O quarto tinha várias formigas em todo o lado. O restaurante também por vezes tinha uma ou outra formiga perto dos pratos ou dos bolos. A limpeza dos quartos não foi feita todos os dias e as toalhas de corpo que eram colocadas (supostamente estando lavadas) tinham imensos cabelos nelas, o que fazia com que fosse impossível de serem usadas, pois não era agradável. A limpeza dos quartos e toalhas devia, sem dúvida alguma, ser melhorada.

The room area was good but no kettle or tea making facilities was dissappointing . The breakfast was superb . No safe unless you pay. No fridge either . We go to Bali an awful lot. This is a third wirld country and have EXCELLENT SERVICES whuch are all included what you have NOT included in your price

The Pool times. Extremely dissapointed. 10 am opening thats half the day gone especially if you cant sleep and head diwn there esrly for a few hours before anyone else there. Then closes at 6pm !!! Not everyone wants to walk around steep hills and heads back to relax around the pool at the end of the day. Solicitamos habitación de cortesía o alguna ducha para poder darnos un baño después de la playa e ir a tomar nuestros vuelos . Pero el hotel no nos facilitó ninguna solución.

Eigentlich nicht viel, sehr billig gemacht und in schlechten Zustand. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich und hat uns ein etwas besseres Zimmer gegeben.

Kaputtes Waschbecken, undichte Dusche, klebrige Böden und viele kleine Ameisen. Fenster undicht, Klimaanlage schlecht zu regulieren.

La piscine est très agréable, propre et beaucoup de transats et de parasols mais ferme à 18h, trop tôt. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Hôtel à 2 pas de la plage.

Endroit beaucoup trop bruyant ! Nous étions chambre 118 côté rue et nous n'avons pas dormi pendant 3 jours. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées et les gens irrespectueux. Ils rentrent de soirée il crient dans les couloirs, claque les portes et font la fête sur les balcons. Nous avons signalé à la réception que ce n'était plus possible, une autre chambre nous a été proposée. Vue sur la piscine plus agréable et beaucoup moins bruyant. Par contre, nous avons signalé qu'il y avait une fuite au niveau de la douche qui inondait la salle de bain. Rien n'a été fait donc nous avons passé notre séjour à éponger avec des serviettes après chaque douche. Du coup beaucoup de moisissure dans la salle de bain, plinthes décollées, rideau de la baie vitrée troué. Buffet pratiquement identique chaque soir, l'eau est payante et beaucoup de fourmis sur les tables. 1300€ pour 8 nuits en demi-pension, beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité proposée.

la posizione è ottima in quanto si può raggiungere tranquillamente la spiaggia di palmanova e quella di magaluf (5/10 minuti a piedi). Inoltre, sotto l’hotel si trova la strada principale con minimarket, bar, pub, ristoranti e discoteche quindi è tutto molto comodo.

Very close to the beach, which was beautiful. Breakfast buffet was good, although glasses weren't replaced when used up so if you weren't early there might be no glasses left for juice/water. There were plenty of sun loungers.

Very noisy at night. Most nights the noise from the street went on until c6:00 am. We were on the 8th floor and even so the noise from the street was very intrusive. Also conversations from other rooms could be easily heard. The lift was very small and shaky. The shower flooded the bathroom floor although cleaning staff left a rolled up towel inside the shower door to help with this. The room safe was an additional cost and you also had to leave a deposit for the safe payable in cash only. Also the safe was fiddly and sometimes took several resetting attempts to lock it. There were ants in the room although they were dealt with by the cleaning staff. There were no glasses/cups or kettle in the room.

Very noisy hotel inside and out. Guests have no thought for anyone else. Had to call security twice. Fighting outside hotel steps was horrendous. Pool food was dreadful and the man who served it was rude and ignorant.The room was not the cleanest and the bathroom flooded every time you took a shower.The only good thing was the pool which had comfortable sunbeds and water was warm. Definitely one to avoid not worth the money.

