The location is amazing, there are plenty activities, the room is cleaned daily.

The property is outdated, the air conditioning system is very loud so we couldn’t sleep well. The food and beverages are various but poor quality. The staff could be more friendly.

The food was amazing. We loved the choice of restaurants. The wait staff in the dining room and restaurants were awesome. The bar tenders were also awesome. We had an over sized party the day of our wedding rehearsal and the wedding reception, but the staff accommodated us none the less. There were three choices of theme restaurants. The food was great. The atmosphere in the restaurants was nice. There was a gift shop on the promises. There was a nightclub with good music. The ocean view rooms were great. We had a great view of the ocean. The day of our wedding the staff provided us with a wedding suite closer to the wedding suite. The wedding went off beautifully. The DJ was great. The photographer was very professional and took multiple pictures for choice that were very professional. The actual ocean view room decor was nice. The ocean was beautiful. The had ample lounge chairs and umbrellas. They had a bar and lunch on the beach. There was a hot tub and cabanas in the pool area. The entertainment by the pool was enjoyable. They had a bar area where you could sit with family and friends. There was nighttime entertainment.

The heck in was a disgrace. I checked in with 19 guests. Along with a tour bus full of Canadian tourists. The lobby was packed with only 5 people checking us all in. Due to the fact that we had so many rooms the staff mixed them up. I was supposed to have a king bed suite and was given two doubles. I also paid for my daughters room. They gave them the wrong room also. I ended up overpaying $300. Due to the fact that the rooms were wrong I sat in the lobby for three hours with them trying to find our correct reservations. I asked for a bracelet for a glass of wine and lunch. They declined due to the fact that I hadn't paid for my room yet. I gave them my credit card to hold. They refused. AND I WAS THE BRIDE, bringing them 26 guests!!!!!! I heard the Canadians also talking about how they got the wrong rooms. Several of my guests complained about the condition of their rooms, from smelling like the sewer, also those rooms had a view of barbed wire with a public road running behind it. To mold in the bathroom, and some of my guests complained about how the rooms were cleaned. To bees flying around our drinks to the point that we had to put a over the top or they would go into the drink. To birds flying through the dining room, which was open air. Beautiful, but a health hazard due to the fact that the birds were eating the food from the buffet. The facilities overall are outdated. The steps needed to be painted. The sliding glass door in our room, as a woman I could hardly open. There were three theme restaurants, but they filled up quickly.

The location and food. I’m a returning customer after 12 years, but this time I was disappointed.

Security. My expensive sunglasses went missing, either from my room or the restaurant and the staff did no effort to help me find it.

I like the beach area where there are hammocks and chairs to rest. There is also a volleyball net for a good game. I love the Soft sand and clear water.

The pool closes at 6pm.

I didn't like the fact that was little policing of the fact that some people left their towels on the chairs by the pool and then disappeared for most of the day. There are however more than enough chairs on the beach in case you couldn't get one by the pool

Some aspects of the room needed updating. Would have been nice to have a chair in the room. As an all-inclusive, would be nice to have fridge stocked with beverages - it was empty.

The Beach and Pool were great! Lots of privacy compared to other beachfront resorts. Not a lot of harassment from locals trying to sell you something. Most of the staff were great, especially the beach/pool bartenders. Give a tip and get treated even better! The entire property is dated, but overall the grounds are nice and clean. The Italian restaurant had pretty good food as well as the Mexican restaurant. Service in both were great! Plenty of seats on the beach to choose from.

The buffet was meh... but for the price, it worked. Most resorts have staff that bring drinks, but they don't here. The wine on tap is not good, but the inside bar isn't far away and those drinks are better. The evening entertainer has a decent voice, but she's a little annoying. Half the time she's trying to get the crowd involved, which is fine, but there's a point where it's not fun anymore and we aren't there to entertain the entertainer. The beds aren't that comfortable, the pillows are small, there are't a lot of towels in the bathroom for a family stay, however you can get more. Most resorts have a welcome cocktail while checking in, but not here. We knew of the 'timeshare' pitch they'd make, so we were able to get out of that quickly, but still found it annoying that we just arrived and want to get settled in and they try to get you to commit to a presentation before you actually get to check the place out. There isn't a lot of shade on the beach, but there is some.

