Fully on brand fro Muji, clean & minimalist but comfy and functional. Staff were really friendly on the few encounters, and helped us with shipping luggage to our next hotel. The lounge was nice to chill late afternoon with free snack and drinks. Location is great to be in central Ginza area.

Breakfast was quite pricey (4,000yen) so we skipped it in favour of local cafes.

The bed is almost at the floor. Everything felt small. It was nice but for the price I felt could be nicer. However this is Tokyo.

We stayed at the Muji Hotel in Ginza, Tokyo again this year, after having stayed there with my family last year as well. The architecture, aesthetics, cleanliness and location of the hotel are excellent, and it's a genuinely comfortable place to stay. The multiple lighting and temperature settings in the room are also a nice, practical touch.

However, compared to last year, there was a noticeable drop in quality this time. To start with breakfast: although breakfast hours are stated as 7:00-10:00, the buffet starts being cleared as early as 9:35, leaving essentially nothing available in the last 20 minutes, and guests are then asked to leave the restaurant area at 10:00. This is a fairly unreasonable practice — if breakfast hours are advertised as 7-10, guests should still be able to have a proper breakfast during that final 20-minute window. Otherwise, the stated hours should simply be changed to 7:00-9:30 to reflect reality. In addition, buffet items are never replenished until they're completely finished. For example, if only a single piece of pineapple is left in the fruit bowl, staff won't refill the dish until someone takes that very last piece — meaning guests are effectively expected to scrape the plate clean before it gets restocked. This is a strange and guest-unfriendly system. The evening snack buffet (4-9 PM) also showed a major drop in variety compared to last year. Items that used to be available — fruit juices, various cheeses, assorted biscuits, and packaged mini cakes — were gone, replaced with just a small individually wrapped slice of cheddar cheese. Overall, while the hotel remains comfortable, clean, and aesthetically impressive, I felt this year that it no longer delivers value for the price paid.

The location of the hotel , the amenties provided, the cleanliness was exceptional. the hotel staff was also very helpful. moreover, the flagship store MUJI was there was the main reason, why i booked the hotel.

The food was ok. it could have been made little better for a vegetarian person. the options for vegetarian person was less....may be they could some tofu dishes..but overall all was good, especially the tea varieties provided.

Close to boutiques and restaurants, right above flagship muji store. less than 10min walk to Yurakucho JR station. Free lounge with snacks was adequate. Rooms are very aesthetically pleasing. Room amenities are good and from Muji

No nearby convenience stores, you have to go to the main road closer towards Yurakucho station to get to one. Room rates are pricey even during low season. No gym and business centre. Staff could be a bit more attentive and friendlier.

Very convenient location. Room is neat and clean equipped with MUJI amenities. Love the essential oil vaporiser and the lighting system.

The hotel was great. They offered welcome treats on arrival. Our room amenities were replenished daily. All items were high quality. It was a very nice hotel.

Overall it wasn't a bad experience but felt that cleanliness was not consistent and didn't quite meet the same level as the larger branded hotels especially in the bathroom. Type C with bath and Type D layouts were too narrow. Type C with shower was good.

The location and staff were excellent, we also enjoyed the evening drinks and nibbles and direct access to the muji store

The room was quite humid and the bathroom ventilation wasn't great. It was also our most expensive hotel of the trip and by no means the best in terms of space or comfort

A very Muji stay! Staff were amazing and helped my partner with various things including a luggage company to store his large hard case bike box as well as parking our hire car in the elevator parking lot downstairs. One of the sweet girls at reception also recommended a special bike route to my partner. We paid for breakfast just before heading in at reception. I wasn’t present for check in, but they let you select a tiny bottle of aromatic oil for a diffuser in the room. Location is great for shopping and that part of the city is super clean and quiet at night.

I like that the hotel was different than the usual and the breakfast was great. The user experience was good, and quite unique.

I felt that it was more about Muji Brand, most it was good but for example, the pajamas didn't fit on me, this bothered me a bit.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Ginza with easy access to public transportation and plenty of Ubers nearby. Highly recommended for a smooth, convenient Tokyo stay!

Shower wasn’t as cleaned as I wanted it to be. There was some accumulated soak scum that wasn’t cleaned up properly. Wished there was coin laundry on site.

The wooden floor is obviously damaged with water stains all over. For a single room I suppose over 200 USD, I expect it to be maintained more properly .

