Hotel Intergate Tokyo Kyobashi

Central location, great breakfast, good amenities. We benefited from late check out by signing up to the loyalty program. Check in is automated but there are still staff members available to help. Very close to the metro and direct line to the airport.

Comparing with similar hotels in the area for an equivalent surface, space in the room was not very well distributed. Definitely recommend the slightly bigger room if you have luggage or need some extra space

Good location for Tokyo station. Clean and comfortable

Room small for two with luggage but that is par for the course with Tokyo

Everything was extremely clean, staff was always ready to attend you. Location is very good; walking distance to Ginza area. Just10 min walk to Tokyo Station. Two metro station are also very close, Kyobashi and Takaracho. Free coffee, tea, sweets, buffee evening meal etc.

Room is small, but it is understandable in Japan.

Du check in au check out personnel irréprochable.

La chambre ne comporte pas de placard.

Easy check-in. The lady, who helped me at the check-in machine, was really nice. When I mentioned that I also understand japanese, she continued in japanese but chose easier sentences and spoke slower. Which was really nice for me as a learner. The breakfast was great with lot of variarities of japanese foods and some western dishes as well. The location is great right next to a metro line and just a few minutes walk from Tokyo Station.

Great location: family mart in the building, 7-11 just 1 minute from it, the subway entrances also right there. Good breakfast. Very clean and comfortable room.

The location is great for sightseeing, you can either walk or hop on the subway and reach most sights with a direct line within 20 mins. The breakfast is optional and is very decent with lots of options. Luggage forwarding was super easy and can be done directly at the hotel.

Room was really small (we knew it upfront, but haven't realized how hard it would be to move around with 2 people). Not a disadvantage of hotel, but rather the area: it was surprisingly hard to find any restaurants in the area open around 10pm on a Saturday night.

Near to Tokyo station

Nothing

Cleanliness and proximity to the massive Tokyo Station, literally an easy 8 minute walk, to be able to reach any part of the city.

It’s was a bit pricey for the room size.

Great location with very friendly staff

Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Bed was up against a wall on one side and maybe 30 cm on the other.

Location, very clean, friendly staff, price

Size of the room…

Great location

Posizione e colazione varia

Very convenient from train. Great accommodation for one with great light blocking blinds. Breakfast was excellent.

👍🏼 10/10

Rooms too small

Zentral gelegen, alles verfügbar was man braucht.

Cleanliness, location

Tokyo station is 12 minutes walk. But there is a train station right outside the hotel.

Tolles Frühstück Snacks und Getränke den ganzen Tag.

No

Great location

Terrible, loudly humming air conditioner that transmits noise and vibration to the wall right next to the bed

Would book again next time!

Situación

Très bien pour un court séjour

rien

Food

Room.size was small

The room was clean and it’s in a great spot. They also had snacks and happy hour which I loved

Hotel je přímo vedle stanice metra, což je skvělé. Pokoje jsou hezky vybavené, čisté. Strávili jsme zde 4 noci a nemůžu si na nic stěžovat.

Excellent location, it's just about 8 mins walk from Tokyo Mid-town Yaesu (which is connected with the Tokyo Station), and 5 mins walk to Ginza Chrome 1 (銀座1丁目). Hotel receptionists speak perfect english, clean room, comfy bed, and good shower. This hotel gives me everything that I need, I would like to stay here again when visiting Tokyo next time.

Nothing.

Very good location

Small space for clothes

Very good hotel. Excellent value for money

clean and quiet big and nice rooms very helpful staff

nothing

limpieza y ubicación

Very convenient, near subway and metro, with convenience store right below and endless service of drinks and snacks

no washing machine ^_^

Verkehrstechnisch super gelegen.

The hotel is in walking distance from Tokyo Station. It's very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Hotel staff is very helpful and warm. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are significant larger then the average in Japan.

maybe it's me but I didn't find breakfast suited to my tease.

Close to the train station and Tokyo jr station

The reception is on the second floor. You have no coffee offer in the room. We were on level 14 and had to go to level 2 if we wanted a coffee. It's not a fancy hotel but convenient for the location. Being able to get coffee or tea in your room after a shower or you wake up would make more comfortable.

Very good location, 10 min walk from Tokyo Station (good connections for the airports). Also, a metro station is just in front of the hotel Many amenities, snacks and drinks available in the lobby;

The room was small (but I do know it's something usual in Tokyo).

Nice clean hotel at quite affordable price.

The room wasn't much bigger than the bed.

Clean, spacious and loved the complementary pyjamas

No early check-in without being charged

Near Tokyo station.

The room is very small.

Conveniently located with nice touches (afternoon tea)

Lifts took a while

The staff are friendly and accomodating while the hotel is conviniently near the ginza shopping district. The hotel accepts luggage forwarding and there are additional services for same day luggage delivery to the airport which is incredibly convinient.

Location near Tokyo Central station and with two stations basically outside the door is very handy. Decent room - just about ok size wise for two people with luggage. Excellent Happy Hour with wine and nibbles - 5-7pm

Room size is only just about manageable. Staff seemed a little bit joyless unless engaged with.

Hotel confortevole e vicino agli ingressi delle metro.