Ich habe um 17 Uhr eingecheckt, keine weiteren Infos, nur suchen sie selber und im 2.Stock. Hilfe durch Bellman..gibt es nicht. Empfang durch das Hotel, 0 Punkte. Wasserauf dem Zimmer fibt es nicht. Warum? Dann ein Zimmer mit Durchgangstür bekommen, als Nachbarn, Spring Break Kids. Ich habe das teuerste Zimmer gebucht!!! Am nächsten Tag mehrmals um Zimmerwechsel gebeten, keine Chance an der Rezeption, obwohl Zimmer auf allen! Buchungsplattformen verfügbar waren. Jeden Abend zur Reption, Party im Nachbarzimmer angezeigt. Das ist ein Problem durch das schlechte Management imHotel. Ich werde, wie andere Gäste auch, an den CEO schreiben. Für mich war dieser Urlaub ein Albtraum durch dieses Zimmer. Achtung, tauchen ist auch nicht möglich. Warum? Viele Gäste haben im vorraus gebucht! Man wird an einen Tauchschule für fast den doppelten Preis vermittelt, auf dem Schiff. Diese Tauchschule ist gefährlich. Buchen Sie auf keinenFall!!! Wie viele andere Gäste auch, es ist eine tolle Anlage mit einem schlechten Management. Auch tägliche Anrufe um 5 pm ob ich mit dem Zimmer ok bin sind eine Frechheit, wenn man bei Problemen ignoriert wird. Geld war es nicht wert!

Dwa prawdziwą margarita jest z solą a ta w hotelu zostawiała dużo do życzenia :( pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z obsługą barowa , która aż tak nie kryła się , że jest nie zadowolona ze swojej pracy .

Increible, no solo el lugar, el personal, la predisposicion de los mismos. La calidad de sus servicios, comida y espectaculos de primer nivel. Realmente es muy recomendable.

The ocean/beach

Staff was not helpful. Gave us a double queen bed when we paid for a king ocean view for our honeymoon. We could see the ocean from our room but wouldn’t call it an ocean view room that we paid extra for. Couldn’t make reservations at restaurants because booked. Told when checking we could do that. Got to room tried to make reservations and all reservations were booked. Had to eat at buffet and eat lukewarm food. Bathroom looked dirty also. The posting listed a mini bar in room. This did not exist. Just a fridge. Definitely not worth the all inclusive price we paid.

A comida podia ter um pouco mais de variedade e disponibilidade (principalmente as sobremesas, que acabavam rapidamente e não tinha reposição suficiente). Em 6 diárias conseguimos marcar somente 2 dias de restaurantes “especiais”.

Wi-Fi non funzionante nell’intera struttura , solo alla sera prendeva, nel balcone della camera 4 nidi di vespe, tolti appena chiesto ma le vespe giganti sono comunque tornate ed hanno cominciato a nidificare….molto pericoloso…quindi abbiamo dovuto tenere sempre la finestra chiusa . Cibo così così .

I liked the beach and food variety at the buffet. I had a lot of fun paddle boarding. I wish I tried the trapeze. After we switched rooms it was way more comfortable and relaxing. View was incredible.

The service we received was not very welcoming. The bartenders were rather slow, and the quality of the drinks was not up to par. Additionally, we found that having a drink anywhere, particularly by the pool or beach, attracted a significant number of bees, which made it quite uncomfortable to enjoy our beverages in those areas. During our honeymoon, we were offered breakfast in our room, which was a unique offering as room service is not typically available. Unfortunately, our order was forgotten, and we waited for several hours for food that never arrived. This was quite disappointing and reflected a concerning level of attentiveness from the staff. At the beginning of our trip, we were invited to a one-hour meeting to discuss a "timeshare" or "membership" opportunity. We are now quite content that we did not choose to participate, for several reasons: 1. On our first night, we were assigned a rather worn room situated directly in front of the pool. This made it impossible to sleep due to a pool party that continued late into the early morning, even on a Monday night. 2. When we requested a room transfer, one staff member repeatedly questioned who had authorized our move. 3. One of the bellhops, whose hair was quite distinctive, exhibited rather unprofessional behavior. (We would like to note that the other bellhop was excellent.) 4. The entertainment provided was clearly low-budget and often quite cringeworthy. 5. Bees were a constant presence. Holding a drink invariably attracted them, and they would swarm around us. Fortunately, I was not stung, but others were. 6. The pool area felt rather small for comfortable relaxation. 7. The jacuzzi was cold. 8. When given times for reservations or activities, these often did not align with what was posted or communicated, and excuses were frequently made as to why we "couldn't" participate. 9. We were only permitted one or two restaurant reservations per week.

