De kamer viel tegen, het is heel erg gehorig en continu een hard zoemend geluid, vanuit een kastje uit de muur in onze slaapkamer, bleek een stoppenkast te zijn. hierdoor vaak wakker gelegen :( voor het bedrag wat ik per nacht heb betaald moet dit niet kunnen. Jammer is dat: daarom een 7.

Maisto pasirinkimas nuobodokas, bet tikrai galima rasti, ką valgyti. Prie pietus neduoda kavos ir arbatos. Vakarienė baigiasi 21.15 val., tai jei keliauji po salą, ne visada į ją pavyksta spėti. Tualetuose prie restorano ir baro labai greitai užgesta šviesa, nespėji apsisukti ir jos jau nėra. Vietomis reikia remonto.

This is not a 4 star hotel, it’s decent 3. The breakfast food is awful! Canned food, no « real » fresh fruit, juices are water and sugar with flavor, not healthy and actually inedible. Sausages are made of shady substrate and terrible meat flavor. I have never given bad ratings but this was by far the worse meal I had in my life. However the jacuzzi on the terrace was great, just a shame internal dirty mechanics was visible from the room (see picture) which contrasted with the splendid view.

La piscine de l’hôtel est exiguë. Une grille sépare la partie profonde de plus de 2 mètres, de la partie accessible à tous. La piscine mériterait d’être rénovée.

Getting to the beach if you were infirm as lots of steps and not good surfaces

The beach was supper nice. The hotel does not have a private beach so they have provided us with free umbrella. If you stay on public beach ran by the city, the price for 2 sunbeds and umbrella is 20.50EUR. We were booking last-ish moment, and there was not much free within a budget. Considering the hotel had 8.2 on booking score we had much higher expectations, however its good if you want to party and not sleep too much.

The neighborhood is literally trashy. It's a party place, not very kids friendly. Trash is everywhere, the streets are loud and noisy. The rooms are not well isolated. People smashing doors, talking in coridor, you can hear every single word at 04:00AM when kids go home from the party and they are loud. You can also hear parties outside. The rooms are not well light isolated neither. Breakfast are very simple. A lot of stuff, but if you dont eat processed meat, you have only a choice of yogurt or eggs, beans and eggs... or eggs. I can understand many people expec this for breakfast, but there was absolutely no creativity in it.

Excellent location, but the rooms need a serious update.

The hotel's main strength is its exceptional beachfront location, with direct access to Magaluf Beach and an easy walk to Palmanova and Son Maties. However, the rooms feel dated: old-fashioned décor, basic bathroom amenities, poor soundproofing and an uninviting balcony. Breakfast lacks variety, the beach towel was worn, and charging extra for the safe key feels inappropriate. The spa is quite basic. A great location, but the accommodation itself needs a sereuse renovation.

The hotel staff was exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful. They are truly solution-focused and make guest comfort their top priority

Morgenmaden var stort set det samme hver dag, hvor aftensmaden skiftede hver aften Airconditionen var helt fabelagtigt inde på værelset, når det var 30 grader udenfor Rengøring hver morgen, de tog skrald, reddede sengene og gav nye håndklæder, vi manglede bare at de måske brugte en kost på gulvet og fjernede krummerne, eller man havde det til rådighed på værelset

Vi skulle lægge flere håndklæder ud på gulvet på badeværelset, når man var i bad, da vandet fra bruseren løb ud. Vi var nede og forklare receptionen det, og de var oppe og kigge, men problemet blev ikke løst. Vi opdagede at når man boede i bygningen ved siden af der hvor receptionen lå, var der mere støj gennem væggene og en af aftnerne, løb der folk rundt og bankede på dørene

An absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! We stayed at the hotel as two families and could not have asked for a better holiday. The staff were truly exceptional, incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and always happy to help. Their genuine hospitality made us feel very welcome throughout our entire stay. We were especially grateful for the kind room upgrade. We were given beautiful rooms with private jacuzzis on the terraces and absolutely breathtaking sea views. The rooms were stunning, and enjoying the jacuzzi while taking in the view was simply unforgettable. This thoughtful gesture truly elevated our holiday and contributed to an exceptional experience. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Magaluf. Waking up to that view and having the beach just steps away was amazing. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Exceptional staff, beautiful rooms, an incredible location, and outstanding views, everything came together for a truly perfect holiday. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

Teilweise unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption, Zimmer waren anstatt um 14Uhr, erst um 18Uhr fertig. Leider auch kein Einzelfall, da die ganze Lobby voll war mit wartenden Gästen. Nach längerer Diskussion und mehrmaligen Erfragen des Zimmers, hat es dann einen Essensgutschein gegeben, da ich nur Frühstück gebucht hatte und dies als Entschuldigung erhalten habe. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber das Abendessen war sehr wenig Auswahl. Allgemein etwas heruntergekommen.

