Club Quarters Hotel Downtown, Houston

Ubicacion

Nada

Great location, very nice and friendly staff, open at all hours. Comfy bed and pillows. Good value.

The place looked a little rundown and the room and bathroom were very small, but other than that the price is good.

There is ATM, vending machine, laundry and complimentary water available. Kitchen in the room is well equipped with machines like microwaves. Bed is really comfortable.

The time of housekeeping is little unclear but it is certainly done during daytime.

La ubicación

Hotel was clean n well priced.

Restaurant

Camere pulite e spaziose, zona ottima e staff gentile.

Location

No house keeping, rooms were small, I asked them twice to repair toilet they didn’t bother

Céntrico

Coffee machine in the lobby was excellent!

Great location

The rooms were small

Queen room was small, but functional. Bath was clean. Valet parking was great.

Nothing

Great property! For the value , it’s stellar. There is coffee in the room , as well as in the lobby. The staff was incredibly helpful.

Slightly outdated rooms , but again , for the price I’m not complaining.

Yes, very good

Never

Location views

Tiny rooms

The Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was nice as well. I give 10 stars.

The whole hotel was clean and organized

Nothing

Perfect location, great room, very friendly staff, even the coffee was good.

NA

Getting to the valet line bad location in a high traffic area also room was perfect I was on the 7th floor but the hallways had strange odor

Everything was great

Nothing

Nothing to like since they put me as no show.

That I dint get my service.

EL HOTEL TENIA UNA EXCELENTE UBICACION Y SUS INSTALANCIONES MODERNAS Y MUY LIMPIAS

Very nice place!

Nothing. Everything ok.

It was close to the places we had reservations at walking distance to a lot places.

The A/c to room took forever to get cool never got cold. And the room was non-smoking yet smelled like cigarette. Restroom was dirty had to clean myself.

When you walked in the staff was not friendly. The room I was given, had a smell, and it was in a corner. The view from the window was another building. I felt claustrophobic in that room. I called downstairs and asked for towels, and no one brought it up. I had to go get my own towels.

The lobby is fine and the location is good.

Every single surface in my room was either stained or scratched. No room service for over a week.

Location and Friendly Staff

Nothing

Great location Good value Great complimentary coffee machine in the lobby.

Room service is on demand only. You will come back to a dirty room if you have not requested by 10 am to have it cleaned. The mini kitchen has only empty cupboards. No pots, pans, ustensiles, it's useless. Not an upgrade at all.

No ice machine

Great value. Right in downtown. The 500 metro bus from airport drops you outside hotel for $1 and 35min. Bus every 30m and pickup is one block away. Train to museum district is also 1 block away. Rooms are basic but clean and have everything you need.beds comfortable with great pillows. Coffee maker included. Bar and bistro in hotel. Air con is good, which is really needed as very hot city.

Didn't have any tea in room. Couldn't connect android to TV.. pretty monor really.

The check in was SUPER simple.

The snacks in the room SHOULD be a complimentary. Also, some of the channels were not available.

Great amenities beyond basics in room such as gym, water stations, laundry room with free wash/dry including detergent, coffee machine off lobby. Great location very close to public transportation, restaurants and fast food, arts district and museums. Staff helpful.

Furniture in room was visibly more worn. Had problem with setting up virtual room key on mobile phone although card keys worked fine.

It was clean and the AC was cold

Wasn’t easy for a uber to pull up

Bathroom plumbing, so small room Half sizes window

I like the location and the cleanliness

I can’t say there’s nothing that I didn’t like. The food was a little pricey, but that comes with the territory four dollars for a can soda. In My opinion is ridiculous.

Valet

No fridge

Personale gentilissimo, struttura nuova e con tantissimi servizi. Lavanderia inclusa gratuita e servizio valet. Letto molto comodo.

Grande chambre

Good location. Loved the access to water, tea, coffee etc. friendly staff, very welcoming.

Decor in rooms and corridors is a little dated.

It was easy to check in/out and the location was fantastic. I also liked the digital key option and the safety of the lobby doors and elevators needing a key to operate. Also enjoyed the free WiFi.

