El hotel ha sido renovado y ha mejorado mucho . El baño está nuevo ahora y la habitación también . El lobby del hotel en la pileta planta me gustó mucho ; muy espacioso , limpio y muy confortable y agradable.

Que el ascensor no llegue a la recepción. Si vas con mucho peso esas escaleras hasta el ascensor son un fastidio . Y respecto a la habitación individual la cama es un poco pequeña.

Habitación muy limpia, bien ubicado el hotel, y los empleados muy amables. Nos sentimos muy acogidos. Relación calidad precio muy buena.

Probablemente la accesibilidad. El ascensor de la zona de nuestra habitación solo bajaba hasta la planta 1, y tenías que bajar andando hasta la planta de la calle.

Très bien situé, à 2 pas de la Plage de Figuretes. Arrêt de bus Aero5 littéralement en face de l’hôtel. Le trajet a duré environ 20 minutes. Tout plein de commerces locaux et restos aux alentours et sur le boardwalk, sinon la rue des bannières internationales est à 15-20 minutes de marche, idem pour Dalt Villa qui est charmante. Personnel sympathique. Lits tout de même confo avec le pillow top. J’avais la chambre 602 qui est dans un coin moins passant et plus loin de l’ascenseur principal. Le bracelet pour ouvrir la porte est très pratique.

J’avais loué une chambre avec lits jumeaux (et tarif légèrement plus élevé) en croyant que ça me donnerait plus de chances d’avoir un balcon, hélas non. L’insonorisation est évidemment le plus gros point faible, mais au moins les bouchons sont fournis. J’avais des voisins tranquilles sauf ceux au-dessus qui claquaient la porte et bougeaient les meubles…

The location was awesome, right next to the sea and relatively close to all major clubs via car / taxi. Staff was friendly, and the room was clean. For sure exceeded expectations for the paid price!

La ubicación es estupenda a menos de 200 metros de la playa, muchos chiringuitos cerca y puedes encontrar casi todo todo el tiempo (comida, bebida, etc) nos alojamos en el piso 5 y no se sentía ruido de afuera a pasar de estar sobre la calle con vista al mar, hay que aclarar que las ventanas estaban insonorizadas. El personal fue amable y servicial.

que solo cuentan con un ascensor y debes esperar siempre para que llegue a tu piso.

Good size room with a nice view over the Figueretes beach. Very comfy bed and good size shower with all ammenities inclued. Also they clean the room upon request which is a plus considering you are on the beach most of the time and sand gets all over

Great location. We felt safe as 2 young girls Staff were so friendly, sorted out a room for us 2 hours before check in time. Our outbound flight wasn’t until 11:45pm, check out is 11am. Staff let us keep our bags in the luggage room and we were able to come back and stay in the lounge and get ourselves sorted. Every time we walked into the hotel it smelt freshly clean. Showers are a big thing for me and the water pressure was amazing so 10/10 for me Bed was big Air conditioning was good Safe was easy to work

The bed was a little hard and the TV was quiet (for our music). It’s also facing the bathroom rather than the bed. Not like anyone’s in Ibiza to watch TV though!

Me sorprendió mucho el hotel. Me gustó mucho. La situación es de 10. Puedes ir andando al centro y puerto de Ibiza y a playa dem Bossa Al lado del hotel está playa figueretas que tiene de todo y es una playa muy bonita. Tenía un poco de miedo por el tema de que se leen en comentarios que te dan tapones para el ruido pero yo en dos noches no escuché absolutamente nada. Mi habitación daba a la parte trasera del hotel.

Es un hotel totalmente reformado, limpio, al lado de la playa y con habitaciones muy cómodas, pero lo mejor es el trato por parte de Teresa que está en recepción y Patricia de limpieza. Las dos son encantadoras y hacen que tu estancia sea aún mejor. Sin duda lo recomendaremos y volveremos.

La única pega es que no tiene parking.

La amabilidad y buen trato de todo el personal. La limpieza de las habitaciones. Es una zona tranquila cerca de la parada de taxi. Las camas son cómodas. La habitación tiene nevera y el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien.

Hay que subir escaleras para acceder al primer piso donde se encuentra el ascensor. No dispone de comedor. Hay que desayunar, comer y cenar fuera.

Hanno subito messo in chiaro che persone non registrate non sarebbero potute entrare, e fino a qui ci sto!… ma una sera, sono con una ragazza che aveva urgente bisogno di andare in bagno, quindi gli hanno fatto utilizzare quelli comuni al primo piano, e va bene, ci sto… ma io (che ero ospite PAGANTE, stanza pagata profumatamente) nel frattempo volevo andare a prendere il telo da mare cosi che saremmo potuti andare a stenderci in spiaggia… DAVID mi ha intimato di rimanere alla porta mentre la ragazza era in bagno, poi lei avrebbe aspettato alla porta me mentre salivo a prendere il telo (con la presenza sua e di un altro uomo)… per me fantascienza. Trattato come un ladro, quando ripeto di aver pagato profumatamente, oltre ad aver fatto proprio una brutta figura con la ragazza che ha dovuto aspettare li avanti me da sola… insomma, il resto del personale niente da dire, ma non mi sono piaciuti per niente i modi di quest’ultimo

De check out was 11:00, omdat we pas in de middag een vliegtuig hadden wilde we nog even gaan zwemmen. Helaas was er geen douche mogelijkheid om het hotel. Pas om 16:00. Dat is te laat. Misschien een openbare douche in de lounge zou fijn zijn.