Personale scortese, camere sporche, peli di pube sulle lenzuola, scarafaggi e formiche nell' hotel. Colazione discreta, cena a dir poco disgustosa cibo di scarsissima qualità. Carne non commestibile per non parlare del resto. In particolare c'è una persona che lavora in cucina un uomo di mezza età calvo e cicciottello che ha preso la mia colazione che volevo portare in camera, me l'ha strappata dalle mani con una forza brutale e l'ha buttata nella spazzatura dicendo che era vietato portare cibo in camera, io gli ho detto che la colazione era per mio fratello che era in camera che aveva la febbre e per questo mi ero permesso di preparare la colazione da portare in camera. Ho parlato con il direttore della situazione e spero che prendano provvedimenti per questo maleducato. Ci è mancato poco che non gli spaccavo la testa. Sconsiglio vivamente hotel Vistanova, alle stesse tariffe si trova meglio. Pessima esperienza che spero di non rivivere più.

Gute Punkte * Sehr gute Lage: ca. 150 m vom Strand entfernt. * Zentral gelegen und direkt in der Nähe des Nachtlebens. * Die Putzfrauen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schlechte Punkte * Das Personal an der Rezeption war teilweise nicht besonders freundlich. * Unsere Kollegen durften nicht zu uns aufs Zimmer, was etwas unnötig streng wirkte. * Das Frühstück ist okay, aber nichts Besonderes. * Das Badezimmer ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings wirkt die Verarbeitung teilweise eher einfach. Beim Duschen löste sich beispielsweise etwas von der Decke und fiel herunter. * Das Hotel wirkt auf den Fotos deutlich grösser, als es tatsächlich ist. * Die Wände sind relativ hellhörig, sodass man Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern gut hört.

Personale di servizio non preparato, non riuscivano a parlare nenache in inglese, non sono riusciti nenache ad aiutarci per prenotare un tavolo in una trattoria vicina, abbiamo dovuto fare da soli. Non hanno saputo darci nessuna indicazione relativa al posto. Camera piena di formiche, non pulivano il bagno della camera e si vedeva che rifacevano il letto cambiano asciugamani ma niente pulizie. Formiche tutti i giorni anche sul letto. Questa struttura per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato è stato un vero furto. Se volete mandare i ragazzini per andare a ballare ok ma non adatto assolutamente e persone adulte. Mi meraviglio che booking sponsorizzi una struttura di questo tipo, evitatela se siete in cerca di servizio e pulizia.

Colazione buona e variabile. Piscina bellissima . La camera é piccola ma dispone di tutto l’essenziale , anche un balcone con vista piscina.

Il problema che ha creato più disagio é stata l’assenza di un parcheggio. Essendo la struttura situata al centro di magaluf , era letteralmente impossibile trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Inoltre ci avrebbe fatto molto comodo avere un mini frigo in camera. A fine vacanza ho scoperto che era possibile averlo , pagando 50€.

Pláž je blízko ubytovania. Raňajky v hoteli na úrovni.

Podal som oficiálnu reklamáciu na môj pobyt v hoteli O7 Vistanova a trval na vrátení 50 % z ceny rezervácie. Túto kompenzáciu mi pri check-oute ústne schválila priamo pracovníčka recepcie po konzultácii s manažmentom s tým, že formálny proces vrátenia peňazí musím doriešiť cez "Booking". Doteraz nereagovali. Booking mi ako dobrovoľnú kompenzáciu daroval týchto 50% keďže hotel reakciu odignoroval. Dôvody reklamácie sú podložené fotografiami, ktoré prikladám v prílohe. 1. Noc (izba na 1. poschodí): V izbe absolútne nefungovala klimatizácia. Teplota vo vnútri dosahovala 27,5 °C (mám odfotený vlastný teplomer priamo pri hotelovom termostate). K tomu sa pridal nevyvetrateľný zápach agresívnych chemikálií a stuchliny, pravdepodobne kvôli rozbitej a neudržiavanej vzduchotechnike. O 1:00 v noci som situáciu išiel riešiť na recepciu, keďže sa v izbe nedalo dýchať ani spať. Pracovník mi namiesto normálneho riešenia dal do izby len starý hlučný ventilátor a povedal, že inú izbu pre mňa nemali a nechtiac priznal, že o chybe majú vedomosť. Výsledkom bolo, že som sa pred náročným fyzickým výstupom na La Trapu nemohol vôbec vyspať a pritom len kvôli tomuto výstupu za zatmením slnka som prišiel na Malorku. 2. Noc (vymenená izba): Po dôraznej sťažnosti mi hotel na druhú noc izbu vymenil, no stav bol opäť neakceptovateľný. Studená voda v kúpeľni tiekla len úplne minimálnym, nepoužiteľným prúdom. Posteľná plachta na izbe bola špinavá a záclona na okne roztrhaná. Ochota a ústretovosť personálu ubytovne riešiť tieto problémy nevykompenzuje nepríjemnosti, ktoré mi tu vznikli v podobe spánkového deficitu, diskomfortu a stresu. Namiesto plánovaného relaxu som bol nútený zabíjať čas opätovným balením, sťahovaním z izby do izby a opakovaným riešením problémov na recepcii. Neustále predkladanie ďalších argumentov a dožadovanie sa základného štandardu bolo mimoriadne nepríjemné pre obe strany a obralo ma to o podstatnú časť energie a času z môjho výletu.