The location and Beach are beautiful. The outdoor space is also nice, the pool and the activities provided are cool

The room was actually pretty gross. Upon arrival, there were dead bugs in the room a cup full of cigarette butts, and water on the balcony. The bathroom title was disgusting - the bathroom was small, old, and dirty- broken mirror and title. I honestly preferred to jump in the ocean to clean myself. We survived the 4 days by avoiding our room as much as possible. Also there is not a decent cup of coffee in the entire resort. The in room coffee maker was moldy inside ( no way am I using that). I asked for an americano at the bar and the worker ran hot water over a used portafiller basket for 1 min.. um no thanks- ewww

The beach and outside ground was beautiful. The sand is soft and the water is calm enough to enjoy snorkeling and paddle boarding. All the staff were very kind and helpful rather is was finding our way around the different activities or getting a taxi to the Market.

The rooms were a bit outdated and very basic. We did not spend much time in the room so was not a issue but if you are looking for a new modern room this might not be the place for you.

Didn't get what I pay for, room wasn't clean, and no hot water

We would never stay here again or recommend it to others. The floors in the rooms are always wet because of the AC causing condensation on the floors, mirrors, and windows. The room barely had any light so good luck getting ready. During my stay I slipped and fell multiple times on the hard floor due to the AC wetting the floor and due to one more fall as we were leaving, I will have to see a doctor with a toe injury. The TV in our room was extremely outdated and barely worked—it even shut off completely for an entire night while it rained, leaving us with absolutely nothing to do. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and while the buffet food was decent, it was rarely open when we were actually hungry. They close many times a day. The snack bar, which stays open until 6 PM, only served burgers and hot dogs—and they often ran out. On our last day, a tropical storm hit. Guests were advised to stay indoors, but at one point, the buffet, snack bar, and convenience store were all closed at the same time—leaving absolutely no food options for several hours. Meanwhile, staff were still working out on the beach. They also are unwilling to help with any discounted rates if a natural disaster cancels flights. They will happily leave you stranded even after you spent over 2k at their facility and show no type

Staff (Tacashanae and Jerry) had a horrible and rude attitude. Gave us a twin bedroom when we paid for a king. Then refused to accommodate and referred us to expedia for support. Flies everywhere in the buffet, the food is a 3/10. The two restaurants were terrible as well. I don't write bad reviews, but this one is an exception. We checked out a day early. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Entertainment was really good,very talented people,and the staff was very nice...beach was beautiful, but the Food was lacking everything seemed very generic...We didnt get to experience the reservation restaurants so I cannot review those,but the buffet was left to be desired...

This place is awesome with great food selection

The resort is in desperate need of remodeling or updating. When you arrive you will be met with a salesperson attempting to get you to sit through a sales presentation. If you decline, they will ask over and over. If you still decline, as we did, the sales lady just stared and frowned her face each time she saw us. We normally stay at five star accomodations so I had low expectations coming here and knew that I did not want to buy and of there "timeshare" packages. We reserved a king sized bed and received two double beds. Only 3 bottles of water provided for the entire 6 day stay. You must purchase more water or walk over to the main bar or buffet to fill your own water bottles. The staff was hit or miss. Some of the bartenders had condescinding comments when you requested certain bar drinks. We didnt receive beach towel cards upon arrival and was thoroughly questioned by the towel attendant as if we should have already known the rules. The food was basic bland american food and did not have pescatarian options other than Tilapia. There is no room service so if you want breakfast or lunch, you had to go to the buffet or beachside grill area where there were flies and bees all around. We had to walk down the beach to Clevelands beachside restaurant for good food or go offsite to the marketplace. The power went out one evening and it was very hot! The beach was the very best part of the resort. Crystal clear warm water! We even saw dolphins one morning. I wont be returning.

