Felt a bit like a prison cell... for the amount we paid, it was quite disappointing.

The staff were fantastic, very helpful and kind. At check in we got offered some extra amenities to rest and relax. Very sweet touch. We also got to store our bags before check in and after check out, they don’t have a lot of space for the amount of bags they keep, so it is incredibly appreciated that they do it. Location is perfect, easy train ride to the airport or major sightseeing, train station is a short walk away, as well you have lots of major stores around. Room is clean, nice amenities inside, very comfy bed with great of pillows. It’s really the little things that make your rest so much better.

Curtains aren’t blackout. But you can pick a little eye shade mask at check in from the rest amenities on offer, so that’s ok ☺️

Location was good, high end shopping and convenience stores nearby. The staff were very friendly.

The hotel was a bit dated. Linoleum flooring in the room was unexpected and it was a bit small. But for one or two nights it wasn't too much of a game changer.

Breakfast ends at 9:30, but it seems standard in Japan.

It was super comfortable every detail in the room. From hair dryer to sleepers, pajamas to brushes, every detail was well taught and selected good quality. Super clean rooms, towels, super comfortable bed, amazing location are all plus. Also the room was big enough for a couple with 3 luggages.

因老建築故沒有自助洗衣機，需另位找自助洗衣機較為不方便 是可以自己手洗掛在浴室裡，但毛衣類型可能會比較麻煩

The location and price is the only saving grace for the hotel

The hotel just felt old and disorganized - this goes for both the look/feel and the staff operation. Walking into reception there were a lot of bags placed in the entry for holding. The main counter felt sloppy. The team has this little basket of amenities sitting on a table of what appears to be other randomly placed items. After asked if you'd like anything from it, it is returned to its strewn positioning on the assortments table. The room itself was a plain white painted room with a single window facing a brick wall. It felt like I was in a prison cell. The bathroom was the most pleasing room aesthetically but the toilet had this running issue which made its bidet functionality hit and miss and the sink leaked. The tub had an odd sprayer that had crazy pressure and only two vertical placements (comically low and relatively normal) but it only had a curtain to separate and coupled with how the sprayer was positioned just felt cheap and clumsy. Overall the decor and look of the hotel was very old and frankly ugly. I was shocked to find that others gave this such high marks on both Google Reviews and Booking.com. I really felt like someone needed to review them honestly. This was by far the worst hotel I stayed at during my time in Japan.

The location is perfect. The hotel is big. The rooms are small. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are clean.

Pay attention at kids I could not have them accept us with a 9 y.o in the same room. So we ended up to paying two rooms, one never used. They do not make reservations for guests even when asked to be translators as it is difficult to make a phone reservation without speaking Japanese. Very strict when it comes to breakfast 9:30 last order meant food is starting to be taken away. At 10 we were told we must leave.

El hotel es lindo, práctico, la habitación era cómoda y la ubicación perfecta !

The room was quite spacious, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well in the heat and humidity of late summer in Tokyo.

Hervorragende Lage mitten in Ginza. Perfekte Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr sowie viele Restaurants und Geschäfte direkt vor der Tür.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt renovierungsbedürftig. Zudem schaltet sich der Kühlschrank im Zimmer komplett ab, sobald man die Zimmerkarte beim Verlassen herauszieht.

Muy lindo hotel, el personal y servicio excelente, siempre amables y a disposición. La recibida fue muy acogedora, incluso siendo tarde en la noche. Además muy bien ubicado, cerca del transporte pero también de varias tiendas y Av principal. Agregó que tuvimos la mala suerte de vivir un sismo en la madrugada y el personal se ocupó de calmar a los huéspedes de forma muy amable ya que muchos nunca lo habíamos vivido

插座沒電！而且員工處理大約快兩小時，還是沒電！房間插座沒電是很誇張的事情吧！我詢問是否能換房間！ 說客滿無法更換！ 之後找到唯一一個有電的插座，給了我延長線，但是那延長線的插座，連飯店自己提供的一般的吹風機，apple充電頭都不能使用…我整個晚上充手機、行充、吹頭髮都只靠一個插座，還離床有距離… 因為我連住四晚上，能理解第一天客滿不能更換，原本第二天說要利用我早上外出時，請人進房間修理！ 我詢問是否能更換第二天的房間，才讓我換！ 但我第一天已經在休息時間被浪費掉兩小時的休息！

住了三晚，飯店雖然老舊但維持的很乾淨，隔音也不錯，早餐可以，約4000日圓的價格，不算便宜，但以銀座的價格應算合理。

跟東京大部分飯店一樣，都偏小。

有楽町からのアクセスが良く、東京国際フォーラムにも近く、目の前にコンビニが2軒あり、アメニティーのサービスも豊富で、とてもよかった。

水道の出が悪く、3回以上回さないとお水が出てきません。フロントにも申し上げましたが、修正には至らず、残念でした。トイレ後の手洗いに時間がかかり、イラっとしました。

Do przenocowania idealny pod kątem lokalizacji. Na dłuższy wypoczynek raczej nie bo to nie tego typu obiekt.