Mancava il frigorifero in camera , utile . Il personale del ristorante poco cordiale e una sera mancava l’acqua naturale anche a pagamento. Gli orari di chiusura del bar e della piscina erano minori di quelli esposti.

We recently stayed here for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish! Here’s what we thought of the hotel: Pros: -Very well decorated and contemporary -Pool/Communal areas were kept very clean -Lovely swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds, the beds in the pool were dreamy! -Breakfast was tasty with lots to choose from -Amazing location with so many bars, shops, restaurants and beaches within walking distance -Rooms had plenty of sockets and the aircon was a life saver -Beds were super comfy, slept like a baby every night even when our room was facing the strip -Rooms were tidied and towels were topped up daily -Most of the staff were friendly and attentive -Pool bar was very reasonable and had lots to choose from, the food was yum too Cons: -There was no mini fridge in the rooms you had to pay €50 for one, which seemed a little cheeky considering the heat -To use the safe in the bedroom you also had to pay extra - The shower in our room wasn’t the cleanest there was a build up of mould, however this didn’t effect the use as the shower itself was lovely -The reception staff weren’t too welcoming and were quite short and rude with customers including ourselves We’d definitely return and I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Magaluf/Palma Nova.

Poca trasparenza. Su Booking vengono indicati i servizi offerti, ma non viene specificato chiaramente che praticamente tutti sono a pagamento, persino l’acqua durante la cena. Anche il menù lascia a desiderare: poca scelta e proposte praticamente sempre uguali tutte le sere.

Ліниве прибирання, при заїзді в кімнату було не прибрано та багато волосся по кімнаті, видно що підлога дуже довгий час не була мита і чищена. Потрібно платити за користування абсолютно усім, найбільше здивувало що потрібно оплачувати за холодильник в кімнаті, та праску і гладильну дошку. Сніданки жахливі, несмачні, скрембл на смак як мило, та і більше нічого, окрім млинців не варто брати. Вечеря посередня, але я здивований тим, що жодного разу не було морепродуктів, не враховуючи саму дешеву рибу, яку після смаження зробили резиновою та несмачною. Фотографії не відповідають дійсності, кімната набагато менша ніж на фото, вечеря/сніданок на фото не можна зустріти в цьому готелі. Коли я запитався чи вони видають рушники для пляжу або хоча б басейну мені сказали прямо: «йдіть купляйте самі». В кімнаті кондиціонер працює погано, щоб охолодити кімнату потрібно почекати всю ніч, і зранку за півгодини з відкритими дверима кімната знову нагрівається. Ліжка тверді, подушки незручні та брудні