1.飯店清潔人員連續在早上9點跟11點都敲我的門，有嚇到我，但我隔天是有續住的 2.價格偏高，同等價位可以在東京住到更多公設的飯店

The hotel was spectacular, rooms were very clean and well stocked, rooms were quiet even though the hotel is located in a super busy area. Staff were very warm and kind.

The bed was a little hard at first. But we ended up liking it.

Just too expensive

The twin bedroom is deceivingly spacious. Narrow but long. Obviously, Muji products and touches prevail and does so nicely. Breakfast meal was subtly wonderful. Wanted to check out Ginza hood. But prefer Shibuya.

Ginza neighborhood leans towards luxury stores and tourists. It’s a nice location if you want to get all your shopping done in a close radius.

It was a great hotel, clean, super friendly and helpful staff, comfortable to stay at, excellent location.

Price

The room was comfortable and more spacious than expected, with an especially large bathroom. The amenities added a lovely touch to the overall experience and reflected Muji's signature minimalist style. The hotel was spotless throughout, with a modern yet relaxing atmosphere. Its location is excellent, right in the heart of Ginza and within easy walking distance to the nearest underground station, making it a perfect base for exploring Tokyo. I would happily stay here again, if it wasn't that expensive.

The price was quite high and I was unable to check in earlier.

Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was large and had free standing tub. Loved using the tablet for room controls.

The hotel breakfast was a bit lacking. In all of our travels throughout Tokyo and Kyoto the breakfast provided at the Muji Ginza was by far the worst.

I loved the location of the hotel as it was very convenient for me to walk to the station or even take a cab or even walk anywhere I wanted to. It is in the heart of Ginza and you have so many facilities surrounding the hotel (restaurants, family marts, shopping,etc). I loved how easy the check in and check out process was, how clean the hotel rooms were and most importantly the amenities.

I only have great things to say about this hotel. It is better than any five star property that I have stayed in!!!

Excellent location, modern and clean facilities. For Tokyo the rooms were a decent size.

Breakfast was expensive for what was provided and it was a little ‘bland’

Unfortunately we had to check out early so couldn't have the excellent-looking breakfast. An idea for the hotel - takeout bento breakfast. That would have been awesome. They did do a drinks hour though which was fab, loved that and being able to sample some of the Muji snacks and drinks, as well as some local wines

A very good and clean hotel. You can see the thought put into the room design. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very nice and spoke English which is not that common in hotels in Japan.

Some things were missing in the hotel lounge and breakfast and were not re-filled. For example, I went to breakfast at 9:00 and they were out of milk and didn't refill it.

The family loves the hotel. Its accessibility to the mall is an excellent factor. Wonderful staff.

The location of the hotel was 10/10, perfect distance to restaurants and shops. It was fun using MUJI products (stationary, skin care, and pyjamas) during our stay - we loved the pyjamas so much we bought some of our own! It was great having access to the hotel from the MUJI store.

The room is a bit small

房間雖然小，但整體舒適，浴室整體使用體驗還不錯，有香氛機、空氣清淨機非常加分！Type A房型真的很適合單人，一個人待很久也很舒服，行李箱打開也沒問題！入住當天早上寄放行李，下午去櫃檯時，行李就已經在房間了。 白天和晚上的燈光很不一樣的氛圍，更不用說交通不能再更便利了，對面樓下有超市，逛街逛一逛還能回來休息，地鐵站也很近而且有電梯，非常推薦住一次看看。

早餐單價略高，洗手台的鏡子是面對床的有點不好。

A stylish and comfortable hotel in an excellent location. The room was well designed, clean, and in keeping with MUJI’s minimalist aesthetic, making it a pleasant place to relax after a day of exploring. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. Being situated directly above the MUJI store and close to many of the city’s attractions made getting around incredibly convenient. The main drawback is the value for money. While the room itself was very good, the hotel offers relatively few amenities compared to other properties at a similar price point. As a result, it felt somewhat expensive for what was included. That said, if you’re a fan of MUJI’s design philosophy and are looking for a comfortable, well-located base in Ginza, this is still a solid choice and one I would happily consider staying at again.

但不是很喜歡沐浴乳和洗髮乳的味道 聞起來很怪 有個氨味@@ 沙發很爛⋯坐一坐會連著坐墊滑到地上 拿掉無印良品的濾鏡會覺得不值得這個價錢 位置在商圈裡面 離便利商店很遠 離地鐵站也沒有很近 Hmm 真的就像大部分人說的 如果不是無印良品狂粉的話 同價位有更好的選擇：）
