Didn’t have breakfast
Check in staff were unreal. Real credit to the hotel
Room 139 needs shower anti slip mat. Other than that perfect
Superb
Nothing
Location, clean, comfortable.
No one at service desk at 3pm check in time . No reduced rate on parking . Breakfast was not great but eatable, was bit cold , even the coffee.
Special mention to Tony at reception the personal attention to guest at check makes such a difference. His friendly manner & helpfulness is what every hotel reception needs!
Everything was great the bed were massive and extremely comfortable.
Nothing great stay
The staff were so welcoming at lovely at all points during the stay and made it feel premium right from the start. The lobby and bar are beautiful but it was really the staff who set the atmosphere. Having an apartment so central with washing/drying facilities was excellent.
The one thing that would put us off a more extended stay was that the living room area wasn’t very comfortable. The little sofa bed is very stiff and not inviting and so far away from the TV that we didn’t even bother and watched the iPad in bed instead when we wanted a chill moment. And then the issue there was that there is no real window in the bedroom for natural light, but understandably this is difficult to change with the apartment layout. If it had a comfier sofa and set up we’d rebook this place as a base for visiting family and arranging our NI wedding in a heartbeat!
Friendly staff and very comfortable room

Little
Clean room, room cleaned every day, hair dryer in room
Car parking not included, breakfast very expensive, no chairs to sit on in the room, can't open the windows (room got very hot and stuffy)
Staff and cleanliness
Beer was flat
Excellent location near city centre and only 7 mins walk from the railway station. I was running late due to a plane delay so rang to advise and was told 'no problem'. Having arrived at about 10:15pm Tony on reception booked me in and then showed me places nearby I could get food. He also advised that I could save myself £2.50 on breakfast in I paid for it that evening which I did! The room was nice, very comfortable and clean and quiet despite overlooking a busy road. Breakfast was good and buffet style.
The only minor thing was that tea was made in a boiler and you just used a tap to fill your cup - this lead to it being a little stewed unless you got in quick when it was first made!
Excellent air con. Very comfy bed. Really clean rooms. Great towel size (hotel towels never fit me). Nice check in staff. Good location.
Terrible breakfast. I was told breakfast ran until 11am. I waited until 10.30am as the medication I take makes me feel ill in the mornings and I was waiting to feel better before eating. I came down just before 10.30 and the buffet was empty. I was told I could order from the menu. Food was ok but not great. I wasnt impressed that the pasties and fruit selection and all the extras were basically empty too. Very poor. One of the things I love about a hotel stay is the breakfast. Not great. I also think that given that the hotel is attached to a carpark, I think hotel residents should be able to park for free or at the very least be offered a discount.
Great rooms and good breakfast with a convenient location.
Nothing to dislike
Breakfast self service and good choice of fresh mixed fruit bowls and a tasty hot fry up Irish breakfast too , waiters attending to your every need.
Paid parking above ground beside hotel great but need to tell guests public parking available under hotel too with lift up to hotel.
Nice comfortable rooms and excellent shower
Breakfast was ok but not a great choice and the coffee was cold also toaster took forever and only a 2 slice one for the whole restaurant
Breakfast buffet area a little limited. Coffee weak. Otherwise food good.
Bathroom needs a little refresh. Chewing gum under the table in bar area spoiled my daughter’s trousers.
Very clean , spacious and comfortable room Good size bathroom tea and coffee also available
Breakfast buffet could be filled up more often , when we arrive was not much stuff there and you have to keep asking staff for it - hot buffet like warm
Comfort and good locality. Staff friendly especially the male receptionist
Breakfast !!!! First of all the tea was in a container cold and stewed. The hostess wasn’t welcoming saying just help yourself. It was a 10am as we approached the buffet food there were two serving spoons both congealed with egg and beans. The buffet containers lacked attention as a result we walked out and had breakfast in Lisburn town. Also the milk was just sitting in a jug not refrigerated. Should we stay there again we will definitely not have breakfast at the hotel

