Понятно, что в старинном здании нет кондиционера. Но номер был снабжен невозможно шумным вентилятором, хотя есть современные мощные и бесшумные. Завтрак достаточен по разнообразию, однако персонал плохо следит за тем, чтобы вовремя пополнять блюда. Расположение буфета с блюдами очень неудобное, тесно.

Ubytování v centru města. Personál na recepci velmi vstřícný. Velmi dobrá snídaně v ceně. Možnost parkování v blízkosti hotelu. Pokoje čisté s výhledem na pevnost na jedné straně a na druhé směr k řece. Klimatizace v jednom pokoji a ve druhém, cestou po schodech byl větrák. Jinak by bylo v pokojích teplo.

Vjezd k hotelu přes kód, který vám recepce sdělí při vjezdu před vyjíždějícím kuželem např. na Kajetanerplatz, ale vzhledem k tomu, že jsme chtěli bydlet co nejblíž hotelu a zaparkovat, tak úplně v pořádku. Cena parkovného byla 25 Eur.

Perfect location in the old town with a privat parking place. The building is beautiful, and the oldest cinema beneath the hotel is a real gem. The breakfast was also very well taken care of. Big rooms and perfect beds.

Die Lage in der Stadt und die authentische Einfachheit des historischen Gebäudes, das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und für den Preis (Budget Room) hinreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück war gut, eine Terrasse vorhanden, insgesamt ideal für Altstadtfans. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr hilfsbereit, der Parkplatz war optimal.

Hotel in centrul istoric, aproape de toate obiectivele principale de vazut, intr o locatie unica, un amestec reusit de vechi si nou, curat si bine inttetinut, personal foarte amabil si comunicativ, mereu zambitor, mic dejun delicios, cafea buna, loc de parcare la 50 m.

Fiind in centrul istoric, nu are aer conditionat, doar ventilator. Poate ar fi binevenit si un mini frigider. Daca ai camera pe partea cu strada si lasi geamul deschis, vei fi trezit la ora 5 dimineata, de cei care fac curat pe strada, strang tomberoanele de gunoi, aduc marfa.

Great location in an historic building in beautiful Salzburg. The trattoria attached is absolutely delicious and the staff are really friendly.

It’s a little tired, carpets and doors need replacing. We asked for our room to be cleaned and it wasn’t - made the beds but didn’t clean anything or change towels etc. Also dirty coffee cups were not taken away. It’s also really noisy! Not that the hotel can do anything about rubbish trucks etc but it’s a point to note if you’re a light sleeper.

Wij hadden de kamer met trap naar boven. Door het raam prachtig uitzicht op het slot. Locatie was ook super. Midden in het oude gedeelte van de stad. Auto kon in de parkeer garage dichtbij ( 100 m)gezet worden voor 25 euro per nacht.

Mobile airco die de temperatuur moeilijk kon regelen op de kamer. We zaten tegen het dak aan dus de kamer was best nog wel warm...

Die Lage des Hotesl ist sehr Zentral - genau das haben wir gesucht haben.

Die Sauberkeit im Bad habe ich bei 4 Sternen Hotel anders erwartet. Schimmel im Nassbereich, viel Staub auf Leuchten im Zimmer und der Handtuchtrockner im Bad war verrostet und verschmutzt.

Da das Hotel so alt ist, sind die Badezimmer sehr klein.

La situation proche du centre et des monuments est parfaite ! Les informations d’accès à la rue sont clairement données avant notre arrivée. C’est très pratique. Le bâtiment est très joli et le cinéma attenant est super. On peut le visiter quand on est client de l’hôtel. La possibilité de se garer non loin et de ne pas avoir besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller visiter la ville. Le personnel a été très accueillant et aimable, merci à eux.

La chambre était toute petite mais pour une nuit c’est correct. l’accès parking est quand même assez étroit, si une voiture est garée juste à l’entrée comme sur la photo, c’est sportif - cette place là n’est pas une bonne idée.