I didn’t like that the streaming services on the TV required me to use my own phone, I wish they were included on the tv.

We love that it is walking distance to Daiken park!

No complimentary breakfast.

Great location, room big enough and super clean, it has apps in the tv with is a plus no many hotels have it ,

Nothing to add

Didn’t know

Free parking

Su buen café expreso y su ubicación excelente👌

No tenía nevera ni microondas

Everything! It was really nice stay. All stuff was very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and perfect for our trip.

Everything

Location was good, easy to get to from the airport.

Staff’s quality was VERY low. Not very helpful and no knowledge about the surrounding streets or public transport.

Too spacious. Clean Every facility was in there you could imagine H2O booth

No breakfast included.

The Staff were very helpful and friendly. and the gym was really good with some good equipment available

Bra läge i Midtown Houston.

Hotel is good

Horrible customer service especially the GM , my bathroom was out of order the first day , the manager did not provide any compensation plus no manager was available on weekend to address the issue, I have to wait till Monday,

All good, staff was great!

There was not a parking lot available at no cost.

Great location, walking distance from the convention center. Friendly staff, and clean rooms.

The room was too small, and the first day the room wasn't cleaned.

Great location downtown. Room ok but decor needs updating. Nice to have decent coffee machine and drinking water station in corridor.

Don’t take a room next to lift as too noisy.

House keeping was nice and made sure we had what we needed everyday.

One night it was a lot of young people in the lobby and I knew they didn't belong there because it was like 1 am and they were all just standing around

La cercanía al metro

I didn’t eat breakfast. Only had coffee. Breakfast was a little pricey.

Great location and lovely hotel , great staff

Was great place ,

Perfect location , lovely hotel and staff were great

I didn’t eat breakfast! But I did enjoy the coffee!!!

I didn’t eat breakfast

It’s was great place and great staff

The staff are brilliant and it’s a lovely hotel

Excellent location comfortable room

hot water didn't come for shower (my friend's room was OK with it)

Great staff very helpful

The staff were brilliant

The water stations were very convenient.

1. Requested for earlier check in well in advance, initially was approved then changed to "we'll see what we can do" 2. One of the front desk ladies were very rude, un-welcoming, and unprofessional in regards to the booking, handling payment, explanation of expenses and simple direction. 3. Had a lobby of people including myself waiting for hours because our rooms weren't ready. 4. To top it all off, I was wearing a beautiful all white outfit and it got ruined in the butt area from one of their dirty chairs 5. To add, the iron in my room was old rusted and dirty, shedding white particulates all over my clothes. Lights by the bed were flickering, the ones on the desk didnt work, and microwave was beat up making a loud noise when on, safety hazard. Not a pleasant experience overall.

- the room was clean - front desk was helpful - cool lobby - in downtown Texas - nice staff - great cafe - gets the job done -water bottle station

- shower , I didn’t like the floor to shower ratio, water all over the floor, unless we had a tub, that would’ve made sense - I guess the view outside of the room - no I mini fridge in the room - very soft pillows, overly

Good people

Very nice people

The location was great and I loved the coffee bar

The rooms were tiny and a bit outdated

Great location

Great location, nice lobby

Great location

Never cleaned our room despite us asking twice

All good. Mr Brandon was really nice.

Nothing.

So friendly the staff and very helpful

Bien ubicado. Personal muy amable

The pricing

Front desk just didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Also didn’t like that check in was at 3pm when we needed the room at 5am.

The location is central just near the metro which is convenient if you are attending a world cup match. I was able to register in the morning and store my luggage then came back later after the match to pick up the keys. Everything was clean inside the room.

Room was good

Had an overnight flight into town so came in the morning to drop my bag off and ask to use the washroom. Was told to go to the Starbucks around the corner(?), which turned out to be closed(?). When it finally opened later, a security guard screams at you for approaching the washroom (wish I was exaggerating). I'm familiar with bad neighbourhoods where you can't have an unlocked washroom, but there really needs to be a better system for guests. On top of that, when I went to retrieve my bag they ignored their own claim check system and let me go into the storage room and pick out my own bag(!) - huge security issue here, anyone can take any bag without even showing a claim check
