Very helpful and friendly staff, the room was spacious and clean. It was good value for money and the hotel has met my expectations. The location was also okay - it took me about 15 minutes to travel from the City Centre to the hotel by Uber.

I was happy with everything.

It's a comfortable hotel, located closely to the NEC that i was visiting. I had a great room, well equipped, nicely furnished and spacious.

I wasn't aware prior to arrival that parking was at an extra cost. Though not such a big deal.

Was left waiting to check in, I had driven 6 hours and was 10 pm so I was tired and just wanted to get to a room to shower and sleep

Bath leaked and I had to mop the floor and light / fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Mirrors were dirty I cleaned with a towel. It was very late and I had to head for a conference early morning so went to bed. Advised them in the morning. Would t have stayed a second night. Extra £5 parking per night.

The gentleman who was on the front desk was a credit to the company.

Easy booking, check in. Comfy beds. Good range of breakfast options

Stayed during heatwave so air con would have been ideal but for the price we didn’t expect that. The fan was appreciated. Near a very busy road so noisy as we had to keep the window open. If it hadn’t been for the hot weather it would have been fine.

We had dinner on the evening we were in hotel and it was lovely. Young waitress was so helpful about our choices as we were with family and 2 of us are coeliac. Enjoyed the evening meal. Thank you. Breakfast was a little disappointing as not much choice of gluten free food.

Room was very hot and there was no means of cooling it down. Fan didn't help. Water pressure is too low. I was going to eat dinner but when I saw how some people were dressed I went elsewhere.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangst. Heel ruime parking. Ruime en nette kamers. Zeer goed ontbijt. Ik ben gehandicapt en om de receptie te bereiken moesten er een 10-tal trappen gedaan worden, dat was voor mij onmogelijk met de bagage. We mochten de auto achteraan uitladen zodat we op begane grond, via de branddeur, onze bagage naar de kamers konden brengen. Binnenin was het hotel wel voorzien voor toegang met een rolstoel. Goed restaurant en vriendelijke bediening.

Very comfortable, modern facilities and great attention to detail. The host wear very friendly, very quick with advice or requests and full of local information.

There isn’t much I can think of… the shower did leak a little but this wasn’t much of a problem.

The location was great and there was plenty of parking. The rooms were a good size too. Dinner was very good - a good choice and very reasonable prices.

It was so very hot - although I did manage to grab a fan, it was still very uncomfortable in the restaurant and in my room (there were no sockets by the bed so the fan was some distance away and therefore achieved very little). Breakfast was also poor - little choice and the beans were stone cold. The coffee machine also needed a good clean - the nozzle was blocked so dribbled the coffee out - missing the cup etc. EV chargers would also be helpful.

Our room was incredibly clean and the bed was relatively comfortable. Quite a bit of space in the room itself as well, so juggling a few suitcases wasn't too much of an issue. Parking charge was reasonable, and check in/out process was super quick and simple.

Our specific room felt like it could use a little love; just a little tired. The bathroom in our unit isn't one that's pictured in the listing, and was a little clinical with fully open plan design (no divider/curtain/door for the shower). We also weren't provided with the wifi details on arrival – being a very late check-in/only an overnight stop, we weren't too bothered, but would have been nice to have the password provided with the keycard.

Good hotel. Went with Acklams holidays, 4 night stay. Food excellent, had room on ground floor. Really quiet. Bar prices are good for an hotel. Would recommend to anyone visiting either Coventry or Birmingham or surrounding areas.

Room was clean & tidy.

On arrival, staff sitting behind the reception, seating area in reception area very untidy, empty tables with unclean tables and glasses on tables. This was also the case in the very bare restaurant & dining area. The bar itself was sticky/ unclean, tables were the same. A vey helpful you lady serving on her own ! Fans for the rooms would be a great help

I was a bit disappointed with the washroom and toilet together. Every time you used the toilet, your feet would get wet. There were no sockets near the beds and only one bed side table between both single beds. It would have been nice to have a proper chair to sit in the room and there was limited choice for from breakfast to choose from.

Hotel is worn and definitely needs updating. Slight musty smell in the hallway leading to the pub and other rooms. Noisy toilet and no Aircon/heating facility.

