Location. Was excellent..surrounded by a park and the Han river. Free room upgrade.! Staff helpful.

스위트룸이 넓고 쾌적하고 아주 좋았어요. 다만 한쪽 방만 한강이 보였던 점이 조금 아쉽지만, 전반적으로 모두 만족해요. 언니들도 모두 너무 행복해 했어요. 예약 했던날 세계불꽃축제 전야제까지 보게 되어 더욱 즐거웠습니다. 다음에 또 이용하고 싶어요.

Not much

Old rooms. Deluxe river view is a bit far off. No shower, just the old standing in bath tub. Smallish room. No teaspoons. No room service. - Really what does it mean to be a FOUR STAR hotel :) Worst: air con is pre set and has 3 settings for wind I guess, low mid and high. Room got both too hot and too cold :) Price way too high. Arrived on bicycles - seemed beneath the dignity of their parking lot attendant to have them on their lot. As it is beneath mine recommending this faux posh bleble.

Sweetに宿泊しましたが天井からのエアコンの匂いが臭くて臭くてそれが参りました。 部屋に入って、すぐの部屋のところがひどかったです。 一応空気清浄機がついていましたので、それをその部屋に持ってきてつけると少しはマシになります。 クイーンベッドの2ベッドルームは3人宿泊には快適でした。 リノベーションされていたので、それ以外は良かったのですが。

Check-in was delayed and had to wait for my room for about 40 minutes. Was promised an upgrade for the inconvenience which I have not received. The AC and lights controls were tedious. Was honestly expecting more from a five star hotel.

今回は汝矣島を満喫したく、また漢江の夜景が見えるところでと思い、ケンジントンホテルを選びました。大正解でした！漢江にも近く夜景も綺麗で、勿論部屋も清潔で、居心地の良いホテルです。ワインもいただきありがとうございました♪ 大事に持って帰りました

あまり悪い所はありませんが、しいて言えば二点ほど シャワーが少し弱いのと、エアコンな風の吹き出し音がけっこう気になるほどザーザーと音がしていました

После бронирования двух Двухместных номеров, спустя время, совершил платеж через booking, после изменения бронирования (добавил по одному гостю в каждый номер, без изменения номеров), изменилась стоимость на 71,44 usd, после произвели списание. Не booking, ни отель не смогли мне помочь с этим вопросом. Booking написал, что они напишут в отель, за письменным подтверждением, отель говорит, что разговаривайте с booking, мы тут не причем. 3 недели, без результата. «Приятным» удивлением оказалось, что номер был не в лучшем состоянии, с учетом того, что брал на одну ночь, оставлю это без дополнительного комментария, на фото прекрасно видно состояние номера в 5-ти звездочном отеле, жаль нельзя загрузить более 4 фото.

벌써 세번째 방문입니다. 여전히 직원분들은 너무 친절하셨고, 문의사항에 적극적으로 대처해 주셨습니다. 한강공원이나 여의도의 다른 명소들과 접근성이 좋아서 저 뿐만 아니라 일행들 모두 만족했습니다.

Rooms a little dark with dark decor

Had reservation for 3 rooms, me and 2 colleagues. One executive room and two standard. The two standard rooms were upgrade to executive without charge, and a very nice happy hour and breakfast also added to one room without charge. A welcome bottle of wine also included. Staff was very friendly as well.

The location of the hotel is great. Just overlooking the Han river.

The hotel has centralised Air con. There were issues with the heating system and the room was not cool enough. When requested to look into it, the solution from the hotel was a pedestal fan.

A very stylish hotel in the traditional upmarket fashion. My room had been renovated and was very comfortable with all the facilities that you could want. A choice of three restaurants are available and I found the quality of the food and its presentation excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful in both the restaurant and the reception desk.

직원들 모두 한결같이 친절하였습니다^^ 가식 아닌 진심으로 응대해주심이 느껴졌습니다👍 (객실선택에 따라)한강을 조망할 수 있을 뿐아니라 한강시민공원과 여의도공원이 5분이내 거리, 주변에 각종 편의시설이 다 갖춰져 있으며 서울의 동서남북 어디든 이동이 용이합니다! 호텔 자체가 클래식하면서 넘 이쁩니다🤩 (분위기가 저에겐 취향저격였어요) 호텔주변이 조용하고 깔끔한 지역이라 강추!! 로비.객실.레스토랑 모두 청결도👍👍👍 침대와 침구도 good! 기본 어메니티와 네스프레스 캡슐커피와 티류도! 기본에 충실하면서도 나에게 휴식같은 시간을 선물하기에 부족함이 없었던 곳이었어요 1박 더 하고 싶었어요~~~ 식음료 파트(웰컴티타임&해피아워&조식). 너무 과하지 않고 적당히 알맞으면서 넉넉하여 맛나고 즐거운 시간 보낼 수 있었답니다!! 기념일 맞아 남편출장일정이 겹쳐 예약하고 방문하였는데요 너무나 만족스러운 시간 보냈습니다🌈 저녁시간 한강.달빛크루즈도 예약(타사이트)하여 함께 이용할 수 있어서 여의도는 더욱 특별하였답니다🤩