Gorgeous small hotel. Great location. Only stayed one night. Room was spotless and was perfect.
Nothing - was very impressed.
They have done a lovely renovation of what I'm presuming was an old building, big very comfortable bed, good quality coffee in room, bottles of water etc, didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.
Tiny little thing, the art deco radio on locker looked great but meant you had nowhere to put phone/coffee cup
Clean & convenient. Easy access to the town’s amenities.
Helpful and polite staff. Clean room
Clean and comfortable.
Coffee maker not working.
Exceptional staff - so friendly and helpful. Ideal location and room was very clean.
Convenient for the Lisburn area and great if you have a car to go explore the inner city area in more affordable accommodation. Hotel was clean and staff very helpful and friendly.
Not the best area for food and public transport later in the evening
Great location. Very friendly helpful staff
Nothing
Its location how quiet it was and how clean the hotel was
Nothing
I liked The Gym and the lovely bedroom with two and biscuits.
Nothing I didn't like.
Staff were good. Room was great, bed very comfy. Excellent value for money.
Didn’t book breakfast
City centre located
Rooms had an awful smell from the toilets. The throw in our bed had a big yellow stain on it. We were attending a wedding and when we came back in that night the guy who greeted us seemed annoyed that we were coming in it felt like we should t have been out late!!
Central to what I needed
TV was to big for were it was placed
We loved yhe apartment. It was so comfy and had everything we needed. The staff were amazing. We will definitely come back to stay again
El hotel es super cómodo y pulcro!, excelente ubicación y el personal es MUY amable! Experiencia 100 % repetible!!!

No drawers to put clothes out of suitcase
Es grande limpio y la atencion es buena
Me gusta todo
Nice location nice staff
No food or restaurant after 5pm , cleaning staff woke me before 10am
Central location, good coffee machine in room Good staff interaction very friendly
Music in bar too loud. Meal was overcooked ( ordered chicken supreme - with very dry chicken and potatoes very overdone )
Really quite and very comfy bed. Room was lovely

A real gem in the heart of Lisburn. Very comfortable room, easy access to paid parking. Food was quite spectacular and our waitress was really nice 😊
The large open plan reception/seating/bar area and the outside seats made it feel very spacious even when a good number of people were there. The wonderful flowers all around despite some of the public rooms having retained an industrial look - the alterations to an old building were cleverly designed. An easy-to-use modern shower, with a choice of shower heads.
I arrived off the ferry at Belfast early morning and came straight to Lisburn, feeling very tired; I had slept badly overnight. I arrived at the hotel in the morning and asked to get into my room as early as possible. I was prepared to pay extra for it. For the latter part of my wait, the receptionist was too busy to check if any were free and I didn't get into my room until well after 2:30 pm. The fact I had paid so much more up front than other guests I spoke to per night and it didn't include breakfast, which I had expected for the price. The view from my room was of a car and lorry park for a business and not attractive, whereas the rooms facing the square that you show in your publicity were.
Great value, clean and comfortable. Rain shower was brilliant. Bed was really comfortable.
Bar area was soulless, no sausages available for the breakfast.
Handy clean and tidy
Mint mindig, most is rendben volt minden a foglalásunkkal, a szobával. Kényelmes, jó helyen van.