قمت بالحجز لمدة أربع ليالٍ، وكان الحجز لي ولأصحابي باستخدام البطاقة نفسها، وكان من المفترض أن تكون غرفنا معًا أو في موقع متقارب. وعند وصولي، أفادني موظف الاستقبال بأن حجزي مسجل لمدة ثلاث ليالٍ فقط، رغم أنني قمت بإبراز تفاصيل الحجز له وأوضحت أن الحجز لمدة أربع ليالٍ، إلا أنه لم يقتنع بذلك، وتم تسكيني في غرفة بعيدة عن غرف أصحابي. وفي اليوم التالي، تم التواصل معي من قبل الفندق وإبلاغي بأنهم قاموا بالمراجعة واتضح أن حجزي بالفعل لمدة أربع ليالٍ، مما يؤكد أن الخطأ كان من جانب الفندق وليس من جانبي. وقد تسبب هذا الخطأ في إرباك وإزعاج لي، إضافة إلى تسكيني في غرفة بعيدة عن أصحابي رغم أن حجوزاتنا تمت معًا وباستخدام البطاقة نفسها. آمل منكم مراجعة ما حدث واتخاذ ما يلزم حيال هذا الخطأ، مع النظر في تقديم تعويض مناسب عن الإزعاج الذي تعرضت له نتيجة هذا الخطأ

Everything was so low quality. The sheets, so scratchy and a strange smell. Everything felt dirty and low quaouty. The food, so low quality. Brown lettuce and wrinkled nectarines. Wifi didn’t work for me on the 5th floor. Door key didn’t work multiple times and I had to go to get it fixed at reception. Air con not strong in room.

We waren er niet van tevoren van op de hoogte gesteld dat er geen koelkast op de kamer stond en dat je €50 per week moet betalen als je er wel een wilt. De kluis werkt alleen als je ervoor betaalt – ook daarover was ons niets verteld. Het ontbijt eindigt stipt om 10.00 uur – wat mij niet juist lijkt.

Great location at the top of the strip near everything. Hotel was great, it's abit basic but very much what you pay for. I'd be happy to return and a good trip with my friend, his 8 year old boy and my 13year old daughter

Me senté en la silla de la terraza y reventó me corté en el femoral y toda la espalda magullada llame a recepción avisé y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada pedí por lo menos otra silla y no vinieron ni se preocuparon me tuve que ir al pac médico a curarme, las habitaciones muy pequeñas sin nevera, pedimos una mejor pagando y no tienen ninguna con nevera. Y que todas eran iguales, bueno lo puedo entender. Pero la atención pésima.

La cosa che mi ha creato un disagio al mio soggiorno è la mancanza di parcheggio della struttura cosa fondamentale per il soggiorno. Stare in ansiatutti i giorni per trovare il posto auto e se avevi fortuna lo trovavi, e nonostante ciò 2 multe per un costo di 140 €. Se avesse avuto il parcheggio sarebbe stato il tutto ottimo

A localização é excelente! Saímos do hotel e descemos à praia de San Matias em 2 minutos, em 5 na praia de Magaluf. A área da piscina não é grande mas sempre houve espaço suficiente (os hóspedes priorizavam a praia). O pequeno almoço tem uma oferta diversificada e tudo muito fresco e saboroso. O jantar, não tem nada muito sofisticado, tem uma boa relação preço / qualidade com uma confeção cuidada. O quarto é WC tem o tamanho ideal para o fim a que se destina, disponibiliza produtos de banho e sacador de cabelo. Os empregados sempre disponíveis e prontos a ajudar.

Il était là à nous regarder, tout les gens était soûler de lui car il cassait les couilles. Bref horreur le gars qui a travaillé la nuit du samedi au dimanche (18-19 juillet). Il nous conseillais même d’aller vers la concurrence GLOBALES en face PS : on a réservé 5 lits on a eu que 3, arnaque totale