Das Zimmer war sauber, aber ein paar Kleinigkeiten fanden wir nicht in Ordnung. Die Damen die die Zimmer putzen ,sollten vielleicht auch mal die Lampen abstauben. In der Dusche waren leider einige Stockflecken.

Odlična lokacija pod gradom. Hotel je starejši, temu primerna je tudi oprema. Zakonska postelja je udobna, pomožno ležišče je malo manj udobno, vendar zadovoljivo. Zajtrk s klasično ponudbo, zadovoljiv. WiFi deluje dobro in je uporaben. Iz hotela smo si lahko večino znamenitosti ogledali peš.

Čistoča, predvsem kopalnice, je malo slabša, vendar zadovoljiva. Osebje na recepciji prijazno in ustrežljivo, pri zajtrku malo manj prijazno. Cena celodnevnega parkiranja v garažni hiši stane 25€, enako kot če bi bil prostor za parkiranje čisto pri hotelu.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise nur 1 Nacht.. Das Hotel liegt diekt in der Altstadt. Also super Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Hotel ist mit vielen alten Gegenständen liebevoll eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war neu renoviert und sehr schön.

Loved the location as always. Breakfasts were ample and well prepared. Parking accommodation was excellent, although getting past the bollard, when relying on one's GPS, is NOT simple. It took circling quite a bit to finally figure it out. A little better description from the hotel would be helpful.

Labai gera lokacija, pėsčiųjų zona, senamiestis. Šalia puikus italų restoranas Tratoria Domani. Istorinis pastatas, jausmas, kad gyveni viešbutyje kuris veikia nuo 1342 metų yra nepakartojamas jausmas.

Kambariuose nėra kondicionierių, tad karštą dieną kambaryje tvanku, tačiau buvo pastatomas ventiliatorius kas šiek tiek gelbėjo situaciją. Vonios kambaryje nusiprausus šalia dušo zonos visada pasidaro bala, bet su rankšluosčių pagalba problema išsprendžiama.

Keine Klimaanlage, stand zwar in Beschreibung, im Sommer aber grenzwertig. Flure zu unseren Zimmern fleckig und schmutzig. Kein Handtuchwechsel. Terrasse verschmutzt und kein 4 * Service. Alles in allem würden wir mind. 2 Sterne abziehen.

La storia di questo albergo è affascinante e il fatto che all'interno ci sia un cinema che ha aperto addirittura nel 1905 ed è ancora attivo è un valore aggiunto.

La camera non era dotata di aria condizionata ma di un grande ventilatore che però non si poteva ovviamente usare di notte per il rumore. Dato il tipo di struttura la mancanza di aria condizionata era forse comprensibile ma molto meno il fatto che ci fosse solo una piccolissima finestra che in questa calda estate non è servita a molto. Ho notato però che altre camere erano più confortevoli quindi il giudizio riguarda solo la nostra.

Our Train was delayed for over an hour which put us at the Hotel well after the reception desk closed. At first we were unsure how to get in the Locked front door. There was a phone # to call, the person on the other end was so helpful with the "Key Box Code" and process to unlock the front door. Waiting for us on the reception desk was an envelope, key and note with instructions. Wonderful.

Sehr nettes, gemütliches Hotel. Nettes zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Top Lage . Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Frühstück überschaubar aber okay. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war neu renoviert.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem geschichtsträchtigen Hotel war leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Für einen stolzen, fast vierstelligen Gesamtpreis für 3 Nächte entspricht das Haus meines Erachtens keineswegs dem Standard. Das Auftreten des Personals habe ich, mit Ausnahme der bemühten Mitarbeiter beim Frühstücksbuffet, als sehr unfreundlich empfunden. Trotz mehrfacher Hinweise erschien das Reinigungspersonal erst am dritten Tag; selbst dann wurde nur das Bett gemacht und nicht einmal durchgesaugt, obwohl der Staubsauger mitten auf dem Flur stand. Das Zimmer selbst war extrem verschmutzt: Die Toilette war unsauber, die Dusche schimmlig, eine ordentliche Klobürste fehlte und die Nachtlampe war defekt. Statt einer Klimaanlage gab es nur einen stark verschimmelten Ventilator, den ich nicht nutzen wollte. Zudem ist das Zimmer so hellhörig, dass man jedes Geräusch vom Flur und den Nachbarn hört. Es ist bedauerlich zu sehen, dass dieses Haus trotz seines historischen Hintergrunds stark an Qualität verloren hat – absolut keine Empfehlung

We loved the hotel. An old building with a lot of character, superb location and very friendly stuff. Clean spacious room ours coming with a superb view. Parking available and pet friendly, which for us those two aspects were very important as well.