Very friendly staff.
Good access to local town
Noisy. Could easily hear rain and activity at 4am underneath room.
The Haslem Hotel is located right in the heart of the small town of Lisburn and is an easy, flat and safe 10-minute walk from the Lisburn train station, or less than 3-minute walk from the Lisburn bus station. The rooms are quite large and modernly equipped with a/c in the room that you can control and a small refrigerator plus coffee maker and kettle. The room was very quiet. You can find all kinds of shopping, cafes, restaurants, etc. within a few minutes walk of the hotel. The town and the area around the hotel seemed very safe both day and night. They do offer breakfast, lunch and dinner on the main floor, but we didn't eat there. There was also a fairly nice gym on the floor that was not expected. Lisburn made for a nice place to stay that was only a 12 to 22 minute train ride into Belfast Central Station, in case you don't want to stay in Belfast or you want to spend less money on the room than in Belfast. We did day trips by train into central Belfast and this worked out quite well for us.
Room was clean and comfortable. Secure car park. Price was right.
NO Nespresso machine in rooms but they do provide the pods!!!!! Employees were not to be seen, no customer service, nobody at reception, nobody answering phone. €45 uber to city centre.
Good sized room. Very clean. Comfortable bed.
Breakfast was very poor and disappointing. Very low stock in continental breakfast food on offer, only one pastry left and we were told here were no more available, there was no jam or marmalade for toast and low supply of fruit juices. Also we thought that the tea from the burka was tasteless.
L'accueil, le petit-déjeuner, l'emplacement
Il n'est pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres
Handy for visiting family and shopping plus visiting museums etc
Food expensive no free parking
The staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming.
We love our stay: comfortable & clean rooms, very friendly staff and excellent location.
Breakfast was somewhat limited but we still enjoyed !
Good value for money , close to Belfast in a nice town. Rooms modern and great air conditioning and excellent sound proofing . Underground parking linked by a lift to hotel.
Nothing
Location, room
Staff customer service, check in wasn't great on greeting and leaving was worse
Fantastic stay. Clean and tidy
Loved it
We loved everything about the hotel. Location was perfect, we were attending a concert in Ormeau Park and got taxi’s there and back without any issue. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Food was lovely and all staff were very friendly and service was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely make a return trip, hopefully in the near future.
Nothing, everything was perfect
The rooms were lovely and spacious and really comfy beds. It was in a great location. And lovely staff that were very helpful
Missing roof tiles by the apartments
Very clean, lovely staff, the area is ideal, and the square is beautiful that the hotel is on, especially with the warm weather
Clean tidy staff well mannered
Location awesome with car park and restaurants and shops shirt walking distance. Check in so quick and easy room all modern decor with massive TV and great sized bathroom. Bed was so soft and comfortable and we had coffee biscuits and water and also a fridge in room
All great only fault room was so warm and it would've been nice to be able to open a window. But had absolutely nothing to complain about and enjoyed our stay
Very clean Bed was comfortable
Lack of staff at reception both on check in and out Car park .. paid extra, not part of hotel even though they have an entry into hotel. Industrial decor in hotel not my kinda thing. Breakfast was only ok We had dinner in the hotel ..average at best
All good. Car park only £6 all day. Bar did close early at 10pm. But bar across the way was open. Breakfast cost £12. if booked the night before and £15 on the day. It was worth £2 quid. Bad. Tea and coffee out of a tea earn. No tea cups or and hardly any cold drinks left. This was at 9.30am with no one else there. Room was very nice and clean Bed was great. I asked for a bath and didn't get one. They had a mini fridge which I though was good. And water in room. Air con too is good. Shower room was fine and plenty of towels. Not a bad spot. I also got a item delivered to the hotel for myself and they sorted it for me with no hassle. Not a bad place but breakfast not good.
Breakfast. Terrible
Lovely 😍
The kitchen cupboards and drawers were really noisy when closing .. maybe some rubber pads to soften Impact but nothing serious
The property is very central for lisburn.
Didn’t book breakfast as we had stayed here before and wasn’t impressed ,drinks in the hotel are quite pricy £6.30 for a pint of cider and £3.30 for a small bottle of sprite.
Pleasantly surprised! Lovely hotel in the heart of Lisburn. Convenient parking with dedicated lift to hotel. Staff were so very lovely!
We were in apartment one, this was perfect for our wee family. Plenty of space and a nice fresh feel to the rooms.
Sofa bed was extremely hard and there was no mirror in the apartment to be able to use a hairdrier.
Great spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent facilities, large showers, coffee machines and BT speaker in the room. Staff very friendly and accommodating also. Food excellent.
The staff, especially Tony who welcomed us at reception. The food was lovely, the ambience and the staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟
Our stay was too short.
A szállás központi helyen van, vam lehetőség reggelizni, vacsorázni. Szép, tágas szoba, nagy ágy, tiszta fürdőszoba.
everything about the hotel was amazing
Good location
Nothing
Good value for money, easy to find and near the bus station
Windows in the room don’t open and air con wasn’t very effective at cooling.
Location was amazing. The air con in the room was amazing & the little fridge with 2 free waters.
The bathroom was small in our room. . Also the space around the bed was too small. We travelled 5 hrs plus to get to the hotel from our home and got delayed didn’t arrive till 8:40pm dropped our bag to the room & went straight to the bar to ask about food. Kitchen refused to let us order. Very disappointed.
Lovely hotel with nice food and cocktails
