly. Much better than staying in a hotel, as we could shop at the very nearby supermarkets, so we could eat in as well as eat out.

The property was very nice. Easy to get to once you knew where the entrance was.

We did not like the table below our window where 2 gentlemen smoked every night from 8-10 pm. The smoke smell was bad in our room #4.

The location was perfect. Apartment is cozy, neat and carefully designed. We used Luzern as our base and explored Titlis, Rigi, Burgenstock mountain, Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. We used the free travel card which the property emailed us to take the bus to the Bahnof. You could walk across the lake to reach the Bahnof too. The Kitchenette was reasonably equipped with stove, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle and utensils ; they also provided basic spices for preparing simple dishes and liquid soap to wash the utensils . We did grocery shopping at the nearby coop and prepared one meal a day ourselves. There is a common laundry area too which is open after 1700 hrs. The laundry room had detergent and iron box too.

I wouldn’t call it a discomfort; because we stayed in the month of May when the weather was pleasant. However, the room did not have air conditioning. The closet had a portable fan and a heater just in case.. We were informed prior about the construction work in the vicinity during the morning/afternoon hours. We rarely stayed in our room during these hours; so didn’t matter at all.

Die Lage war hervorragend. Wir konnten mit Kleinkind alles zu Fuß erreichen. In 3 Minuten zum Vierwaldstättersee, über die Brücke direkt am Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten eine Straße weiter. Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Babybett, Hochstuhl und Kindergeschirr wurden bereitgestellt. Ein kleiner Aufzug erleichtert das Transportieren der Koffer und Kinderwagen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war schnell und einfach. Wir kommen gerne eines Tages wieder.

Es war bei frühsommerlichen Temperaturen draußen schon etwas warm im Appartement, sodass wir lieber bei gekippten Fenstern geschlafen haben und dabei merkt man die zentrale Lage mit dem Straßenlärm dann doch. Wir konnten trotzdem schlafen. Nur das Baby störte sich manchmal ein wenig daran.

Location is great for both traveling to other cities of Switzerland and spending time in Lucerne. The apartment itself had everything for day-to-day needs, was tidy and clean. The host was very responsive and hospitable.

Apartment mit super Lage für einen Städtetrip nach Luzern! Es hat alles an Ausstattung, was man braucht. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett. Man kann einen Parkplatz auf Anfrage bekommen und es gibt tolle Restaurant Tipps. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The location was great, close to the lake and town center. The Chocolate eggs and rabbits in the room were very much appreciated - it was Easter, but a very nice touch. Also eggs in the entrance hall. Very easy to access key in box, very clear easy to follow instructions. Would definately stay here again.

Alles hat mir an der Unterkunft gefallen. Ganz besonders waren vor allem die geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Appartements und die herzliche Kommunikation mit den hilfsbereiten Vermietern.

Nur an einem von insgesamt 5 Abenden war es ein kleines bisschen zu unruhig.

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Appartment, in dem an aĺles gedacht wurde und wo alles bestens funktioniert. Es ist nicht ganz billig, aber es wurde auch an nichts gespart, alles ist von guter Qualität. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, aber nicht zu weich. Auch die Lage ist ausgezeichnet: In drei Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Vierwaldstätter See. Wir könnnen diese ausgezeichnete Unterkunft bestens empfehlen.