It was a quick stopover as collecting my daughter from Uni the next morning. The room was very small but spotlessly clean, there was a lot of noise from the A45, which wasn’t a problem as the weather was poor so I didn’t need to open the window. If I stayed again I’d ask for a room at the back. Guy on reception was super helpful, little else to add really.

The bed although very comfortable, was very small, I guess in keeping with the room! No good for two people.

Overall very nice. Reception was spacious and well represented. Clean room . Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful, Excellent selection for breakfast.

There was nowhere to hang the hand towel in the bathroom. I would also have liked a proper wardrobe. Coffee at breakfast wasn't great. Would also of liked a better kettle.

Clean room, decent bed and shower. No socket close to bed but was able to borrow an extension cord. All staff I spoke to were keen to help and knew their jobs. Breakfast orange juice was tasty and refreshing.

Standard of breakfast food was average. However, hot beverages available were very poor. Coffee from a machine tasted almost exactly unlike actual coffee. Teabags (don't know which brand) were little better. Personally, I feel good coffee is an integral part of starting the day the right way - sadly that wasn't available here.

The only nice thing about this place was that it was the price, but at what cost.. Disgusting place!

First of all, the room was filthy when we arrived - pubic hair on the bathroom floor, dirty sheets, female hairs in the clean towels. Walking in the room and the first thing it hits is stale smelly air. There is no heating or AC which does not help. There is no power outlet next to the bed and the fan in the toilet does not work. Overall, "Quality" is not a thing it comes to mind at all!

I've been staying at quality hotel Coventry for about 2 years now with work. Staff are always polite and friendly, and rooms are generally clean. But my last stay this week, my bathroom had not been cleaned properly. It had sick all over the bath and on the bathroom floor. Safe to say, I was not impressed by this.

All facilities were in place. Hotel was clean and well presented.

The hotel building was good. Whilst the building was little outdated, but I have all the facilities available for the price I paid. My breakfast was hot, tasty and full of all my favourite items

When we arrived the staff was friendly has we got to our room there was urine down the toilet the dust on the hand soap dispenser then there was no plug soctets near the side of the bed and my partner has a breathing machine so he cudnt use was he was awake all nite which was not good

Location was convenient for concert we were attending, especially for the price. Staff were friendly. Food was amazing.

Towels need to be bigger, they were very small and seemed to be the size of face/hand towels not big enough to use once had a shower.

The rooms were clean and tidy, for a family room with breakfast was just over £150 which decent. Rooms easily accessible

The toilet in room 80 kept lifting off the floor, once you stood up it clunked, sitting down it clunked. The only reason I have put a neutral face for comfort is a have medical issues and the bed was too soft for me and felt I couldn't turn over

It was so clean , bedding comfy , lovely pillows, plenty of soap , generous tea making facilities. Staff were lovely , food was good. Great location for Coventry arena. I loved that the hotel had character and retro features like the yellow glass windows and loved the grand entrance ways etc . Great value for money

Breakfast was great, good choice and quality for the price. Food was fresh and service from check in to check out was fantastic, great front of house team and maids were so polite and courteous. We arrived later than end of check in due to unforeseen circumstances and were looked after accordingly. On check out, while we were all ready for a rest, hard work was done for us, handed the key cards over, vat invoices ready to print and everything was covered. No complaints from myself and the team, well done.

Convenient location for the NEC and surrounding area. Budget-friendly price, so expectations were realistic. Friendly and welcoming staff throughout our stay. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable and set us up for the day. The resident black cat was a highlight. The framed “Geri Halliwell” lookalike wedding photo near reception genuinely made me laugh. The hotel's quirky character made it memorable. It had a strange Fawlty Towers charm that modern chain hotels often lack.

The hotel feels very dated and is in desperate need of refurbishment. Décor appears to have been preserved from the 1990s, with pine furniture everywhere. The bright yellow trim, plastic plants and mismatched furniture created a rather unusual aesthetic. Rooms were extremely warm, making it necessary to sleep with the window open. The bed was quite spongy and not particularly comfortable. Opening the window meant dealing with noise from pigeons and the nearby dual carriageway. I genuinely struggled to understand some of the very high review scores, given the condition of the hotel.
