歩いて銀座や周辺に行けて便利だった。ランドリーが有って便利だった。浴場もあり良かった。スタッフはフレンドリーでチャックインも早く済み良かった。

Tesisin valiz bekletme olayı çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı Türkler için pek uygun ve doyurucu olmayabilir. Oda genişliği genel Japonya otellerine göre idare ederdi.

Hôtel très bien placé dans le quartier de Ginza, très propre, personnel agréable, laundry accessible ce qui est très pratique

Nous sommes arrivés avant le Check in de 15h après 20h de voyage. Nous avons demandé si une des chambres était prête et sans regarder il nous a été dit que non. Nous sommes revenus passer 2 jours à la fin de notre séjour au Japon et nous avons redemandé si une chambre était disponible on a eu la même réaction. Il faut croire que c’est la politique de l’hôtel. Dans tous les hôtels il nous a été proposé spontanément une chambre plus tôt quand cela était possible. Nous pensons que c’est un vrai service à proposer à des clients et d’autant plus quand ils ont 20h de vol et une personne de 82 ans avec eux. Sinon tout était vraiment très bien

El alojamiento está bien ubicado, muy cerca de estaciones de metro que conectan con toda la ciudad. La zona es muy tranquila, en la que puedes descansar y relajarte. El hotel está limpio e insonorizado. Dispone de una pequeña laundry. El personal es muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudarte.

Las opciones cerca de restaurantes son un poco limitadas, ya que se encuentra en una zona de shopping. Aún así al lado del hotel, hay un restaurante de cadena de comida que se come bien y a buen precio. En el hotel la carta del bar es limitada. La habitación a pesar de que dispone de todo, es un tamaño bastante pequeño, una maleta grande cabe pero con dos ya era muy complicado moverse, pero esto es algo común en Japón. Nos quedamos 5 noches y no fue tampoco muy agobiante. De todas maneras, me volvería a alojar.

I liked the Ginza was centrally located to many different access points

I booked two rooms with 2 twin beds as there was 3 in our group plus one who was gonna visit while in japan. When I got to the hotel they put me in 2 rooms with one twin bed. I went back downstairs and told them I had booked a room with 2 twin beds and I showed them a picture of what I booked. They said it was going to cost way more, so we moved the next day. They would not agree to ghe picture I had of two twin beds and the price.

Bathrooms smelt bad/dirty. Gym equipment was broken. Breakfast was average. Only 2 lifts for 16 floors meant long waiting times to get up and down to rooms etc.

La première chambre de 15m2 trop exiguë et fort mal éclairée. Mais on nous en a attribué une autre très convenable pour un supplément très modique. Le personnel s'est mis en quatre pour ce changement.

Clean and comfortable room. Room and hotel were as described. Like we got late check out, although paid extra for this.

午前10時頃に10階で火災の 警報のアナウンスが有り、14階に居たため あわててチェックアウトした 誤報である事が当り前の様な 原因調査アナウンスが有っただけ 本当の火災だったらどうなんだろう 客同士でパニック気味だった事はホテル側は知らないのでは

Mucho ruido por la noche, las ventanas no son aislantes y se oye todo. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. El bufet del desayuno es pequeño y escaso.

Zimmer etwas eng für 2x Koffer, was für Tokio sicherlich aber normal ist. Daher keine Kritik, sondern eher Hinweis für andere Reisende!

離東銀座站不遠，要移到往其他地方或是到羽田成田都很方便。雙床+一張沙發床，房間空間還可以，長條型的房間(所以有些設計問題在下面會說)。冰箱是透明的(但沒有冷凍)，門口有一張snow peak的露營椅可以當穿鞋椅(?)。 飯店外國人很多(日本人反而少)，服務人員英文很能溝通又熱心。我們提早放行李到飯店，因為我和小孩要去血拼，老公晚一點要回飯店check-in工作，又不能提前check-in手續完成，很擔心的跟服務人員說半天，接待的小姐姐說不用擔心她會在，他不在也會交接給同事。然後晚上小孩看電視一直出問題，另一位服務人員也上來認真處理。住了四天，真的很謝謝他們全部人的服務。 2F有自助寄行李的locker、三台洗脫烘洗衣機、微波爐、販賣機，也有暴走旅人需要的大浴場，洗卸保養用品都有，女生有一室內一半戶外浴池(沒甚麼景但有新鮮空氣)，吹風機是Dyson的。男生那邊老公抱怨只有室內池，吹風機也不是Dyson。但是共通特色是洗澡位置和洗臉台數量都不多(女生那邊多一點，男生就三四個)，浴池也不大。

