Just horrible! Nothing in this hotel is acceptable! I don’t know how is this a 4 star!

Das Personal war sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstück war gut und bei Abreise wurde ein Lunchpaket zur Verfügung gestellt, da es zeitlich nicht mehr gepasst hätte mit dem Flug.

Die Dusche war sehr eng. Die Toilettenspülung und das Duschen der anderen Gäste war extrem laut zu hören. Für Kurztrip ok, aber für Erholungsurlaub nicht zu empfehlen. Leider war es vorm Hotel sehr laut und auch sehr schmutzig (hier kann das Hotel nichts dafür, aber bei Buchung rechnet man nicht unbedingt damit, da die Fotos ein sauberes Bild vermitteln).

Vecchio Borgo area is very run down and dirty.

A peu près tout. Peu de bruit, c'est assez calme, un peu trop de lumière qui traverse des volets mais sinon plutôt bon rapport qualité prix (prix promo 50€). Bémol, la douchette est cassée, la SDB est un peu petite et le rideaux de douche qui coulisse est difficile à fermer.

La gestión del propietario. No es sincero. Esconde info hasta ultimo momento para vender su parking24€ dia + su coste traslado alejado 4€ persona . Mal situado calle estrecha, nk hay ascensor, escaleras muy empinadas ( super incómodas y estrechas). Huele a tuberías, el colchon se hunde . No me gusta la gestion ruin, nada sincera de la propietaria. No me gusta el apartamento.

Great location, everything is close by and right in the city center. All the city’s main attractions are within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended!

Tienen recepción 24h y todo el personal fue encantador. Bastante bien ubicado, a unos 20mins del centro caminando y con autobuses cerca para ir a la estación.

El aire acondicionado hacía bastante ruido y la ducha era un poco pequeña.

Posizione della camera vicino alla tromba dell’ascensore x cui abbiamo sentito qualsiasi persona lo usasse. Odore di gasolio/olio lubrificante forse dovuto ai meccanismi dell’ascensore vicino alla camera. Doccia piccolissima causa torretta idromadsaggio interna che occupava metà doccia.

A környék kissé zajos, de inkább csak hétvégén és éjszaka, amikor amúgy is mindenki kimozdul, szóval annyira nem zavaró. Füldugóval érdemes készülni, ha szombat este is beleesik a tartózkodásba.

Η συμπεριφορά μιας κοπέλας της reception. Μεταξύ των άλλων (αγένεια, δύσκολη) ζήτησα να μου βάλει στο ψυγείο ένα μπουκάλι νερό να παγώσει και μου είπε οτι δεν έχει ψυγείο. Να σημειώσω οτι κάθε Σάββατο γίνεται πάρτυ έξω απο το ξενοδοχείο μέχρι τις 3 τα χαράματα. Το ξενοδοχείο δίνει ωτοασπίδες.

Le bruit abominable dans la rue (pétards, musique le samedi jusqu’à 3h du matin), les chambres ne sont pas isolées, nous avions l’impression que la fête était à l’intérieur de la chambre. L’établissement n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles L’hôtel est placé dans un quartier où on se sent peu en sécurité le soir

La struttura non é male un pó datata ma il personale molto disponibile.

Il rumore che arriva da una festa sotto l'hotel. Preciso che non é colpa della struttura anche se dovrebbero insonorizzare maggiormente gli infissi. Eravamo al 7 piano e fino alle 3 di notte non si può dormire dal casino che c'e. Lo sconsiglio per chi lo sceglie come appoggio un sabato notte e non vuole fare festa fino a tardi. Grazie

Pusryčių meniu nėra daržovių. Bent atėjus valgyti nebuvo nieko. Tik vaisiai. Ir kambarių interjeras "šaltas" bet tai skonio reikalas 😀.

La struttura è piccola, ma ha tutto quello che serve, pulita , prima colazione buonissima. Peccato per il check in, non si può anticipare prima delle 14.

Musik direkte ind i soveværelset. Eneste løsning var de gav ørepropper. Vi kunne mærke basen banke igennem så hård at tingene rystet. Det var umuligt at sove. Det startet kl 23.00 vi forlod hotel kl 03.00 2 voksne og et barn på 1.5år har aldrig lavet en anmeldt noget før her ind. Men denne gang fortjener andre at vide at det. Personalet er rigtigt sød. Men aldrig igen

Receptionisten var trevlig.

Rummet var väldigt litet och ofräscht. Hela hotellet var sjaskigt och väldigt nedgånget. Det kändes också som att det låg i något av ett ”slumområde”.

Vi kändes oss lurade. Detta är inte ett 4-stärnigt hotell. Läget är dåligt och området känndes otryggt. Rummet är gammalt, väggarna är smutsiga och slitna, och badrummet äckligt. Luftkonditioneringen kylde inte rummet tillräckligt.

The staff were excellent and the breakfast was great.

The hotel is a little tired and could do with a bit of a makeover. The area the hotel is in isn't brilliant with noise till late at night.

The location is fine, some twenty minutes walk from the historical centre, with many restaurants of all kind within ten minutes walking. The hotel has some four private parkings right in front, but if there is a need, more partkings are available nearby for the same tariff (15€ per day). The room is good and clean, with some caveats (see the drawback session for more details).

