La camera non aveva i comodini un po spartana.e il parcheggio per la moto non era sicuro

Tipologia di ristrutturazione, molto moderna e curata; colori, arredi e soluzioni ideali per ambienti non troppo grandi.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 giorni e sono rimasta profondamente delusa dagli standard di pulizia, assolutamente non in linea con la categoria a 4 stelle. Per tutta la durata del soggiorno (3 giorni consecutivi), sul pavimento della camera sono rimasti evidenti ammassi di polvere, vistose impronte sulla porta di ingresso lato interno e un fitto strato di polvere sul bel lampadario di forma triangolare. È chiaro che la pulizia sia stata superficiale e che non ci sia stato alcun controllo. Da un hotel di questo livello ci si aspetta ben altra attenzione al cliente e all'igiene. Non ci tornerei.

Que al inicio me dieron una habitación i, muy mal conservada , deteriorada , que no se parecía nada a la de la foto de la reserva , y tras hablar con la recepcionista , al inicio me quería cobrar un suplemento por la habitación , además de informarnos que el hotel estaba completo y no podía darnos otra habitación , hasta el siguiente día ; pero tras insistir que no era la habitación escogida en booking , y que les pondría una maga reseña , optaron por cambiar mi habitación sin suplemento alguno .

Boa localização. Quarto com cama bem confortável e banheiro espaçoso. Com vista p o Porto da cidade aonde atracam os navios tanto de passageiros como para transportes. Próximo também do ponto de ônibus para o tour pela cidade, linha amarela. Com um terraço esplêndido com a bela vista panorâmica para o Porto. Jantar e café da manhã muito bons. Atendem plenamente. Nas proximidades encontramos : bar, restaurantes e sorveterias. Além de pequeno mercado e farmácia. O trânsito não prejudica o sono e no interior também bastante silencioso. A funcionária da limpeza, quarto 202, nos atendeu muito bem. Gostaria de agradece la assim como o funcionário do restaurante durante o jantar. Recomendo o hotel por todas essas observações feitas.

Tínhamos contratado atraves do hotel um motorista para nos pegar no aeroporto ao chegarmos. Fornecendo os dados do voo. Nosso voo teve um atraso de cerca de 1 hora e meia. E quando chegamos não o encontramos. Liguei para o hotel e o funcionário providenciou imediatamente um motorista só que tivemos que espera lo. Outro detalhe é que a porta do Box ( banheiro do quarto 202 ) não estava fechando bem com risco de molhar todo o piso. No mais tudo correu bem.

Room was spacious and very clean, AC working well and bathroom was very big. Breakfast was served in the last floor with a balcony facing the port, had several options, served as buffet. Staff was nice and always available. Although the hotel is not on the historical center, you can walk to the majority of must see locations and have several restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel has parking available.

Hotel still under refurbish works so we were given a room in the 6th floor, right below the common area where breakfast was served so we would start to hear some noise coming from the kitchen around 8am.

Legkondicionalo nagyon hangos volt, es nem a megadott hofoknak megfeleloen hototte le a szobat. A mi szobank a 6. Emeleten volt, pont az etkezo alatt, ezert onnan is folyamatosan hallottuk estenkent a szekek, asztalok tologatasat

Overlooking a busy sea port was fascinating and great to watch. The evening buffet meal was very nice, plenty of choice and catered for gluten free items when asked for. Evening staff were cheerful and helpful. Hop on Hop off bus stop was a short walk.

Our room was on floor 6 beneath the 7th floor restaurant. We could hear every plastic chair being moved from 7am and in the evening time. Breakfast was basic, scrambled egg put out in one container that emptied quickly. Could do with two pans being put out. Did not find breakfast room staff cheerful or helpful. Although the room was very nice, the stone floor was dusty around the edges.

Les équipement vieillots ne correspondent pas aux standard 4* (chbre 401) Terriblement bruyant en mal et mal insonorisé À notre arrivée, la chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas à la chambre, réservée et payée d’avance.

Quarto espaçoso, e um pequeno almoço completo , com bastante variedade de comida. Tinha uma vista muito bonita sobre o porto. Fácil estacionar na rua e tem um parque de estacionamento mesmo nas traseiras do hotel.

Não gostei da falta de manutenção na casa de banho. Era um espaço grande com um box de duche e uma banheira de hidromassagem. A banheira não usamos pois nem cortina tem para reter a água. Na box a torneira misturadora estava em tão mão estado que fiquei com ela 2 x na mão.