We visited this hotel during a heatwave in August, and the lack of air conditioning in the room made it almost impossible to sleep at night, with temperatures reaching nearly 30°C. The hotel did provide us with a fan, but unfortunately, it made very little difference.

La situació és immillorable, al centre mateix. Les habitacions, vam estar a la Sisi, molt ben equipades i llits comodíssims. L"esmorzar molt correcte.

El preu del pàrquing, 25€ una nit en unes places minúscules i complicades d'aparcar i accedir, em sembla abusiu.

Frühstücksraum und Theke viel zu klein, viel zu wenig Platz aber Frühstück muss nicht sein,gibt überall vor dem Hotel feine Möglichkeiten

The location is very convenient for exploring the old town! The breakfast was enjoyable and very varied - sometimes they ran out of items that were not replenished, but what they did have was all tasty. It was easy returning to the hotel even a bit later in the evening. Cute little library, and friendly staff. There was a fan in the room that helped cool the air on the warmer days.

The ironing iron and ironing board were a bit of a joke - so tiny, that they could have passed as children's toys. The iron was broken (plug missing from water compartment), and for this reason as well as the incredibly small amount of water the device could handle the iron needed to be refilled after every single item of clothing. The sauna was not available for reservation and use during our stay, and there was no prior mention of this on their website nor their Booking site.

The size of the room was adequate, although it would have been more comfortable had it been bigger. But maybe it’s just us, as we live in the US and are used to larger spaces. Room was very clean, great breakfast, wonderful staff!!

The lack of AC was a problem, since it was very hot in July. There was a portable AC unit in the room any it helped but it was very noisy and made it hard to stay asleep. That said, it isn’t anyone’s fault b/c the hotel is located in the Altstadt and they cannot install AC without spoiling the building’s beautiful facade.

Fantastisk beliggenhed - helt fantastisk med den "billøse" bymidte rundt om hotellet. Nemt at få parkering ikke langt fra hotellet, da alle deres egne var optaget. Fin størrelse værelse med sjov historie. Filmstjernen Romy Schneider sov på værelse 323 under indspilningen af en film i 1956

Lidt mangelfuld rengøring på værelset og en lidt kedelig indretning. Morgenmaden var ok, men ikke imponerende.

Wenn zur Festspielzeit zur Aufführung des "Jedermann" der dreifache Zimmerpreis verlangt wird, erwartet man ein besonderes Angebot und nicht, dass nach der Vorführung das Hotel geschlossen ist ,ohne weiteren Service und einem am nächsten Morgen ein mäßiges Selbstbedienungsfrühstück von minderer Qualität und Örtlichkeit erwartet.

La chambre familiale sous les toits avait une climatisation mobile très bruyante, et un ventilateur encore plus bruyant. Impossible de dormir avec l'un ou l'autre allumé. Heureusement, nous sommes tombés la seule nuit de fraicheur relative pendant la canicule. La petite chambre n'avait pas de climatisation. Dans les 2 chambres, le ménage n'avait pas été bien fait : poussière, cheveux dans la salle de bains (beurk). Cet hôtel aurait besoin d'une bonne rénovation.

Přespali jsme jen jednu noc při naší cestě do Itálie. Záměrně jsem vybírala centum, lokalita hotelu tedy úplně luxusní. Neméně zajímavá je historie budovy.

Dostali jsme pokoj přímo nad vstupem do hotelu. Stříšku nad vchodem nejspíš nikdo neuklízí, byla plná bordelu. Před pokojem běhal šváb. Hotelu by prospěla přísnější hygiena.