냉방이 중앙조절식이라 온도조절이 개별로 안되어 (바람세기는 약간 조절이 가능함) 저는 딱 괜찮았는데 열이 많은 남편은 역시 잠깐씩 덥다고 느끼더라구요(이용일 6/21~22 기준) 다행히 바깥바람이 불어주어서 해결하긴 했답니다^^ ✅️한여름에는 에어컨을 더 낮은온도로 틀어줄거라 예상합니다만 체질에 따라 케이스가 다 다를 수 있으니 객실별 온도조절이 (이용 시기별로)몇도 사이정도는 조절이 가능하면 좋겠다 싶긴했어요 + 켄싱턴 호텔의 문화가 오래도록 그 자리에서 지켜지고 해가 가도 변함없이 기다려주는 그런 장소였음하고 바래봅니다🌸

Wir wurden auf ein Zimmer mit Flussblick hoch gestuft. Dafür lieben Dank! Um zum Hangang zu kommen, brauchte man nur 5 Minuten laufen. Für das Auto gab es einen Parkplatz.

Das Frühstück bzw. das Buffet war aussergewöhnlich reichhaltig, entsprach aber nicht den Bildern, die man davon im Hotel sah.

The hotel has a comfortable, luxurious feel and the overall quality of the stay was excellent. The location was very convenient, the internet was fast and reliable, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I would especially like to mention Kim Bohyun at reception, who provided excellent service and made a very positive impression.

There was very little that I did not like. Overall, my stay was smooth and enjoyable, and the hotel met a very high standard. I would only suggest continuing to maintain the same strong level of service and guest attention.

The location was good

It was unfortunate that there was no AC control inside the room. Also the second day of stay, the room service was not done and had to call for it.

When mugs in room were used they were not washed The sponge and vanity pack were not put in room unless asked The room and bathroom didn’t seem to be cleaned or swept Carpet outside rooms glaringly dirty Kensington never used to be like this, what has happened to housekeeping

Deram-me um quarto maior do que eu tinha reservado . O quarto tinha excelente qualidade e vários itens que nos fazem sentir confortável. Máquina de café expresso no quarto , secador , ferro de engomar….. tranquilo e limpo . Muito perto do rio Han e com vista para o rio . Perto de lojas de conveniência e restaurantes … super recomendo

Nada a apontar de negativo!

The breakfast was excellent and the location was vey convenient for public transport, particularly the Airport bus.

Genie, a staff member we saw at breakfast/Broadway and in the New York restaurant was the best thing about the whole experience! She went out of her way to make our stay memorable and nice! On several days the breakfast at broadway, which we had prebooked for our stay, was overrun and there was either a waiting time or empty food trays/drink stations. But Genie always made sure to bring us food or drinks to the table or even brought us to go boxes for the last day before check out. Such a lovely person! The room was nice, big and clean. And a nice bathtub. The hotel is near Yoido Park and IFC mall.

The cleaning lady accidentally took my pajamas, and it took 3 days to get it back. And not even cleaned or a complimentary gift/ token of apology was given. It was a bit disappointing. But the worst experience was a male staff member at the restaurant at the 14. Floor. He almost refused my sister and niece away because of their looks and belittled them. We had been traveling from Busan to Seoul that day in heavy rain and was looking forward to dinner with a view. Unfortunately they went ahead without me, because I was outside smoking before joining them. My sister and niece had changed to dry clothes, but was maybe still looking a bit tired from the trip. But the male staff member questioned my sister if she/we could even afford eating there. The price was 39.900 KRW pr person including drinks - which is quite cheap compared to danish prices. And only a few days before we had dinner at the New York restaurant and used about 200.000 KRW in the same hotel. That felt like quite an insult! He could instead have told if there was a dress code… instead we went out to eat Korean BBQ and spend almost 300.000 KRW, so that was their loss. A dinner at their place would have cost us about 120.000 KRW just to compare. I hope it was a one time experience, because it reflects badly on their reputation for the guests. The room didn’t have sound proof windows, so quite a bit noise from outside. And the door had a crack under it so we could hear the noises from the hallway very loudly. And the walls thin so we could hear the other guests arguing and a child crying loudly. Overall, it was not quite what you expect from a 4 star hotel. It felt more like a 3 star hotel. But because of the staff member Genie it was all bearable- she is worth 5 stars alone ⭐️

위치 굿! 국회의사당역 인근. 한강공원 인근이라 너무 편했어요. 전체적 시설은 엄청 클래식하고 유럽 호텔온줄 알았어요. 조식 맛있고 체크인아웃 너무 편하고 직원분들도 너무 친절하세요. 침대 매트리스도 굿!! 입니다. 좋은 프로모션 있다면 재방문입니다.