Hotel très bien placé, près des commerces, restaurants, de la plage et de transports publics. J’ai beaucoup aimé. Je recommande.

De locatie was top!!prachtig uitzicht wij hadden kamer 908 en uitzicht over zee en op Ibiza stad. Er zitten veel lekkere ontbijt tentjes vlakbij. Je loopt zo naar Ibiza stad en Platja den Bossa.

Hoe gehorig het was bij binnenkomst zagen we al oordopjes liggen. Het is Ibiza dus dan kan je wel wat geluidsoverlast ervaren maar je hoorde de buren douchen naar het toilet gaan noem maar op. Als de deur dicht ging van de buren zat je rechtop in je bed. Dit was wel jammer want verder is het hotel schoon locatie top maar door het geluidsoverlast zullen wij hier niet meer terug komen helaas :-(

No me entraba el desayuno, nos dejaron tapones para los oídos por el ruido, pero no nos hicieron falta. El último día tienes que salir a las 11 pero a partir de las 4 te dejan una habitación de cortesía para ducharte, eso me sorprendió gratamente.

La ragazza alla reception veramente gentile e disponibile, la posizione e’ ottima per poter visitare sia la città a piedi , sia per andare nella zona della movida. Difronte c’è’ la stazione dell’autobus per l’aeroporto e anche quella dei taxi. Sotto ci sono ristoranti e supermercati. A due passi dal mare. Tutto perfetto !

Abbiamo soggiornato al Suncoast di Ibiza Figueretas per tre giorni, io e la mia amica, in occasione di un addio al nubilato, e ci siamo trovate davvero benissimo! Un ringraziamento speciale ad Alessandro, gentilissimo e super disponibile: ha accolto subito una nostra richiesta e ci ha cambiato la camera, permettendoci di avere una stupenda vista mare, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. La pulizia è stata ottima, con la camera rifatta ogni giorno e sempre ben curata. Anche la posizione è molto comoda, perfetta per godersi il mare e raggiungere facilmente le principali zone di Ibiza. Esperienza davvero positiva, soprattutto per la disponibilità e la cortesia del personale. Consigliamo assolutamente il Suncoast e torneremo volentieri! ❤️

Suncoast is well located, very clean, and offers enough space for one person. A complimentary bottle of water would have been a nice touch, but considering it’s a 2-star hotel, I completely understand. Overall, a good and convenient place to stay.

Staff gentile, posizione ottima dove si può raggiungere Playa d'En Bossa a piedi in ca 20min o 5 min di Taxi, la fermata sta davanti l'hotel. Camere semplici ma con il minimo indispensabile. Diverse opzioni per colazione nei dintorni.

Really good location, close to the bus stop and the beach. Handy luggage storage after checkout. I never heard any loudness from other guests and I felt quite safe as a solo traveller.

Sehr freundlich und gute Lage

Hôtel très bien placé, à 2 pas de la plage et dans une zone avec beaucoup de restaurants et de petits commerces. Arrêt de bus et station de taxi juste en face qui permet de rallier le port ou playa d'en Bossa rapidement et aux alentours de 10€. Le port est parfaitement accessible à pied également. Accueil agréable.

La camera veniva pulita ogni giorno, con cambio di asciugamani e lenzuola. Il personale è sempre stato molto disponibile, ha risposto a qualsiasi esigenza avessimo anche per la vacanza in generale e non solo per il soggiorno.

Il bagno troppo piccolo, con la doccia aperta , ogni volta un lago e poi non aveva una aspirazione

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica con fermata del taxi, supermarket, bar e ristoranti a due passi. Per la colazione al bar abbiamo ricevuto anche un piccolo sconto. Reception accogliente e cordiale. Deposito bagagli e possibilità di prendere l’ombrellone da spiaggia. Stanze pulite e moderne. Macchinetta automatica e tavolo da biliardo nella lobby.

Nella lobby non c’è l’aria condizionata, quindi faceva molto caldo. Il lavandino in camera e non nel bagno.

Posizione sul mare, servizi sotto l’hotel e fermata taxi e bus di fronte l’hotel. stanza minimal ma funzionale, staff super disponibile e sempre sorridente

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in alle Richtungen. Strandnähe und Promenade, gute Locations zum Frühstücken in der Nähe und auch Supermärkte gleich um die Ecke. Renovierte Zimmer mit schöner Dusche.