Vi trivdes jättebra under vår vistelse på Hotel Monterey Ginza! Hotellet är väldigt fint och läget i det eleganta Ginza-området är helt perfekt. Det var otroligt smidigt att ta sig runt i Tokyo då det finns flera olika tunnelbanestationer väldigt nära hotellet, vilket gjorde att vi lätt nådde alla viktiga sevärdheter. Personalen var helt otroligt trevliga, utmärkta och hjälpsamma från första stund. De gav verkligen service i världsklass! Det enda jag personligen hade önskat var lite mer variation på frukosten, till exempel fler sorters bröd, ostar och pålägg. Men bortsett från det var frukosten jättebra och höll hög kvalitet. Vi hade en fantastisk tid här och kommer absolut att bo på detta hotell igen nästa gång vi besöker Tokyo. Rekommenderas varmt!

AC ojämn och låter. Slitet och ofräscht på entréplan . Rummet var något slitet men rent och funktionellt. Inte prisvärt..

Excellent location in Ginza district, very close to several metro stations, restaurants, shops… spacious and very clean rooms, with comfortable beds and excellent high pressure shower. All the staff was super nice and helpful during our full stay. Good internet connection. I will definitely come back next time I visit Tokyo.

Breakfast is a bit expensive. I had breakfast to a coffee shop just 2 min walking from the hotel (there are others).

Incredibly convenient to get around all of Tokyo since it’s close to a few different stations in Ginza. Room was a good size and had a lot of character. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive too!! Most importantly I felt safe as a solo traveller (:

It was an excellent experience to stay in Hotel Monterey Ginza. My family and I had stayed there for 10 nights. Comfortable twin room. Nice staff. Excellent location. Face-mask, eye-mask and foot mask are free of charge.

Good location with nearby shopping, dining and fish markets. Easy to catch transport by taxi or subway. Excellent Refa hair dryer in room.

The safe in the room is too small to put in a laptop. Drape not totally blockout. The night light in the bed cannot be dimmer, too bright for the night. Shower stand at the top is too high and prefer to have adjustable angles.

這次訂的是聯通房有四張床很符合一家四口人的需求，而且交通便利，地理位置佳，而且還有提供機場免費接送服務，然後房間的床睡起來也非常舒適，有機會會再選擇入住！

以東京來說，房間的大小比我想像中的更寬敞，相當滿意

離捷運站稍微有一點距離，但還可接受

・都心にあるためアクセスがかなり良い。近くには有楽町線、銀座線があり、徒歩で行ける距離（14分ぐらい）に東京駅があるためそこから伸びる路線にもアクセスしやすい。 ・落ち着いた雰囲気 ・防音性が高く、隣の部屋から音が聞こえてくることはほぼなかった（物を落とした音ぐらい） ・チェックインすると湿布やシートマスクなどのアメニティをもらえる。

特に無し。 強いて言えば少し奥のところにあるぐらい。

방 공간이 널고 깔끔하였어요. 특히 잠옷이 맘에 들었어요. 아침 조식도 맛나고. 긴자잇초메 역 바로 앞이라 그것도 좋았어요.

샤워헤드를 다른걸로 바꾸면 좋겠어요. 지금도 나쁘지 않지만.

レトロな老舗感がとても良かったです。 清潔感もあり、朝食も他のホテルとは一味違うなと思わせてくれる内容で味も美味しかったです。

チェックインが23時過ぎてしまい、男性2名と女性1名が受付にいましたが、1人の男性はまだ新人？と言っても50代後半に見えましたが他のスタッフに聞きながらの対応でした。 それは全く問題無いのですが、説明の仕方やルームキーの渡し方など所作が適当な感じで、他のスタッフは教え方も冷たい感じでせっかくホテルが良いのにスタッフがこれかぁと少し残念でした。

駐車場を予約できるので車でも安心でした。予約の際、何度かやり取りをさせて頂きましたが、毎回、丁寧なメッセージで、レスポンスも大変早く、とても素晴らしい対応をして頂きました。テレビのリモコンが透明のビニールの袋に入っていて、お客様ごとに入れ替えることで清潔を保つと言う方法は素晴らしいと思いました。朝食の品数は大変多く、内容も大変良かったです。都会的なホテルも良いですが、当ホテルはヨーロッパ風の趣のあるホテルで、銀座にいながらヨーロッパの街に宿泊しているかの様でした。特に印象的だったのは、エレベーターの階数を示すインジゲータで、非常にアナログ的なもので、見ていて楽しかったです。このようなインジゲータを私は初めて見ました！

朝食会場にあるコーヒーマシンは、エスプレッソやカプチーノも飲める素晴らしいものだったのですが、一台しかないので、時に人が並んで時間がかかる場合がありました。作り置きのコーヒーも置いておけば良いのではないでしょうか？（その様にしているホテルも時々見られます）

銀座蒙特利酒店古典的建築和內部設施，讓人有置身70年代的時光倒流感，非常驚艷！ 我們提早抵達銀座和飯店，櫃檯人員告訴我們房間已經準備好，可以提早入住，讓我們倍感禮遇和溫馨，非常棒！ 飯店內部的設施完善、貼心，還有咖啡機可以在房間煮咖啡，非常放鬆療癒。 浴室雖小但有浴缸，能洗去一天的疲勞，非常舒適。 飯店附近有許多餐廳、便利商店和美妝店，光是在附近走走就很充實，更別說多走幾步就可以抵達銀座最繁華的街區。 飯店旁邊也有地鐵銀座一丁目站可搭乘地鐵到周邊，我和太太便搭乘一站到新富町站，去銀座社區內的自助洗衣店清洗衣服，體驗當地鄰里的生活步調，非常愜意。