Nel complesso il soggiorno è andato molto bene. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella zona Caribe: l’hotel infatti è diviso in due strutture, Flamboyan e Caribe, praticamente attaccate tra loro. La zona Caribe è quella più nuova. Abbiamo avuto una camera con una bellissima vista mare senza dover pagare nessun supplemento, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. La pulizia delle camere è stata ottima: personale sempre molto cordiale, disponibile ed efficiente. Una cosa che ci ha sorpreso positivamente è stata la tranquillità durante la notte. Considerata la zona, pensavamo che potesse esserci parecchio rumore e di avere difficoltà a dormire, soprattutto perché l’hotel si trova proprio sulla strada principale di Magaluf. Invece, una volta in camera, non si sentiva praticamente nulla e abbiamo sempre dormito tranquillamente. Molto comodo anche il servizio dei teli mare: lasciando una cauzione di soli 5 € vengono forniti direttamente dall’hotel, evitando così di doverli portare da casa e occupare spazio in valigia. In generale abbiamo trovato tutto il personale gentile e disponibile. L’unico aspetto che secondo noi potrebbe essere migliorato è il cibo: la qualità nel complesso era buona, ma la scelta e la varietà erano un po’ limitate. Per il resto ci siamo trovati bene e il soggiorno è stato sicuramente positivo!

Il panorama che si può godere dal bar e dalla piscina. La vista è davvero spettacolare. Posizione ottima sia per la movida di Magaluf, sia per una passeggiata sul lungomare.

Pulizia scarsa, al nostro arrivo c’erano formiche sul pavimento e asciugamani x1 invece che x2. Cuscini piccoli e scomodi. Mobili vecchi e rovinati. Lenzuola non cambiate per tutta la settimana. Pulizia tutti i giorni, ma veloce e superficiale. Doccia otturata, la prima volta abbiamo allagato la stanza perché l’acqua usciva dal piatto doccia. Hanno mandato un tecnico e la situazione è migliorata, ma abbiamo dovuto fare docce brevi e con la pressione dell’acqua al minimo per non allagare. Cibo poco vario e ripetitivo, più abbondante per chi arriva all’inizio, resta poco per chi va a mangiare più tardi. La cena era fino alle 21.15, avrei gradito un’orario più esteso per chi è abituato a mangiare più tardi o per chi vuole trattenersi un po’ di più in spiaggia considerato che si sta in vacanza. Alcune volte abbiamo dovuto aspettare che si liberasse un tavolo nel ristorante dell’hotel perché la sala é piccola per tutti gli ospiti. Bar lontano dalla piscina, passa la voglia di consumare e inoltre invitano ad entrare asciutti nel bar quindi non è nemmeno possibile fare avanti e indietro dalla piscina al bar (cosa che io mi aspetto di fare se pago per avere l all inclusive). Stanza non insonorizzata alcuni ospiti facevano rumore nel corridoio disturbando il sonno.

La pulizia era davvero pessima già al nostro arrivo abbiamo notato sporcizia in camera, e anche nei giorni successivi al nostro soggiorno veniva solo cambiata la biancheria e asciugamani ma senza lavare il pavimento. Cibo praticamente immangiabile avevamo colazione e cena inclusa ma ne abbiamo usufruito poco e niente soprattutto della cena. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo a nostro avviso è davvero pessimo ci aspettavamo molto di più per quello che abbiamo speso

La camera, spaziosa con una bella terrazza sul mare. Pulizie accurate. La posizione è strategica perché oltre che la spiaggia di fronte se ne può raggiungere un'altra in tre minuti a piedi: dipende dal vento, il mare può essere più calmo in una delle due. Colazione ricca. Personale prevalentemente cordiale.

La selezione di alcolici per i clienti all inclusive non è adeguata allo standard dell'hotel, con brands sconosciuti di bassa qualità. Anche gli snacks per i clienti all inclusive sono scarsi. I pasti, mediocri, con eccezione della colazione. Il check out alle 11, non in linea con gli standards spagnoli: la mia richiesta di posticipare di un'ora declinata senza nemmeno guardare la situazione della stanza dove alloggiavo. Orario della cena (19-21:30) secondo me non adeguato.

Sair do hotel com a praia a 10 passos. Praia muito calma ao contrário de outras nas proximidades.. Noite bem festiva quer nas ruas e nos bares/discotecas.

Mi esposo y yo hemos quedado muy contentos con nuestra estancia. Desde el primer momento recibimos un trato muy amable y cercano por parte de todo el personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos, orientarnos y hacer que nuestra experiencia fuera agradable. La ubicación es excelente, justo frente al mar, en una zona tranquila y relajada. Además, está a unos 8 minutos de la estación de autobuses, lo que resulta muy cómodo para desplazarse a Palma o al aeropuerto sin necesidad de coche. La comida del buffet estaba muy rica y variada. También disfrutamos del spa, que cuenta con sauna, jacuzzi, una pequeña piscina con chorros y ducha de agua fría. Para mí fue especialmente importante poder descansar en un ambiente tranquilo. Dormí estupendamente y me voy muy agradecida por haber podido disfrutar de unos días de tranquilidad y bienestar. Mi esposo y yo nos vamos muy contentos y agradecidos por el trato recibido. Ha sido una experiencia muy agradable y esperamos poder volver en el futuro.