I stayed at O7 Vistanova from 17th–21st July as a solo traveller. I arrived at around 1am after travelling all day and was allocated Room 211. I would strongly advise future guests to avoid this room. There was a 37°C yellow weather warning in place, so finding the room thermostat set to 30°C was alarming. I immediately turned it down to the lowest setting (10°C), but after waiting it became clear the air conditioning wasn’t working. Instead of cooling the room, it was blowing out warm air. In such extreme temperatures, in an exceptionally small single room, this was completely unbearable. The room itself was worn and basic. The single rooms are extremely small, and there is no fridge without paying €50 meaning guests have no way to keep water cold during extreme heat. Combined with the failed air conditioning, I genuinely felt unwell and considered it a health and safety issue. At around 2am I called reception to report the faulty air conditioning and was told it would be looked at in the morning. Between the excessive heat, the extremely loud noise from the nearby strip and an incredibly hard bed, I didn’t sleep at all. I went to reception during the night to explain that I wanted to check out in the morning and receive a refund for the unused nights, as the room had been advertised as having air conditioning. I was told to return at 7:30am to speak with management. When I returned after 7:30am, there was a different receptionist who informed me that management weren’t there and that he couldn’t process any refund. After explaining everything again, I was offered a different room with working air conditioning, which left me wondering why I had been allocated a room without functioning air conditioning in the first place. By then, my stay had already been ruined. My family were staying at the Illunion hotel nearby, and I wanted to leave and stay with them instead. However, I was told there was nothing the hotel could do because I had booked online. I had actually booked directly through the hotel’s own website, yet I was still told it wasn’t their responsibility. I wasn’t given any contact details and was simply told to “go online.” After finding an email address myself, I contacted the hotel on the Friday morning but never received a response. Although the replacement room had working air conditioning, my experience had already been so poor that I had no desire to spend any time at the hotel. I spent each day with my family at the Illunion and only returned to O7 Vistanova late at night to sleep, making the stay feel like a complete waste of money. To top it all off, on my final night I returned to my room to find that it had been serviced but no clean towels had been left. I called reception and was initially told I would need to come down and collect them myself because the hotel doesn’t provide room service. A few minutes later, the receptionist called back to say housekeeping would bring towels to my room. Unfortunately, they never arrived, leaving me without clean towels for my final night. After reading other reviews, it appears that air conditioning problems are a recurring issue. If you’re visiting Magaluf simply for nightlife and need somewhere basic to sleep, this hotel may suit you. However, if you’re looking for a comfortable stay or are travelling solo, I would be cautious. Based on my experience, I would not return, and I would strongly recommend avoiding Room 211.

Worst hotel I have EVER stayed in (20years of travel)! Heatwave in Spain with +37 degrees. AC not working, maintenance came to “fix” it, was told to give it 20mins. One hour later still nothing. Complained to front desk, was told “not my problem”! Room was unbearable! Shower was leaking all the way into the main room. Checked out after 2 dreadful hours in the room. Refund was refused after several requests via booking.com! Was charged for a night I didn’t even stay!! Unbelievable place!

Overall, the Vistanova Hotel is in a great location if your main priority is being close to Magaluf's nightlife, but that convenience comes with a significant downside. The hotel sits right at the end of the strip, which makes it incredibly easy to get to the bars and clubs. Unfortunately, it also means you hear the nightlife long after you've gone to bed. Most nights the noise from the strip continued into the early hours, and between 4am and 6am we were repeatedly woken by guests singing, shouting and playing music in the corridors. If you're looking for a good night's sleep, I'd think carefully before booking here. Housekeeping was also disappointing. During our stay, the bin in our bathroom wasn't emptied once. By the end of the holiday it still contained previous rubbish, including used women's sanitary products, which was frankly unacceptable and unhygienic. Breakfast was another let-down. Regardless of what time we arrived, the hot food always seemed tired and overcooked. The scrambled eggs were dry, the fried eggs were overdone, the baked beans had developed a thick skin, and the bacon was so dry it felt like it had been warmed on a radiator. I gave up and went elsewhere for breakfast, with Linekers offering a much better cooked breakfast. If your only goal is to be within a minute or two of the strip, the location is excellent. However, when you factor in the lack of sleep, poor housekeeping and disappointing breakfast, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Rooms were clean, however the staff were quite rude and unwelcoming. Got told one night to “behave” when me and my friends were literally just chatting in the lobby, meanwhile during the day people constantly being loud and playing music don’t get told anything? Cleaners were also very intrusive which was odd. Dinner was extremely average, borderline bad. The pool was really nice though, and hotel is in a great location. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel if your a young girls/boys group on holiday.