Two issues marred the stay: First the shower, and the noise on Saaturday. The shower would be ok, but someone had the unexplicable idea to add a 'spa' add-on in it, reducing the already small space to something that makes extremely uncomfortable to wash themselfes, especially the lower part. The space is so reduced that reaching the feet is nearly impossible (I am a 18o cm tall person, rather slim). The second is the noise from the street on Saturday night. The windows are good, but the 'music' from the street makes impossible to sleep, rest, and even talk to each other.

La posizione è molto comoda, la colazione molto variegata con una prevalenza di dolce rispetto al salato. Aggiungerei qualche opzione in più per intolleranti/allergici e magari più frutta.

Close to the main sites we wanted to see

The hotel is somewhat dated but that isn’t really an issue. I am a 6 foot tall man and weigh under 13 stone and wear 32 inch waist trousers so I’m quite slim. I say this because I had to squeeze through the corner doors on the shower cubicle. Once in the shower I could barely move my arms so as to wash myself. I would say the shower tray is about 600 mm x 600 mm and then it has a seat in there too Also the toilet was as though it was for children as it was incredibly low to the ground. It is actually difficult to drive up to the hotel and we chose to park 400m away in front of Calvin Klien shop as it felt safer and I could use the Easy Park app which is a godsend

Punto di forza della struttura è senza dubbio il personale: fin dal momento del check-in siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e professionalità. Tutto lo staff si è dimostrato sempre disponibile, attento a ogni dettaglio e pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste.

Posti auto dell'hotel limitati, su strada innanzi all'ingresso della struttura. Non possono essere riservati prima dell'arrivo ed hanno un costo giornaliero alto. Pur tuttavia la custodia è garantita h24 ed è ottima.

Nada en especial. La atención de la Srta. Martina eleva el puntaje. El desayuno correcto, muy estricto el horario.

Das Umfeld zum Hotel war extrem laut .. geschlossene Fenster halten dies nur bedingt ab. Die erste Nacht war Katastrophe auf der Strasse war Party/Lärm bis um 3 Uhr .. an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Insgesamt war das Umfeld ziemlich schmutzig ...

Die Umgebung ist extrem laut, Partylärm und Hundegebell jede Nacht bis morgens um vier Uhr, keine Chance zu schlafen, da helfen auch die bereitgelegten Ohrstöpsel nicht.

Noise late in the night (club nearby)

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the lady for the breakfast service. After 2 days we could change the room because the first one was next to the elevator and we could hear it all the time. The second one was a lot better. The location is good, as everything is in walking distance which is great in Palermo.

There is a lot of noise on the streets especially at the weekends with extremely loud music. But during the week it is quite ok.

The hotel is a bit dated, but it's clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical of Italian standards. The hotel is centrally located.

An old hotel in a bad neighborhood. The streets around the hotel are full of garbage. Due to security concerns, the entrance door is only opened when you ring the doorbell. The rooms are very small. Everything, including breakfast, is minimal. Only two things are excessive. First, the price. It definitely doesn't deserve that much money. Second, the noise. Every night, the locals party until very late in the square opposite the hotel with loud sound systems from their cars. If you go on a weekend, they set up special sound systems producing thousands of watts of noise, keeping the whole neighborhood awake until morning. The hotel staff are aware of this but don't issue any warnings. They only silently admit they know by leaving silicone earplugs in the room.

Hotel situato nel vecchio borgo di Palermo a 15 minuti a piedi da via Maqueda. Il quartiere in cui è situato è popolare e purtroppo non curato. L'hotel appare datato ed avrebbe bisogno di una manutenzione dei materiali presenti nelle stanze( parquet da levigare e marmi da lucidare nei bagni) La colazione è buona, ma non offre prodotti tipici siciliani. Il personale è cortese e gentile.

L'unico elemento negativo è l'insonorizzazione sia degli infissi( la mia camera situata al 5° piano si affaccia sull'ingresso dove la sera si ritrovano i ragazzi con i motorini e non dico altro) sia delle pareti interne ( sentivo i rumori del bagno provenienti dalla stanza accanto).

Very noisy hotel, especially during weekends. 10m from hotel is night club, so each Friday & Saturday night is extreme noise inside hotel.

Belles chambres spacieuses avec une décoration soignée, service agréable (renseignements, adaptation, peut poster les cartes postales...) et localisation pratique

Si l'hôtel n'y peut strictement rien, le quartier est vraiment très bruyant (en lien avec la vie nocturne fort sympathique du quartier mais aussi avec d'autres passages)

It is extremely expensive for a very basic room. It needs to be updated. We had a nice view but it was very noisy. Good variety of foods for breakfast. Staff was nice. Location was great. Definitely overpriced

Za te pieniądze to człowiek oczekuje standardu, a dostaje hotel obakurny z którego strach wyjść po 22. Impreza do 3 nad ranem w sobotę. Windę słychać przy każdym ruchu a nie da się i raczej jak nie woda bi budynek 8 pięter. W ogóle syf w calej okolicy i mieście. Nie polecam hotelu, miasta i kraju.