Inoltre in spiaggia, nonostante sia "privata" chiunque ha accesso e ciò ha permesso a dei delinquenti di derubare me, mia moglie e altri ospiti. Rimanendo senza documenti, cellulari e denaro. Inconveniente che ha rovinato la mia vacanza

Overall the stay in this hotel was nice. Most of the staff, reception, bar, swimming pool and restaurant were absolutely amazing, friendly, courteous and helpful. They really helped to make our holiday perfect. They lent us parasol for beach days, allowed us to use the sauna and shower after we checked out. Always ready to help with a big smile, especially all the ladies that generally I met in the morning shift. Any of them could speak fluently at least 3 languages and that was amazing.

Unfortunately our room floor wasn't clean when we arrived. Literally there was old dust that had been there for at least 3 days. I took my shoes off and walked to the ensuite and my white socks became very dirty. 2nd day I dropped something that rolled under the bed and to recover it I had to fight with balls of old dust. We are generally quite clean, I even tidy up my bed before leaving the room in the morning, and after we shower, especially me with long hair I always clean the drain after. One day I forgot and in the afternoon, after the room had been cleaned the hair were still in the bath trap and on the tiles. A couple of times the towels that were not on the floor were folded again and put back on the towel rail and not replaced with clean ones. After how much we paid for the room I expected at least to have clean towels every day, no matter how clean they looked. Very often, clean towels had mascara stain on top which I found a little gross. I use make up remover so I knew for sure wasn't mine. On the balcony there was an ashtray, my husband is a smoker and used it regularly for his morning and evening cigarette. Unfortunately for them I found out how the cleaned the ashtray. I found the cigarette butts flushed in the toilet. Probably had come back somehow as there they were floating in the toilet. Smoking is not ecological but throwing the butts in the drainage is even less. The floor was swept and washed probably only 2 times in a full week we stayed. Our friends that were 2 rooms down the hallway had exactly the same issues as us.

Прекрасное расположение: море и красивый пляж совсем рядом, в пешей доступности магазины, кафе, бары и дискотеки Магалуфа. Отдельно хочу отметить отличную уборку — в номере всегда было чисто и аккуратно. Питание хорошее, есть всё необходимое и достаточный выбор. Отличный вариант, чтобы совместить море, пляж и ночную жизнь Магалуфа. С удовольствием вернулась бы снова! 🌴🌊❤️

Чисто, зручний вихід до моря, багато лежаків біля басейну, гарна тераса, привітний персонал. Багато магазинів навпроти готелю. По моєму проханню мені забронювали номер з ванною, і також з балконом.

Для тих хто не їде відпочивати на дискотеках і в барах, і в кого не міцний сон, то буде шумно. Бо це частина острову де бари і дискотеки до ранку. Трохи заважали спати крики до ранку на вулиці. Ну і трошки дивно для готелю відсутність чайника в номері, а окрема його аренда за гроші.

Pulizia camera scarsa, mancanza di un cestino in camera per gettare spazzatura, mancanza di un piccolo stendino per biancheria o filo fornito da tutti gli hotel materassi singoli al posto del matrimoniale che si apriva continuamente e con avvallamenti molto scomodo.

La pulizia della stanza lasciava molto a desiderare....come l usura dei mobili della stanza...essendo un 4 stelle mi aspettavo una stanza d hotel più nuova invece i mobili erano tutti consumati

Struttura molto bella vista mare , ottima posizione su una spiaggia vasta con mare cristallino. Buonissimo il cibo e varia la cena. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ci è stato dato un upgrade della camera. Consigliatissimo per coppie e famiglie.

Camere non insonorizzate, letti singoli uniti. Palestra molto piccola.

La struttura si trova proprio sul lungomare, l’accesso alla spiaggia è diretto così come un tuffo rinfrescante in piscina. Abbiamo avuto un upgrade alla camera con vista mare nella seconda struttura Caribe più piccola e più silenziosa.

La gestione delle volte è un po superficiale, lettini della piscina sempre occupati con nessuno che li utilizza, servizio parcheggio non prenotabile (per fortuna abbiamo trovato posto al check-in e prenotato per tutti i giorni), varietà della cena da migliorare ancora.

La posizione è molto comoda, anche la camera molto funzionale e grande

Booked this hotel for my son, he loved the food and location - perfect for young adults who want to party in Magaluf

location is excellent.

However, the bathroom is not as shown in the photos on Booking. It has a standard, narrow bathtub, and the shower is positioned in such a way that taking a shower is almost impossible. The bed and bedding are also not comfortable.