L'unico aspetto positivo di questo hotel è la posizione centrale, per il resto, anche se viene classificato come 4 stelle , non rispetta gli standard minimi. I proprietari dovrebbero vergognarsi.

Hotel terribile: aree comuni con moquette maleodorante, camera deluxe ricoperta di polvere e con pavimento lercio, bagno senza finestra con ventola di aerazione incrostata di polvere/muffa e sanitari sporchi. In una settimana non hanno mai pulito, si sono limitati a cambiare gli asciugamani. Manca l'aria condizionata, c'è solo un ventilatore lurido inutilizzabile. Non c'è il frigobar. Nessun confort. Esperienza da incubo, vivamente sconsigliata, paghi molto per alloggiare in una stalla.

Sauberkeit - Balkon unbenutzbar da Stühle und Tisch ewig nicht gesäubert wurden. Überhaupt war alles nur oberflächlich gesäubert und nicht im Detail, das habe ich auch bei Abreise an die Rezption übermittelt. Bei hohen Temperaturen schaffen es die Klimaanlagen nicht das Zimmer zu kühlen. Das ist bewusst, also sollten neuere, bessere Modelle angeschafft werden.

Excellent location on the edge of the old town. Easy walking distance to all the main attractions and shopping streets.

No air conditioning, and despite having a fan in the room , it was still too hot. No option on alternative to the feather pillows. The bedroom floor was quite grubby. The breakfast room was a bit shabby and looks in need of an upgrade. We had a lot of heavy luggage and baby travel cot and there was nobody in reception who offered to help us on arrival or departure. There are steps down into the hotel from the street , so not ideal if you have a lot of luggage / baby/ mobility issues. This hotel has 4 stars , however I would only describe it as 3 star.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz ist auch toll, wobei er schon sehr schmal und klein ist. Das Hotel beherbergt eines der ältesten Kinos.

Schade ist, dass es keine eigene Hotel war oder kein eigenes Hotelrestaurant gibt aber unter Umgebung gibt es genug, wo man gemütlich essen und am Abend ein Glas Wein trinken kann.

Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Möglichkeit auf hoteleigenen Parkplätzen parkieren zu können, war für uns sehr wichtig. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Das Zimmer verfügt über keine Minibar. Es war somit nicht möglich, etwas zu kühlen. Die Fenster sind renovationsbedürftig

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They explained everything to us at the reception. And it has an old movie theater in the building, I wished we would have had time to do that as well. We caught one of their parking spaces (on their private property, 50m from the hotel entrance). Very convenient! At night the street was so quiet, we even left the window open the whole night.

Etwas enttäuscht war ich über das Frühstück leider gab es kaum vegane Alternativen was ich in heutigen Zeiten eigentlich erwarte. Zudem fand ich die Sauberkeit im Frühstücksraum schmuddelig. Es wurden zwar nach jedem Gast die Tische sauber gemacht aber leider nicht die Sitzbänke auch dort lagen regelmäßig Brösel.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo e struttura con molto potenziale ma mancanza di cura dei dettagli. Non parliamo solo del retaggio storico dell’hotel, ma la camera prenotata ha sicuramente del potenziale non sfruttato. Arredamenti di dubbio gusto inseriti senza coesione in una camera molto spaziosa ma decisamente poca manutenzione (mensolina reggi sapone nella doccia penzolante, tinteggiatura danneggiata sulle pareti e altro). Per di più la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare. Il letto era stato preparato correttamente e pulito ma il resto proprio no: vasca idromassaggio con residui sulle pareti dal soggiorno prima e pavimenti sporchi. Il giorno seguente, quando siamo tornati e la camera era stata rifatta, il letto era stato riordinato ma nulla più: bagno non pulito (sanitari e superfici), vasca idromassaggio ignorata di nuovo, come anche i pavimenti. Colazione poco fornita e per niente invitante. Sicuramente non vale il supplemento. Anche qui sala molto datata e poco curata. Sembra come lasciato tutto indietro nel tempo e mai più curato.

