Susan was lovely and the lady serving us breakfast was also really nice! Great ladies and they are very welcoming. The room was cute, It had a bed and breakfast feel. Plenty Parking.

Bed just was a little small (especially for my 6"2 husband and a little soft. We just didnt have room to put 2 luggages without moving their furniture. We made it work 😊

Zimmergröße war in Ordnung, Frühstück ausreichend. Ein netter Pub ist fussläufig in 20min zu erreichen.

It was in a good location. Easy booking in. Comfortable bed and a good breakfast.

The room was a little tired , needing updating. A very basic tea tray. Poor water pressure in the bathroom sink but not in the shower, which was good.

room was great and clean. Tea and coffee provided. Bed was smaller than we are used to, but very comfy. Breakfast was delicious. It definitely made it all worthwhile!!! And as we were leaving early the 2nd morning they made us breakfast to go!!! That was really appreciated!!!

Vandtrykket på badeværelset var ikke eksisterende der var ikke dynebetræk på dynen men et lagen det var faktisk ulækkert at vågne op om morgenen og opdage at man lå med dynen uden betræk det er der sikkert også mange andre gæster der har gjort Morgenmaden var der , møbler til morgenmaden var ved at falde fra hinanden Det virkede som om at dem der havde stedet havde mistet gejsten

Susan è stata un host davvero ospitale, gentile e disponibile si è occupata di ogni mostra esigenza (anche la sera tardi quando le ho chiesto una coperta). La stanza era pulita e accogliente con una vista a dir poco adorabile. La casa si trova accanto a un supermercato piccolino e a soli 5 Min in auto c'è la stazione con treni che portano in centro a Belfast in 15 Min.

Se proprio devo trovare una piccola pecca riguarda il lavandino della camera che essendo molto piccolo risulta un po' difficile da usare. Ma è veramente una minuzia.

Overdale was a cosy stay, with lovely staff, and great facilities! The breakfast was brilliant and our stay was fantastic!

It was nice to have a proper sitting area in the room that we were in, although there was a proper lounge available downstairs as well. The place was clean and quiet and the breakfast was very good.

First impression was that the place needed a little updating (inside it looks a little 70's). Some of the car parking spaces were a bit tight.

Breakfast was not served until 8am, which was too late for me as a business traveller. The location was a bit too far to walk from Lisburn railway station with luggage, and although there were buses, the times in the morning weren't that convenient because of the rather late breakfast. My room was comfortable for just me but a larger person would have found the bedroom and bathroom a very tight fit.

We were only there for one evening to catch the ferry.Susan was lovely. Liked that they had a small bar area with fridge and glasses of a comfortable lounge area and garden seating. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable, downside was radiator was on couldn’t get behind bed to turn off but there was a fan. But would be happy to stay again

Le fait qu'il y ait un parking.la chambre était très confortable et le petit déjeuner était vraiment très bien.

Il n'y a pas de bus le dimanche qui dessert Lisburn à Belfast mais ça n'a rien avoir avec l'établissement.

Immediately the room was lovely, clean and very comfortable. Easy welcome and access to room. Nice lounge if needed and outdoor area in good weather. I didn’t have a car but enough parking. Handy to Lambeg train station (20 min walk)which links you to Belfast and beyond. I don’t normally opt for breakfast as it can be early, but it was included, and I did need to be on the road am. Now breakfast is amazing. Guests were impressed. Plenty of options(including veggie). Top quality cooking and no skimping on portions. Decaff coffee available and although none in the room, I was given some when mentioned. Shower was nice. There’s not a lot to do locally, but you’re near the frequent train. Easy taxi to Belfast International 30 mins, £25. Bed very comfy.

Like many converted dwellings soundproofing is problematic, as noise sensitive I rely on quiet fellow guests. In my experience there were early starters and associated noise, but not excessive. When I was up early it was difficult to regulate the shower, I guess due to multiple water use. But when not early it was fine.

Breakfast was excellent - great choices and clean, bright, comfortable breakfast room. Staff were very friendly and attentive - needed to arrive early to change for a funeral and this was not a problem - also was able to leave our car in the car park for a couple of hours after check-out - excellent.

Room was a little 'tired' but super clean and absolutely did the job for a 1 night stay

Location & comfort

Breakfast could be available until 10am so that I didn’t have to get up early.

I was given a warm welcome and greeted by Susan on arrival and given a little tour of the lounge, bar and breakfast room before being shown my room. I was in room 7 on the ground floor. The room was clean. It was a double room with ensuite shower over a bath. Windows were open upon my arrival and the room was aired. As it was reasonably warm, I left the windows open for my stay. I sat outside on the chairs on arrival. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. There is everything from a selection of cereals to toast and spreads, cooked breakfasts and even the special French toast although on both mornings there was no natural Greek yoghurt to have with it, so I opted for bacon. The room was comfortable for the two nights.

The room appeared to need a little tlc and showed signs of suffering from damp although it did not smell. There were several moisture removers located in the room tucked neatly out of the way. The wall behind the television has been stained/darkened quite heavily from what appears to be a leak from above. The bathroom extract fan did not work. Some of the pillow cases were not white like the others and had an offwhite colour, this was perhaps to differentiate between pillow types, although my preference would be all white.

The house was lovely. Outside seating. Breakfast was just lovely. I just haven’t enough words to describe this place. Beautiful. I highly recommend this place