특별히 없으나 수압이 약하다? 정도 입니다.

汝矣島公園も近くにありとても便利です。コンビニもあります。 裏通りにはカフェやレストランも多く大変良かったです。 IFCモールやザ現代にも徒歩で行けます。空港行きのバスもホテルの前から乗れてとても便利です。 従業員の方も日本語がとても上手で キムポーヒョンさんが親切に対応して下さり感謝です。また利用したいです。 お部屋もとても綺麗でした。

모두 친절하시고 불편함 없이 조용히 잘 이용하고 갑니다. 위치가 한강 및 여의도 공원이 가깝고 저녁에는 동네 특성상 다들 퇴근하기 때문에 술집이 별로 없어서 조용해서 숙소로써 정말 좋았습니다.

숙소 옆 편의점이 있긴 한데 일찍닫는듯 하여 밤에 급하게 필요한 물품을 사기가 조금 불편한 면이 있어 아쉬웠으나 숙소 자체의 문제는 아니기 때문에 괜찮았습니다. 미리 필요한 물품이 있다면 밤늦게 말고 개인이 미리 구비해 두시는게 좋습니다

The location was quiet and next to the park and Hyundai mall. The public areas were well kept and staff were friendly. Whilst the fitness centre was small, it was well maintained and never busy.

The first room was terrible - broken furniture, missing furniture with a giant gap in the room, horrible view and painted very darkly so even with the blinds open, it’s miserable. The floor was dirty and not vacuumed. As soon as I closed the door the first time, an electrical device crashed on the floor (some sort of drilled up torch). When I complained, I was put in the room next door. The missing tables and armchairs were in this room, but no ironing board, no iron, no teas, only 2 coffee sachets. It was still dirty, but a little less damage to furniture. I was rushing to a meeting so had no time to change again, and had to leave with crumpled clothes because it took 40 minutes for another ironing board to come - and it came without an iron! Both rooms were covered in stickers on furniture and walls. Every time the room was made up, they would not clear away a dirty cup in the middle of the room.

- dirty sheet with stains - bar fridge didn’t work - toilet was wobbly We ended up having to change rooms as they couldn’t find someone to change the sheet, and the toilet was a safety hazard. To their credit, the staff were helpful. The air conditioning isn’t great either. Can’t control temperature. It’s either on or off, of on doesn’t work as well as an open window.

Location and design

Very average service, no concierge, very poor and repetitive food, no in room service to clean. If you order food from outside, they don’t give you any spoon or cutlery. The bathroom showers are so slow and weak, it’ll take you 2x more to bathe. Not at all worth the price tag.

Easy to reach from the airport by airport bus, the bus literally stops in front of of the door. The ambience and facilities are great. The restaurant is very nice. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous.

It's not a great location for sightseeing in seoul. Most of the major attractions are away.

location was relatively central for access to airport and then sites, but not in the middle of things. Quiet at night. Clean, modern decor. The airport bus picks up in front of the hotel. Easy walk to the river and to stroll to the park and see the cherry blossoms.

once you open 2 suitcases from two people, the room is tight.

Redemption was great and made me feel welcome and easy.

시설은 오래 되었지만 깨끗하게 관리가 되어있는 것 같아요. 데스크가 있어서 잠시 일하는 데 편했어요. 그리고 거울도 커서 맘에 들었어요. 역에서 좀 떨어져 있지만 차로 이동해서 위치가 좋았어요. 종로나 광화문 쪽으로 가기도 편했어요. 그리고 공항버스로 바로 앞에서 탈 수 있는 것 같아요. 발렛직원도 친절하고 주차도 편하게 했어요. 무엇보다도 프로트 직원도 친절했어요. 옷걸이가 많은게 은근 편했어요.

인터넷선이 빠져있어서 처음엔 당황했어요. 숙박전 체크 되었으면 해요. 2박에 하루는 나갔다 왔는데 엘레베이터에 카드가 작동 안해서 프론트에서 기다려서 다시 받았어요. 그리고 전원카드를 꼽아뒀는데 없어졌어요. 직원이 바로 다시 가져다 주었지만 뭔가 착오가 있었던거 같아요. 중앙냉풍기? 더워서 수동으로 강하개 켰더니생각보다 냄새가 고약해서 머리가 아팠던 거 같아요. 냉장고에 물이 얼정도로 많이 쎘어요. 넣어둔 과일이 얼어서 하나는 버렸거든요.
