Nessuno ci ha dato informazioni al check in Rispetto alla prenotazione abbiamo dovuto sottostare a regole assurde tipo due letti singoli uniti senza neanche le lenzuola matrimoniali nonostante la prenotazione fosse letto alla francese. In bagno neanche il sapone. Bagno sporco all’arrivo. Nessuno ci ha dato il codice per rientrare dal mare. Lo staff non sapeva se in Hyatt o meno nonostante già presenti sul sito. Il numero per chiamare l’hotel sempre fuori posto. Esperienza da dimenticare. Sulla costa c’è molto di meglio! Struttura vecchia con stoviglie e dettagli datati!

Je trouve ça de dommage de devoir payer de l’eau à table et que le bar de la piscine ne soit pas ouvert après 20 hrs.

L’hotel était très sale, au moment de notre arrivée dans notre chambre il y avais un cafard dans la salle de bain. C’est minable au vu du prix que nous avons payé

L’hotel è situato proprio sulla spiaggia dove si può accedere tramite delle scale o un ascensore e dispone di una piscina con vista mare! La camera bellissima, pulita e ben climatizzata con una meravigliosa vista mozzafiato sul mare! Colazione e cena servite a buffet, abbondanti e con ampia scelta di piatti! La sera si puoi raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi la zona centrale di Magaluf che è piena di negozi, ristoranti e locali notturni! Consiglio questo posto per chi ha voglia di rilassarsi e nello stesso tempo anche divertirsi! Ci ritorneremo!

Nous avons apprécié la piscine et la plage qui était desservi par l'ascenseur. Le personnel très gentil. Le cadre très beau . Déjeuner très varié et très bon... J'ai apprécié le prêt de serviettes de piscine..

J'ai pas trop apprécié le bruit dans les couloirs..problème d'isolation des chambres ? Lit pas très confortable à mon goût.. La chaleur dans les étages est insupportable quand on sort de la chambre . La piscine très agréable mais la ligne d'eau était verte dommage..les ascenseurs en panne souvent...quand on est au 12 ieme étage... Le parking avec très peu de place en plus a réservé et 20 euros par jour je trouve ça abusé aussi. L'horaire pour rentrer par la plage a 22.h je trouve dommage aussi ..

Trop peu de rangements dans la chambre et la salle d’eau. Le wifi de très très mauvaise qualité. Pas assez de prises dans la chambre . Et l’ascenseur qui allait à la plage qui dysfonctionnait (il descendait mais ne remontait pas).

They asked us to park outside and carry our bags in ourselves, even though we had a lot of luggage. * No hand soap is provided in the room; you need to ask for it. * No iron is available in the room. * The AC in the room does not work well at all. * The mattress is not comfortable. * The safe in the room does not work unless you pay €3.50 per day to use it. * The fridge in my room was not working. * There is no AC in the elevators. They are extremely hot, and the elevators take forever to arrive.

The air conditioning unit in the room was very noisy, which affected my sleep quality. The breakfast area was not adequately cooled, making it uncomfortable during meals. The lobby area was also not cool enough, and it didn't feel very welcoming overall — especially at night, when the lights were turned off, giving it a dim and uninviting atmosphere.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. The location was good and our sea view was beautiful, although we paid extra for it. Breakfast was also good, but nothing exceptional. The biggest issue was the pool towel policy. They did not want to exchange used pool towels, meaning guests were expected to reuse the same dirty towel for several days, which I found very unhygienic. When I asked for a clean towel, a middle-aged male receptionist working in the evening was extremely unfriendly and initially refused. After an argument, he finally changed it but rudely told me he would not do it again. His attitude made me feel very uncomfortable and negatively affected our stay. Housekeeping was also poor. The room was serviced daily, but the floor remained sandy and dirty. Even worse, one afternoon a staff member entered our room without knocking, and there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available. The balcony light was also controlled by the hotel, so we could not turn it on or off ourselves. Overall, the hotel felt more like a 3-star hotel than a 4-star hotel. Good location and view, but poor service, cleanliness and guest experience. I would not stay here again.

