My partner was disturbed by the smell and was unable to stay. We moved to a different hotel. The hotel Felmis was very gracious about it.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026נקי מאוד. נוח, הכל ממש כמו שצריך וכמו שבנאדם מצפה לקבל תמורת 120 דולר או כמה שזה היה. ישנתי מצויין, וללא הפרעה. יש WiFi, הכל מתוקתק. המזגן עובד טוב. יחסית קרוב לתחנה המרכזית של הרכבות. 20 דקות באטובוס. הקבלה היתה חמה וחברית.
זה קומה 3 בבניין של 2 קומות, אז זאת עליית גג (attic), ואין מעלית לשם, אלא ברגל מקומה 2. לא הצלחתי לשנות את המזגן לחום.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026We had a room with a view of Mt Pilatus. Standing at the bus stop waiting to go into Lucerne the view was also amazing. The breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. They have air conditioning!!
It was a bit confusing about where to park but it turned out to be simple. The rooms are not as large but it was perfect for us. They have a small elevator but that didn’t create any issues.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Sehr nettes Hotel mit persönlichem Service. Gutes Restaurant, im Sommer auf der Terrasse. Großer privater kostenloser Parkplatz. Mit Gästekarte in 20 min kostenlos per Bus zur Innenstadt Luzern. Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Besser geht's nicht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis war mehr als in Ordnung, aber nicht günstig, was man in der Schweiz auch selten erwarten darf

The area was calm and peaceful, and the air was crisp. The room was nice, especially with the wood floors. The staff on the property were nice. The dinner was delicious and the breakfast was tasty as well.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Family run hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly for our whole stay. It was spotless clean and the restaurant food was delicious. They had a lot of gluten free choices, which is very safe for ceoliacs. The bus service to Luzerne #21 was excellen and it is right outside the hotel. The bus can take you to Luzerne or to Horw train station in 20 mins. The hotel is in a semi rural location with glorious views. We will definitely stay at Hotel Felmis again. Thank you to Patrick, Ivo and all the staff who made out stay so pleasant and memorable.
Morning traffic can be busy in Felmis, if you are sleeping late you will hear the morning traffic, if your room is at the front of the hotel. However, even though our room was at the front, the view from our room was very beautiful, you could see Mount Pilatus, photo attached.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Great accommodation just 20 minutes by bus from the city centre. The reception staff were very kind and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable, there is also free parking available opposite the hotel. The breakfast was delicious (with the option to eat outside on the terrace), and the dinners at the hotel restaurant were excellent as well (compliments to the chef!). We would definitely stay here again!

Too much light from the windows. They should use better solutions. In the night the light from the street, they time the sun. If you like a proper dark room when you sleep it could be an issue.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Every thing It’s one of the best stays, we loved the hotel to the max. Very close to the lake and the hotel offers free electric scooter during the stay with no time limit. Every single detail was nice and organized Big thank to all the team and especially to Mr. Patrik who helped us a lot during our stay. The hotel is few meter away from the bus stop ( number 21) which is connected the hotel with the train station and city center. There is a cozy and beautiful restaurent in the hotel which serves so delicious food and drinks. We are going to make it again every time we visit lucern