Esperienza deludente per un hotel 4 stelle Purtroppo il soggiorno non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative che ci si aspetta da una struttura a 4 stelle. Dopo aver consumato le due bottigliette d’acqua presenti nel frigobar, il giorno successivo non sono state reintegrate. Anche alcuni piccoli servizi che considero basilari non sono stati ripristinati: mia moglie ha utilizzato il primo giorno la cuffia per la doccia, che non è stata sostituita, e dopo aver utilizzato un bicchiere per bere l’acqua, anche questo non è stato reintegrato. In bagno, inoltre, non erano presenti spazzolini e dentifricio. La gestione degli asciugamani è piuttosto scomoda: per appendere quelli utilizzati bisogna uscire dal bagno e i teli doccia devono essere appesi direttamente alle ante del box doccia, una soluzione poco pratica. Un altro aspetto decisamente negativo riguarda la vista dalla finestra: affacciandosi si ha una sensazione di forte degrado urbano, ben lontana dall’immagine che ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel a 4 stelle. Infine, trovo eccessivo dover pagare 30 euro al giorno per il parcheggio, soprattutto considerando il livello complessivo dei servizi offerti. In definitiva, non contesto il fatto che si tratti di un hotel classificato 4 stelle, ma ritengo che servizi, attenzione ai dettagli e rapporto qualità-prezzo non siano stati all’altezza di questa categoria. Mi aspettavo decisamente di più.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel plusieurs fois , le parking était gratuit , ce que je trouve normal pour un hôtel de 4 étoiles. Mais cette année 2026 nous avons été surpris, le parking est devenu payant : 15 € par nuit, ce qui augmente le prix de la chambre (prix de la chambre qui avait déjà bien augmentée par rapport à notre dernier séjour été 2024) C'est bien dommage

La stanza era maleodorante, la rubinetteria era pessima, le tende non coprivano tutta la luce e la mobilia era rovinata. Avevamo una terrazza con dei lettini prendisole molto sporchi. Non ho trovato un rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato.

La posizione particolarmente comoda per chi deve accedere al porto. La struttura è moderna e ben curata e lo staff merita una menzione speciale: il giorno dopo al nostro arrivo era il compleanno del mio compagno e lo staff ci ha fatto trovare in camera un biglietto di auguri. Oltre a questo, il maitre Antonino (spero di aver ricordato bene il nome) dopo cena, ci ha portato due nelle fette di torta. Grazie di cuore per tutto ciò. In generale, lo staff é stato molto cordiale e premuroso. Torneremo sicuramente. Alessia e Pietro.

Det mesta var jätte bra! Läget var perfekt👍🏻 5 min gångväg till första stråket av resturanger 8 - 10 min gång till shopping där det fanns allt från HM till Prada m.m 10 min till buss till och från flygplats Personalen var super trevlig och engelskan var helt okej. Rummen var välstädade och mörkläggningsgardinerna gjorde sitt jobb.

Tyvärr så är vi vana vid lite mer variation vid frukosten, men frukosten på detta hotel var enligt Italiensk standar över medel. Drinkarna på hotelbaren var lite sådär, men there is always room for improvent

Our room was modern and clean with a spectacular view over the port and a beautiful sunrise in the morning from our balcony. My partner raved about the buffet options for dinner.

Location was in quite a poor area of Palermo, it was a bit of a treck to the historic centre, made worse by the worst heatwave Europe's ever seen.

Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Enough choice for all tastes. Coffee was lovely.

Air conditioning is centrally controlled. We had a room for 4 at the back (sun all day) and we had a horrific night where the aircon was worfully inadequatte. We were moved to twin rooms the next night after complaining. These rooms were better serviced by the central aircon but it was not amazin. It was still hot at night. Whilst the staff did all they could, the aircon felt it was from the 1970s and badly needs an upgrade. Staff were pleasant enough. Rooms very very basic. Get what you pay for I guess. Oh and the hotel car park is €13 per day - should be free in my opinion.

Le petit dejeuner, pas assez de tables. Du personnel est present mais les tables ne sont pas debarassées et nettoyées. Pour s’installer il faut faire le menage de notre predecesseur!! Le parking 15euros la journée c’est excessif.

Osoblje u restoranu za doruckom nije bilo previse pristupacno. Kad bi nesto od posluzene hrane nedostajalo (na primjer jaja) trebalo bi dugo vremena da to donesu, a nosili su hranu koje je vec na stolu dovoljno bilo. Raspremaju restoran i pomicu hranu sa stolova prije zavrsetka termina do kad traje dorucak.