Very disappointing stay. If I'm honest, I would rate this as a 3-star hotel with a nice sea view, not a 4-star hotel. The sea view was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was decent, but everything else was below expectations. Housekeeping was very poor – our pool towels were never replaced, so we had to use the same towels throughout our entire stay. The rooms were noisy, outdated, and not properly cleaned. Overall, this was one of the dirtiest hotels I've stayed at. The staff were often unfriendly and not helpful when we asked for assistance. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

This is not a 4 stars hotel. Is a joke. 2 and a half tops. Old and poor renovated. Old tv, no ventilation on the bathroom, metal bed frame, poor wifi, noisy door room, dirty beach elevator, disgusting beach in front of hotel and many more. Do not book there.

Gyönyörű szálloda, kedves személyzet. Reggelit kértünk és minden nagyon finom volt és nagy volt a választék. A tetőtéri medence tengerre néző kilátással csodás volt. Az ágy olyan kényelmes volt, hogy még egy szálláson sem találkoztam ilyen kényelmes ággyal.

Great location, a quiet and chilled hotel, rooms are a little run down, more 3 star than four. Air con wasn’t very good. Lovely pool area, bar never open in the evening. Overall did have a nice stay.

Breakfast was great, lots of different choices. The room was very clean, and the view on the beach was great, lovely place to sit and enjoy the sunset. Slightly off the main strip, so quite peaceful area even late at night.

I visited with my wife, wasn’t sure what to expect as it’s Magaluf and it was my 60 th birthday while away. The hotel is in a fabulous location with the best sea views, we upgraded to a sea view as our room was only standard and was worth the extra. The pool is nice & clean and there were always plenty of sun beds, people come and go all day tbh. The lifeguard called Actavio was very friendly and helpful, a lovely guy and we used to talk everyday about the football, he’s there everyday and really does a great job. I really would consider coming back to this hotel, there is hill to the strip which is a bit harsh but if you use the hotel lift it takes you straight down to the beach. All staff work hard and were all polite and helpful, this does make a difference. Overall if you want a hotel with great sea views and a place to chill you will not be disappointed.

Ter um elevador que leva até a praia evitando assim subir uma ladeira enorme para chegar no hotel. Os funcionários muito prestativos Café da manhã variado! Visual do apartamento que tem visão para a praia.

O Wi-Fi não funciona bem, mas duas semanas que tive todos os dias tinha que pedir para recetar o roteador. Não dá para ver Netflix, nada. Muito ruim. Os funcionários tentaram ao máximo minimizar o problema e foram muito gentis. No verão, o ar condicionado não refresca suficiente o apto, ficando a temperatura por volta de 26 graus. A localização. É perto de tudo mas o hotel fica no alto de um penhasco com uma subida muito íngrime para chegar. Depois das 22:00h não se resolve nada, tem que esperar o dia seguinte.

Hotel from Hell Do not stay at this hotel unless you want an I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! experience, complete with cockroaches and ants. The hotel was dirty throughout my stay. I never saw any housekeeping staff, my room wasn’t cleaned, I wasn’t provided with fresh towels, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The receptionist, Alvar, was miserable, unhelpful, and made no effort to assist with any of our concerns. The bar looked nice, but it was completely lifeless with no atmosphere at all and didn’t open the whole time. The pool area was also infested and had scum around the rim. As for the breakfast, don’t bother. I also witnessed chefs handling food with their bare hands while cutting items to check whether they were cooked, which raised serious food hygiene concerns. I find it very difficult to believe some of the positive reviews on here, as my experience was the complete opposite. Based on my stay, I would strongly advise others not to be misled. See attached image toilet cleaning sheet last cleaned 7th May. I took that picture 21st June. Absolutely shocking. I did address my concerns after holiday via email. But they didn’t seem to think anything was an issue. So I hope to help others. Sleep with one eye open 🪳 Regards

Hotel was shocking , dirty , full of cockroaches , wouldn’t be paid to stay there. Take antihistamines & antibiotics because you get bitten alive. Staff are rude and unpleasant. I left early it was that bad