Chambre avec options non fonctionnelles et équipements sales. Les draps n'étaient pas propres et couverts de sans, la baignoire non lavée de la précédente utilisation.

Wat details: Geen lekkere badzeep voor bad, geen bodylotion, lekkere shampoo. Kamer wat outdated maar heeft ook wel zijn charme.

Die Lage des Hotels war zentral und gut gelegen. Zudem konnte man mit dem Personal des Hotels gut über alle masiven Mängel und extremen Unsauberkeiten sprechen. Das Personal war aufgrund unserer Reklamationen nach ihren Möglichkeiten lösungsorientiert und bemüt die Zufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.

Das Hotel zeigt keinerlei sauberen Standart - Haare auf dem Bett und im ganzen Bad verteilt, Haarbüschel in der Toilette, Kalkablagerungen und defekte Sanitäranlagen - als Allergiker hätte man hier definitiv ebenfalls kein gutes Los gezogen. Aufgrund der alten Bauart seien keine Klimaanlagen möglich, weshalb die Zimmer wenigstens mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet wurden. Diese sind jedoch von Staub übersäht und tragen der Verschmutzung bei und sind teilweise notbeholfen mit Rohrschellen und Kabelbinder repariert. Fraglich, weshalb es in den vereinzelten Suiten doch möglich ist, Klimaanlagen einzubauen? Die Reklamation unsererseits bezüglich der fragwürdigen Hygiene wurde an der Rezeption zudem zeitgleich eines anderen Gastes bestätigt, welcher ebenfalls ein Zimmer im dritten Stock hatte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar ausgiebig, aber ebenfalls in fraglichem hygienischen Zustand (Fleisch, Früchte und allgemine Lebensmittel waren nicht gekühlt) Das Geschirr und Besteck zeigte Fettspuren und Speiserückständen von vorherigen Gebrauch auf und jegliche Sitzmöglichkeiten sind mit krümeln übersehen. Unklar, wie oft eine Reinigung stattfindet? Die angepriesene Barrierefreiheit wird weder im Frühstücksraum noch im Standart Doppelzimmer; Sanitärbereich oder generell im Hotel nicht gewährleistet. Auch der online-Anpreis einer Minibar im Zimmer wird durch ein Schreiben umgangen, welches sich auf "Umweltschutz" beruft. Die Rezeption ist bis 22.30 Uhr besetzt und das Hotel wird anschliessend "abgeschlossen" - der Zugang im Anschluss ist nur noch mit dem Zimmerschlüssel möglich. Aus unserer Sicht, hat dieses Hotel keine 4 Sterne verdient und die Preise für die Zimmer sind nicht gerechtfertigt - auch die Lage des Hotels, welche wirklich gut war, holt dies nicht auf.

Die Lage ist fantastisch.

Es war nicht klimatisiert, deshalb viel zu warm zum schlafen. Der Wasserhahn an der Badewanne war nicht dicht, deshalb gab es eine gelbe Kalkspur in der Badewanne entlang. Von der Toilette aus konnte man nicht an den Toilettenhalter greifen. Da fehlten mit mind. 50cm.

Sängen var för smal, det fanns inget bra fönster med utsikt och ingen helkroppsspegel.

TV hat nicht funktioniert

Näköala linnaan oli hyvä. Huone oli tilava. Elokuvateatteri hotellin yhteydessä. Aamupala ja palvelu oli hyvää.

Ilmastoinnin puute kuumalla oli ikävää. Osa tuoleista oli huonoja istua.

The staff were nice, good location

It was really really hot and uncomfortable there are fans that don’t do much. I put the small window open, still didn’t do much. Very uncomfortable and stuffy and it wasn’t hot outside.

Location was excellent.

No air conditioning. Room was very hot even at night.

Wegen Wärme mußten Fenster geöffnet werden, dadurch etwas laut!

Excellent location, great staff communication.

Although the hotel has an authentic vibe it lacks quality check on basic stuff, like mold in the shower, torn sheets and towels. Some sheets and curtains had large stains.
