Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Ich kann dazu nichts sagen, da ich die Unterkunft aufgrund der Vorab-Kommunikation nicht angetreten habe.
Vor der Anreise wurde verlangt, einen Scan meines Reisepasses per E-Mail oder WhatsApp zu senden. Die Check-in-Anweisungen sollten erst nach Eingang der Dokumente verschickt werden, die Rezeption sei nur morgens besetzt. Ich habe mehrfach nach einer Alternative gefragt: Daten telefonisch durchgeben, sicherer Upload oder Vorlage des Originals vor Ort. Jedes Mal hieß es, das sei nicht möglich. Erst nachdem ich um Stornierung gebeten hatte, wurde plötzlich eine persönliche Betreuung beim Check-in angeboten. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatte ich bereits anders disponieren müssen. Zwei weitere Unterkünfte auf derselben Sizilien-Reise haben keine Dokumente vorab verlangt. Booking.com rät Gästen im Chat ausdrücklich davon ab, Ausweisnummern weiterzugeben.

When we did hear from manager she would not reimburse in any way. Went back to apartment and found our room through different entrance. Tried again to talk to manager about miscommunication but she would not reimburse even one night.

Only parking. The person at Valet Parking missed our car. It was the reason to visit the airport. Of course, the person is not related to this accommodation but we could not believe it.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Un apartament ampli i molt ben situat, ideal per a families.. Pots anar caminant al centre històric. Té servei d'aparcacotxes, que han estat en tot moment conectats per portar i recollir el cotxe de manera puntual. Al barri hi ha una gran gama de restaurants i pastisseries molt bones on es pot menjar plats i dolços tipics de Palerm. L'esmorzar era a una cafeteria al davant de l'apartament i tenien productes de molt bona qualitat. Bojissima la focaccia!!. Tambe, l'hotel ens va deixar una sombrilla per a la platja que ens va anar molt bé, ja que vam tenir ona de calor i sense ella no podiem estar. En definitiva ho recomano.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026L'emplacement était bon, plusieurs restaurants et épiceries à proximité. Pas très loin du centre-ville (15/20 min) Bus vers la plage Mondello à environ 10min.
Le gros point négatif: Nous avons regretté le souci avec la WiFi. Il a fallut que je contacte l'hôte plusieurs fois et je n'ai jamais eu de solutions mise à par un "désolé". Nous étions 3 à ne pas avoir accès à la WiFi dans la chambre. Le souci a été remonté plusieurs fois et nous n'avons jamais eu de solution, chose que ej trouve regrettable. Nous étions limité par nos données cellulaires donc la WiFi nous aurait beaucoup aidé. Notre chambre était tout au fond et la WiFi avait énormément de mal à capter. A faire attention, pour les prochaines réservations de cet établissement.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Das Zimmer war sehr schön, hell und lichtdurchflutet, mit einem angenehm ausgeglichenen Raumklima. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die gut schallisolierten Balkontüren, wodurch es im Zimmer trotz Außenbereich angenehm ruhig war.
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist lediglich der Kühlschrank, der nachts etwas hörbar war.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Het ligt heel gunstig tov bezienswaardigheden en horeca, parkeren is wat lastig. De kamer (nr 101) is hoog en licht en zelfs in deze hete junidagen makkelijk koel te houden met bescheiden niveau van de airco. Neutrale inrichting, goed matras. Een probleem met de doucheafvoer werd onmiddellijk opgelost. Host reageert snel in whatsapp.
Appt. nr 101 heeft TLC en onderhoud nodig. Roestplekken radiator, loshangende gordijnhaken, vieze kitrand douchewand, keukenkastjes raar afgewerkt. Er is een kookplaat en magnetron maar geen kookaccessoires, alleen servies en basisbestek. Het inclusieve ontbijt bestaat uit voorverpakte koekjes, crackers en jam. Een gratis flesje water zou aardige geste zijn geweest zeker in deze hitte en wat het geval was in mijn vier andere hotelverblijven tijdens mijn trip door Sicilië. Als soloreiziger betaal ik het volle pond (i.c. voor 2) en o.b.v. de omschrijving en foto’s had ik er meer van verwacht.