Absolutely terrible experience. This hotel felt like a scam from start to finish. They advertise the room at a low price, then after you’ve already paid they ask you to sign a form saying you are NOT allowed to have any visitor in your room, even for a short visit and even if the person is not staying overnight. Then they put a wristband on your hand just to enter the hotel. Staff and security are constantly watching who is coming in and out. It honestly felt creepy. I felt watched the entire time instead of feeling like a paying hotel guest who could relax and enjoy his holiday. I had a friend visit me for a short time, with absolutely no intention of staying overnight, and suddenly they told me I needed to PAY TO UPGRADE TO A DOUBLE ROOM. Their answer was simply, “these are the rules.” My problem is not that a hotel has rules. I respect rules. My problem is that such a ridiculous and restrictive rule should be VERY CLEARLY communicated before someone books and pays. You cannot take someone’s money first, then introduce major restrictions afterward and pressure them to pay more money to upgrade. That feels deceptive and like a high-pressure upselling tactic. They kept using “security” as the excuse. Sorry, but I don’t buy it. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, including other hotels in Ibiza, without being treated like I’m entering a prison every time I walk through the door. The situation became frustrating enough that I had to file a formal complaint with Booking.com about the way the visitor restriction was handled and the fact that it was not clearly communicated before payment. And the nickel-and-diming continues everywhere. They charge €15 just to RENT a beach towel. You can literally walk across the street and BUY a towel for around €8. How ridiculous is that? Even getting to my room was a complete joke. It wasn’t simply “take the elevator to your floor.

sehr zentrale Lage direkt am Strand. Restaurants, Rollervermietung alles in direkter Umgebung. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut isoliert, so das keine Geräusche reinkommen und man sehr tief schlafen kann nach einer Party Nacht :)

Einige Zimmer sind im Souterrain ohne Tageslicht. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss Richtung Strasse bietet keinerlei Privatsphäre und die Lichter der Leuchtreklamen flackern die komplette Nacht

Camere sempre pulite, servizio di pulizia giornaliero e personale disponibile h24 cortese ed efficiente. Inoltre molto consigliato il bar di fianco convenzionato per la colazione con l'hotel, colazioni salate e dolci buonissime. L hotel si trova in una posizione strategica perfetta, a 10 min di distanza dai locali principali, da Playa d'en Bossa, Ibiza Porto, rendendo anche lo spostamento in taxi facilmente praticabile. Inoltre Figueretas è una zona molto carina, completa di gelaterie zone per aperitivi, ristoranti e anche spiaggia. Super consigliata. L hotel si trova anche difronte allo stazionamento taxi e ai principali mezzi di trasporto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Consiglierei solo di inserire la possibilità di regolare il FAN nei telecomandi dei condizionatori, dato che è pre bloccato alla massima velocità.

De kamer was ruim genoeg en schoon. Top locatie!

Het balkon was enorm klein, met z’n tweeën zitten was eigenlijk al te krap. Ook heeft het hotel ons een scooter verhuurd waarbij we gescammed zijn en 160€ hebben moeten betalen voor 1 dag. (Tip huur geen scooter)

Location is good especially if you have a scooter. Short walk to the beach and cafes.

Hotellets beliggenhet var perfekt og det søteste personalet! De var utrolig hjelpsomme og vennlige. Vi hadde ett opphold på 6 dager, og vi fikk oppgradert rommet våres etter én dag, da våres første rom ikke hadde balkong, noe vi ønsket. Nattevakten var også helt fantastisk, da min kjæreste fikk tilbud gratis mat av han, etter vi hadde kommet tilbake på hotellet etter vi hadde vært på klubb. Hotellet gikk over all forventning, og vi vil definitivt komme tilbake hit neste gang vi skal til Ibiza.

Ingenting, alt var perfekt!

If you're expecting a chic location, you'll be disappointed. The hotel is near a less affluent area with some dodgy people around. I was actually attacked nearby in broad daylight, in the middle of the afternoon. I would not recommend this location for solo travelers, especially women. The room was very small, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were black hairs everywhere, especially in the shower.

Καθαρό, άνετο δωμάτιο σε αρκετά καλό σημείο με την θάλασσα δίπλα και συγκοινωνία σε απόσταση ενός λεπτού. Πολύ καλό το air condition στο δωμάτιο. Πολύ έξυπνο το βραχιόλι αντί για κλειδί.

Δεν ανοίγε το παράθυρο του μπάνιου. Σχετικά ακριβό τον Αύγουστο τουλάχιστον.

L’accoglienza e la gentilezza dello staff è stata impeccabile. Ad ogni richiesta ci hanno sempre accontentato, anche per il ritorno nel lasciare le valige per tornare in aeroporto la ragazza alla reception ci ha chiesto se avessimo bisogno di una stanza di servizi per farci una doccia. Insomma accoglienza e gentilezza sicuramente fanno tanta differenza. Le stanze sono grandi, letti comodi e doccia grande. Buono anche aver il mini frigo in camera comodissimo. Stanze non rumorose.

Nulla, forse avrei preferito una pulizia maggiore.