It was a nice place friendly people but need to do something about the misquotes there. They were horrible. Also need to fix the hot water.

La struttura è molto bella anche se ormai datata e non ben manutenuta. La spiaggia bellissima è molto ben curata. A 2 km di distanza (passeggiata a piedi lungo il bagnasciuga) una delle spiagge più belle mai viste I ragazzi dello staff dell’animazione molto bravi e coinvolgenti, si danno un grandissimo da fare per far sentire tutti coinvolti

La ristorazione è PESSIMA. Davvero si fa fatica sin dalla colazione a trovare qualcosa di buono da mangiare. Completamente disorganizzati anche nelle cose più banali (tipo il pancarrè da una parte e il tostapane in un bancone all’estremo opposto della sala). Poca scelta e dí bassissima qualità. Al secondo giorno vorresti andare a cena altrove. Per fortuna nei 3 ristoranti a tema va un po’ meglio

The resort itself was okay.However, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by how my cousin and I were treated compared to some of the white guests. We noticed a clear difference in the level of attention and friendliness we received from certain staff members, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome at times. While not every staff member behaved this way, the contrast in service was noticeable and disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this property has so much potential, and all guests should feel equally valued and respected.

The beach is really beautiful but the rooms need some updating.

The food options sucked. Shall I say that again? The food options suck. For a 7 day stay we only got to use the actual restaurants 3 times. This was not advertised on their website and we did not learn this until we arrived. You had to make reservations to eat at the restaurant and it was a fight to get that reservation. One lady we met there did not get all 3 of her nights. Once you did get to eat in the restaurant it was just dressed up food from the buffet. Putting a flower on a plate of buffet food is NOT eating in a restaurant you had to fight to get into. In order to eat we had to eat at the terrible buffets. It was so one night we walked off property and went to a local restaurant. We also had to go to a grocery store to get bottled water, it was not provided. I spent a lot of money for a mediocre experience. Stay somewhere else even if it costs more. Not worth it.

Amazing staff. A real effort was made to ensure your stay was great. Beautiful beach.

My sink wouldn’t drain. I called engineering at 7 AM and they knocked on my door at 930 PM after my baby was asleep and woke us up. It took a few hours to get her back to bed. On Mondays they have very loud entertainment till midnight. We were near it and this also woke up my baby. I had to soothe her for an hour and a half until it stopped then it took me an hour to put her back to bed. They ran out of milk in the entire hotel one of the days and well that’s what my baby eats all day. They told me to get in a taxi to get some, it’s about 20 minutes each way. This is how I spent one of my vacation mornings. I’m also 7 months pregnant. I got no sleep and couldn’t even relax due to the milk situation. This is probably the worst vacation I ever had.

We liked that there were different restaurant options for the resort because we didn’t care for the buffet too much. The restaurants were outstanding though! The ladies at the spa were very nice as well. We wish the area they did the shows would have had some ac so we didn’t get overheated. We never got to see any of the shows because it was just too hot. We really enjoyed listening to the lady sing every night. The resort was not over crowded. We had a very nice stay overall. Everyone was very polite!

Location was beautiful but hotel in desperate need of improvement food was very poor always the same nothing different from day to day staff was rude not helpful almost no entertainment after dinner!!

Unclean room. Roaches. Slept with lights on the final night. Water in shower was scalding hot one minute ice cold the next.

The property seemed run down and not too good about letting us know where everything was and times of service, ie shows and buffet. Food was ok. Pool was dirty. Everything at the store was overpriced. Much needed bug spray was $26! The staff was wonderful! Very helpful, social and entertaining! Beautiful beach.

You can’t beat the snorkeling at the resort!! The property itself is fine as is the food. Plan transportation carefully, BOTH WAYS for any off site activities- uber doesn’t exist and it’s not easy to call a taxi!