We had no staff enter our room in time we stayed (7 days) therefore no change of towels or bins emptied etc. our air conditioning made a knocking noise all night and we had a leak in the bathroom. The staff were very nice and they had experts come in to fix the morning we were leaving.

Les ouvertures des fenêtres sont insuffisantes pour amener suffisamment de clarté (fenêtres hautes et donnant sur mur voisin). On se sent enfermé Patio ridicule et inutile(boite) Odeur noseabonde de la salle de bain connue des loueurs car appareils de diffuseur de parfum Lumière du couloir qui se voit tout autour de la porte Petit déjeuner au bar voisin avec 1 boisson et 1 viennoiserie..avec un personnel peu aimable

The parking is non existent, you have to leave the car and text someone thru WhatsApp to pick it up and pay 25euros per night and then text them back if you want the car delivered back to you. The guys only speak Italian and it was very frustrating booking hotels that says parking available when they refer to street parking

Het ontbijt. We kregen daar geen ontbijt enkel per dag een voucher voor 1 koffiekoek en 1 koffie ter waarde van €3.50 aan de overkant in een bar. De rest (want was wat weinig om dag mee te starten) betaalden we iedere dag zelf. Dit is niet was we boekten !

Reviewed May 25, 2026Great Staff who did everything they could to help and make the stay a good one. Very good location for getting around the city, we walked and used public transport and very handy for the Restaurant district in an evening. Location was everything we had hoped for and we will definatley stay again.
Access to the apartment requires getting used to the Italain/Sicilain way as its through a small door into the ground floor area but once you had found it it was not a probllem.

Reviewed May 19, 2026La ubicación es perfecta. La gestión del chek in fue muy fácil y siempre hubo comunicación. La habitación cuenta con utensilio y microondas que siempre es útil viajando con niños. La TV cuenta con Netflix y otras app.
El único pero, es algo de ruido en instalaciones. Sonaban ruidos de cañerías o similar durante toda la noche.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026The apartment is really big. Maybe too big that I find it a bit tiring to look for things around. The management was very helpful in terms of check in and late check out. The street in the front did not allow cars therefore relative more quiet than other pats of Palermo. There were many restaurants and cafes nearby. One of the restaurants was very good. It was more comfortable than the palace hotel that I stayed right before I moved here.
The shower drain was a bit issue

Només diria que per esmorzar es va a un bar (un bon bar) i et donen un croissant (o similar) o un entrepà i una beguda. Tot molt bo, però potser s'agrairia una cosa més completa (fruita, etc). Però és un hotel absolutament recomanable i una bona elecció

Přijeli jsme do ubytování za chladného a deštivého počasí,na pokojích byla větší zima než venku,nebylo kde si usušit oblečení a boty.Ubytování jsme měli objednané,zaplacené a byli jsme v kontaktu ještě ráno v den nástupu a příjezd jsme potvrdili. K vytápění se používá klimatizace ,příjemně vytopeno jsme měli až druhý den ráno a to jsme nastavili topení na maximum.Pokoje jsou odděleny pouze sádrokartonem,tudíž je všechno slyšet,když ve vedlejších pokojích probíhají oslavy do ranních hodin,nelze se vyspat.Snídaně je velmi chudá,dostali jsme poukaz v hodnotě 3,5 Eura/osoba/den.Bufet je asi 100 metrů od ubytování. Mohli jsme si vybrat pouze jeden malý pizza koláč,nebo malou sladkou buchtu a kafe,to bylo všechno,pokud jsme chtěli něco jiného,museli jsme si to zaplatit. Takovou snídani v ceně ubytování jsme si opravdu nepředstavovali .

L’emplacement en plein milieu de la ville également puisque nous avons des difficultés pour nous garer tous les jours. Un parking est proposé à 25 euros la journée, mais finalement il est à 35 euros la journée. Nous avons été quatre jours dans la chambre et aucune poubelle n’a été vidée pendant ces jours-là, ni aucun ménage de fait.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Receptionist didn't wait for us so we have to call her. She didn't speak english. There are no parking space, they are promoting local parking dealer for 25,00EUR per night. They have water problems first day due to outdated plumbing.
