-coussin et matelas trop mou - chambre chaude , pas possibilité de l’aérer sans qu’un moustique ne rentre et bourdonne toute la nuit dans nos oreilles - équipement faible ( sèche cheveux qui surchauffe et ne fonctionne plus au bout de 6 minutes) - proposition de snacks payants mais ne met pas en avant la pancarte avec les prix. - trop cher - parking payant + frais de séjours

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Location - lakeside. Gorgeous views of lake and mountain. The breakfast was excellent.
Room was hot, only a small fan. Shower head is the kind that shoots out water in a forceful uncomfortable way. Beds are not truly queen or king - only two twins pushed together with the gap in the center. Lack of outlets - had to unplug lights to use an outlet. Also, wasted money on a bus because staff told me that the pass didn’t cover transportation, which I figured out later wasn’t true. It does give free bus rides. Construction noise started next door at 7 am! Seems they should’ve revealed this one of the few times we communicated before I made the reservation.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Mali sme izbu s balkónom , ktorý bol voľne otvorený k schodisku únikového východu , takže bol na ňu voľný prístup . Večerné a nočné teploty boli vysoké, nakoľko izba nemala klimatizáciu , o čom sme boli informovaní s popisu ubytovania. Mali sme veľký strach mať otvorené balkónové dvere / nedalo sa otvoriť okno/ aj keď sme na recepcii boli ubezpečení, že je to bezpečná lokalita , spánok bol nekomfortný. Na recepcii nám povedali , že nemajú voľnú izbu na výmenu, hoci sa hotel nezdal byť preplnený. Asi by bolo vhodné o tomto informovať dopredu , určite by som si potom toto ubytovanie neobjednal. Pritom cena za ubytovanie nebola nízka!!!

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Heerlijke ligging aan het water, ruime kamer, goede bedden, uitgebreid ontbijt en je bent binnen 10 minuten in de stad Luzern. Zeer aardige receptioniste met goede tip voor restaurant in Luzern. Rustig gelegen aan doodlopende weg. Fietsen huren via Nextbike, niet elektrisch maar prima te doen om zo naar Luzern te fietsen of rondom het meer te verkennen.
Jammer dat het restaurant precies de 2 dagen dat we daar waren dicht was (ma en di). Parkeren moet je apart betalen, maar dat hebben we bij elk hotel in Zwitserland gehad dus is blijkbaar heel gangbaar. De kamerprijs is voor ons Nederlanders aan de hoge kant.

El hotel está muy bien, pero no parecía de 4 estrellas. lLas habitaciones son muy de los 80’s, les falta actualizar las habitaciones, no tenía aire acondicionado, entiendo que es una zona fresca y no es necesario. había un ventilador de mesa, no es digno de un hotel de 4 estrellas,podrían poner un ventilador de techo y queda más elegante. El desayuno era un poco justo. Simplemente correcto , pero para un hotel de 4 estrellas

Objednali jsme si pokoj pro 3 dospělé osoby. Třetí postel byla přistýlka, na které se nedalo ležet. V blízkosti hotelu je výjezd z tunelu rušné silnice a celou noc pokoj osvetluji světla projizdejicich aut. Zatáhnout závěs neni v horkých dnech možné, pokoj nema klimatizaci a jedine větrání je oknem a balkonovymi dveřmi. K dispozici je pouze malý větráček, což je nedostatečné. Prožita noc byla za trest. Ukončili jsme pobyt předčasně. Hotel ma v popisu řádně uvedeno, ze je v pokoji pouze větráček, což jsme přehlédli, tudíž to zde uvadime pouze jako upozornění. V letních horkých dnech pobyt zvažte.

But besides that the restaurant didnt really have much vegetarian options for dinner etc. The place is slightly far from lucerne train station but you can easily reach close-by using a bus and then a short walk - small price to pay to be away from crowded places.
Not sure if it was worth the money we paid, but nonetheless, a beautiful place with a nice view.