Recién reformado, todo muy moderno y funcional. Muy buen desayuno en la última planta, con las vistas al puerto.

Das Zimmer war komfortabel, gut klimatisiert und trotz benachbarter Strassen recht ruhig. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zu den Fähranlegern ist ein grosser Pluspunkt. So waren wir schnell beim Hotel. Zudem ist die Aussicht vom Frühstücksraum und Restaurant im obersten Stock des Hotels auf den Hafen und die Bucht einfach genial. Die passende Einstimmung für die Entdeckung von Palermo und Sizilien.

Es war alles in Ordnung.

Diese Unterkunft haben wir spontan am Abend vor der Anreise gebucht. Wir sind mittags angekommen und wollten eigentlich nur unsere Koffer abgeben und wurden direkt positiv überrascht, denn unsere Zimmer waren bereits 2h vor Check in Zeit fertig. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es fehlte eine Decke für das zweite Bett. Diese hat uns die Reinigungskraft aber auf Bitten noch nachgereicht. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig mit großem Balkon. Der Parkplatz war gut zu finden und kostet 15€ am Tag, mit Glück findet man einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war gut, jedoch hätte das Rührei etwas Würze vertragen.

Siamo arrivati verso le 22,45, avevano chiuso l'aeroporto di Catania perché l'Etna stava eruttando, abbiamo prenotato nella struttura all'ultimo momento. Quando siamo arrivati era già tardi per cenare ma il ragazzo che si occupava del bar si è prodigato mostrando grande empatia per recuperare qualcosa da mangiare. È stato il momento più bello della giornata, Bellissima la vista sul porto, posizione centrale

Небольшой комфортабельный номер с видом на порт, свежий ремонт.

Кондиционер не регулировался, в условиях сильной жары, охлаждал не достаточно. Т.к. номер был на 6 этаже, над ним расположен ресторан и рано утром слышно как двигают стулья.

Ho dormito una notte sono molto insoddisfatto sul parcheggio non è sicuro. Hanno provato aprire la macchina ,non e assolutamente custodito come dicono . In più le mando imail non rispondono neanche con foto del danno .

La stanza che mi è stata assegnata era stata completamente ristrutturata e quindi si presentava perfetta e completa di tutto. Ottima Wi-Fi e postazione lavoro. Pulizia e servizi perfetti. Menzione al bagno che era pulitissimo e nuovissimo. Importante che abbia anche il parcheggio.

Arricchirei la colazione con prodotti più siciliani. L'offerta ad oggi mi sembra abbastanza stamdard.

チェックアウトした日の夜フェリーでナポリまで移動する予定だったのでこのホテルを選びました。フェリーターミナルに近く、夜まで大きな荷物を預けられたので助かりましたし、部屋も清潔で快適でした。また、近くにリーズナブルなレストランも多く便利です。私たちは使いませんでしたが、有料のセルフランドリーもあります。

La posizione per chi si deve imbarcare è comodissima. Le stanze semplici sono moderne e pulite. I letti buoni. Si dorme bene. La colazione ricca

Το δωμάτιο κοιτούσε στον ακάλυπτο σε χαλάσματα. Ήταν στον 6ο όροφο, ενώ το εστιατόριο στον 7ο με αποτέλεσμα κάθε πρωί να ξυπνάμε από τις 7 γιατί έτριζαν και τραβούσαν τις καρέκλες οι επισκέπτες. Πολύ φασαρία τις πρωινές ώρες....

The hotel staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent.

The room was a little cramped for a three day stay and the view was of the cramped living accommodation of the average Palemorian behind the hotel.

Stanze non ben insoiriozzate

Die Lage am Hafen ist perfekt. Das gute Frühstück und Abendessen auf dem Dach mit Sicht suf den Hafen genossen wir.

Die mangelnde Hausklimaanlage gab uns etliche schweissnasse Nächte. Am Tag verbrachten wir viel Zeit in der Reception und der Dachterrasse wo es kühler war. Auch das WLAN war nicht das gelbe vom Ei, sehr langsam.

The hotel President is definitely NOT a 4 stars hotel. It is located in the front of the cruises port, at about 20 mn walk from the city center. The lobby and reception areas are not welcoming at all. Staff is not very friendly. Rooms are super super basic, no slippers, no amenities. Single beds are 90cm wide witch make them small. Furniture is old and outdated, walls dirty. Dinner and Buffet breakfasts are generous but basic and does not offer much variety, not a standard of a 4 stars Hotel restaurant.
