Premier Inn Lisburn

Sehr zentrale Lage, tolles Hotel.

In der Dusche war Schimmel.

Lage , Personal

Sauberkeit! Klimaanlage!

This is a modern and clean hotel. The city center is a 20-minute walk away. The street is noisy, but closed windows provide silence. Air conditioning and WI-FI work very well. Comfortable beds and two types of pillows. Everything corresponded to the photos on the Booking. Lots of high-speed elevators. The breakfast –ok. The restaurant has many tables and there's no line for food. Convenient parking (but you can't reserve a space in advance). The staff is friendly and helpful. No problem with payment. Check out at 12.00 Snacks are available for purchase near reception.

The room for three people is very small. There is little space to store things and clothes. Glass door in the bathroom. Mold in the bathroom. A beautiful view from the window, ruined by the dirt on the windows.

Personal sehr freundlich

Amazing view from the room, cozy bed and clean bathroom

Dirty carpets

Alles sehr gut, weiterzuempfehlen für eine Städtereise

…

…

That there was a safe so I can not worry that something will get lost

Honestly nothing

READ THIS BEFORE EVEN CHECKING ANY ROOM I made a reservation of a room at this place and added my Austrian erste Bank debit card as payment. Next day I got a message that my card is not acceptable and I reached them and they told me explicitly add a credit card, because they can ONLY make the payment through that. I decided to cancel my booking then. The instant that I cancelled my payment, I got cut 90% of the room reservation cost, even though they told me they can not accept my card! I then called them, and they first direct you an extremely useless AI agent, so they can make you frustrated and waste your time, finally I was passed to a person, and they did not take any responsibility regarding my case, and after 5 minutes of argument they put the phone on the table and put me on hold and fully ignored me for the rest of the call (10 more minutes of no response), until I gave up and got frustrated and stopped the call! this is my experience with this people, who have NO respect for costumer and they really do not care about costumer, just for your money. If you want to make a reservation here, DO reconsider your decision, there are far better places in cologne to stay, so you do not need to deal with unprofessional, disrespectful and ignorant people.

Lage und Parkmöglichkeiten waren in Ordnung

Zimmer war extrem eng für 3 Personen. Eigentlich unzumutbar.

It was clean, staff were nice and it was easy to access public transport

Posizione centrale, ottima colazione, pulizia superlativa.

Comfortable bed

Shower only had one heat setting and leaked onto the bathroom floor. There were also stains on the bedroom floor. Also no real desk in the room which made it difficult to work.

Good price for good location

Small room

I dont make breakfeast

Pior noite no país!!!

Nice views from the windows. Very good location. Safe car park. Helpful staff. Lots of choice breakfasts.

Air-conditioning was not working properly and no fridge for drinks.

Calidad precio me pareció justa.

Gut erreichbar mit dem Auto. Zentrale Lage.

Parkplatzeinfahrt etwas eng.

Everything we needed. Great views of Koln from the 16th floor! Room was small but very well laid out; excellent shower. Very good air con.

A little bit further out than we'd have liked but city centre an easy walk. A bit noisy as close to tramline/major road but windows kept out most noise.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff is really kind and helpful. The hotel itself is within walking distance of the centre of Cologne but the metro station is near the hotel so you have the possibility to take the U-bahn as well. There is a park with a playground a few hundred metres away from the hotel so that was great in our case since we were travelling with our 8 year old son. The room was clean and comfortable and more than we expected for the price paid.

/

Lokacija patogi, personalas super malonus, numeris švarus

Everything was a 10/10, but if I could give a higher score, I would give it to the staff especially the kind and cheerful gentleman who welcomed us at reception. He was absolutely wonderful. At our request, he kindly changed our rooms to a higher floor without any hesitation or complaint, and he did it with such warmth and kindness. Thank you

Nothing

Really good location, great breakfast

Room too small, extra payment for parking

Jeden nocleg w trakcie podróży. Dobre śniadanie, wygodne łóżka.

Nic

After 13 hours of travelling, I made a small mistake when booking the hotel. I needed a room for the night from the 15th to the 16th, but by mistake I booked the 18th to the 19th. When I explained the situation at reception, the receptionist was extremely unfriendly and disrespectful. He laughed at me and told me that I should be more careful about what I was doing next time. He dismissed me in a very rude manner, leaving me with no choice but to book another hotel, where the staff were very kind and helpful. What makes the situation even worse is that, despite knowing about my situation, Premier Inn still charged my account the following day. The staff were extremely rude, arrogant and completely unwilling to help. After this experience, I will never stay at Premier Inn again.

nothing arogant reception arogant manager

The staff were very friendly and hotel had a 24 bar

Size of the room

Sehr sauber, Bett kannst du richtig schlafen,, alles wa Super 🤗

Petit déjeuner Confortable

Proche route passante bruit incessant de voiture

Good Location & good breakfast

Pulito accogliente

Camera veramente troppo piccola x 3 persone

No podes circular. Falta frigobar.

Breakfast was good, there was parking on site, staff were friendly.

Room was smaller than expected.

Cleaning ness

Everything is good

Ontvangst was hartelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer was comfortabel genoeg. Fijne doucheruimte. Goede airco. Schoon.

Medewerkers spreken slecht/gebrekkig Duits of Engels.

Gute Lage, Preis-Leistung fair, saubere Zimmer

Breakfast very good; generally all items available although on the last day they ran out of all juice! Good number of coffee stations which meant that queues did not build up for coffee - an improvement on all the other hotels we stayed at during this trip.

Nothing that the hotel can do anything about, but as a pedestrian it was tricky to get directly away from the hotel because of the inner ring road and the nearest public transport that ran continuously throughout the day was about a 10 - 15 minute walk which given the heat wave was at times a bit of a push.

Amazing breakfast options