房間的設計很待改善。因為是長條形房間，為了最大利用空間，把廁所、洗手台和浴室分別設在同一側的靠牆和靠門處，所以上完廁所要洗手，得穿越一整個房間，到另一側浴室門口洗手XD。然後房間雖然有開冷氣，但房間濕度不低，洗過的衣服如果沒有仔細吸乾水，到隔天早上都不會乾(我蠶絲內衣從來沒有這樣過)。另外門口有空間放露營椅，為什麼不改成一個開放式衣櫃?架個橫槓和木板，課程要掛外套等衣物也方便，如果有洗衣服更可以在那邊晾曬，因為浴室沒有收納式曬衣繩。 房間沒有電話@@，要聯絡服務人員要到電梯口，有電話在牆上。 最後，電視和遙控器反應比較遲鈍，服務人員說是因為電視老舊，他們有跟管理人員說，但是還沒有換。

1. 침대가 불편함. 매트리스가 꺼진 느낌.. 2. 메이크업 공간이 불편함(디럭스 더블룸 기준) 3. 방에 로비 연결 전화기가 없음(수건 요청도 로비에서) 4. 히가시긴자A1에서 약간 거리가 있지만(도보 10분) 그 덕분에 밤에 도로가 조용한듯

Nice location, friendly staff, paid breakfast is basic but good and honestly priced, near Ginza keypoints

Associated parking partner is a bit far. We had some issues with the air conditioning not working well in the first night, but after insisting a bit and bringing one staff to check it they changed our room. Late checkout only under extra payment. No place to hang towers to dry properly in our room. Room could be better used for practical use, as there are now wardrobes so we had to spread the clothes over the table. TV is really bad. System freezes, very confusing to use, remote is a mess.

Muy bien ubicado, en una zona con muchos comercios, supermercados, restaurante... Varias líneas de metro cerca. El hotel muy cómodo y limpio. El persona encantador. Con todo lo necesario y más. No podemos opinar sobre el Onsen porque no nos dió tiempo a usarlo.

Única pega, poca variedad occidental en el desayuno buffet. Pero bueno, café y pan con mantequilla y mortadela (sí, has leído bien, mortadela) fue suficiente. A eso se le añade la variedad de fruta y yogur y lo resuelve.

Çalışanlar çoook kibar, kahvaltı çok lezzetli (donates çorbası harika) ve yeterliydi. Kiverdikleri kimonolar güzeldi. Otelin konumu metrolara genel olarak 10 dakikaydı, sıcakta yürümekte zorlandık biraz. Ginza civarında ılması çok güzeldi. Her türlü mağazanın ginza şubesi mevcut, shibuya gibi hıncahınç insan dolu değil. Tertemiz ve nezih bir semt belli.

Yatak sertti, çamaşır yıkama makinelerinden 3 tane vardı, boş denk getirmekte zorlandık. Otel odası dar ama tabi tokyo için normal.

Location. Comfortable bed. Incredible staff. Nearest subway takes you directly to Haneda Airport. Great shopping nearby. They store your luggage for short and longer times, and you can borrow a scale. Paid washing machines in the 2nd floor.

Assolutamente da sistemare le tende. Zero oscuramento e luce forte già alle 5 di mattina. Abbiamo dovuto dormire con la mascherina sugli occhi altrimenti era impossibile dormire.

Hotelli oli todella siisti. Henkilökunta oli ihanaa, tervehtivät aina ystävällisesti ja olivat valmiita auttamaan! Huone oli Japanille tuttuun tapaan kompakti, mutta todella järkevästi toteutettu, mahduimme hyvin. Onsen oli erittäin mukava. Aamupala oli joka päivä todella tuore ja mielestäni kaikki maistui hyvälle.

Kuntosalissa voisi olla ilmastointi isommalla ja esim. kahvakuulia?