I’ve purposely only made an account purely to give an honest review of this horrendous hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone - unless you work in pest control and looking for overtime. Once you’re over the overpowering smell of bug spray from the lobby, you get the pleasure of arriving to the thinnest, most uncomfortable bed that I’ve stayed on. Walls thin enough to hear every conversation from your neighbours and one plug socket in the whole room - really helpful for a room for 2 people who needed to take turns in charging smart phones. The view from the pool was lovely looking over magaluf beach, I could really understand why the several ants nest decided to call the Bahia pool home!! Some nice company for whilst you relax by the pool. No need to worry the insect infestation doesn’t end there!! Some lovely cockroaches in the room too that crawled out from a ceiling fan. Did report to the reception staff who couldn’t have cared less if he tried. As for the cleaners, I genuinely hope they’re okay. I can only assume they’d all decided to take the same week off because there was very little evidence they’d been anywhere near our room. Please don’t be fooled into thinking that this hotel is a 4* hotel, if you can change your holiday to another hotel!!

Es war sehr Laut, viele party Leute am Strand bis 6 Uhr morgens. Konnte nicht schlafen.

The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful; the proximity to the beach and the beach itself were nice.

The breakfast was ok, but I only eat halal, which was not available. The room was ok, but the AC was very bad and not cooling; the property itself is very old.

Het ergste gebeurde midden in de nacht. Rond 04.00 uur werd er langdurig op onze kamerdeur geklopt door een dronken man. Hij bleef ongeveer 30 minuten schreeuwen en op de deur bonzen. Wij waren doodsbang en voelden ons totaal niet veilig. Direct hebben wij meerdere keren de receptie geprobeerd te bellen, maar er werd niet opgenomen. Toen er uiteindelijk na ongeveer 45 minuten iemand van de receptie verscheen, leek deze medewerker zelf onder invloed van alcohol te zijn. Dat vonden wij onacceptabel, zeker in een situatie waarin de veiligheid van hotelgasten in gevaar was. Omdat wij geen hulp kregen van het hotel, zagen wij ons genoodzaakt de politie te bellen. Door dit ernstige incident hebben wij de rest van de nacht niet meer kunnen slapen. Onze vakantie, die bedoeld was om uit te rusten en te ontspannen, veranderde in een angstige en stressvolle ervaring. Wij vinden dat het hotel ernstig is tekortgeschoten in de veiligheid van de gasten en in de professionele dienstverlening. Daarom dienen wij hierbij een officiële klacht in en verzoeken wij het hotel deze situatie serieus te onderzoeken en met een passende oplossing of compensatie te komen.

O hotel é exatamente o que demonstra na foto, a localização é boa fica próximo da praia e bares e restaurantes. A limpeza é impecável e os funcionários são atenciosos.

Eles me hospedaram no quarto próximo do outro quarto que estavam fazendo reforma. Um barulho absurdo, mas depois resolveram o problema.

Bellissima posizione della struttura, dotata di tutte le comodità alla all macchinette distributori dei servizi essenziali, pesa valigia, diverse aree relax, piscina pulita ogni giorno a fondo e durante il giorno tenuta sotto controllo dal bagnino che cura la sicurezza, zona breakfast e dinner con panorama eccezionale, chef di quest’anno molto bravo.

Hôtel top bien situé dans Magalluf a 30min de Palma. Nous avons été surclassé, notre chambre était magnifique vue sur la mer et la piscine, ménage fait tous les jours, sale de bain bien équipé et propre avec une fenêtre. Belle piscine avec assez de chaises longues et un endroit pour manger tranquillement, accès à la plage avec un ascenseur depuis la piscine Petit dej complet avec du choix sucré et salé Il y a des commerces à proximité, des restaus ou des petits snack… Les bars et boîtes de nuits sont à 5min à pieds Tout est accessible à pied pour ceux qui aiment bien marcher sinon prendre le bus.

Énormément de bruits dans l hôtel tous les jours de ́la part des clients, toute les nuits et apparemment aucune réprimande... En journée beaucoup de bruits de la part de.clients bién trop alcoolisé qui chantaient sur les balcons et jetaient des bouteilles én bas . Aucune réprimande.......