Four Stars Hotel without Air Conditioning that was a surprise and disappointing in this hot Summer....even I noticed that the hotel was mentioning it...before but I didnt check because I thought 4 stars hotel these things are normal to have...2nd Uber is hard to get to come to pick you up...so u need to have ur Trip planned and schedule a Taxi early for it or walk 8 mins to the bus stop to go back to the City...finally garden/city view its a parking view 😅😅😅

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026L'emplacement à côté de Luzern est super et calme. La vue sur le lac est exceptionnelle. Le personnel est gentil et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, avec balcon (côté lac).
Le rapport qualité/prix. L'hôtel est affiché comme un quatre étoiles mais il n'y a par exemple pas d'air conditionné dans l'hôtel (ce qui est un must surtout par temps de canicule). L'hôtel mériterait une remise au goût du jour (baignoire avec vieille douche, wc dans la salle de bain, table de nuit qui penche, éclairage dans salle de bain qui chauffe). La plage d'accès au lac est sans ombre et l'accès au lac lui-même est plein d'algues et à côté des bateaux. Le restaurant est très cher et de qualité très moyenne. Parking payant.

Man staunt, dass ein Hotel dieser Klasse immer noch keine Klimatisierung der Zimmer aufweist. Ein Ventilator ist wenig hilfreich.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Vriendelijk personeel en zeer behulpzaam! De baas had de gouden oorring van mijn vrouw uit de putje gehaald. Wat niet makkelijk was! Super ontbijt en fantastisch uitzicht!
Het enige wat ontbreekt is een airconditioner. Vooral in de hete zomer is de kamer best heet. En de hoofdkussen mogen wat harder.

Lovely, friendly staff spoke good English. Close to the bus route directly to the train station so travelling around was easy. Lovely walks in the forest directly from the hotel.
The use of paddle boats or stand up board for the Lake would have been fun.

الفندق بشكل عام متوسط ولا يرقى إلى مستوى التوقعات مقارنة بموقعه وقيمة المبلغ المدفوع. عند الوصول لم أجد موظفة الاستقبال، واضطررت للبحث عنها في أرجاء الفندق حتى وجدتها داخل مطعم الفندق. كما لا توجد خدمة لحمل الحقائب، حيث يتوجب على النزيل نقل أمتعته بنفسه، وهذا لا يليق بفندق يقدم نفسه بهذه الفئة. مدخل الفندق ضيق جدًا، وعلى جانبه الأيمن حاويات نفايات كبيرة، بينما تصطف السيارات على الجانب الأيسر، مما تسبب في اصطدام المرآة الجانبية لسيارتي بإحدى الحاويات. هذا المنظر غير مناسب إطلاقًا لواجهة الفندق ويعكس ضعفًا في إدارة المرافق. وعند طلب مكواة للملابس، أبلغوني بأنه لا يمكن إحضارها إلى الغرفة، وأنه يجب علي النزول إلى غرفة كي في الطابق السفلي. الوقوف بمفردي في غرفة تحت الأرض كان أمرًا غير مريح ومثيرًا للقلق، وكان من المفترض توفير هذه الخدمة داخل الغرفة أو على الأقل بطريقة أكثر احترامًا لراحة النزلاء. بشكل عام كانت تجربة مخيبة للآمال، ولا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Here’s a polished version with your additions: I loved this location! It was amazing being right on the lake. You can go for a swim anytime and stay as long as you like. The beach was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and on-site parking was available for a small fee. The breakfast was very good and was served on a beautiful patio overlooking the lake, which made for a great start to the day. The hotel is also conveniently located near Bus 20, which takes you directly to Lucerne city center in just a few minutes. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.
Like many places in Europe, the hotel does not have air conditioning. However, during our stay the weather was comfortable and it was not too hot, so this was not an issue for us. We were able to enjoy our stay and relax in the beautiful surroundings.
