Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Wat een schitterende accommodatie op Lombok! De accommodatie is prachtig en wat een ontzettend lieve en gastvrije mensen. Zij hebben ons verblijf onvergetelijk gemaakt. Iedereen is super, super aardig en wil werkelijk met alles helpen. Ter gelegenheid van onze trouwdag kregen wij van onze kinderen een heerlijke massage en een bijzonder privédiner in onze eigen villa. Diwate kookte speciaal voor ons de heerlijkste gerechten, terwijl Maliki ervoor zorgde dat het ons werkelijk aan niets ontbrak. Hij serveerde alles met zoveel aandacht en warmte. Fotograaf Abi legde deze bijzondere avond prachtig vast, waardoor we niet alleen geweldige herinneringen, maar ook schitterende foto's hebben. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en voelde heel persoonlijk en oprecht. We zijn enorm dankbaar voor deze onvergetelijke ervaring en kunnen deze accommodatie van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op Lombok op zoek is naar luxe, warmte en uitzonderlijke gastvrijheid. Een verblijf om nooit meer te vergeten!

Not too much sunlight in the pool area, not really close to a swimming beach, only beach for boats. The location «near beach» in booking.com is misleading in that regard. A bit too expensive for the service level provided and food/drinks. We for instance paid 2,5 euros for 1,5dl of orange juice from their cafe, which is more than in European countries.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Wir haben genau das Zimmer bekommen, das wir auch gebucht haben. Die Unterkunft hat uns einen Shuttle vom Flughafen organisiert und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam.
Die Fenster waren leider nicht richtig verbaut. Links und rechts war jeweils ein Spalt.

One staff member even let me borrow his helmet - they were all amazing and friendly! We had access to a huge gym but note, it is about 5-10 min walk away as it is separate from the Konkret. Loved our stay!

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026A wonderful place to base your travels from in Lombok, was with the family and it was wonderful. Close to Kuta central so there are many restaurant options at all price points. Coffee was in abundance and good.
No laundry machine or TV but then you are here to destress so.... Laundry options aplenty and at cheap rates. You do have occasional bugs and crawlies but this is the tropics. Mosquito sprays and coils were provided but the season (Aug) wasn't that many bugs and cooler.

The breakfast was awesome, and the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, and everything was clean, comfortable and really well looked after. Staff communication was poor. Kept on asking the same questions. Also booked a snorkeling trip through the hotel, which was extremely poor. Broken equipment, latched together boats. Lunch was below average on the trip as well. Just poor. And also asked for 3 scooters, then scrambled to give 2 scooters, one clearly a worker’s scooter. Both unwashed and without helmets.

there was some construction next door that we werent informed about for the first 2 days, but then it stopped so it was ok.

Dès notre réservation sur Booking jusqu'au jour de notre départ, tout a été absolument parfait. Nous avons particulièrement échangé avec Satria avant notre arrivée. Il a répondu à toutes mes questions avec une patience, une gentillesse et un professionnalisme remarquables. Toutes nos demandes ont été prises en compte, notamment celle d'avoir une villa un peu plus à l'écart pour préserver notre intimité, car deux d'entre nous portent le hijab. Nous avons eu exactement ce que nous espérions. La villa est magnifique, très spacieuse, parfaitement propre et très bien entretenue. Tout est pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les prises et produits anti-moustiques mis à disposition, une attention très utile. Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel. Toujours souriant, bienveillant, réactif et attentif au moindre détail. À chaque fois que nous avions besoin de quelque chose, comme remplacer le bidon d'eau, quelqu'un intervenait presque immédiatement. Nous souhaitons également remercier Putri, qui a été adorable tout au long de notre séjour, ainsi que Dina, au restaurant, d'une gentillesse incroyable. Sans oublier toute l'équipe en cuisine qui prépare de délicieux repas. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, varié et généreux. Nous l'avons pris aussi bien au restaurant que directement dans notre villa, et chaque repas a été un vrai plaisir. Il y a beaucoup de choix, aussi bien en cuisine locale qu'occidentale, et tout est vraiment délicieux. Un autre détail que nous avons énormément apprécié est la fontaine à eau mise gratuitement à disposition dans la villa. C'était vraiment très pratique tout au long de notre séjour. Dès que la bonbonne était vide, il nous suffisait de prévenir le personnel, qui venait presque immédiatement la remplacer par une nouvelle.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Top locatie op loopafstand van het centrum van Kuta met leuke restaurantjes/bars. Het interieur is erg mooi, en het privé zwembad ook fijn. Ook kon je gemakkelijk een scooter huren waardoor je het mooie eiland goed kon verkennen.
Het ontbijt zou wat uitgebreider mogen. Je had namelijk een menu van 5 gerechten die in de week dat die wij er zaten niet veranderde.

I did not love Kuta as much as I thought I would. SO much rubbish.. Has nothing to do with the Konkret though. If anything, we felt like it was an amazing place to really get away from the madness. Make sure you get scooters to get around. Walking along the roads is a nightmare (with kids)