Slow service at pool bar, only one server. No new beach towel, same throughout stay. When they refunded me for parking deposit, they could only give me euros so now I have to pay a fee to exchange to dollars.

шумоизоляцию между номерами хотелось бы получше. в ресторане мы ждём всегда вкусные овощи,это же испания,но к сожалению большинство отелей используют овощи совершенно без вкуса.

The location is very good for the beach. Breakfast and dinner were fine and I could see it was enough without encouraging food wastage. Plenty of tables at both. Friendly staff and clean rooms and my bed was extremely comfortable. Sea view is a must!

My only problem with the hotel is the pool opened at 10am yet I could see from about 9.20 groups of people already placing towels on tables under the umbrellas and actively waiting for staff to open the sun-beds for them to then place their belongings over. My first day I went to the pool and hardly anyone was in the sun bed yet a towel or even shoe was placed on all the beds. This is ridiculous. People should be charged for doing this as I have paid for my stay yet between 9.30-5 most chairs are engaged by an actual person or their belongings. As the towels appeared to be the hotels blue towels, if the chair is not in use for longer than 30 mins they should be removed for others to use.

Bien situé, personnel très sympathique a 2 min a pied des bars et restaurants ainsi que l accés direct a la plage.

Le stationnement est cher, et il est quasi impossible de se garer aux alentours, pensez a reserver votre place avant votre arrivée, le buffet matin et soir est tres tres moyen, pas top du tout, vous payez vos boissons aux repas du soir, meme l eau car pas vu de distributeur a disposition.

AC barely works Bathroom needs Refurbishment

There are cockroaches in the room on the 12th floor, we stayed for 6 days and the cleaning lady didn't even vacuum our room. Location is good, but parking is horrible, ig you not buying parking place ( 20eur day) you have to hunt in the nearby area. The hotel is in the top of a small cliff ,so you have to walk to the centre and its exhausting. Every night I woke up because someone is screaming outside, The walls are tiny, so you hear everything from your neighbor. The hotel was modern looking, the surface is clean, they have 3 elevators. In the dinners they didn't serve drinks unless you buy something. I think if you pay that much they need to be included.

Der Blick auf das Meer. Die Lage ist eigentlich perfekt, das Umfeld weniger. Aber Magaluf ist ja für seine Feiermeile bekannt... Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Frühstück angemessen. Die Herren an der Rezeption waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Grosses Lob.

Die Lärmbelästigung nachts durch betrunkenes Publikum. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier komplett falsch! Durch die Bauweise des Hotels hallt der Lärm vom Strand &der Partymeile bis in die Zimmer. Die Treppe zum Strand ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sobald man das Hotel Areal verlässt, wirkt das ganze eher ungepflegt.

Für den Preis hat die Leistung absolut nicht gestimmt, für Parkplätze & den Zimmersafe werden Gebühren verlangt 👎🏼 Zudem hat die Steckdose für den Fernseher (der nicht in Anspruch genommen wurde) nicht funktioniert & das Wasser zum Duschen hat Minuten gebraucht um auf die gewünschte Temperatur eingestellt zu werden.

Mooie uitzicht over het strand was geweldig, vooral tijdens het ontbijt. En het uitzicht vanuit de kamer.

Dat er weinig parkeermogelijkheid in de buurt is en je moet met geluk hebben met zoeken in de omliggende straten, er zijn maar een paar privé parkeer plaatsen als die al vrij zijn dan kost dat €20 per dag..

Super hôtel, emplacement idéal ! Avec piscine et ascenseur qui vous permet d'accéder directement a la plage. Les chambres sont joliment décorées et propres. Le buffet du restaurant est généreux et change tous les jours Le bar de la piscine propose de quoi boire et manger à petits prix Salle de sport bien equipée Idéal pour se reposer !

Le matelas était particulièrement dur, mais c'est une question de goût. Les chambres sont assez mal isolées, et j'entendais tout ( le passage des gens, l'ascenceur qui s'ouvre et ferme, les valises, les clients qui parlent fort, le personnel de l'hôtel qui passe avec les chariots de nettoyage à 8h du matin, le voisin qui prend sa douche, les ébats amoureux des autres ..). Pas tres agréable.
